Abstract

Abstrak: Pelatihan pemanfaatan sampah anorganik dilaksanakan pada salah satu sekolah dasar MI di Kecamatan Tanggulangin, Kabupaten Sidoarjo dengan menggandeng Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kebersihan Kabupaten Sidoarjo sebagai simulasi kewirausahan anak dikarenakan belum pernah adanya edukasi dan pelatihan serupa di MI. Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah: (1) meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam pemanfaatan sampah organik di sekolah; dan (2) meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam pemanfaatan sampah organik sebagai simulasi kewirausahaan. Pelatihan ini dibagi menjadi dua tahapan, yakni sosialisasi jenis-jenis sampah beserta cara pengolahannya dan pelatihan pengolahan sampah anorganik seperti bungkus kopi instan menjadi barang yang bernilai ekonomis dan berguna. Hasil dari kegiatan abdimas ini antara lain: (1) meningkatnya pemahaman siswa MI dalam pemanfaatan dan pengolahan sampah anorganik dengan perolehan rata-rata skor pretest 40% (55,5) dan skor postest 60% (85); dan (2) meningkatnya pengetahuan siswa terkait pentingnya mengolah kembali sampah anorganik sebagai salah satu pencegahan permasalahan lingkungan dengan capaian jumlah skor 500 (Kelompok 1 dan 5), 490 (Kelompok 2 dan 4), dan 485 (Kelompok 3).Abstract: The training on the use of inorganic waste was carried out at one of the MI elementary schools in Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency by cooperating with the Sidoarjo Regency Environment and Hygiene Service as a simulation of child entrepreneurship because there had never been such education and training in MI. The objectives of this training activity are: (1) to increase students' understanding of the use of organic waste in schools; and (2) improving students' skills in the use of organic waste as a simulation of entrepreneurship. This training is divided into two stages, namely the socialization of the types of waste and how to process them and training on the processing of inorganic waste such as instant coffee packs into items of economic value and usefulness. The results of this community service activity include: (1) increasing the understanding of MI students in the utilization and processing of inorganic waste with an average pretest score of 40% (55.5) and a posttest score of 60% (85); and (2) increasing students' knowledge regarding the importance of reprocessing inorganic waste as one of the prevention of environmental problems with total scores of 500 (Groups 1 and 5), 490 (Groups 2 and 4), and 485 (Groups 3).

Abstract

ABSTRAKPelatihan ini dilaksanakan untuk membantu memecahkan permasalahan di SD tersebut, yaitu belum maksimalnya kompetensi literasi digital, numerasi siswa dan guru, serta penyediaan media pembelajaran digital. Produk yang ditawarkan adalah media pembelajaran E-Comic yang berisi dialog antar peran yang mengangkat materi pelajaran dan keterkaitannya dengan kehidupan sehari-hari dan memberikan pendampingan pada guru untuk menyusun media pembelajaran tersebut. Tahapan PKM yang diterapkan, antara lain: 1) Tahap Persiapan: penyusunan tim; 2) Tahap Input: Observasi; 3) pelatihan penyusunan media E-Comic; 4) penugasan dan praktek; 5) pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil PKM antara lain: 1) terdapat enam jenjang kelas yang berkomitmen untuk memproduksi media pembelajaran E-Comic; 2) rata-rata skor posttest, 70 yang berarti skor mengalami peningkatan dari rata-rata skor pretest 50; dan 3) enam kelas telah menuntaskan tugas 1 (menyusun cover, daftar isi, dan tujuan pembelajaran). Kegiatan ini masih berlangsung, sehingga hasil yang dipaparkan masih sebatas menuntaskan tugas 1. Selanjutnya, kegiatan berikutnya adalah menuntaskan tugas 2 hingga akhir sehingga menghasilkan produk media E-Comic. Kata kunci: e-comic; media pembelajaran digital; sekolah dasar. ABSTRACTThis training was carried out to help solve problems at the elementary school, namely the lack of digital literacy competence, student and teacher numeracy, and the provision of digital learning media. The product offered is E-Comic learning media which contains dialogue between roles that raises subject matter and its relation to everyday life and provides assistance to teachers in compiling these learning media. The PKM stages implemented include: 1) Preparation Stage: team building; 2) Input Stage: Observation; 3) training on preparing E-Comic media; 4) assignment and practice; 5) mentoring and evaluation. The results of PKM include: 1) there are six grade levels that are committed to producing E- Comic learning media; 2) average posttest score, 70; and 3) six classes have completed task 1 (compile cover, table of contents, and learning objectives). This activity is still ongoing, so the results presented are still limited to completing task 1. Furthermore, the next activity is completing task 2 to the end so as to produce E-Comic media products. Keywords: digital learning media; E-Comic; elementary school

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah media pembelajaran berupa game edukasi dan untuk mengetahui kelayakannya setelah dikembangkan agar dapat digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah RnD (Research & Development) atau pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE dengan lima tahapan Analysis, Design, Development, Implementasi, Evaluasi dengan jenis penelitian research & development (RnD) dengan instrument penelitian lembar observasi, lembar wawancara, lembar angket ahli media dan materi, dan angket kuisioner untuk siswa. Hasil uji validitas dari ahli media menunjukan presentase sebesar 83% dengan kategori sangat layak. Dari validitas ahli materi mendapatkan presentase sebesar 80% dengan kategori layak. Kepraktisan game edukasi dapat dilihat dari angket uji coba yang di jawab oleh siswa dengan hasil presentase sebesar 86% dengan kategori sangat layak. Keefektifan game edukasi dapat dilihat dari hasil pretest sebesar 62,4% setelah mencoba game didapat hasil posttest sebesar 82%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa game edukasi east java culture dapat dikatan layak dan sangat praktis dan efektif digunakan oleh siswa kelas 4 sekolah dasar.Abstract: This study aims to produce learning media in the form of educational games and determine their feasibility after being developed so that they can be used in the teaching and learning process. The type of research used is RnD (Research & Development) or development using the ADDIE model with five stages Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation with research type research & development (RnD) with research instruments observation sheets, observation sheets interviews, media and material expert questionnaire sheets, and questionnaires for students. The results of the validity test from media experts showed a percentage of 83% in the very feasible category. From the validity of the material experts get a percentage of 80% with a feasible category. The practicality of educational games can be seen from the trial questionnaire which was answered by students with a percentage of 86% in the very feasible category. The effectiveness of educational games can be seen from the results of the pretest 62.4% after trying the game, the posttest results are 82%. It can be concluded that this East Java Cultural educational game can be said to be feasible and very practical and effective for use by 4th grade elementary school students.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh implementasi strategi pembelajaran everyone is teacher in here berbantuan media mind mapping terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Perning pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pre-experimental design dalam bentuk one group pretest-posttest design. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah diimplementasikannya strategi pembelajaran everyone is teacher in here berbantuan media mind mapping pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas IV di SD Negeri Perning. Dengan menggunakan rumus uji t pada hasil analisis statistik inferensial, dapat diketahui bahwa nilai tHitung = 9,75 dengan frekuensi (dk) sebesar 33 – 1 = 32, berdasarkan taraf signifikansi 0,05 maka didapatkan tTabel = 2,037. Sehingga jika tHitung ˃ tTabel  pada taraf signifikansi 0,05, maka hipotesis nol (H0) dapat dikatakan ditolak dan sedangkan hipotesis alternatif (H1) dikatakan diterima. Hal tersebut memiliki makna bahwa adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah diimplementasikannya strategi pembelajaran everyone is teacher in here berbantuan media mind mapping pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas IV di SD Negeri Perning.Abstract:  This study aims to determine how much influence the implementation of the everyone is teacher in here learning strategy assisted by mind mapping media has on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Negeri Perning in the subject of Natural and Social Sciences. The research method used is an experimental method with a quantitative approach. The design in this study used a pre-experimental design in the form of a one group pretest-posttest design. Based on the results of data analysis, there was a significant difference between before and after the implementation of the everyone is teacher in here learning strategy assisted by mind mapping media in class IV Science Science at SD Negeri Perning. By using the t test formula on the results of inferential statistical analysis, it can be seen that the value of tCount = 9.75 with a frequency (dk) of 33 – 1 = 32, based on a significance level of 0.05, it is obtained tTable = 2.037. So if tCount ˃ tTable at a significance level of 0.05, then the null hypothesis (H0) can be said to be rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) can be said to be accepted. This means that there is a significant difference between before and after the implementation of the everyone is teacher in here learning strategy assisted by mind mapping media in class IV Science subjects at SD Negeri Perning.

Abstract

Inclusive education is an education program where children with special needs can participate in learning with normal children. This study aims to identify and describe the profile of the inclusive education program at SDN Sedati Agung Sidoarjo which includes teaching staff, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure and monitoring and evaluation in the school. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, with research subjects including school principals or inclusion coordinators, shadow teachers, and one special accompanying teacher. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation methods. The research instruments used were observation guidelines and interviews. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data, the credibility test and triangulation of techniques and sources and verification were used. The results of the study show that in Sedati Agung Elementary School the profile of the Inclusive Education Program; 1) teaching staff at Sedati Agung Elementary School, 2) the curriculum used is a non-fixed curriculum to suit the character of inclusive students and will be modified every 3 months to suit the potential of children with special needs taking into account their character (characteristics) and level of intelligence, 3) Facilities and facilities to serve children with special needs include special rooms, supporting tools and books to support services for children with special needs, 4) Monev is conducted to evaluate inclusive students through collaboration with parents to inform the progress of inclusive students.

Abstract

Abstrak: PBL Kolaboratif merupakan strategi pembelajaran yang mengedepankan analisis permasalahan, penemuan solusi, dan keterlibatan peserta didik. Namun, tidak semua guru memahami prosedur pelaksanaan. Inilah yang melatarbelakangi penelitian untuk mengetahui pemahaman guru terhadap PBL Kolaboratif pada pembelajaran IPS SD yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif non eksperimen (metode survei). Variabel penelitian adalah pemahaman guru terhadap PBL Kolaboratif pada pembelajaran IPS SD. Populasi penelitian adalah guru SDN di Kecamatan Sukodono sejumlah 344 guru. Sampelnya sejumlah 78 guru menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes sehingga instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar tes pemahaman PBL Kolaboratif pada IPS SD yang berisi 20 pertanyaan pilihan ganda dan 4 pertanyaan esai mengacu pada indikator penelitian, yaitu: pengertian PBL Kolaboratif; tahap 1: memberikan orientasi permasalahan kepada siswa; tahap 2: mengorganisasikan siswa untuk meneliti (melibatkan dan mengeksplorasi); tahap 3: membantu investigasi mandiri dan kelompok (mengembangkan); tahap 4: mengembangkan dan mempresentasikan hasil (menjelaskan); tahap 5: menganalisis dan mengevaluasi proses mengatasi masalah; dan 4 soal esai tentang penerapan PBL Kolaboratif pada pembelajaran IPS SD. Hasil penelitian adalah pemahaman guru SDN Kecamatan Sukodono tergolong tinggi, dengan skor rata-rata 79,62 yang berada di atas skor mean ideal 62,5. Maka dari itu, diharapkan implementasi PBL Kolaboratif rutin diterapkan sehingga keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kerjasama siswa meningkat. Abstract: Collaborative PBL is a learning strategy that emphasizes problem analysis, finding solutions, and student involvement. However, not all teachers understand the implementation procedure. This is the background of the research to find out teachers' understanding of Collaborative PBL in Elementary Social Studies learning using a non-experimental quantitative approach (survey method). The research variable is the teacher's understanding of Collaborative PBL in Elementary Social Studies learning. The study population was elementary school teachers in Sukodono sub-district with 344 teachers. The sample is 78 teachers using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique used tests so that the research instrument used a Collaborative PBL understanding test sheet on Social Elementary Schools which contained 20 multiple choice questions and 4 essay questions referring to research indicators, namely: the meaning of Collaborative PBL; stage 1: provide problem orientation to students; stage 2: organizing students to research (engage and explore); stage 3: assisting independent and group investigations (developing); stage 4: develop and present results (explain); stage 5: analyze and evaluate problem-solving process; and 4 essay questions about the application of Collaborative PBL in learning social studies in elementary school. The results is the teachers' understanding of SDN Sukodono District was relatively high, with an average score of 79.62 which is above the mean ideal score of 62.5. Therefore, it is hoped that the implementation of Collaborative PBL is routinely applied so that students' critical thinking skills and cooperation increase.

Abstract

Academic procrastination in students is a determining factor for the success of students in completing their studies. Engagement with the community and the ability of students to organize themselves in learning also play a role in academic procrastination. This study aims to determine the relationship of Sense of Community (SoC) and Self -Regulated Learning (SRL) with Academic Procrastination. The population of this study was all UMSIDA students in the odd semester of 2018-2019 academic year with the total number of 9824 students and the total sample based on Isaac and Michael's table with an 5% error rate were 385 students with a proportioned random sampling technique. Research data collection used three psychological scales, namely the scale of academic procrastination, the scale of the sense of community, and the scale of self-regulated learning. Analysis of research data used was product moment correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the Sense of Community and Self-Regulated Learning have a negative relationship with academic procrastination. If students perceive themselves to have a Sense of Community and high Self-Regulated Learning, they will tend to reduce their academic procrastination. However, the Self-Regulated Learning prediction on academic procrastination is higher than the Sense of Community on academic procrastination.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menilai apakah media e-comic berbasis pendidikan multikultural layak untuk digunakan sebagai penunjang pada pembelajaran IPS materi keberagaman budaya Bangsa Indonesia dan mampu memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta didik terkait pentingnya toleransi budaya, agama dan ras dalam kehidupan sehari-hari serta senantiasa bersyukur dapat menikmati karunia Tuhan dengan hidup di negara yang multikultural.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R and D dengan model ADDIE. Namun, penelitian ini hanya sampai tahap pengembangan saja dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari uji kelayakan media e-comic berbasis pendidikan multikultural ini mencapai persentase 91,6 persen untuk aspek materi dan ilustrasi. Aspek bahasa sebanyak 83,3 persen dan tampilan media sebanyak 100 persen. Skor rata-rata dari keseluruhan aspek ialah 91,5 persen. Sehingga dapat dikatakan media e-comics berbasis pendidikan multikultural layak untuk digunakan dengan sedikit revisi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the active debate method on students' speaking skills in elementary school social studies subjects, the type of research used in this thesis is to use the type of literature study research. The research method used by researchers is to collect research data in the form of library data that has been selected, searched, presented and analyzed. The results of this study were the effectiveness of the active debate method affecting the speaking skills of elementary school students, as evidenced by the results of the study: H1 was accepted and Ho was rejected, because H1 had a p value <0.05, so it could be concluded that the experimental class using the method was better. debate because students can quickly hone their speaking skills, and can provide students to be able to think logically, rationally, and make students more active and interactive in issuing an idea or opinion, so that it becomes easier for students to accept and think critically about questions which was brought up by the interlocutor.
