Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh status sosial ekonomi orang tua, kelompok teman sebaya dan financial literacy terhadap perilaku konsumtif siswa, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa XI IPS SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 131 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data berupa angket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh positif status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap perilaku konsumtif siswa secara parsial sebesar 13,91%, (2) ada pengaruh positif kelompok teman sebaya terhadap perilaku konsumtif siswa secara parsial sebesar 12,81%, dan (3) ada pengaruh negatif financial literacy terhadap perilaku konsumtif siswasecara parsial sebesar 8,58%. Status sosial ekonomi orang tua, kelompok teman sebaya dan financial literacy secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif siswa sebesar 35%. The purpose of this study is to describe influence of socio-economic status of parents, peer groups and financial literacy of the consumptive behavior of students, either simultaneously or partially. The population in this research were students XI IPS SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang Academic Year 2015/2016, totally 131 students. Methods in the form of a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the search are (1) the positive influence of socio-economic status of parents to the students consumptive behavior partially level is 13.91%, (2) the positive influence of peer groups to the students consumptive behavior partially level is 12.81%, and (3) thenegative influence of financial literacy to the students consumptive behavior partially levelis 8.58%. Socio-economic status of parents, peer groups and financial literacy simultaneously influence to the students consumptive behavior is level 35%.

Abstract

The purpose of that study was to determine the influence of teachers’ teaching method, learning disciplines, and peers on learning achievement. Population in this research are students of XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Bawang in the academic year 2016/2017. The sample of this research was 144 students using saturated sample technigue. The method is used to collect data is quetionnaire. Data analysis method used arethe percentage descriptive analysis and inferential statistics. The results showed that the teachers’ teaching method, learning disciplines, and peers simultaneously affect the learning achievement, Partially, the influence of teachers’ teaching method, learning disciplines, and peers have a positive effect on learning achievement. The results of adjusted R2 showed the presence of the relationship between Teachers' teaching method, learning disciplines, and peers against the learning achievementas much as 51 %.Suggestions related to the results of this study are: Economics teachers are expected to have an interesting teaching method so that students are not bored during learning process. In addition, students are also expected to improve their learning disciplines both at home and at school. They are also expected to have peers who motivate them to learn a lot consistenty for gaining better achievement.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui model Project Based Learning lebih efektif dalammeningkatkan kreativitas, motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa dalam menyusun laporankeuangan kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Pekalongan Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018.Penelitian inimenggunakan penelitian eksperimen dengan nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah 64 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes, observasi,dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan hasil sebagai berikut: (1)berdasarkan analisisdengan uji Mann-Whitney U terdapat perbedaan bermakna pada kreativitas siswa antara kelaseksperimen dan kelas kontrol (2) berdasarkan analisis dengan uji Mann-Whitney U terdapatperbedaan bermakna pada motivasi belajar siswa antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol (3)berdasarkan analisis dengan uji Paired Sample T-Test pada nilai pre-test dan post-test siswa, ModelProject Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam materi Laporan KeuanganPerusahaan Jasa (4) berdasarkan analisis dengan uji Independent Sample T-Test, Model Project BasedLearninglebih efektif meningkatkan kreativitas, motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa pada materiLaporan Keuangan Perusahaan Jasa The purpose of this study is to know that Project Based Learning model is more effective to improve creativity,learning motivation, and study result of the students in arranging the financial statements XI IPS SMAN 1Pekalongan 2017/2018.This study used experimental study with non-equivalent control group design. Thepopulation of this study is 64 students. The method of data collection is test, observation, and questioner. Basedon the analysis, the result found as follows: (1) based on the analysis with Mann-Whitney U test, there is asignificant difference in students' creativity between the experimental class and control class. (2) based on theanalysis with Mann-Whitney U test, there is a significant difference in students' motivation learning betweenthe experimental class and control class. Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal dan melihat data kuesioner mahasiswa pendidikan akuntansi angkatan 2016 100% seluruhnya yakin bahwa lingkungan belajarnya masih ditemukan perilaku ketidakjujuran akademik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah agar memperoleh pembahasan yang tuntas dan dapat mencapai sasaran yang diharapkan tentang ketidakjujuran akademik pada mahasiswa.Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi angkatan 2016 yang berjumlah 108 mahasiswa. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dalam bentuk kuesioner. Metode analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif dan statistic inferensial yang menggunakan analisis dengan program IBM SPSS Statistics 21.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prokrastinasi melakukan ketidakjujuran akademik berpengaruh sebesar 0,37, tekanan akademik berpengaruh sebesar 0,221, religiusitas berpengaruh sebesar -0,295, dan locus of control berpengaruh sebesar 0,147 terhadap perilaku ketidakjujuran akademik mahasiswa. Berdasarkan kesimpulan prokrastinasi, tekanan akademik, religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap perilaku ketidakjujuran akademik mahasiswa, sedangkan locus of control tidak ada pengaruh terhadap perilaku ketidakjujuran akademik. Saran yang diberikan untuk penelitian ini hendaknya mahasiswa dalam pengambilan data harus memiliki pengakuan pelanggaran akademik sendiri oleh subjek sehingga memungkinkan adanya ketidakjujuran adalam pengisian angket demi mempertahankan harga diri. Oleh karena itu, untuk penelitian selanjutnya, diharapkan dapat mempertimbangkan aspek-aspek yang dapat memicu terjadinya self defenced technique (teknik perlindungan diri), sehingga tidak berani memberi pengakuan sepenuhnya terkait ketidakjujuran akademik yang dilakukan. Based on the initial observation results and the questionnaires data of student accounting education of 2016, all of students believed that academic dishonesty was still exist in the learning environment. The purposes of this study were to obtain clear explanation and prove there was academic dishonesty in students’ learning environment. The population of this study was 108 students of Accounting Education of 2016. This study used saturated samples. The data was collected using questionnaires then was analysed descriptively and inferential statistically using IBM SPSS Statistics 21 program. The results of the study showed that the procrastination in the academic activity had an effect of 0.37, academic pressures had an effect of 0.221, Religiosity influenced by -0.295, and locus of control influenced 0.147 on student academic dishonesty behaviour. Based on the data, procrastination, academic pressure, religiosity gave impact on academic dishonesty behaviour, yet locus of control did not give academic dishonesty behaviour. The Suggestions for this study was addressed for students. Student should give the data objectively. Therefore, for further study, the next researcher is expected to consider the aspects that can trigger the occurrence of self-defend techniques (self protection techniques), so the respondents can give objective data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman PPL, dorongan orang tua, kesejahteraan guru, dan internal locus of control terhadap minat profesi guru akuntansi/ekonomi mahasiswa prodi pendidikan akuntansi angkatan 2014 Universitas Negeri Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa prodi pendidikan akuntansi Universitas Negeri Semarang angkatan 2014 yang berjumlah 165 mahasiswa. Instumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner tertutup yang disebarkan kepada seluruh populasi karena menggunakan sampel jenuh. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman PPL, dorongan orangtua, kesejahteraan guru, dan internal locus of control secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat profesi guru akuntansi/ekonomi pada mahasiswa prodi pendidikan akuntansi angkatan 2014 Universitas Negeri Semarang (65%). Secara parsial pengalaman PPL berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat profesi guru akuntansi/ekonomi (7,18%), dorongan orangtua berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat profesi guru akuntansi/ekonomi (8,29%), kesejahteraan guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat profesi guru akuntansi/ekonomi (9,18%), internal locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat profesi guru akuntansi/ekonomi (4,37%). This research aims to know the influence of PPL experience, parent’s urging, welfare of the teachers, and internal locus of control toward teacher of accountancy/economy profession interest of students in accounting education program generation of 2014 Semarang State University.Bahasa Inggris. The population in this research is all of the students in accounting education program generation of 2014 Semarang State University amounted to 165 students. The instrument of data collection in this research use close questionnaire that spreaded to all the population because use saturation sampling. Then, data analyzed using descriptive statistic analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis method.The results showed that PPL experience, parent’s urging, welfare of the teachers, and internal locus of control simultaneously have positive and significant influence toward teacher of accountancy/economy profession interest of students in accounting education program generation of 2014 Semarang State University (65%). Partially PPL experience have positive and significant influence toward teacher of accountancy/economy profession interest (7,18%), parent’s urging have positive and significant influence toward teacher of accountancy/economy profession interest (8,29%), welfare of the teachers have positive and significant influence toward teacher of accountancy/economy profession interest (9,18%), internal locus of control have positive and significant influence toward teacher of accountancy/economy profession interest (4,37%).

Abstract

Transfer price negotiations are important to managers as they influence both their own and other divisional profits. These transfer prices are affected by both economic factors (market prices) and behavioral factors including fairness on judgments about negotiated transfer prices. In the current study, we examine whether the impact of accounting information on managers’ transfer price expectations are affected by the way accounting information is framed (either as potential gains or potential losses) and the managers’ perception of the other negotiation partners’ objective (whether their partner’s objective involves high or lowconcern-for-others). These expectations are important as they directly affect the costs and outcomes of negotiations. A controlled laboratory experiment was conducted to test the proposed hypotheses, using a 2 x 2 x 2 between-subjects design. The participants of an experiment were 216 undergraduate accounting students from Faculty of Economics and Business, Soegijapranata Catholic University, Semarang. The results of this study that compared to the mainframe, a loss frame exacerbates managers’ self-serving bias and increases the transfer price expectation gap between buyers and sellers. Further, we found that the negotiation partner’s objective had a significant impact on sellers’ transfer price judgments. This finding also found that the degree of concern for the other party has a significant impact on the judgment, in particular, the transfer price for the seller division.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi belajar ekonomi, gender dan lingkungan pondok pesantren (Sunan Pandanaran) terhadap perilaku belajar ekonomi siswa di kelas baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IPS Putra dan siswi kelas XII IPS Putri. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket/kuesioner. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini yaitu perilaku belajar ekonomi siswa di kelas. Variabel independennya yaitu motivasi belajar ekonomi, gender dan lingkungan pondok pesantren (Sunan Pandanaran). Hasil uji hipotesis simultan menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh motivasi belajar ekonomi, gender dan lingkungan pondok pesantren (Sunan Pandanaran) terhadap perilaku belajar ekonomi siswa di kelas. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh motivasi belajar ekonomi terhadap perilaku belajar ekonomi siswa di kelas, ada pengaruh gender terhadap perilaku belajar ekonomi siswa di kelas dan ada pengaurh lingkungan pondok pesantren (Sunan Pandanaran) terhadap perilaku belajar ekonomi siswa di kelas. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu motivasi belajar ekonomi, gender dan lingkungan pondok pesantren (Sunan Pandanaran) berpengaruh terhadap perilaku belajar ekonomi siswa di kelas baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menggunakan variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini seperti minat terhadap mata pelajaran ekonomi dan dukungan orang tua yang secara parsial maupun simultan dapat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku belajar ekonomi siswa di kelas.This study aimed to examine the effect of learning motivation economic, gender and environmental Boarding Sunan Pandanaran the behavior of students in the classroom studying economics either simultaneously or partially. Population and sample in this research were students of class XII IPS grader son and daughter XII IPS. Data collection method in this research using questionnaires / questionnaire. The dependent variable in this research is studying economics student behavior in the classroom. Independent variables namely motivation to learn economics, gender and environment Sunan Pandanaran boarding school. Conclusions from this research that the motivation to learn economics, gender and environment Boarding Sunan Pandanaran studying economics affect the behavior of students in the classroom either simultaneously or partially. For further research is expected to use other variables that are not used in this study as subjects of interest in the economy and support parents who are partially or simultaneously may affect the economic behavior of student learning in the classroom

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh efikasi diri, minat kerja, dan bimbingan karir kesiapan kerja siswa baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Akuntansi. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket/kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini yaitu kesiapan kerja. Variabel independennya yaitu efikasi diri, minat kerja, dan bimbingan karir. Hasil uji hipotesis simultan menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh efikasi diri, minat kerja, dan bimbingan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja, ada pengaruh minat kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja dan ada pengaruh bimbingan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu efikasi diri, minat kerja, dan bimbingan karir berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa hendaknya meningkatkan kesiapan kerja mereka, peningkatan terhadap efikasi diri siswa; peningkatan terhadap pemahaman mengenai minat siswa; dan guru hendaknya meningkatkan pelayanan bimbingan karir.This study aimed to examine the influence of self efficacy, work interest, and career guidance toward work readiness  either simultaneously or partially. population and sample in this research were students of class XI Accounting. Data collection method in this research using questionnaires / questionnaire, documentation and interviews. The dependent variable in this research is work readiness. Independent variables namely self efficacy, work interest, and career guidance. Conclusions from this research that the self efficacy, work interest, and career guidance affect the work readiness either simultaneously or partially The suggestions are, based this research, students should improve their work readiness; improve students’s self efficacy, improve students to understand about work interest: and teachers should improve career guidance.

Abstract

SMK merupakan bentuk pendidikan formal jenjang menengah yang pelaksanaannya untuk menyiapkan tenaga kerja profesional sesusai dengan bidangnya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal menunjukkan kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Batang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengalaman On the Job Training (OJT) dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Batang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Batang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 dengan jumlah 70 siswa, semuanya menjadi responden penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data dengan menggunakan angket. Data variabel dianalisis dengan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman OJT dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 61,8%, pengalaman OJT berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 59,91%, dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 6,92%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengalaman OJT dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Batang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Vocational High School is form of formal education at secondary level which the implementation is to prepare professional employees appropriate their field. Based on the results of preliminary observations indicate that the level of job readiness of students in class XII Accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Batang in Academic Year 2015/2016 still low. This study aimed to determine whether job training experience and motivation to enter the workforce effect towards job readiness of students in class XII Accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Batang in Academic Year 2015/2016 on simultaneously or partially. The population was all students of class XII Accounting in SMK Negeri 1 Batang in Academic Year 2015/2016 which amounts to 70 students, all serve as research respondent. This study uses questionnaire to collect the data. The data of variables is analyzed with multiple regression analysis. The results show that job training experience and motivation to enter the workforce simultaneous positively and significantly effect towards job readiness (61,8%), job training experience partial positively and significantly effect towards job readiness (59,91%), and motivation to enter the workforce partial positively and significantly effect towards job readiness (6,92%). Based on the result of this study, we can conclude that job training experience and motivation to enter the workforce positively and significantly effect towards job readiness students in class XII Accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Batang in Academic Year 2015/2016 on simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data observasi awal di SMK Ma’arif 9 Kebumen menunjukkan bahwa belum semua lulusan Akuntansi terserap secara optimal, hanya 5% yang bekerja di bidang akuntansi pada tahun 2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Praktik Kerja Industri, Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi, dan Motivasi Memasuki Kerja Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Ma’arif 9 Kebumen Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI jurusan Akuntansi Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 sebesar 120 siswa. Anggota sampel adalah 92 siswa dengan menggunakan Slovin . Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel acak sederhana. Penelitian menggunakan metode Dokumentasi dan Kuesioner. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analiss regresi berganda. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan kerja siswa dalam kategori tinggi, praktik kerja industri dalam kategori sangat baik, hasil belajar mata pelajaran akuntansi dalam kategori cukup, dan motivasi memasuki kerja dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh antara Praktik Kerja Industri, Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi, dan Motivasi Memasuki Kerja Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja (27,5%). Sedangkan secara parsial Praktik Kerja Industri berpengaruh (9,18%), Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi tidak berpengaruh, dan Motivasi Memasuki Kerja berpengaruh (12,89%) Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja. Based on prelimanary observation data in Vocational High School Ma’arif 9 Kebumen shows that not all accounting graduates are absorbed optimally yet, it just 5% who work in Accounting area in 2015. This study aimed, to determine The effects of Job Training, Learning Achievment in Accounting Lesson, and Job Motivation to Work Readiness of Accounting Students XIth Grade at Vocational High School of Ma’arif 9 Kebumen in Academic Year 2015/2016. The population in this research are all Accounting Students XIth Grade in Academic Year 2015/2016, 120 students. The samples are 92 students by using Slovin. Technical sampling is simple random sampling. This research use questionaire and documentation methods. Data analysis methods are descriptive statistic and multiple regression linear analysis. The result of descriptive analysis shows that Students’s Work Readiness in high category, Job Training in very good category, Learning Achievment in Accounting Lesson in enough category, and Job Motivation in very high category. The results based on multiple regression linear analysis shows simultaneously that there are some effects of Job Training, Learning Achievment in Accounting Lesson, and Job Motivation to Work Readiness (27,5%). As partially, Job Training has effect (9,18%), Learning Achievment in Accounting Lesson hasn’t effect, Job motivation has effect (12,89%) to work readiness.
