Abstract

The Government today, Government Business Entity and mass media in Indonesia are starting to pay attention to halal, since the turnover of halal products of the world has reached nearly 2 trillion dollars while Indonesia is still larger to be a consumer than a manufacturer. Not only foods, consumers in the world today want cosmetics to pharmaceutical products that have been halal certified. In Indonesia, problems with the potential of halal market today are still hit on the discourses. Indonesia still limited awareness not yet dared to action, whereas in nonMuslim countries themselves many have implemented halal supply chain. The establishment of Halal Hub Port in Tanjung Priok as the first Halal Hub Port pilot project in Indonesia is the forerunner to establish Halal Hub Port in other parts of Indonesia. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the needs of Halal Warehouse at Tanjung Perak Port which in fact is also a major port in Indonesia and is a distribution door for the central and eastern part of Indonesia. The study was conducted on 190 respondents who are stakeholders of Tanjung Perak Port. Using the Importance Performance Analysis method, the results of the research produced a quadrant graph where quadrant A is the main priority containing performance of L/U equipment in terminal, performance of L/U workers/operator in terminal, separation of halal and non-halal products in halal warehouse, sorting of halal and non-halal products that have been damaged, cold storage separation between halal and non-halal products, clean and avoid contamination between products, special training for officers in halal warehouse, and hygiene facilities for officers in warehouse/halal warehouse. Quadrant B is to maintain the achievement contains 11 items, Quadrant C is low priority contains 5 items, and Quadrant D is excessive contains 5 items. The existence of 8 items entered in quadrant A, indicating that stakeholders at Tanjung Perak Port are very aware with the potential of Halal Warehouse.

Abstract

Broiler chicken meat is a type of meat that is much favored by the public because of its high nutritional content with good taste and relatively low price. However, the high protein and water content causes this meat to be easily contaminated by microbes, one of which is Salmonella sp. Salmonella sp can cause Salmonellosis, in humans salmonellosis is transmitted through food because it is undercooked during cooking so that Salmonella sp bacteria enter the body. To determine the presence of Salmonella sp bacteria in broiler chicken meat in the pound market, Jombang district. The design of this research is descriptive. The sample of this research was obtained from 8 chicken traders with total sampling technique. The variables in this study were salmonella sp bacteria in broiler chicken meat. Abstract

The high rate of criminality among inmates, especially in regard to drug-related issues, is inseparable from the problems of inequality that occur in social life. Economic factors are the trigger for these problems. In addition, the negative stigma experienced by ex-prisoners inevitably leads them to fall back into their bad deeds, so if left uncontrolled, the unbreakable cycle will continue. Solutions to these problems must be found in order to reduce or even eliminate them. This research was conducted to highlight what factors have led to the high recidivist rate of former residents of the Jambi category IIB Prison. Furthermore, this paper will also include what steps can be taken to reduce social problems that occur after the sentencing of prisoners of Category IIB Jambi Women's Prison. This research uses a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach in this study is to describe the results of research in the form of written or spoken words obtained from observation, interviews, and documentaries. This research discusses: (1) The main problems that cause the high recidivism rate in the Jambi Category IIB Women's Prison. (2) How PT Pertamina EP Jambi Field initiated an empowerment program to overcome these social problems. (3) How the program provides solutions to the problems that occurred. The implementation of the program must involve stakeholders, including the government, in this matter the Jambi Category IIB Women's Prison, NGOs with the private sector, and the community.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a communicable disease caused by the dengue virus and transmitted through the bites of Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes. The high incidence of DHF in Indonesia highlights the need for continuous prevention and control efforts, one of which is the 3M Plus Mosquito Nest Eradication Program (PSN) that actively involves community participation. This community service activity aims to support DHF prevention and control through mosquito larva inspections in the household environment of residents in Mayangan Village, Jombang Regency. The method used was door-to-door inspection of mosquito larvae in household bathroom water containers, involving the Mayangan Health Center (Puskesmas), health cadres, and students from the D3 Medical Laboratory Technology Study Program. The target of the activity was household bathrooms in Mayangan Village. The results showed that out of 33 bathrooms inspected, 7 bathrooms (21.2%) were positive for mosquito larvae, while 26 bathrooms (78.8%) had no larvae. For the houses where larvae were found, larvicide (Abate) was applied as a control measure. The PSN activities were carried out smoothly and received positive responses from the community. It can be concluded that the PSN program plays an important role in raising public awareness and reducing the risk of DHF transmission through sustainable vector control.

Abstract

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to investigate how mathematics, digital technology, and entrepreneurship are integrated through the digital printing workflow in the production of souvenir keychains by CLC students, with a particular focus on how these activities support the development of creative thinking skills. Methodology: This research employed a qualitative case study using classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, document analysis, and design file reviews. Canva (web-based design platform), Heat Gun KOVA 2000W, and shrink-film materials were used during production, supported by thematic analysis of learning artifacts and performance documentation. Main Findings: The findings show that students developed applied mathematical competencies particularly measurement, proportion, and spatial reasoning while engaging in iterative digital design using Canva. Students demonstrated significant growth in digital literacy, creativity, and product refinement, and successfully produced approximately ninety keychains, all of which were sold during an exhibition, indicating emerging entrepreneurial capability. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study offers originality by demonstrating how a low-cost digital design and fabrication workflow can bridge technological learning gaps in non-formal CLC environments. Unlike prior research conducted in well-resourced settings, this study shows how accessible tools enable learners with limited technological exposure to integrate mathematics, digital production, and entrepreneurship within an authentic, technology-enhanced learning model.
