Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis mengenai pelaksanaan klasifikasi bahan pustaka di perpustakaan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mar’fuah Palembang. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini mengenai permasalahan yaitu perpustakaan sekolah masih belum maksimal dalam hal pelaksanaan klasifikasi bahan pustaka yang ada. Terdapat beberapa bahan pustaka belum mendapat perhatian dalam hal pelaksanaan klasifikasi sehingga belum dapat digunakan sebagaimana fungsinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan klasifikasi bahan pustaka di perpustakaan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mar’fuah Palembang sudah berjalan dengan baik hal ini dilihat dari indikator pelaksanaan klasifikasi bahan pustaka yaitu pengarahan, koordinasi, komunikasi, dan motivasi yang sudah dilakukan, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa tantangan yang perlu diatasi, serta beberapa hal yang perlu dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan lagi. dalam kegiatan pelaksanaan klasifikasi bahan pustaka tersebut. Untuk itu penelitian ini penting guna menunjang adanya peningkatan dalam pelaksanaan klasifikasi bahan pustaka demi mencapai tujuan yang direncanakan sebelumnya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan Program Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup serta Kendalanya.. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Studi Kasus kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diuji dengan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi informan penelitian yaitu Kepala Sekolah, Tim Kesehatan, dan Guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan Program Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup dilakukan melalui indicator Koordinasi, Motivasi, Komunikasi dan Pengarahan dalam Kebijakan Berwawasan Lingkungan Kebijakan, untuk Kurikulum Berbasis Lingkungan kurikulum, untuk Kegiatan Lingkungan yang Berbasis Partisipatif dan Komunikasi untuk Pengelolaan Sarana Pendukung yang Ramah Lingkungan , kendala berupa Kurangnya SDM yang kompeten dan Hambatan koordinasi dalam internal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Pelaksanaan Program Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup di SD Islam Cendikia Faiha Palembang berjalan baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of performance controlling of village officials based on quality management at the Mulya Agung Village Office, Lalan Subdistrict, Musi Banyuasin Regency. It examines the standard-setting process, the implementation of activities in controlling the performance of village officials based on quality management, compares actual performance with predetermined criteria, and explores ways to address problems in controlling the performance of village officials at the Mulya Agung Village Office. This research uses a qualitative method through field-based approaches, primarily using interviews. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing and analysis are carried out in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The informants in this study consist of the village head, village officials, the village consultative body, and local community members. The validity of the data was tested using triangulation, including source and technique triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the performance controlling of village officials at the Mulya Agung Village Office has been running well, as shown by the implementation of controlling in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations. For instance, when addressing performance-related issues among village officials or employees, the village head, together with all stakeholders, holds joint meetings or deliberations. These meetings help produce solutions that increase compliance and discipline among stakeholders, raise awareness among those facing issues, and serve as valuable lessons for the future. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Differences of Cognitive Ability of Students Before and After Application of Guided Inquiry Learning Model on Environmental Change Material and Waste Recycling Class X in SMA 'Aisyiyah 1 Palembang. The research method used in this research is weak experiment with one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study consists of one class of 38 students. Sampling in this research using saturated sample technique because the entire population is sampled. Technique of collecting data is done with test question and observation sheet. Based on the results of data using t test at the real level of 5% tcount = 7,607 and ttable = 2.026, then tcount> ttable. This can be seen from the cognitive test of students showed sig thitung 0.000 <0,05, then Ha accepted and H0 rejected. The result of the analysis of the average increase of the students 'cognitive achievement on the pretest reaches 69.34 while the cognitive students in the posttest reach 83.82 means students' cognitive ability is higher after the application of guided inquiry learning model. Then it can be deduced that there is a Difference of Cognitive Ability of Students Before and After Application of Guided Inquiry Learning Model.

Abstract

The low results of international assessments PISA and TIMSS highlight major challenges in Indonesian students' literacy competencies, including in madrasah institutions. This study employed a literature review method to analyze Indonesian students' literacy achievements and government efforts to enhance literacy skills through the Indonesian Madrasah Competency Assessment (AKMI). The findings reveal that although Indonesia slightly improved its ranking in PISA 2022, it still ranks among the low-performing countries, and its absence from recent TIMSS cycles underscores the need for educational reforms. AKMI is considered a strategic initiative to enhance madrasah students' literacy, covering reading, numeracy, science, and socio-cultural literacies, aligning with the six core global literacies. However, implementation challenges such as technical readiness, infrastructure limitations, and follow-up actions on assessment results require serious attention. Collaborative efforts are needed to optimize AKMI’s role in improving the quality of madrasah education.

Abstract

Globalization as a complex phenomenon has influenced various aspects of life, including the existence of Islamic education institutions. This article aims to critically analyze the influence of globalization on Islamic education institutions, both as a discourse and a phenomenon. The research method used is descriptive-analytic, involving the decomposition and interpretation of data to understand the impact of globalization. The results of the study show that globalization presents challenges such as global competition and the potential for identity erosion, but also opens up opportunities such as access to global resources and the development of innovative curricula. It is concluded that Islamic education institutions need to adopt adaptive and innovative strategies to remain relevant and make a positive contribution in the era of globalization.
