Abstract

The current transformation of the education system from face-to-face learning to online learning has caused many problems in terms of student learning motivation, learning models, and learning climate. This research aims to explore the facts that occur related to learning loss in the cognitive and affective domains. This research uses the case study method to explore a case related to learning loss in students at SD Muhammadiyah Jogokarian. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observations, and documentation to school residents. The data in this study were analyzed using the triangulation method. The results of this study show that students' learning loss in cognitive aspects such as weak motivation to learn, low learning evaluation results, and low levels of student understanding of PAI material, even 20% have decreased learning outcomes. Meanwhile, in the attitude aspect, there is a decrease in the ability of discipline, social care, environmental care, and low curiosity because they have not fully understood the online learning pattern. PAI teachers also experienced obstacles where PAI teachers were unable to understand optimally due to the limited video media sent by students online, the difficulties experienced by PAI students in the practice of PAI materials in the form of ablution recitation, prayer recitation, and letter memorization.

Abstract

This study examines and explores the effectiveness of Mediation Settlement in Divorce Cases at the Yogyakarta City Religious Court or PAY. The research method is based on the research object in the form of a cumulative study of divorce cases at the Yogyakarta Religious Court where case tracing and decisions and interviews with several judges are the data sources. From January to December 2023, out of 764 cases recorded, only 162 were mediated, of which 55 divorce cases were successful. PAY has carried out the mediation process in accordance with Supreme Court Regulation or PERMA Number 1 of 2016 concerning Mediation Procedures in Court and uses PERMA as a reference in applying mediation it is evident that Maqasid Syariah can function as a guide for Yogtakarta Religious Court mediators in the process of achieving reconciliation between the parties involved in the dispute.

Abstract

The low science literacy and critical thinking skills of Indonesian students as shown by the results of the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) are an important background for this research. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of technology-based inquiry learning models in improving students' critical thinking skills and science literacy. The research was conducted in three madrassas using a pseudo-experimental design involving three treatment groups, namely guided inquiry, independent inquiry, and modified inquiry. The subjects of the study were madrasah students who were selected purposively. The instruments used include science literacy tests, critical thinking tests, student worksheets, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using t-test and ANOVA to test the effectiveness between treatment groups. The results of the study show that the technology-based inquiry learning model significantly improves students' critical thinking skills and science literacy. The group with the modified inquiry model showed the most optimal results compared to the other groups. These findings suggest that the integration of technology in inquiry learning has the potential to improve students' higher-level thinking skills and science literacy. This study concludes that the application of technology-based inquiry models is very effective, especially in learning biology on complex materials such as Archaebacteria. The implication of this research is the importance of developing an inquiry-based curriculum supported by technology to support 21st century skills and improve the quality of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) merupakan salahsatu program kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat.Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaraandan kebersihan diri serta lingkungan pada siswa sekolahdasar. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat inidilaksanakan di SDN 1 Mergosono pada 6 Agustus 2025,diikuti siswa kelas 1–6, untuk meningkatkan pengetahuandan keterampilan PHBS. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdianpada sosialisasi dilakukan dengan metode service learning(SL) yaitu pendekatan pengabdian menerapkanpengetahuan ditengah masyarakat melalui tahapaninvestigasi, persiapan, pelaksanaan, refleksi dandemonstrasi. Kegiatan diawali dengan pre-test,dilanjutkan penyampaian materi interaktif melalui diskusi,video, dan tanya jawab, kemudian praktik langsung, dandiakhiri post-test. Pengetahuan diukur dengan 10 soal,keterampilan melalui observasi praktik. Ketuntasanpengetahuan meningkat dari 80% menjadi 100% (naik20%), sedangkan 85% siswa mampu mempraktikkanlangkah mencuci tangan dan menyikat gigi dengan benar.Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif membentuk kebiasaan hidupbersih dan sehat pada siswa, sehingga disarankandilaksanakan secara rutin.

Abstract

Peningkatan kebutuhan energi listrik di wilayah pedesaanseringkali terkendala oleh keterbatasan infrastruktur danbiaya operasional,sehingga diperlukan alternatif solusi yangbersifat terbarukan dan berkelanjutan. Program pengabdianmasyarakat ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan potensi energimatahari melalui pemasangan panel surya di DesaSemampir, Kecamatan Buayan, Kabupaten Kebumen. Lokasipemasangan difokuskan pada area pemakaman umum yangminim penerangan pada malam hari. Metode pelaksanaanmeliputi survei pendahuluan, perencanaan teknis,pemasangan perangkat, uji fungsi, dan evaluasi. Teknologipanel surya yang digunakan bersifat off-grid, terdiri daripanel monocrystalline 60 Wp, baterai lithium 5V 5500mAh,lampu LED 60W, dan tiang galvanis setinggi 4 meter dengansensor cahaya otomatis. Hasil implementasi menunjukkanadanya peningkatan keamanan lingkungan, dukunganaktivitas malam, dan pemanfaatan energi terbarukan yangramah lingkungan. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalahpenumpukan debu, cuaca mendung, dan risiko kerusakanfisik. Abstract

This study examines the Sufi values ​​contained in the story of the meeting of the Prophet Moses and the Prophet Khidr as immortalized in the Qur'an, Surah Al-Kahf, verses 65-82. Through a Sufi hermeneutic approach, this study analyzes the esoteric dimensions of the story, including the concept of fana' fi al-syaikh, etiquette in pursuing the spiritual path, and the transformation of consciousness through surrender to the guidance of a spiritual teacher. The method used is textual analysis with an interpretative-qualitative approach to the text of the Qur'an and classical Sufi interpretations. The results of the study show that this story contains fundamental Sufi values ​​in the form of: (1) the concept of seeking laduni knowledge as knowledge obtained directly from Allah, (2) the importance of adab and tawadhu' in the student-teacher relationship, (3) the meaning of spiritual patience (sabr) in facing inner trials, and (4) the transformation from rational knowledge ('aql) to intuitive knowledge (kashf). These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the Sufi dimension in the Qur'an and its relevance for the development of contemporary Islamic spirituality.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of strengthening tolerance in junior secondary schools as part of efforts to cultivate a generation capable of living harmoniously in a plural society. The research aims to analyze the strategies employed to strengthen tolerance at SMP Negeri 2 Somagede and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors. A qualitative approach with a case study design was applied. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, simple questionnaires, and document analysis, and were examined using Miles and Huberman’s interactive analysis model. The findings reveal that tolerance is reinforced through four main strategies: institutional policies emphasizing anti-discrimination principles, integration of tolerance values into teaching subjects such as Civic Education, Islamic Education, and Bahasa Indonesia, inclusive extracurricular activities including Scouts, student councils, and cultural arts, as well as religious accommodations provided for minority students. Supporting factors include inclusive leadership from the principal, teachers’ commitment, and acceptance from the majority group, while inhibiting factors are related to limited facilities. The study concludes that tolerance building in schools requires a synergy of policy, pedagogy, extracurricular programs, and community support, ensuring that tolerance becomes a lived practice in students’ daily life. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya penguatan sikap toleransi di sekolah menengah pertama sebagai upaya membentuk generasi yang mampu hidup harmonis dalam masyarakat yang plural. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis strategi penguatan toleransi di SMP Negeri 2 Somagede serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, angket sederhana, serta telaah dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi penguatan toleransi dilaksanakan melalui empat jalur utama, yaitu kebijakan kelembagaan yang menekankan prinsip anti diskriminasi, integrasi nilai toleransi dalam pembelajaran PPKn, PAI, dan Bahasa Indonesia, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang inklusif seperti Pramuka, OSIS, dan seni budaya, serta akomodasi kebutuhan keagamaan siswa minoritas. Faktor pendukung mencakup kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang inklusif, sikap guru, serta penerimaan sosial siswa mayoritas, sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan fasilitas. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan toleransi di sekolah menuntut keterpaduan antara kebijakan, pembelajaran, aktivitas kesiswaan, dan dukungan komunitas sehingga toleransi menjadi praktik nyata dalam kehidupan sehari-hari siswa.

Abstract

The perspective of contemporary Islamic law is a perspective that tries to see further how understand acte versus sirri marriage exists in the midst of modern human life as a phenomenon. An approach based on the responsive fiqh paradigm is a necessity in the development of contemporary Islamic law, including addressing sirri marriage versus understand acte marriage. In this process, a marriage that is carried out must be carried out through an understand acte marriage because with the registration of marriages at an official state institution, this will guarantee state protection with its normative juridical authority for the parties involve. Phenomenon of modern human life today which shows that marriage with sirri marriage raises various problems implies the need for contemporary Islamic law to emphasize that registration of marriage in an official state institution or understand act marriage is an aspect that needs to be considered to become a legal requirement of a marriage.

Abstract

Imam Syafi'i's ideas regarding qaul qadim and qaul jadid are interesting to observe. From the idea that shows flexibility in the application of Islamic sharia, Islamic law, or Islamic fiqh, it appears that Imam Syafi'i has provided a methodical framework in addressing the application of Islamic sharia, Islamic law, or Islamic fiqh which has relevance to various social contexts that covers it. This implies that Islamic sharia, Islamic law, or Islamic law is a process of grounding theocentric values ​​that are ideal and sacred to anthropocentric values ​​that are very dynamic and profane. Abstract

In essence, human beings are glorified creatures of Allah SWT, this glory can be obtained if humans place themselves as creatures before their God, human nature can be interpreted as a tendency to understand the essence that is fixed and does not change in human beings, as well as signifies its characteristics that distinguish it from humans. another. Human nature in philosophy is a tendency to assume that humans have a pre-existent definition of humanity that is able to clearly distinguish it from its existence. So essence is more important than existence. The essence of humanity in humans is attached at all times in humans from birth to death. Humans in actualizing their humanity in various lives will get respect. Human potential based on the Islamic view is a created form. So that with the creation of this human being, the Creator, namely Allah SWT, has provided potentials for life related to the concept of human nature (A. Aziz, 2013: Ta'allum: Journal of Islamic Education). Human nature is a gift from Allah SWT that is attached to humans so that humans have a noble position when compared to other creatures created by Allah SWT.
