Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan: (1) sikap ibu dalam menerapkan kedisiplinan pada anak di lingkungan keluarga, (2) kedisiplinan anak di lingkungan sekolah, (3) hubungan sikap ibu dalam lingkungan keluarga terhadap kedisiplinan anak di sekolah, (4) pengaruh sikap ibu dalam lingkungan keluarga terhadap kedisiplinan anak di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket. Teknik analisis data yaitu analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian ini  (1) sikap ibu memberikan konstribusi pada kualitas kedisiplinan anak; (2) kedisiplinan anak cukup baik dalam lingkungan sekolah; (3) terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara sikap ibu dalam lingkungan keluarga terhadap kedisiplinan anak di sekolah; (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara sikap ibu dalam lingkungan keluarga terhadap kedisiplinan anak di sekolah

Abstract

Abstract: The focus of research is Cooking Day activities in an effort to improve the relationship of children with parents. This research is done PAUD Restu 2 Malang. This study aims to determine: (1) the implementation of Cooking Day activities; (2) reasons for Cooking Day activities involving parents / guardians; and (3) cooperation of parents with children through Cooking Day PAUD Restu 2 Malang. This type of research is qualitative with case study design. Informants of this research are parents, children, teachers (chairman of the committee of activities), Principal PAUD Restu 2 Malang. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings of this study are: (1) PAUD Restu 2 Malang involving parents / guardians in learning activities to support the success of early childhood education; (2) Cooking Day activities that have been implemented have not run maximally since there are only a few parents / guardians involved; and (3) the relationship of children with parents can not be done well, because parents who do demonstrations, children or learners just see. Abstrak: Fokus penelitian adalah kegiatan Cooking Day dalam upaya peningkatan hubungan kerja sama anak dengan orang tua. Penelitian ini dilakukan PAUD Restu 2 Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pelaksanaan kegiatan Cooking Day; (2) alasan kegiatan Cooking Day melibatkan orang tua/wali murid; dan (3) jalinan kerja sama orang tua dengan anak melalui kegiatan Cooking Day PAUD Restu 2 Malang. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Informan penelitian ini adalah orang tua, anak, guru (ketua panitia kegiatan), Kepala Sekolah PAUD Restu 2 Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) PAUD Restu 2 Malang melibatkan orang tua/wali murid dalam kegiatan pembelajaran guna menunjang keberhasilan pendidikan anak usia dini; (2) kegiatan Cooking Day yang dilaksanakan belum berjalan secara maksimal dikarenakan hanya terdapat beberapa orang tua/wali murid yang terlibat; dan (3) hubungan kerja sama anak dengan orang tua belum dapat terlaksana dengan baik, karena orang tua yang melakukan demo, anak atau peserta didik hanya melihat.

Abstract

Abstract: This The aim of this research is to know how the role of APPI cadre is in their effort to empower mothers and baby’s health. This research uses qualitative approach with research type of a case study. Data collection technique in this research includes observation, interview, and documentation. To keep data valid, credibility test with observation advanced and data triangulation is conducted. Data analysis started from data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this research are that APPI cadre role in their efforts to empower people to the KIBBLa program as follow: instructor or informant, motivator, training tutor and as resource linker. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran kader APPI dalam upaya pemberdayaan kesehatan ibu dan bayi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk menjaga keabsahan data, dilakukan uji credibility. Analisis data dimulai dari reduksi data, display data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kader (APPI) dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat pada program KIBBLa adalah: penyuluh atau informan, motivator, tutor, dan penghubung sumber (resource linker).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) Describe the ideal and feasible model of the allocation of an entrepreneurship education curriculum for learners at a course institution. 2) Describe an ideal and feasible model of an entrepreneurship education learning strategy for learners in a course institution. Qualitative research is also called naturalistic research. Subjects in this study are students and alumi in course programs organized by LKP Kresna Informatika such as English courses courses, computer and office accounting. Data collection techniques in the context of this study have a significant role considering the quality of various types of data obtained at each stage of module development. Observation and documentation, interviews and tests are the data collection techniques used in this research before it will be analyzed. Stages of data analysis pursued after the need for data both secondary and primary when it has been fulfilled which includes; (1) data reduction, (2) display data, and (3) conclusion drawing/verification. The results in the study conclude that to establish entrepreneurial attitude in the courses and training programs conducted by LKP Kresna Informatika include; 1) The prerequisite of one's attitude input and one's entrepreneurial nature in LKP Kresna Informatika includes; discipline, high commitment, honest, reative and Innovative. 2) Design learning strategies in growing and developing entrepreneurship skills of learners in LKP Kresna Informatika through a special approach that is called 4 in 1 or with four stages. 3) Implementation of learning strategies in growing and developing entrepreneurship skills of learners in LKP Kresna Informatika; Identification of Business Opportunities, entrepreneurship learning based on the development of attitudes, knowledge and entrepreneurship skills, Evaluation of Learning Outcomes and Business Assistance and Pioneering.

Abstract

There are a large number of teenagers in the world who experience mental health problems as a result of stress, which disrupts human productivity. A good mental state allows people to realize the potential that exists in themselves, overcome the stresses of life, work productively, and contribute to their community. The purpose of this study was to describe efforts to minimize stress among adolescents by going for coffee in Malang city. This research was descriptive with a quantitative approach. Data was obtained through direct observation and interviews with respondents based on research guidelines. Stress minimization refers to the reduction of stress or actions taken when experiencing stress to calm the mind, which can be done by seeking peace, drinking coffee, and hanging out with friends. Managing stress in adolescents is important because it will affect the next stage of their lives. If adolescents cannot manage stress properly, they will continue to think about it and their performance will not be optimal. The attitude taken when having a problem that disturbs the mind can vary, such as worshipping first then looking for the source of the problem. Alternatively, taking a walk and drinking coffee can calm the mind. Doing assignments in a coffee shop rather than in a boarding house is more productive and allows for many ideas to arise.Keywords: stress, reducing stress, coffee shop, teenage age

Abstract

The purpose of this research is analyzing the role of agricultural extension Hall (BPP), analyze the process stages of the occurrence of agricultural learning, and analyze agricultural learning model on a group of farmers. This qualitative research methods are case studies. Data collection techniques: interviews, observation and study of the document. The result is that (1) the existence of the role of agricultural extension officers as education, dissemination of information/innovation facilitators, consultants, supervision, monitors and evaluators, (2) the learning process starts from his protégé participant fedback or, the lesson process, then the output or outputs of learning outcomes to farmers, and (3) learning Models include (a) Airy School Integrated pest control (SLPHT); (b) Pilot planting padi cultivation; (c) guidance techniques; d) exercises and visits; (e) planting synchronously.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peran Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian (BPP), menganalisis proses tahapan terjadinya pembelajaran pertanian, dan menganalisis model pembelajaran pertanian pada kelompok tani. Metode penelitian ini berupa kualitatif studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data, meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasilnya bahwa (1) adanya peran penyuluh pertanian sebagai edukasi, diseminasi informasi/inovasi fasilitator, konsultan, supervisi, pemantau dan evaluator, (2) proses Pembelajaran dimulai dari masukan atau peserta didiknya, proses pembelajarannya, kemudian keluaran dari hasil pembelajaran kepada petani, dan (3) model pembelajaran, meliputi (a) Sekolah Lapang Pengendalian Hama Terpadu (SLPHT); (b) percontohan budidaya tanam padi; (c) bimbingan teknik; (d) Latihan dan Kunjungan (LAKU); (e) tanam serempak.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the strategy to building learning community. The method of research is qualitative method of case study type. Technique of collecting data that is by arranging activity plan, observation, and interview. The conclusion of the research is, The strategy used is (1) humanistic approach, (2) participatory approach, (3) collaborative approach, (4) continuation approach and (5) cultural approach. The suggestion given by the researcher is (1) to the manager of Kampung Sinau, it is expected that this research can be a reference for program development and evaluation, (2) to Cemorokandang, this research should be used as evaluation material to support the program.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang diterapkan untuk membangun masyarakat gemar belajar serta bagaimana implementasinya. Metode penelitian yakni metode kualitatif  jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni dengan menyusun rencana kegiatan, observasi,  dan wawancara. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah, Strategi yang digunakan yakni melalui (1) pendekatan kemanusiaan, (2) pendekatan partisipatif, (3) pendekatan kolaboratif, (4) pendekatan berkelanjutan dan (5) pendekatan budaya.  Saran yang diberikan peneliti, yakni (1) kepada pengelola Kampung Sinau diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan acuan untuk melakukan pengembangan program dan untuk evaluasi dan (2) kepada kelurahan Cemorokandang sebaiknya penelitian ini dijadikan bahan evaluasi untuk mendukung berjalannya program.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat pada layanan lembaga Pos PAUD. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan selama 2 hari dengan 30 peserta dari Pos PAUD di Kecamatan Sukun Kota Malang. Pelatihan diselenggarakan dengan metode two in one training, yang memadukan teori dan praktek penyusunan SOP (Standart Operational Procedure), Brand-ing Sekolah, dan identifikasi pelibatan potensi masyarakat. Melalui pelatihan ini pemahaman guru terhadap PPK Berbasis Masyarakat dan PPK Berbasis Budaya Sekolah meningkat, terbukti dari skor pretest 52,4 menjadi 86,2 pada saat post test. Output yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah tersusunnya rancangan program PPK berbasis masyarakat dan teridentifikasi lembaga mitra. Setiap lembaga Pos PAUD juga mampu menyusun branding sekolah. Penyelenggaraan pelatihan secara umum dinilai sangat baik oleh peserta dengan skor rata-rata 90,2. Hal ini bermakna bahwa peserta senang mengikuti pelatihan, materi sesuai dengan kebutuhan, metode pelatihan menyenangkan, media yang digunakan sesuai dengan materi, ruangan nyaman dan peserta dilibatkan secara aktif dalam proses. Improving the quality of pos PAUD services through the development of community-based character education program strengthening AbstractThe purpose of this activity is to increase community participation in the services of Pos PAUD institutions. This training activity was held for 2 days with 30 participants from Pos PAUD in Sukun District, Malang City. The training was conducted using the two in one training method, which combines the theory and practice of preparing SOP (Standard Operational Procedure), School Branding, and identification of potential community involvement. Through this training the teacher's understanding of Community Based PPK and School Culture-Based PPK increased, as evidenced by the pretest score of 52.4 to 86.2 at the time of the post-test. The output obtained from this activity is the preparation of community-based PPK program designs and identified partner institutions. Every Pos PAUD institution is also able to compile school branding. The organization of training was generally rated very well by participants with an average score of 90.2. This means that the participants like to attend the training, the material is in accordance with their needs, the training methods are fun, the media is used according to the material, the room is comfortable and participants are actively involved in the process

Abstract

Abstrak: Kualitas pelayanan menjadi salah satu tolak ukur dalam menilai kualitas LKP, sedangkan kepuasan merupakan aspek luaran dalam menilai kualitas pelayanan LKP. Meningkatnya jumlah LKP di Kota Malang menjadi hal yang menarik, apakah dengan banyaknya LKP di Kota Malang selaras dengan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui kualitas pelayanan LKP Bahasa Inggris di Kota Malang, 2) mengetahui kepuasan peserta didik pada LKP Bahasa Inggris di Kota Malang, 3) menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan peserta didik pada LKP Bahasa Inggris di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survey. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan explanatory research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kualitas pelayanan pada LKP Bahasa Inggris di Kota Malang dikategorikan baik, 2) kepuasan peserta didik atas layanan yang diberikan LKP Bahasa Inggris di Kota Malang dikategorikan puas, 3) terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan peserta didik pada LKP Bahasa Inggris di Kota Malang. The Effect of Service Quality on Student Satisfaction at the English Course and Training Institute (LKP) in Malang.Abstract: Service quality is one of the benchmarks in assessing the quality of LKP, while satisfaction is an output aspect in evaluating the quality of LKP services. The increasing of LKP in Malang is an interesting matter. Is the number of LKP in Malang consistent with the quality of services provided? This study aims to: 1) knowing the service quality of English LKP in Malang, 2) knowing student satisfaction in English LKP in Malang, 3) analyze the effect of service quality on student satisfaction in English LKP in Malang. This research uses a quantitative approach to the type of survey research. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and explanatory research. The results showed that: 1) the quality of service at the English LKP in Malang was categorized as good, 2) the students' satisfaction with the services provided by the English LKP in Malang was categorized as satisfied, 3) there was an effect of the effect of service quality on student satisfaction at the LKP English in Malang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antara pembelajaran e-learning dengan hasil belajar warga belajar paket C di PKBM Alfa Salam Tulungagung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Responden dalam penelitian terdiri dari 95 warga belajar paket C. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling yang diambil dari populasi warga belajar paket C semester genap tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket (kuesioner) tertutup dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik uji korelasi rank spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai sig. 0,05 artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pembelajaran e-learning dengan hasil belajar warga belajar dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,552 artinya berdasarkan tabel interpretasi hubungan tergolong cukup dan arah hubungan bersifat positif yakni apabila terdapat peningkatan pada pembelajaran e-learning yang diselenggarakan maka hasil belajar juga akan meningkat dan begitu pula sebaliknya.
