ABSTRAKPasca diterapkannya Peraturan Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 tentang Transportasi di Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang memuat kebijakan kewajiban memiliki atau menguasai garasi bagi pemilik kendaraan bermotor di DKI Jakarta berdampak kepada masyarakat DKI Jakarta yang hendak memiliki kendaraan bermotor ataupun yang telah memiliki kendaraan bermotor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis keselarasan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 tentang Transportasi dengan aturan yang berkaitan dengan kawasan permukiman khususnya Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 1 Tahun 2011 tentang Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman mengingat hanya sebagian kecil wilayah kawasan permukiman di DKI Jakarta yang tertata. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penerapan aturan memiliki atau menguasai garasi di DKI Jakarta belum dapat diterapkan secara keseluruhan karena harmonisasi antar peraturan terkait yang termuat dalam aturan tersebut belum dapat mengakomodasi berjalannya aturan tersebut dan kurangnya sosialisasi yang dilakukan pemerintah terhadap aturan tersebut mengakibat ketidakperdulian masyarakat terhadap aturan tersebut.Kata kunci: Garasi; Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman; DKI Jakarta.ABSTRACTAfter the enactment of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Regulation Number 5 of 2014 regarding Transportation in the DKI Jakarta which contains an obligation to own a garage for vehicle owners in DKI Jakarta, it has an impact on the people who wish to own a vehicle or who already own a vehicle. The method used in this research is normative juridical using a statutory approach. The purpose of this study was to analyze the alignment of DKI Jakarta Provincial Regulation Number 5 of 2014 regarding Transportation with regulations relating to residential areas, especially the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2011 concerning Housing and Residential Areas considering that only a small part of the area in DKI Jakarta is arranged. The results of the study show that the implementation of the rules of owning or controlling a garage in DKI Jakarta cannot be implemented as a whole because the harmonization between related regulations contained in these rules has not been able to accommodate the operation of these rules and the lack of socialization carried out by the government regarding these rules has resulted in people's disregard for these rules.Keywords: Garage; Housing and Residential Areas; DKI Jakarta.

To anticipate that oil spills are not intentionally disposed of at sea, it is necessary to provide Reception Facilities at the port. Arrangements regarding the provision of Reception Facilities are expected to create sustainable development. This research is descriptive analytical, namely making systematic, factual and accurate predictions about the facts. Thus, this study will describe legal and factual issues related to the Provision of Reception Facilities in Indonesia, then analyze them in order to obtain a complete and comprehensive picture of the problems studied. With the policy of providing waste storage facilities at each port, it can be an effort to prevent environmental damage or pollution by planning carefully.

Ketersediaan lahan untuk pertanian merupakan salah satu syarat untuk mewujudkan ketahanan pangan. Ketahanan pangan merupakan situasi dimana semua rumah tangga mempunyai akses baik fisik maupun ekonomi untuk memperoleh pangan bagi seluruh anggota keluarganya, dimana rumah tangga tidak beresiko mengalami kehilangan kedua akses tersebut. Akan tetapi, lahan pertanian di Indonesia setiap tahunnya mengalami pengurangan akibat dari alih fungsi lahan. Kabupaten Karawang merupakan wilayah yang berkembang dengan pesat dan menjadi produsen beras tertinggi kedua yang lahannya merupakan kawasan Lahan Pertanian Pangan Berkelanjutan (LP2B). Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat di Desa Tanjungjaya terutama mengenai ketahanan pangan dirasa tepat di lokasi ini untuk melaksanakan kegiatan dalam rangka KKN-PPM. Ada pun kegiatannya berupa “Literasi Pangan Melalui Pengenalan Pangan Sejak Dini kepada Siswa-Siswi SD” dan “Sosialisasi LP2B di Desa Tanjungjaya, Kabupaten Karawang”. Metode yang digunakan pada kedua kegiatan tersebut adalah Pendidikan masyarakat dan advokasi. Hasil dari kegiatan tersebut adalah bertambahnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan siswa-siswi SDN 1 Tanjungjaya mengenai jenis-jenis pangan, dan bertambahnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman aparat pemerintah desa dan masyarakat terutama petani terkait pengelolaan dan perlindungan lahan pangan (sawah).The availability of land for agriculture is one of the conditions for realizing food security. Food security is a situation where all households have both physical and economic access to food for all family members, where households are not at risk of losing both accesses. However, agricultural land in Indonesia is reduced every year due to land use change. Karawang Regency is a rapidly growing area and is the second-highest rice producer whose land is a Sustainable Food Agricultural Land (LP2B) area. Therefore, community empowerment activities in Tanjungjaya Village, especially regarding food security, are considered appropriate in this location to carry out activities in the framework of KKN-PPM. There are also activities in the form of "Food Literacy through Early Food Introduction to Elementary School Students" and "LP2B Socialization in Tanjungjaya Village, Karawang Regency". The methods used in both activities are community education and advocacy. The result of this activity was an increase in the understanding and knowledge of SDN 1 Tanjungjaya students about the types of food, and an increase in knowledge and understanding of village government officials and communities, especially farmers related to the management and protection of food land (rice fields).

As a vehicle for social interaction, open spaces are expected to be able to link all of members of society (or the local community) without differentiating between their social, economic and cultural background. Green open space forms part of the urban space available in a region that has been filled with plants in order to bring ecological, social, cultural and aesthetic benefits. From the research conducted previously, it may be gathered that reaching the green open space proportion of 30% in the city region could only have been accomplished by involving many stakesholders, especially the local community members. This phenomenon piqued the interest of the researchers to conduct further research into the active participation of society (local community members) in the management of green open space and into the policies issued by the government to increase this effort. The outcome shows that the active participation of the local community members in the utilization of green open space serves not only to supervise the government policies, but it also plays an important role in managing and maintaining the green open space in their neighborhood. The expansion of the local community’s grasp of the concept being not only the party affected by its impact, but also as the interest and pressure group broadening its active participation by participating in managing the green open space, and even expanding the green open space by making agreements with the government. On the other hand, the government itself has been making various efforts to increase the active participation from society by encouraging the usage of Corporate Social Responsibility to manage the green open space and offer training sessions and courses to the local community involved.

The enactment of the UUCK has an impact on the role of customary, local and traditional law communities in the implementation of spatial planning. Especially in terms of the right to apply for and cancel the approval of permits for spatial planning activities, where the change in phrase from the cancellation of the permit to the cancellation of the approval of conformity which causes a reduction in the rights of customary law communities and conflicts between groups in maintaining and managing coastal areas and small islands in Indonesia. Based on this, the problems are identified, including: 1. What is the impact of reducing the participation of customary, local and traditional law communities in submitting demands for the cancellation of spatial planning permit approvals for coastal areas and small islands. 2. What is the concept of the participation of customary, local and traditional law communities in submitting approval for spatial planning permits for coastal areas and small islands in the centralization regime. This research method is juridical-normative, namely examining the problems of social and regulatory symptoms. The results of the study state the concept of the role of MHA in the cancellation of spatial planning permits using the Bottom-Up system. Where local governments and districts/cities are the main doors to the cancellation and application for permits for the implementation of spatial planning. In addition, the authority of local governments must be given a larger portion to accommodate suggestions and opinions from MHA on the suitability of spatial plans.

The negative impacts of the climate change phenomenon have a very broad impact, including on the agricultural sector, thus threatening food resilience in Indonesia. This research aims to find out how the regulation of climate change adaptation in the agricultural sector achieves food resilience in Indonesia, and to find out how its implementation occurs specifically in the regency of Kubu Raya, West Kalimantan Province, and Bandung City, West Java Province. Using a normative legal and analytical-descriptive approach, the main data are primary legal data and legal literature. The results showed that there are several climate change adaptation provisions in the agricultural sector in Indonesia, but food diversification as an adaptation measure is not contained in them. This makes the implementation of the agreements in Kubu Raya constituency try to adapt only to a commodity. Nevertheless, the implementation of climate change adaptation in the agricultural sector, especially in Kubu Raya constituency and Bandung city, has been pursued despite the respective problems outside the threat of climate change.

Introduction: The importance of an environment-based budget in an effort to optimize the revitalization program of the Citarum River, known as Citarum Harum. The program aims to address the serious problem of river pollution, but has not achieved optimal results because sustainable budgets have not been fully implemented.Purposes of the Research: The purpose of this research is to examine why environment-based budgeting is still not a priority in program implementation, and how this affects the overall and long-term success of the program.Methods of the Research: Using the method of policy analysis and evaluation of program implementation, this study reveals that the misalignment between budget policies and environmental needs has hampered the effectiveness of revitalization efforts.Results Main Findings of the Research: Key findings suggest that delays in the adoption of environmentally-oriented budgets result in slow, suboptimal, and unsustainable river recovery. The impact of these findings highlights the urgency of comprehensively integrating environmentally-based budgets to accelerate the recovery of river ecosystems and ensure the long-term sustainability of the program. In addition, the study also emphasizes that without proper and consistent budget support, revitalization programs such as Citarum Harum will continue to face significant challenges in achieving the expected environmental goals. In conclusion, budget management that is aligned with environmental conservation efforts is key to increasing the success of future environmental programs, including the revitalization of the Citarum River and other ecosystem restoration efforts in Indonesia.

Air memiliki 3 (tiga) fungsi, yaitu fungsi sosial, fungsi ekonomi dan fungsi lingkungan. Sehingga pengaturan tentang air harus melihat ketiga fungsi tersebut. Di sisi lain Indonesia sebagai negara yang kaya akan sumber daya air menghadapi berbagai permasalahan terkait air, mulai dari banjir, kekeringan dan pencemaran. Hukum memiliki peran penting dalam menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan terkait air. Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik untuk meneliti lebih mendalam mengenai pengaturan air dalam sistem hukum Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode penelitian yuridis normative. Dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan air di Indonesia difokuskan kepada peran air sebagai sumber daya pembangunan ekonomi. Dalam sistem hukum Indonesia, penulis menempatkan air dalam sub sistem hukum lingkungan yaitu hukum sumber daya alam, meskipun demikian seiring perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, hukum sumber daya air pun berkembang semakin luas dan mewarnai keseluruhan sistem hukum Indonesia.
