Abstract

Ikan lele afkir berpotensi digunakan sebagai bahan baku pembuatan konsentrat protein ikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memanfaatkan ikan lele afkir dan mengaplikasikan pada produk kerupuk melarat. Ekstraksi protein menggunakan pelarut isopropil alkohol dan etanol dengan frekuensi 4 kali selama 20 menit, ekstraksi pada suhu 5°C . Konsentrat protein ikan diaplikasikan pada kerupuk melarat dengan presentasi 0%,6%, 8%, 10%, 12%, 14%.  Kerupuk yang terpilih penambahan KPI 10%  karakteristik; kadar protein 5,77%, kadar air 4,48%, kadar abu 2,14, tingkat kemekaran 284,54%, renyah, aroma ikan lemah, warna cream keputihan cemerlang.

Abstract

Ikan lele dumbo pada umumnya dikonsumsi pada size 6-8 ekor /kg, ukuran 2 -1 ekor / kg tergolong ukuran jumbo kurang  laku, pangsa pasarnya sangat terbatas. Konsentrat protein ikan (KPI) merupakan bahan pangan untuk konsumsi manusia, dengan jumlah protein yang dihasilkan lebih banyak dari kondisi awalnya. Faktor-faktor yang mepengaruhi mutu KPI antara lain jenis ikan,  jenis pelarut, cara ekstraksi dan lama ekstraksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui jenis pelarut  terbaik dan ulangan ekstraksi, pembuatan KPI berbahan baku ikan lele dumbo ukuran jumbo. Ikan lele dumbo di ekstrak menggunakan pelarut isopropil alkohol dan etanol, ekstraksi dilakukan 1 kali, 2 kali. 3 kali dan 4 kali. Hasil penelitian  pelarut terbaik menggunakan pelarut isopropil alkohol 90%, pengulangan ekstraksi 4 kali, menghasilkan kadar protein 78,71%, kadar lemak 0,69%, derajat putih 84, nilai organoleptik  4,29 bau ikan sangat lemah, memiliki 8 asam amino esensial, 5 asam amino non esensial dan 2 asam amino semi esensial.KPI ikan lele dumbo ukuran jumbo berupa produk dalam bentuk tepung berwarna putih yang mudah diplikasikan sebagai bahan fortifikasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat dan mengembangkan model pembelajaran ciri khusus hewan di Kelas VI SD se-Kecamatan Parakan. Model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan adalah memadukan PBL dan PjBL berbantuan Black Box ARVR. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD se-Kecamatan Parakan pada Siswa Kelas VI muatan pelajaran IPA materi Ciri Khusus Hewan. Desain penelitian adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan rubrik. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Guru dan peserta didik Kelas VI se-Kecamatan Parakan Tahun Ajaran 2019-2020, dengan sampel penelitian 20 Guru kelas VI. Hasil Peneltian ini adalah Model Pembelajaran Ciri Khusus Hewan Menggunakan PBL dan PjBL berbantuan Black Box ARVR (1) mencapai tingkat kelayakan desain 98% dan kelayakan produk 98% dengan metode expert judgement, (2)  hasil observasi minat Sebanyak 10 kelas (67%) menyatakan sangat minat, sebanyak 2 kelas (13%) menyatakan minat, dan sisanya 3 kelas (20%) menyatakan cukup minat, (3) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen yang awalnya sebanyak 15 kelas (100%) tidak mencapai target menjadi sebanyak 12 peserta didik (80%) mencapai target pembelajaran,. Kesimpulan bahwa Pengembangan Model pembelajaran Ciri Khusus Hewan Menggunakan PBL dan PjBL berbantuan Blackbox ARVR dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan pembelajaran yang terjadi pada Kelas VI se-kecamatan Parakan.

Abstract

Universitas Terbuka (UT) as an open and distance higher education institution needs to have data on the student reasons why they enrolling at UT and why they choose their study programs. The data can be obtained from alumni who recently graduated, for that UT has developed an exit survey applications. There are two programs that are managed by UT, the Regular Program or Non-Pendas and Basic Education Program (Pendas). In this study respondents of the exit survey consist of 3,190 Regular Program alumni and 34,856 Program Pendas alumni, which is a graduate of UT during 2009.2 to 2010.2 semesters. The results of exit survey data processing shows that there are some differences regarding the reasons for the UT enrollment and reasons for choosing study program, among the Regular and Pendas Program alumni. The main reason for the Regular and Pendas Program alumni enrolled at UT is "Knowledge Improvement". While the main reason for choosing study program for the Regular Programme alumni is "Supporting the Job", while alumni from Pendas Program is "Knowledge Improvement". In the future the data obtained from exit survey can be used for dissemination and promotion, increasing the number of students, as well as reducing the number of non-active students. Universitas Terbuka (UT) sebagai institusi pendidikan tinggi terbuka jarak jauh perlu memiliki data mengenai apa alasan mahasiswa masuk UT dan apa alasan mereka memilih program studi. Data tersebut dapat diperoleh dari alumni yang baru saja lulus, untuk itu UT telah mengembangkan aplikasi exit survey. Ada dua program yang dikelola oleh UT, yaitu Program Reguler atau Non-Pendas dan Program Pendidikan Dasar (Pendas). Dalam penelitian ini responden exit survey dari Program Reguler sebanyak 3.190 dan Program Pendas berjumlah 34.856, yang merupakan lulusan UT pada masa yudisium 2009.2 sampai dengan 2010.2. Hasil pengolahan data exit survey memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat beberapa perbedaan mengenai alasan masuk UT dan alasan memilih program studi, antara alumni Program Reguler dan Pendas. Alasan utama masuk UT bagi alumni Program Reguler maupun Pendas adalah Menambah Pengetahuan. Sedangkan alasan utama memilih program studi bagi alumni Program Reguler adalah Menunjang Pekerjaan, sementara alumni Program Pendas adalah Menambah Pengetahuan. Di masa yang akan datang data yang diperoleh dari exit survey dapat digunakan untuk sosialisasi dan promosi, meningkatkan jumlah mahasiswa, serta menurunkan jumlah mahasiswa non-aktif.

Abstract

Universitas Terbuka (UT) as a higheropen anddistanceeducationinstitution has beencarrying outstudents assessmentin the form ofpaper and pencil and online examinations. This studywas conductedto determinethe effectiveness ofthe implementation of theOnline ExaminationSystem(Sistem Ujian Online=SUO), in terms of the reliability(robustness) of SUO application, the readiness ofHuman Resources inimplementingan online exam, the infrastructure that supporting SUO, and the studentresponses. The results showed that SUO applicationand support application had beenwell developedbyUT, proven that the SUO havebeenin operation in 30 out of 37UTregional centersin 2010. Studentsdid notface manyproblems in registering in the online exam.Infrastructureandhuman resourceswere considered satisfactory. Respondentsalso said that SUO was veryflexiblein terms of choosing theexamschedule andgetting the immediate feedback. Based on the research results, a SUO modelhad been developed and to be implementedatUT. The SUOmodel isdescribed inseveralbusinessprocesses, which includethe preparation, execution, processingexam results, as well assupervisionandevaluation. In the future, UTstillneeds toimprovefacilities, infrastructure andquality of human resources thatcansupport theonline exam. The implementation of online examrelies heavily oninformationtechnology (IT) and itis expectedthatSUOis adaptablewith this rapidly changed technology.

Abstract

Environmental issues at this time are very worrying it should be handled. This problem can happen because there is no awareness about problems of environment, and of non existing public education about the environment. Environmental education should be given since childhood, because the moral values received during childhood will not be easily forgotten. Presently, environmental education at the elementary level is ignored, because teachers who have knowledge in the field of environment is limited. Environmental education is very important for all, for that reason the socialization of environmental education is very crucial, especially for decision-makers, the bureaucrats and political elite, or those who can influence other people such as teachers and trainers. One alternative for environmental education is through the open and distance learning system. This system is very potential not only as a self-learning need, but also to enhance educational access. Distance learning system can be used for mass education, providing greater opportunity for people to study whenever they have time and wherever they are.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the internal and external environment as well as the right strategy for Raja Ampat Regency in the process of developing fisheries in Capture Fish cultivation. The research method used is the questionnaire method and in-depth interviews using FGD to obtain the SWOT variable (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunisities , Threats). The results showed that the strength of the Raja Ampat archipelago consisted of strategic geographical position, high potential of aquaculture, available cultivation land, and available labor. While the weaknesses consist of limited seed log size, fish mortality caused by disease, low water quality management, limited trash feed, limited capital, low skills, knowledge of cultivation technology, and limited access to markets. Opportunities for grouper farmers in Raja Ampat district consist of high fish prices, wide open market demand, increased income of coastal communities, absorption of labor, regional autonomy, RTRW / RTWRPL / Kab. Zoning Plans. Raja Ampat, National Policy in fisheries development. While threats consist of climate change / season, lack of market guarantee, determination of quality standards for aquaculture products, low capital support, safety, environmental pollution, and lack of enforcement of RTRW regulations for fisheries cultivation development. In this case, the right strategy in this case is maximizing strength in taking advantage of opportunities, taking advantage of opportunities to suppress weaknesses, maximizing strength to avoid threats, and suppressing weaknesses and avoiding threats.

Abstract

One indication of the low quality of civil servants is the existence of disciplinary violations within the West Kotawaringin Regency Government. Constraints faced by a Civil Servant in the application of Civil Servant discipline are the lack of strict sanctions given by the authorized official and the erosion of Civil Servant discipline. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of civil servant discipline based on Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010 concerning Civil Servant Discipline and analyze the factors that encourage and hinder the discipline of Civil Servants in the West Kotawaringin Regency Government with reference to the theory proposed by Nitisemito, namely Purpose and Ability, Leading Example, Prosperity, Threat and Assertiveness. This research method is qualitative. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation, the selection of informants was carried out by purposive sampling, namely the selection of informants with the consideration that the informants really knew or were directly involved with the research focus. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The solution to the disciplinary problem is the existence of sanctions or strict action if a Civil Servant is proven to have committed a disciplinary violation which aims to provide a deterrent effect and shock therapy so that other Civil Servants do not imitate or commit more serious violations.

Abstract

Abstrak: Proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru masih belum mampu mengaktifkan siswa secara optimal dalam belajar. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh: (1) strategi pembelajaran kooperatif terhadap hasil belajar siswa, (2) kepercayaan diri terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dan (3) interaksi strategi pembelajaran dan kepercayaan diri terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 2 kelas. Intrumen penelitian berupa angket dan tes hasil belajar IPA yang telah memenuhi kriteria valid dan reliabel. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik ANAVA dua jalur dengan desain faktorial 2×2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkkan: hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation (77,14) lebih tinggi dibandingkan yang diajarkan tipe picture and picture (70,27); hasil belajar siswa dengan kepercayaan diri tinggi (77,08) lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa dengan kepercayaan diri rendah (70,75); dan tidak terdapat interaksi strategi pembelajaran kooperatif dan tingkat kepercayaan diri. Kesimpulan penelitian: (1) terdapat pengaruh strategi pembelajaran kooperatif terhadap hasil belajar siswa, (2) terdapat pengaruh kepercayaan diri terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dan (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran kooperatif dan kepercayaan diri terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa.Kata kunci: group investigation, picture and picture, hasil belajar IPAAbstract: The learning process carried out by the teacher is still not able to activate students optimally in learning. The research aims to analyze the effect of: (1) cooperative learning strategies on student learning outcomes, (2) confidence in student learning outcomes, and (3) the interaction of learning strategies and self-confidence on students' science learning outcomes. The research sample was 2 classes. Research instruments in the form of questionnaires and tests of science learning outcomes that have met the valid and reliable criteria. Data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA technique with a 2×2 factorial design. The results showed: the learning outcomes of students who were taught cooperative learning with the group investigation type (77.14) were higher than those taught by the picture and picture type (70.27); student learning outcomes with high self-confidence (77.08) are higher than students with low self-confidence (70.75); and there is no interaction between cooperative learning strategies and the level of self-confidence. Research conclusions: (1) there is an effect of cooperative learning strategies on student learning outcomes, (2) there is an effect of self-confidence on student learning outcomes, and (3) there is no interaction between cooperative learning strategies and self-confidence on students' science learning outcomes. Keywords: group investigation, picture and picture, science learning outcomes

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penyelenggaraan pelayanan terpadu satu pintu di Kabupaten Buru. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode triangulasi dan member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kinerja pelayanan kantor DPMPTSP Kabupaten Buru dari aspek Tangible termasuk dalam tingkat sedang, aspek Reliability rendah, aspek responsivitas tinggi, aspek assurance termasuk sedang dan aspek Emphaty tinggi dan (2) Faktor yang mempengaruhi penyelenggaraan pelayanan adalah aturan, kesadaran, pendapatan dan sarana prasarana.
