Abstract

Basically, employee performance is influenced by two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are factors related to a person's characteristics, including attitudes, personality traits, physical characteristics, desires or motivation, age, gender, education, work experience, cultural background and other personal variables. Meanwhile, external factors are factors that influence employee performance that come from the environment, leadership, actions of co-workers, type of training and supervision, wage system and social environment. Meanwhile, one of the important elements in a company's management system besides human resources is and compensation is leadership. Leadership is a process where someone can become a leader through continuous activities so that they can influence the people they lead (followers) in order to achieve organizational or company goals. The relationship between a leader and those being led is a leadership process because the leader needs followers and the followers need the leader. Even though leaders and followers are interrelated, it is the leader who should take the initiative to establish relationships, communicate and maintain relationships so that the goals of the company or organization as formulated in the company's/organization's vision, mission, plans and strategies can be achieved. Increasing employee performance in an organization is largely determined by the existence of leadership in the organization. Leadership is the main factor in determining the progress and decline of employee performance in an organization, because with leadership you can direct and mobilize other people to be willing. doing something voluntarily to achieve a predetermined goal. Therefore, the existence of leadership in an organization greatly determines the success of an organization as a whole. individual and group success

Abstract

The number of patient visits at the Kedungdoro Health Center from 2019 to 2021 has decreased, both old and new patient visits. These conditions indicate that patient loyalty is low, the low patient loyalty can occur due to patient dissatisfaction which is influenced by the marketing mix. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing mix, namely products, people, processes and physical evidence on customer value at the Kedungdoro Health Center.This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design. The study population was all patients in November as many as 1849 patients. The research sample was 178 patients and was taken by purposive sampling method. Data were collected by using a questionnaire instrument and analyzed by Multiple Linear Regression.The results of the research on hypothesis testing showed that the results of the t-test of the product, people, process and physical evidence variables partially had a significant positive effect on the customer value variable. In addition, the F test results show that all elements of the marketing mix (products, people, processes and physical evidence) simultaneously or simultaneously have a significant effect on customer value. Elements of the marketing mix that need to be evaluated in order to increase patient loyalty are people and physical evidence

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation and work discipline on the performance of PT.Profilia Indotech Surabaya employees. The type of research used is quantitative and information is collected through questionnaires. The sample in this study are employees of PT. Profilia Indotech Surabaya as many as 37 respondents. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis with SPSS 25 application tools namely validity analysis, reliability analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, normality, hypothesis testing (t test and F test) and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results show that leadership style partially has a significant influence on employee performance, with a significance value of α = 0.00 <0.05 with a tcount greater than ttable -4.368> -2.03452. Motivation partially has a significant influence on employee performance, with a significance value of α = 0.00 <0.05 with a tcount greater than ttable 23.861> 2.03452. Discipline partially has a significant influence on employee performance, with a significance value of α = 0.02 <0.05 with a tcount greater than ttable 3.378> 2.03452. And simultaneously leadership style, motivation and discipline have a significant influence on employee performance, with a significance value of α = 0.00 <0.05 with a Fcount value greater than Ftable 193.850> 2.89. From this study is that the variables of leadership style, motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

PT. Papan Jaya is one of the textile industries that produces ply wood in large quantities. A significant increase in the number of requests forces companies to be able to compete with other companies, so an increase in productivity is needed. The company experienced several periods of non-fulfilment of production targets. Given the problems that occur, this research will calculate the analysis of working time and mental workload on the workforce in order to optimize the workforce. This type of research uses the Work Sampling method to calculate normal time and standard time, NASA-TLX is useful for knowing the value of the mental workload of the workforce, and Work-load Analysis to optimize the workforce. The results of the Work Sampling method obtained a total production time of 70.41 minutes by considering the Performance Rating and Allowance value. The NASA-TLX method results in the majority of the workforce having a high workload value. The mental workload value with the highest value was 86 on the hot press machine (Operator 9) while the lowest mental workload value was 55 on the rotary machine (Operator 4). As well as the results of the Workload Analysis method, the mixing machine part and the cutting machine part need to add 2 workers and the trimming part needs to reduce 1 worker. From these results, the workforce at PT. Papan Jaya, which originally consisted of 18 workers, after being calculated, the results obtained were 21 workers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product image on Telkomsel customer loyalty in Surabaya. The research method used is a quantitative method. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to the population of all Telkomsel card users in the Surabaya area, because this population is unlimited or the population cannot be determined with certainty. So this study uses a sample with the Lemeshow formula, namely 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test which consists of a normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test and multiple linear regression analysis, as well as hypothesis testing, namely the coefficient of determination test, f test, t test.The results of the research based on the resulting tests show that service quality and product image have a significant influence on Telkomsel customer loyalty in Surabaya, one of which is evidenced by the results of the coefficient of determination that the correlation between customer loyalty and all independent variables (service quality and product image) R -Square of 0.653 means that 65.3% variation or change in customer loyalty is jointly influenced by service quality and product image while the remaining 34.7% variation or change in customer loyalty is caused by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of understanding the basic theory of investment, minimum capital and motivation on the millennial generation's interest in investing in the capital market. The millennial generation in this study focuses on young investors, aged between 17 to 35 years who live in Surabaya and Gresik and have active investment accounts of 50 people. The type of research used is quantitative. Information was collected through a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, validity analysis, reliability analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, normality, hypothesis testing (T test and F test) and deretmination coefficient (R²). The results of the study show that the variable knowledge of basic investment theory results from t count > t table (2.138 > 2.012) and results t count > t table minimum capital variable (2.887 > 2.012) meaning that these two variables have a positive and significant effect on millennial generation investment interest in the capital market. While the motivational variable results t count > t table (-0.085 > -2.012) is negative, meaning that the motivational variable does not significantly influence the interest in investing in the millennial generation. From the results of the multiple regression test, the results are Y=4.095+ 0.203X1+ 0.653X2+ (-0.10X3)+ 0.363. The results of the F test obtained F count > F table (26.933 > 2.81).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence workload has,reward and punishment on the performance of employees at the Wringin Gresik Gubuk cafe. Human resources must have skills and abilities that support them in completing tasks and responsibilities. With adequate capabilities, human resources carry oult thelir dultiels and relsponsibilitiels elffelctivelly and elfficielntly. Cafel Gulbulk Wringin Grelsik prelselnts a ulniqulel placel concelpt with a rulral atmosphelrel. This typel of relselarch is qulantitativel. Thel popullation of this stuldy welrel elmployelels of thel Wringin Grelsik shack cafel with a total of 40 relspondelnts. Of thel 40 relspondelnts, 22 welrel malel and 18 welrel felmalel. Thel sampling telchniqulel for this stuldy ulseld pulrposivel sampling. Thel nulmbelr of samplels is 40 relspondelnts. Data collelcteld throulgh qulelstionnairels. This stuldy ulseld a linelar relgrelssion telst tool with thel SPSS 19 data procelssing application. Thel relsullts showeld that thel Workload Variablel had a partial elffelct on Elmployelel Pelrformancel with thel relsullt t calcullateld on thel Workload variablel (X1) showing thel nulmbelr 2.041. Thel calcullateld t valulel is grelatelr than t tablel or 2.041 > 2.028.Relward has a partial elffelct on thel Elmployelel Pelrformancel of thel Wringin Gulbulk Cafel with thel relsullts of t coulnt on thel variablel Relward (X2) shows thel nulmbelr 5.309. Thel calcullateld t valulel is grelatelr than t tablel or 5.309> 2.028 . SoRelward (X2) has a partial elffelct on elmployelel pelrformancel. Abstract

This study aims to observe and analyze the influence of leadership style and incentives given to the performance of employees of PT. Multi Aneka Pangan Nusantara in Gresik Partially and simultaneous. This research method tends to be descriptive and tends to be general. Data obtained directly from the respondent or the object under study or something to do with the object under study. This data can be in the form of interviews, questionnaires, and observations that will be carried out at PT. Multi Aneka Pangan Nusantara Gresik. As for secondary data obtained from books, journals, and other related sources and strengthen the basis of research and written sources that refer to existing theories. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear analysis, t test and F test. The results showed that Leadership Style (X1) had a positive and significant effect on the performance (Y) of employees at PT. Multi Aneka Pangan Nusantara is proven by t count -0.910 with a significance of 0.037. Incentives (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the performance (Y) of employees of PT. Multi Aneka Pangan Nusantara is proven by a t count of 4.571 with a significance of 0.000. PT employees Multi Aneka Pangan Nusantara Leadership style (X1), incentives (X2) have a positive and significant impact on the performance (Y) of employees of PT. Multi Aneka Pangan Nusantara is proven by f count 10.315 with a significance of 0.000. Positive influence in this sense means that if the employee's perception of the leader's attitude is getting better, then the performance of the employees will also be getting better. Likewise, the higher the incentive, the better the employee performance.

Abstract

Introduction : The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product, price, promotion, and location either partially or simultaneously on the purchasing decision of the Trillium Residence Surabaya Apartment. Research Metodology : The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling so that from the population a sample of 100 respondents was taken, the data collection method used was observation, questionnaires, and libraries. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS version 25 software. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient determination. Research Result : From the results of the analysis using the T test, F analysis of hypothesis testing at the confidence level α = 5%, the t value is 0.847 < t table 1.98 and the significant value is 0.752 > 0.05.it can be concluded that the product variable has no effect on purchasing decisions for the Trillium Residence Surabaya Apartment with, for hypothesis number two the calculated t value is 1.704 < t table 1.98 and the significance value is 0.092 > 0.05 the price does not affect the purchasing decision of the Trillium Residence Surabaya Apartment, for hypothesis number three, the calculated t value is 1.704 < t table 1.98 and the significance value is 0.092 > 0.05 the promotion variable affects the purchasing decision of the Trillium Residence Surabaya Apartment and the location affects the purchasing decision Trillium Residence Surabaya Apartment. Based on testing using the F test, f count value of 62,934 > F table of 2.70 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 it is proven that the product, price, promotion, and location variables simultaneously influence the purchasing decision of the Trillium Residence Surabaya Apartment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of product quality, price and promotionon sales volume of CV. Sinar Baja Electric. Research conducted at CV. Sinar Baja Electric, researchers took quantitative research methods, while the methods used to collect and were interviews, observasion and documentation. The analysis that the authors use in the study is descriptice qualitative analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validation analysis and reability testing. Proceeds from sales of Speaker Box Rhyme at CV. Sinar Baja Electrichas experienced a decline in the past 3 years, this is evidenced by the sales result in 2018 of 28 pcs, while in 2019 there were 13 pcs and in 2020 there were 6 pcs. Based on the result obtained from the questionnaire distributed to cconsmers CV. Sinar Baja Electric, in use study used one dependent variable, namely sales volume and three independent variable, namely product quality, price and promotion. The regression model obtained from the multiple linear regression test in thie study is Y = 2,032 + 0,184X1 + 0,680X2 + 0,090X3 + 0,427. In this study there is a multiple linear test, namely the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²), in table 4.10 it can be shown that 57,3% increase in sales volume of Rhyme speakers is influenced by independent variable, namely product quality (X1), price (X2) and promotion (X3), while the remaining 42,7% is influenced by other variable not examined in thi study. And based on the results of the beta value in the multiple linear regression the in the table 4.9, it can be concluded that only the price variable has a significant effect on volume sales CV. Sinar Baja Electric with a value of 0,661 and the rest (product quality and promotion) has no significant effect on sales volume at CV. Sinar Baja Electric in Surabaya.
