Abstract

Pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar membutuhkan penggunaan media yang menarik dan interaktif untuk merangsang motivasi siswa dan memfasilitasi pemahaman kurikulum yang sukses. Wordwall adalah media pembelajaran digital yang banyak digunakan saat ini. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penggunaan Wordwall sebagai alat pendidikan dalam pengajaran bahasa Inggris di tingkat dasar dan untuk mengetahui tanggapan siswa dan instruktur mengenai penerapannya. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metodologi deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Wordwall dapat meningkatkan minat dan keterlibatan siswa dalam belajar, sekaligus memfasilitasi pemahaman mereka tentang bahasa Inggris. Selain itu, Wordwall membantu pendidik dalam menyampaikan konten pembelajaran dengan cara yang lebih beragam dan menarik. Akibatnya, Wordwall dapat berfungsi sebagai sumber daya pendidikan alternatif yang layak untuk pengajaran bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Changes in the increasingly dynamic educational environment require schools to increase competitiveness through adaptive and strategic leadership. Strategic leadership is an important factor in determining the direction, quality, and sustainability of educational institutions in the midst of increasingly fierce competition. This study aims to analyze and compare the literature on the role of strategic leadership in increasing school competitiveness in the 2021–2025 period. This study uses a qualitative approach with a comparative literature review method. Data were obtained from various relevant scientific journal articles and analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The analysis focused on the concept of strategic leadership, school competitiveness factors, and strategies used in improving the quality of education. The results of the study show that strategic leadership plays a significant role in increasing school competitiveness through several key aspects, namely visionary and adaptive leadership, human resource development, digital transformation, strengthening organizational culture, stakeholder involvement, and data-based decision-making. School competitiveness is influenced by various interrelated factors, such as teacher quality, learning innovation, educational facilities, and public reputation and trust. The conclusion of this study confirms that strategic leadership is the main pillar in creating a sustainable school competitive advantage. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen leadership capacity, use technology, and effective collaboration to improve the quality of education. These findings are expected to be a reference for practitioners and researchers in developing more adaptive and innovative leadership strategies in the future

Abstract

This study investigates the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in english language teaching. It examines the integration of AI in learning english writing skills. The research employs a library research method by reviewing relevant books, articles, and previous studies related to AI in language learning. The findings reveal that AI can create a supportive and interactive environment for learning English by providing personalized feedback, adaptive learning opportunities, and increased access to learning resources. AI-powered tools are able to assist learners in improving grammar accuracy, vocabulary choice, sentence structure, paragraph organization, and overall writing quality. In addition, these technologies help students generate ideas, revise drafts, and build confidence during the writing process. Therefore, the integration of AI in teaching English writing can be considered an innovative approach to improving the effectiveness of the learning process and enhancing students’ writing achievement.
