Abstract

Yayasan Naeema yang didirikan oleh Saudari Tary berfokus kepada kemandirian ekonomi para anggotanya. Berawal dari lima orang kini Yayasan Naeema memiliki anggota mendekati 300 orang. Segala capaian berhasil didapatkan satu persatu hingga saat ini sebagian anggota yang telah memiliki bisnis percetakan menginginkan terobosan baru dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Pola bisnis konvensional sudah tidak dapat diandalkan lagi sehingga mereka bermaksud untuk masuk ke pasar digital. Langkah yang akan dilakukan adalah masuk ke dalam E-commerce agar produk dan jasa di bidang percetakan yang selama ini telah dilakukan dapat berkembang dan tidak hanya mendapatkan konsumen di lingkungan Jawa Timur namu juga di seluruh Indonesia bahkan dunia. Pelatihan yang dilakukan menitik beratkan pada tiga hal yaitu: (1) Pengenalan ecomerce bagi pelaku bisnis percetakan, (2) Penggunaan media digital sebagai penunjang bisnis ecomerce, dan (3) Langkah teknis maintenance bisnis yang sudah di-digitalkan. Hasil dari pelatihan ini para peserta mendapatkan banyak sekali manfaat dan akan melakukan hal baru dalam bisnisnya masing-masing.

Abstract

Peranan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah dalam menggerakkan roda perekonomian Indonesia sudah nyata, namun masih banyak kendala sehingga peningkatan UMKM belum benar-benar terwujud. Salah satu variabelnya adalah belum adanya legitimasi usaha bagi sebagian besar UMKM di kabupaten tersebut. Di era inovasi data yang sedang berlangsung, UMKM sangat mungkin bisa mengembangkan pasar dengan berjualan secara online, namun terbatasnya informasi tentang transaksi berbasis internet membuat potensi ini tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Tindakan administrasi kelompok orang ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang keuntungan dari keabsahan bisnis dan bagaimana memanfaatkan media korespondensi untuk melakukan transaksi di web. Dipercaya dengan memiliki legitimasi usaha, para pelaku UMKM bisa mendapatkan arahan dari kantor-kantor pemerintah yang berlaku dan bisa mendapatkan kredit dari perbankan. Dengan banyaknya transaksi online, diyakini omzet UMKM pada dasarnya bisa meningkat

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksana dengan latar belakang ingin membantu dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan akuntansi bagi kelompok kerja di Desa Morowudi – Cerme - Gresik. Tujuan Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menyelenggarakan pembukuan sederhana bagi kelompok kerja Desa Morowudi – Cerme - Gresik. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktik langsung. Target luaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah kelompok kerja di Desa Morowudi mampu melaksanakan pembukuan sederhana atas kegiatan usaha yang mereka laksanakan sehinggadapat menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana dengan benar.

The job of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in turning the wheels of the Indonesian economy is evident, however there are as yet numerous obstructions so the improvement of MSMEs is as yet not true to form. One of the variables is that there is no business legitimateness for most MSMEs in the district. In the ongoing time of data innovation, MSMEs really can possibly grow the market by selling on the web, yet the restricted information about internet based deals makes this potential be not taken advantage of appropriately. Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat orientasi kewirausahaan pada pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kelurahan Sepanjang, Kecamatan Taman, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Melalui serangkaian pelatihan dan pendampingan, program ini berfokus pada peningkatan keterampilan manajerial, strategi pemasaran, inovasi produk, dan kemampuan mengakses pasar. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan kewirausahaan peserta, yang berujung pada peningkatan pendapatan rata-rata sebesar 20% dalam enam bulan. Dampak positif lainnya termasuk peningkatan kemandirian ekonomi dan pengembangan kapasitas sumber daya manusia lokal. Kesimpulannya, penguatan orientasi kewirausahaan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha UMKM.

Abstract

This service program aims to increase the independence and welfare of bitter melon chip entrepreneurs in Dilem Village, Mojokerto through digitalization marketing. Entrepreneurs in this village face challenges in expanding the market due to limited knowledge about digital technology. The program began with a survey to identify the digital skill levels of entrepreneurs, which showed that most still rely on traditional marketing methods. In response, intensive training was provided, covering the use of social media, e-commerce platforms, as well as digital marketing strategies and content marketing. Based on the results of the survey, the service team conducted training and assistance regarding marketing digitalization. The results of the program show a significant increase in digital skills among entrepreneurs, characterized by the active use of social media and e-commerce in marketing their products. In addition, sales volume is increasing, which has a positive impact on the economic well-being of entrepreneurs. Digitalization marketing is effective in expanding the market and increasing the competitiveness of local products. This program provides a model that can be adapted by other small and medium entrepreneurs to support the independence and economic welfare of bitter melon chip entrepreneurs in Dilem Mojokerto Regency.

Abstract

Purpose – This service program aims to increase the application of digital technology in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector which is increasingly important in the industrial era 4.0 to increase competitiveness and business sustainability. This research aims to analyze the implementation of digital business strategies in MSMEs in Dilem Gondang Village, Mojokerto. Design/methodology/approach – The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and literature study. Findings – The research results show that the majority of MSMEs in Dilem Gondang Village have started using digital technology, such as social media, marketplaces and digital financial applications, to support their marketing and business management. However, there are still challenges such as limited access to technology, low digital literacy, and a lack of competent human resources in managing digital-based businesses. Originality/value – This research recommends increasing digital training and education for MSME players, as well as support from local governments in providing adequate digital infrastructure. With the right digital strategy, MSMEs in Dilem Gondang Village are expected to be able to increase productivity, expand markets and contribute to regional economic growth.

Abstract

Non-performing financing is a problem for every sharia financial institution that distributes financing to customers who are the result of failure to pay. This research aims to conduct a test of the difference between non-performing financing from buying and selling financing, namely murabahah and istishna' Islamic Bank in Indonesia during the covid-19 pandemic and after the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is quantitative research with consideration of generalizing the research results into a more general form so that it is easy to understand. The population in this study is 14 Sharia Commercial Banks, which are also used as a sample for this research. The sampling technique used in this study is the Saturated sample technique by using all the populations as samples because the number is relatively small with the consideration that all samples are considered homogeneous in the distribution of the data used. The data used is the combined financial statements of 14 Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia with the division of data for 2020-2021 as data during the Covid-19 pandemic, while the data for 2022-2023 is data after the Covid-19 pandemic. The data analysis technique used in this study is a paired sample t-test which is used to conduct a differential test of non-performing financing from murabahah financing and istishna financing. The findings of this research show that non-performing financing murabahah financing shows a difference with a tendency to increase. Meanwhile, non-performing financing of istishna financing shows a difference with a tendency to decrease
