Abstract

Kuantan Singingi Islamic University in determining Lecturer candidates as work unit head office holders is carried out by means of Lecturers submitting proposals as self-submission candidates as work unit head candidates. So that from the proposals for submitting these candidates, it is considered by the leadership of the Kuantan Singingi Islamic University for each candidate, which candidate is suitable for the position by carrying out various considerations so that later it will produce which of the candidates will occupy the position of head of the unit. So in this way it will require quite a long process and also in determining the criteria for each candidate is done manually so that the reports generated are not very accurate. With the application of Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, the weight, criteria and ranking values of each Lecturer who are candidates for Head of Work Units are obtained. So that by calculating the Decision Support System to Determine Lecturer Candidates for the Head of Work Unit Positions at the Islamic University of Kuantan Singingi By Applying the Simple Additve Weighting (SAW) Method, it can help users determine Lecturer candidates for the position of head of work units at Kuantan Singingi Islamic University.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of trust on customer loyalty at Sakti Photo Studio Manna Bengkulu Selatan, to determine the influence of consumer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Sakti Photo Studio Manna Bengkulu Selatan and to determine the influence of consumer trust and satisfaction on customer loyalty at Sakti Photo Studio Manna Bengkulu South. The data collection method in this research is using a questionnaire and the analysis method is multiple linear regression. Based on the research results, it was found that trust has a significant effect on customer loyalty at Sakti Photo Studio Manna, South Bengkulu because the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty at Sakti Photo Studio Manna South Bengkulu because the significance value is 0.017 < 0.05. Consumer trust and satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty at Sakti Photo Studio Manna South Bengkulu because the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in Entrepreneurship Education at Universitas Handayani  Makassar, using a qualitative approach that combines literature review and in-depth interviews with six lecturers who have applied PjBL in entrepreneurship teaching. The findings from the interviews indicate that PjBL effectively increases student engagement in learning, enriches their practical experiences, and develops essential skills such as problem-solving, communication, and collaboration. However, challenges faced in its implementation include time constraints, limited resources, and the lecturers' readiness to provide intensive guidance to students. Additionally, the role of lecturers as facilitators is crucial to the success of the PjBL model. Based on the research findings, it is recommended that the institution provide additional training for lecturers, enhance the curriculum to integrate PBL better, and offer facilities to support project-based learning. The implementation of PjBL is expected to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education and better equip students with the necessary skills to navigate the competitive business world.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) activity was carried out by a team of lecturers and students from Dehasen University Bengkulu in collaboration with the Internship Network Communication Forum (FKJP) of Bengkulu Province. The background to this activity is the decline in the spirit of nationalism and patriotism among the younger generation due to the influence of globalization and technological developments that have shifted national values. The purpose of this activity is to re-instill the values ​​of nationalism, love of the homeland, and the spirit of defending the country to the internship participants so that they have a strong national character and social responsibility as citizens. The activity method is carried out through a participatory approach in the form of counseling, interactive discussions, and reflection on national values. The results of the activity show an increase in participants' understanding of the meaning of nationalism and patriotism and a growing motivation to practice national values ​​in everyday life. This activity contributes to the character formation of a young generation that is Pancasila-spirited, has integrity, and is ready to face global challenges without abandoning its national identity.

Abstract

Pemerintahan Desa Pulau Kopung Sentajo dalam menentukan masyarakat penerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) belum menggunakan sistem yang terkomputerisasi sehingga dalam pengambilan keputusan tersebut akan terjadi kekeliruan tentang perbandingan kriteria kecocokan calon penerima BLT tersebut. Sehingga hal yang seperti ini akan memperbesar kemungkinan masyarakat yang lebih miskin atau kurang mampu, kalah sama masyarakat yang kehidupannya lebih baik dan juga dalam menentukan masyarakat yang pantas menerima bantuan BLT ini akan menghabiskan banyak waktu dikarenakan masih menggunakan sistem manual. Dari segi laporan yang dihasilkan pun tidak akan menampilkan kriteria dari calon penerima secara jelas dan rinci. Maka dengan penerapan Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), maka didapatkan nilai bobot, kriteria dan rangking dari setiap penerima yang memang layak menerima bantuan langsung tunai. Dengan perhitungan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan kelayakan masyarakat penerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) di Desa Pulau Kopung Sentajo dengan menerapkan metode Simple Additve Weigthing (SAW) dapat membantu pimpinan desa dalam menentukan penerima yang benar-benar layak menerima bantuan langsung tunai yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah.

Abstract

Pelatihan ini memungkinkan penduduk Desa Morowa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan baru dalam pembuatan keripik pisang dan pengemasannya. Dengan demikian, mereka dapat memperluas wawasan mereka dalam dunia bisnis makanan dan memperoleh kemampuan yang dapat digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk berkualitas. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu, mengajarkan cara membuat keripik pisang berbagai rasa pada Kelompok Masyarakat Desa Morowa, mengajarkan cara pengemasan keripik pisang berbagai rasa dan memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya kemasan. Adapun mitra pada pengabdian masyarakat yaitu Kelompok Masyarakat Desa Morowa Kab. Bantaeng. Hasil pengabdian para kelompok masyarakat mampu menciptakan keripik pisang yang renyah serta mampu melakukan pengemasan yang menarik. Pentingnya hasil pengabdian sering kali berfokus pada pemberdayaan masyarakat. Memberikan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sumber daya kepada individu dan kelompok untuk mengatasi tantangan mereka sendiri.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the competitiveness of palm oil farming (competitive and comparative advantage), the impact of government policies on output and input oil palm cultivation, and the competitiveness of sensitivity to changes in oil palm farm output and input. Stratified Random Sampling method was used to select 86 respondents purposively. The reason for choosing of Mukomuko district is because this area has largest palm oil producers and largest palm oil planting area in the province of Bengkulu. The data used primary and secondary data. The Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) method was used to analyze the data. The result shows that Bumi Mulya Village has competitive and comparative advantages. PP and SP have positive value of PCR (0,91), and DRCR (0,72). The impact of government policy on output are disincentive as shown by OT value negative Rp.5.521.890/Ha/year, value NPCO is 0,80. The impact of government policy subsidy to input is fertilizer. NT has negative value, EPC is 0,80, and SRP about 0,166. Government policy shows that the fertilizer is still needed on palm oil farming. The sensitivity analysis shows that the maximum limit that can be accepted to change the output when the input-output and prices drop below 3 percent, price increases of more than 100 percent of herbicides, inorganic fertilizer price increases below 55 percent, rising interest rates below 1 percent. Combination of sensitivity analysis shows that the fluctuation in input-output is very sensitive to oil palm farming in Bumi Mulya, Mukomuko district.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bintang Inti Rekatama. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik mengunakan regresi linear berganda, uji determinasi dan korelasi dengan metode pengambilan sampel secara survey yang berjumlah sampel 36 responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear, regresi berganda dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (i). Secara langsung kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (ii). Secara langsung kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (iii) Secara langsung dan simultan kepuasan kerja dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Covid-19 is a viral outbreak that is sweeping the world, Covid-19 is a virus outbreak that is transmitted from one person to another. This virus is the biggest problem that even big countries have to face, the COVID-19 virus has paralyzed the world's economy with the outbreak of the virus, of course, being an obstacle to the process of providing goods and services on the domestic and international scene. In Indonesia, the increase in the number of positive COVID-19 patients is moving fast. So, the government enforces the PSBB regulations as a preventive measure, of course this is also done by the Regency and City governments, one of which is Karimun Regency. The Karimun Regency Government also plays an active role in issuing policies to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus, while this strategy must have been taken into account with existing conditions.

PerhitunganQuantity Take Offpekerjaan banyak diaplikasikan secara konvensional dengan mengukur shopdrawing secara manual, kesalahan memungkinkan terjadi akibat ketidakakuratan dan kerumitan pada perhitungan volume. AplikasiAutodesk RevitberbasisOpen BIMdapat melakukan proses kalkulasi volume secara cepat dan efisien. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui implementasiBuilding Information Modellingdalam perbandingan hasil perhitunganQTO (Quantity Take Off)menggunakan perhitungan manual. Studi kasus penelitian ini adalah Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Boru-Cikeusal di Kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten. Alur identifikasi dilakukan dengan memodelkan BIM Abutment Jembatan berdasarkan acuanDetailed Engineering Design, produk dari aplikasi perangkat lunak Revit 2022 secara detil mampu menampilkan informasi quantity take off,yang kemudian mengkalkulasi selisih volume rencana (perhitungan manual) dengan hasil perhitungan quantitiy take off denganimplementasi BIM serta metode kualitatif yang dilakukan pada wawancara semi terstruktur dengan praktisi BIM.Outputpermodelan menampilkan selisih dari hasil volume rencana dengan metode konvensional dengan volume hasil quantity take off dengan penerapan BIM, pada pekerjaan pondasipilememiliki rata-rata selisih sebesar 1.310%, pekerjaanpile capmemiliki selisih sebsesar 3.335%, pekerjaanbreast wallmendapatkan selisih sebesar 1.527%, pekerjaanwing wallmemiliki selisih sebesar 5.901%, dan pekerjaanconterfordmemiliki selisih sebesar 0.859%. Pengaruh penerapan implementasi BIM dari sudut pandang pengguna mengungkapkan pengaplikasian konsep BIM mampu meminimalkan terjadinya kesalahan dalam perencanaan danre-work, mampu mendeteksi ketidaksesuaian dini, mampu mengefisiensi biaya proyek, dan memudahkan dalam perencanaan kebutuhan material pekerjaan.
