Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peranan penting dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat di daerah guna menciptakan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakatnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan atau mendeskripsikan pengembangan pemahaman masyarakat akan pentingnya Pendidikan yang meliputi landasan teori, kondisi pendidikan, dan tingkat pendidikan masyarakat Desa Gunungsari, Kecamatan Leuwiliang, Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek masyarakat Desa Gunungsari, Kecamatan Leuwiliang, Kabupaten Bogor yang kebanyakan masyarakatnya hanya menempuh pendidikan hanya sampai bangku sekolah menengah pertama saja. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif dengan langkah-langkah adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. simpulan penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat khususnya pelajar akan pentingnya pendidikan

Abstract

Dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar peranan motivasi sangat diperlukan, karena tinggi rendahnya motivasi sangat berpengaruh pada proses belajar anak. Rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa seringkali di duga menjadi penyebab rendahnya kualitas lulusan sebuah lembaga pendidikan. Sebaliknya jika seorang anak memiliki motivasi belajar yang tinggi, anak cenderung akan mampu mengembangkan potensinya ke tingkat yang lebih tinggi lagi. Peningkatan metode belajar melalui metode demonstrasi mata Pelajaran Fiqih kelas VII SMP Adzkia Kharisma. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar melalui metode demonstrasi pada mata Pelajaran Fiqih kelas VII SMP Adzkia Kharisma.. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan lembar observasi siswa dan angket yang digunakan sebagai alat penggumpul data. Hasil analisis metode demonstrasi menunjukkan bahwa aspek yang telah mencapai nilai di atas rata-rata dapat meningkatkan motivasi. Misalnya, skor rata-rata siklus I meningkat sebesar 65% dan skor rata-rata siklus II meningkat sebesar 25%. Peningkatan motivasi siswa berpengaruh pada peningkatan hasil belajar dalam mencapai nilai kkm rata-rata 70 yang menunjukkan peningkatan 25%.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Keadilan Prosedural Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Pada Kantor Dinas Kebudayaan Dan Pariwisata Kota Kendari. Sebanyak 37 pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan Dan Pariwisata Kota Kendari. Berdasarkan kriteria penarikan sampel yang telah ditentukan, maka Dinas Kebudayaan Dan Pariwisata Kota kendari memenuhi persyaratan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model regresi linear berganda. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terkait Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Keadilan Prosedural secara simultan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional. Variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional. Variabel Keadilan Prosedural memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional. Abstrack This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Procedural Justice on Organizational Commitment at the Office of Culture and Tourism of Kendari City. A total of 37 employees of the Kendari City Culture and Tourism Office. Based on predetermined sampling criteria, the Kendari City Culture and Tourism Office met the requirements as a sample in this study. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression model. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS 20 application program. The results of this study indicate that related to Leadership Style and Procedural Justice simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on Organizational Commitment. Leadership Style Variable has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Commitment. The Procedural Justice variable has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Speaking proficiency in Arabic is a fundamental language skill that supports students’ religious comprehension, particularly within the context of Islamic schools (madrasah). However, the limited frequency of speaking practice, low levels of student self-confidence, and the use of less interactive teaching methods present significant barriers to the development of this competency. In response to these challenges, this study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the windows shopping learning model in enhancing the Arabic speaking skills of eighth-grade students at MTs Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda, Indragiri Hulu. Employing a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, data were collected through pre- and post-tests and analyzed using a t-test and N-Gain calculation. The findings reveal that the implementation of the windows shopping model has a significant positive effect on improving students' Arabic speaking abilities. This model effectively fosters an active and communicative learning environment through independent exploration, peer dialogue, and oral presentation, all of which encourage direct student engagement. The novelty of this study lies in the application of the windows shopping model within the Arabic language learning contextan area where its use has previously been more common in social studies instruction. This model holds promise as a reference for madrasah curriculum development policies focused on active learning and offers an alternative strategy for enhancing students’ oral communication skills in a contextual, participatory, and meaningful manner.

Abstract

Purpose – This study addresses the psychological distress faced by married Muslim couples who experience infertility and involuntary childlessness, particularly due to intense social and cultural pressures. It aims to explore how Khusyu’ (deep devotion in worship) functions as a religious coping mechanism to reduce stress, anxiety, and stigma associated with this condition Design/methods/approach – A qualitative phenomenological approach was used to capture the lived spiritual and psychological experiences of the participants. The study involved eight purposively selected Muslim couples from Magelang Regency, Indonesia, who had been married for more than three years without having children. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations, focusing on their religious practices and coping behaviors Findings – The results show that couples experiencing significant psychological distress engage in  Khusyu’practices, such as obligatory and additional prayers, supplication (du’a), voluntary fasting, and charity (sadaqah), as well as participation in Islamic study groups. These practices help reduce anxiety, foster acceptance of divine destiny, and build emotional resilience, while providing social support that mitigates stigma and strengthens marital harmony. Research implications/limitations – The implications of this study suggest that Khusyu’ as a form of religious coping can help childless couples manage psychological distress. Methodologically, the phenomenological approach enables an in-depth exploration of participants' spiritual and emotional experiences. However, given the qualitative nature of this study and the limited number of participants, the findings cannot be generalized to a broader population. Originality/value – This study provides a unique contribution by examining Khusyu’ as a specific religious coping strategy in the context of infertility among Muslim couples. Unlike previous research, which has focused broadly on religious coping, this study positions Khusyu’ as a central element in promoting psychological well-being and resilience within a distinct cultural and religious framework
