Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana: (1) Profesionalisme (2) Kinerja Pelayanan; (3) Kualitas Pelayanan Perawat; serta (4) Pengaruh Profesionalisme Dan Kinerja Pelayanan Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Perawat (Studi di RS TK IV Atambua) secara simultan dan parsial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode description survey dan explanatory survey. seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan responden yaitu pada perawat di RS TK IV Atambua sebanyak (N) 30 orang sesuai dengan karakteristik responden. Penelitian ini dirancang bersifat deskriptif dan verifikatif Kinerja pelayanan dominan mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan perawat dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0.801 dengan thitung sebesar 15.360 dengan nilai ttabel pada taraf signifikansi ?(0,05) =2.05, daripada Profesionalisme sebesar 0.200 dengan thitung sebesar 2.707 dengan nilai ttabel pada taraf signifikansi ?(0,05) =2.05, serta kedua variabel tersebut terbukti mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan perawat.

Abstract

Background. The success of rice production is influenced by many factors, one of which is the selection of varieties. Varieties, as a supporting factor in increasing agricultural productivity, will be able to show values according to potential yields with optimal farming management. Aims. This study aims to examine the differences in agronomic characteristics and kinship of 10 high-yielding inbred rice varieties (Oryza sativa L.) in West Java. The experiment was conducted at the Variety Display Land, Pamekaran Village, Soreang District, Bandung Regency. The experiment was conducted from April to August 2024. The experimental location was situated at an altitude of 700 m above sea level. Methods. The agronomic characteristic experiment method used a qualitative descriptive approach. In the experimental approach, a Randomized Block Design (RBD) was employed with 10 inbred rice phenotype treatments, repeated three times. The materials used in this experiment were 10 high-yielding inbred rice varieties. Result. Based on the study's results, similarities were observed in morphological characters among several inbred rice varieties, including those in Group I, Inpari 32 HDB, and Situ Bagendit, with a similarity level of 100%. In Group II, the Mekongga, Inpari 42, Inpari 33, and Inpari 30 varieties, and in Group III, the Ciherang and Padjadjaran Cakrabuana Agritan varieties, achieved a coefficient value of 78%. Conclusion. The similarity is 0.10 or 100% with a similarity coefficient level of 100% seen from the morphological character data based on the Rice UVOP Table

Abstract

Background. Volvariella volvacea (straw mushroom) is a high-demand agricultural commodity. Rice straw is used as a planting medium in this crop production. During the harvest season, this type of media is abundant. Other press must be used to produce straw mushrooms continuously. Aims. This research aims to study the growth and yield of the mushroom V. volvacea on various growing media. Karawang regency hosted an experimental study. Methods. The experimental design was a randomized complete block design with six treatments and four replications. The treatment of mushroom growing media in rice straw, rice husk, waste from textile fabric (cotton), and three other treatments was a 1:1 (v/v) mixture of these planting media. Result. The findings revealed that different planting media had an impact on the growth and yield of straw mushrooms. Conclusion. The highest mushroom production was obtained by combining the growing media ,straw and husk ,in a 1:1 ratio. Implementation. Rice husk can be used as a substitute for straw as a growing medium.

Abstract

Soybean is lots of plants contain beneficial nutrition for Indonesian society. The need for soybeans continues to increase every year while national soybean production is still low. One of the efforts to increase soybean production is by intercropping with corn. Competition in obtaining growth factors, one of which is nutrients, is a major problem in intercropping, therefore it is necessary to add environmentally friendly nutrients such as Azolla pinnata. This study aims to analyze the performance of soybean cultivars planted by intercropping with corn by administering LOF Azolla pinnata. The research method used a randomized block design (RBD) which consisted of 24 treatment combinations and was repeated twice to see the effectiveness of the treatment, analyzed with response surface regression. The results of the research show Cultivars Anjasmoro, Dega 1 and Gepak Kuning show most agronomic appearance good with administration of LOF Azolla dose 400 ml.L -1. results study this show giving LOF to cultivation plant in a manner intercropping could conducted for minimize impact negative competition between plant on system intercropping. Selection could conducted with see correlation between character which have correlation most tightly with character result.

Abstract

The research was conducted in Dawuan Kidul Village, Dawuan District, Subang Regency with an altitude of 700 m above sea level, with a type B (wet) climate from September 2022 to December 2022. This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of the interaction between the concentrations of the hormax biofertilizer and spacing on the growth and yield of peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) variety Biga, (2) knowing the concentration of hormax biofertilizer and spacing that gives the best results on peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) variety Biga. The experimental design used was a split plot design with a factorial pattern with Duncan's follow-up test. Hormax concentration treatment (k) consisted of 4 levels, namely k0 (concentration 0 ml/L solution), k2 (concentration 5 ml/L solution), k3 (concentration 10 ml/L solution), k4 (concentration 15 ml/L solution) . The spacing treatment (j) consisted of 4 levels, namely j1 (30x15 cm), j2 (30x20 cm), j3 (30x25 cm), j4 (30x30 cm). The results showed that there was an interaction between the concentration of hormax biofertilizer and plant spacing on the response of plant height 21 HST, number of leaves 21 HST, 35 HST, 49 HST and the number of pods planted. The best interaction was shown from the application of 5 and 10 ml/L biological fertilizer solution at a spacing of 30x30cm for a plant height response of 21 DAP, the provision of 15 ml/L biological fertilizer solution at a spacing of 30x25cm was best for a response of 21 DAP leaves, the application of 15 ml biological fertilizer /L solution at a spacing of 30x20 was the best for the response to the number of leaves of 35 HST and the application of biological fertilizer 5 ml/L solution at a spacing of 30x20 was best for the response to the number of leaves of 49 HST and the number of pods.

Abstract

An experiment was carried out in Margasari Village, Dawuan District, Subang Regency, from July 2022 until November 2022. The purpose of this research studied the efficacy of media types of Paenibacillus antagonist agents. polymyxa in controlling Bacterial Leaf Blight on several varieties of rice plants and to obtain the most effective medium for controlling Bacterial Leaf Blight. The method used in this study was an experimental method, with a randomized block design, factorial pattern, which consisted of two treatment factors, namely factors of various Paenibacillus polymyxa media and varieties and repeated three times. The first factor was various Paenibacillus polymyxa (M) media consisting of three treatment levels, namely: m1 (Potato extract, m2 (Sweet potato extract) and m3 (Taro extract). The second factor variety (V) consisted of three levels, namely : v1 (Sidenuk), v2 (Padjajaran) and v3 (Cakrabuana). The results showed that (1) There was an interaction between P. polymyxa Antagonist Agent media on potato extract and Cakrabuana rice variation on the intensity of Bacterial Leaf Blight at 28 HST 0.09% and 35 HST 0.09% and obtained a seed weight per plot of 5.4 kg (8.64 tons ha-1) (2) Media treatment of P. Polymyxa antagonist agent on potato extract affected the intensity of Bacterial Leaf Blight, plant height. , number of productive tillers, 1000 grain weight, number of panicles clump, seed weight clump and seed weight plot (3) The cakrabuana rice variety affects the intensity of bacterial leaf blight, the number of productive tillers, the weight of 1000 grains,. the number of panicles clump and the seed weight plot, while the sidenuk rice variety was significantly different on plant height and seed weight clump

Abstract

The research was conducted in the paddy fields of the Nanjung Tani farmer group, Rawameneng Village, Blanakan District, Subang Regency, at a height of 25 m above sea level, from August 2022 to November 2022. This research aimed to study the effect of the interaction between the spacing system and the age at which the garden was moved on the growth and yield of glutinous rice. latch. The environmental design used a completely randomized design (CRD) with a factorial pattern, the plant spacing treatment (j) consisted of 3 levels, namely j1 = Legowo 2 ; 1, j2 = 30 cm x 30 cm tiles, j3 = 4:1 thinning and the age of transplanting (u) consists of 4 levels, namely u1 = 10 HSS, u2 = 15 HSS, u3 = 20 HSS and u4 = 25 HSS . The results showed that the effect of transplanting age and spacing had an interaction effect on the number of tillers and the number of productive tillers, whereas on plant height, wet sample weight, dry sample weight, 1000 grain weight, empty grain weight, panicle length , number of seeds per panicle and tiles showed no interaction

Abstract

Background. The fig plant is one of the plantation commodities that experiences a decline in production every year. The cause of the decline in fig production is the low multiplication of fig plants due to less-than-optimal plant cultivation. Fig plants have high economic value, where market demand is increasing, but production of fig plants is decreasing. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase productivity, one of which is the use of in vitro propagation techniques with the addition of NAA and Kinetin growth regulators. Aims. This research aims to investigate the growth response to the combination of Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) and Kinetin concentrations on the growth of fig (Ficus carica L.), specifically the Green Jordan variety, in vitro. Methods. This experiment was carried out at the Tissue Culture Laboratory of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit, Horticulture Seed Center, Hegarmanah, Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency, West Java. Conducted from March to May 2024, the experiment employed a Simple Randomized Environmental Design (SRE) consisting of 5 treatment combinations, repeated 4 times, resulting in 20 experimental units. A = (0 mg L-1 NAA + 4 mg L-1 Kinetin ), B = (0.5 mg L-1 NAA +3 mg L-1 Kinetin ), C = 1 mg L-1 NAA +2 mg L-1 Kinetin, D = (1.5 mg L-1 NAA + 1 mg L-1 Kinetin ), E = (2 mg L-1 NAA + 0 mg L-1 Kinetin ), Observational data were analyzed using the F test and if there is an effect followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test at the 5% level. Conclusion. The results showed that the combination concentration (4 mg L-1 Kinetin) had a better effect on the percentage of leaves.
