Abstract

The leadership effectiveness of school principals and teacher performance are two variables that determine school progress. With leadership effectiveness of the school principal and good teacher’s performance will improve school performance. The question is whether the two variables are related. Therefore, this research aimed at determining the level of leadership effectiveness of the school principal, describing the level of teacher’s performance, and determining the coefficient of the relationship between the leadership effectiveness of the school principal and teacher performance. This research was conducted in State Junior High Schools in Lowokwaru District, Malang City, using a simple correlation model quantitative research approach. The research sample was taken from 156 teachers with a proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this research employ a questionnaire and are processed with statistical data analysis techniques, descriptions, and Pearson Product moment correlation. The results of this research show that the level of the leadership effectiveness of the school principals is in the high category, while the teacher’s performance level is in the medium category. There is a significant positive relationship between the leadership effectiveness of the school principals and teacher’s performance. Based on these findings, to improve teachers’ performance, it needs to improve the leadership effectiveness of the school principals.

Abstract

Abstract: This study describes: (1) the role of the principal in the implementation of character education in schools; (2) the involvement of "tri pusat pendidikan" in supporting the implementation of strengthening character education in schools; (3) the importance of strengthening character education in schools. This study aims to determine the role of the principal in maximizing the strengthening of character education in schools by involving the role of the "tri center of education" to obtain maximum results. Character education cannot be separated from the role of the family environment and the community environment so that the roles of the three environments are interrelated. Character education applied in schools is carried out using the concept of self-discipline which will shape the personality of students through habituation. Schools in implementing character education also involve the role of the community and parents to participate in character education in schools. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach and the type of case study research. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yang dirancang oleh peneliti adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara pelaksanaan Pertemuan Tatap Muka Terbatas (PTMT) terhadap kemampuan peserta didik berdasarkan analisis Taksonomi Bloom. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis data korelasi sederhana dalam rangka mencari hubungan vaeriabel X dan Y kepada para guru sekolah dasar negeri di lokasi penelitian yang terpilih. Hasil penelitian yang didapat yaitu tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pelaksanaan PTMT terhadap kemampuan peserta didik berdasarkan analisis tujuan pembelajaran Taksonomi Bloom.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher professionalism, the influence between instructional supervision on teacher professionalism and the simultaneous influence of principal leadership and instructional supervision on teacher professionalism. This research was carried out at the State High School (SMAN) and the State Vocational High School (SMKN) in Malang City as a research population, as sampling was carried out through purposive random sampling. The research method uses a quantitative approach, namely to see the partial influence between existing variable variables. This study uses a regression analysis that aims to determine the influence between independent variables on dependent variables. The independent variables in this study are principal leadership (X1) and principal supervision (X2), while the dependent variables are teacher professional competence (Y). The result of this study is that there is a simultaneous relationship between the leadership of the principal and the supervision of learning to the professionalism of teachers at State High School and the State Vocational High School in Malang City. The degree of influence can be categorized at a strong level, this is known from the magnitude of the correlation coefficient value of 0.862 which means it has a strong category. Meanwhile, the variable influence of principal leadership and instructional supervision had an influence of 74.3% on teacher professionalism.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to describe the planing of school public relationprogram, implementation of school public relation program, evaluation of school publicrelations program and the involvement of parents in implementing program of schoolpublic relation at Sekolah Dolan home-schooling Villa Bukit Tidar Malang. This research isdescriptive research that used qualitative method. Based on the research, could be summarizedthat Public relations management in Sekolah Dolan (homes-chooling) Villa Bukit TidarMalang are (1) Public Relation Planing Program worked by setting up the routine worksheetand incidental worksheet. (2) Implementation of Public relation program worked by doingpartnership with mass media, institution of education, bookfair event, PWEC and somecommunities in Malang, invite the citizen to participate, doing kindergarten development,doing promotion in electronics media, social media and the parents. (3) Evaluation of PublicRelation Program could be work after Public Relation Program’s done. It’s involve schoolmanager and (4) involvement of parents in implementing program of school public relationis parents involved in organizing activities of the camp and outbond, doing sharing betweeneach other parents, parents as manager.Keywords: management of school public relation, home-schooling.Abstrak: Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan programhubungan sekolah dan masyarakat, pelaksanaan program hubungan sekolah dan masyarakat,evaluasi program hubungan sekolah dan masyarakat, dan keterlibatan orangtua siswa dalampenyelenggaraan hubungan sekolah dan masyarakat di Sekolah Dolan (home-schooling)Villa Bukit Tidar Malang. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan hubungan sekolahdan masyarakat di Sekolah Dolan (home-schooling) Villa Bukit Tidar Malang yaitu: (1)perencanaan program hubungan sekolah dan masyarakat dilakukan dengan menyusunprogram kerja rutin dan program kerja insidentil, (2) pelaksanaan program hubungan sekolahdan masyarakat dilakukan dengan melakukan kerjasama dengan media elektronik, mediacetak, instansi pendidikan, acara bookfair, PWEC,dan Komunitas-Komunitas di Kota Malang,mengikutsertakan warga sekitar sekolah, melaksanaan pembinaan TK, melaksanakan promosidi media elektronik, media sosial serta orangtua, (3) evaluasi program hubungan sekolah danmasyarakat dilakukan setelah kegiatan program hubungan sekolah dan masyarakat selesaipada kegiatan ini melibatkan pengelola dan bendahara sekolah, dan (4) orangtua terlibatdalam kegiatan camp dan outbond, saling melakukan sharing antar orangtua , dan orangtuaberperan sebagai manager.Kata kunci : pengelolaan hubungan sekolah dan masyarakat, home-schooling

Abstract

Abstract All management activities in schools require letters in their operational activities. Management of letters and archives does not always run smoothly and often encounters problems. Problems in managing letters and archives in the era of technological development can be overcome by using various systems and applications. This study aims to analyze existing problems and help to use applications and systems that can ease the management process. This study uses a qualitative method. Data were obtained through direct interviews which were then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this study are the problems that arise, namely the absence of a system to manage archives. The researcher then created an archive system called E-Patr to overcome this problem. Abstrak Segala kegiatan manajemen di sekolah membutuhkan surat dalam kegiatan operasionalnya. Pengelolaan surat dan arsip tidak senantiasa berjalan mulus dan seringkali menemui permasalahan. Permasalahan dalam pengelolaan surat dan arsip di zaman berkembangnya teknologi dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan berbagai sistem dan aplikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan yang ada serta membantu untuk menggunakan aplikasi maupun sistem yang mampu meringankan proses pengelolaan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara secara langsung yang kemudian dianalisis secara dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah permasalahan yang muncul yakni tidak adanya sistem untuk mengelola kearsipan. Peneliti kemudian membuat sistem arsip bernama E-Patr untuk menanggulangi masalah tersebut.

Abstract

Abstract: Various learning models in the era of society 5.0 must be supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure. School facilities and infrastructure are used to facilitate students' understanding of the material presented, by using appropriate educational facilities and infrastructure in teaching and learning activities to make them more effective and efficient. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was chosen by the authors in this study, so that study materials related to the implementation of supervision of school facilities and infrastructure are in the form of books, articles and other sources that can be collected and conclusions drawn. . . This study resulted in the conclusion that, one aspect that is the main concern of educational supervision is related to educational facilities and infrastructure in schools. This research was conducted on the basis of the author's awareness of the importance of supervising school facilities and infrastructure in Era Society 5.0 in supporting learning activities so that they can run effectively and efficiently.Abstrak: Berbagai model pembelajaran di era society 5.0 harus ditunjang dengan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Sarana dan prasarana sekolah digunakan untuk mempermudah pemahaman siswa tentang materi yang disampaikan, dengan menggunakan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang tepat dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dipilih oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini, sehingga bahan-bahan kajian yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan pengawasan sarana dan prasarana sekolah berupa buku, artikel dan sumber lainnya yang dapat terkumpul dan ditarik kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah simpulan bahwa, salah satu aspek yang menarik perhatian utama dari pengawasan pendidikan adalah terkait sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang ada di sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar, penulis menyadari tingkat urgensitas pengawasan sarana dan prasarana sekolah di Era Society 5.0 dalam menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran agar dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is one of the main focuses in developing the national education system. The PBD program emerged as an innovative solution that integrates the use of data in the educational planning process. This research aims to: (1) determine the process of implementing the Data Based Planning (PBD) program at SMA Negeri 1 Tuban, (2) determine the obstacles faced in the process of implementing the Data Based Planning Program (PBD) at SMA Negeri 1 Tuban, (3) determine the impact of implementing the Data Based Planning (PBD) program on the quality of educators and education staff at SMA Negeri 1 Tuban. The approach used in this qualitative research is a case study type of research. The informants in this research were the school principal, deputy head of curriculum, teachers, school operators, and students of SMA Negeri 1 Tuban. Data collection used in this research was interview, observation and documentation techniques. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, the following research results were obtained: (1) the implementation of the PBD program was carried out through a series of activities which included PBD socialization activities from education and school offices, simulation activities and AN rehearsals, implementation of AN activities, downloading and understanding the results of report cards. education, IRB activities based on education report cards, formulation of school activities in the form of RKT and RKAS based on education report cards, approval from all parties related to the RKT and RKAS that have been determined; (2) Obstacles during implementation include the implementation of AN where there are problems with the server, types of questions that are not relevant, random selection of students which is less relevant in describing the competency of all students, and the time for preparing the RKT and RKAS coincides with other school activity schedules; (3) the impact of the implementation of the PBD program felt by schools includes improvements to the school planning process as well as improvements to the quality of educators and school education staff. Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) To analyze the service etiquette of school administrative staff at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency; (2) To analyze the quality of school administrative staff services based on the 3A concept (attitude, attention, action) at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency; (3) To analyze the satisfaction level of Vocational High Schools students in Tuban Regency; (4) To analyze the relationship between school administrative staff service etiquette and student satisfaction at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency; (5) To analyze the relationship between the quality of school administrative staff services and student satisfaction at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency; (6) To analyze the relationship between school administrative staff service etiquette and quality with student satisfaction at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational type. The population in this study consists of Vocational High Schools students in Tuban Regency, with a total population of 11,490. The sample was selected using proportional random sampling and consisted of 400 students. Data collection was done using questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive correlation analysis with Pearson product moment correlation, tested using IBM Statistics 22. The results of this research show: (1) The level of school administrative staff service etiquette falls within the good category; (2) The quality of school administrative staff services falls within the good category; (3) The level of student satisfaction falls within the good category; (4) There is a positive and significant relationship between school administrative staff service etiquette and student satisfaction at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency; (5) There is a positive and significant relationship between the quality of school administrative staff services and student satisfaction at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency; (6) There is a positive and significant relationship between school administrative staff service etiquette and quality with student satisfaction at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the planning, organization, implementation, supervision, and evaluation, as well as the supporting factors, obstacles, and solutions of the traditional extracurricular dance management at SDN Dinoyo 3. This study employs a qualitative case study approach. The data collection methods used in this research include interviews, participatory observation, and documentation techniques. The main informants for this study are the extracurricular coordinator, school head, dance instructors, assistant dance instructors, Asmoro Bangun Dance Studio, teachers, guardians, and students. The research findings include (1) planning involves considering the background, determining the objectives, formulating the benefits, meetings with teachers and guardians, allocating facilities and equipment, drafting programs and materials, selecting instructors, and planning external collaborations; (2) organization involves an informal organizational structure and task and responsibility distribution; (3) implementation includes conducting activities, maintaining order, achieving achievements, preparing for competitions, appreciating achievements, developing dance habits, and creating a supportive environment for male students; (4) supervision and evaluation are carried out; (5) supporting factors are divided into two categories: general factors and factors related to male students participating in traditional dance extracurricular activities; and (6) obstacles include the assistant's lack of experience teaching elementary school students, students' interest in participating but guardians' disapproval, unequal practice times, lack of transportation during practice, ridicule of male students participating in traditional dance extracurricular activities, and negative perceptions of male students. The solutions proposed are the extracurricular assistant should be more firm, approach guardians with empathy, one party should compromise, offer transportation from Mr. Budi, provide encouragement and motivation to students, and gather guardians to provide understanding.
