Abstract

The high divorce rate in Indonesia is a very concerning social problem because the family is the main foundation of society. It became one of the motives for research on the Family fiqh literacy model for prospective brides in DKI Jakarta. This study aims to describe the model of guidance for prospective brides in increasing the understanding of prospective pengnatin about family fiqh literacy in DKI Jakarta. The research method is qualitative with descriptive analysis. Data collection is done by observation, interview, documentation study and literature study. The results showed that the family fiqh literacy guidance model carried out in Jakarta has two models, namely the Partnership Model and the Independent model. The partnership model is a cooperation activity of the KUA and BP4 where the material and facilitators are based on the technical guidelines of Bimas Islam and guided by certified facilitators as marriage guidance facilitators. In the first model, the guidance uses several methods such as the case method, lectures and questions and answers. The second model is an independent model in which the head of the KUA and its staff provide counselling guidance to prospective brides using the lecture method. The second model is a form of initiative on the part of the KUA so that prospective brides who do not get marriage education material from the government still have knowledge even though it is limited.

Abstract

Background: This dissertation is motivated by the increasing number of educational institutions incorporating the Tahfidz Al-Qur’an curriculum into their school programs. Parental awareness of the importance of Tahfidz Al-Qur’an education as a vital provision for their children’s lives is growing. SMP Muhammadiyah 22 Setiabudi Pamulang, South Tangerang City, has garnered particular attention from parents. The modern societal trend towards instant gratification, practicality, and speed may influence students’ self-reliance in learning. Such tendencies can lead to rule-breaking, neglect of moral values, careless work habits, and dependence on others. Objective: The study aims to explain the methods, materials, media, and models of Tahfidz Al-Qur’an learning to foster interest and independence in student learning. This research seeks to develop a comprehensive approach by combining various Tahfidz methods to strengthen and complement each other, thereby achieving optimal memorization results. Methods: The research employs a qualitative methodology. Participants include the school principal and vice-principal, Tahfidz class guardians, Tahfidz mentors, students, and religious figures. Through detailed analysis, the study endeavors to outline a new model for Tahfidz Al-Qur’an learning that addresses the needs and expectations of modern educational environments. Results: The study identifies effective strategies and practices for teaching Tahfidz Al-Qur’an, emphasizing the importance of integrating diverse methods to enhance student engagement and independence. The findings highlight the critical role of a supportive learning environment and the integration of traditional and modern teaching techniques. Conclusion: The research concludes that a new model for Tahfidz Al-Qur’an learning is essential and highly anticipated. This model should incorporate varied teaching methods, materials, and media to foster greater interest and self-reliance among students in their memorization of the Qur’an.

Abstract

Proof of a crime in the Indonesian criminal justice system is part of the criminal procedure or formal law. In Islamic law, the proof is part of the procedural law, aka fiqh murafa'at. If the study of material Islamic criminal law (jinayat) has developed very widely, on the other hand, the study of murafa'at fiqh in Indonesia is not very broad. Moreover, in practice in Indonesia fiqh murafa'at can only be seen in its application to the Syar'iyah Court in Aceh, which does apply Islamic law not only in the civil field (muamalah) but also in the criminal area (jinayat). The Jinayat Procedural Law at the Aceh Syar'iyah Court is regulated by Aceh Qanun No. 7 of 2013. This study examines the application of the procedural law of jinayat at the Syar'iyah Court in Aceh, especially in the chapter on evidence. This proof is also limited to only three moral offenses, namely adultery, seclusion, and ikhtilath, which are indeed part of the offense (jarimah) regulated in Aceh Qanun No. 6 of 2014 concerning Jinayat Law. The research location is the Aceh Syar'iyah Court and the Aceh Besar Syar'iyah Court in Jantho. The analytical knife used is maqashid shari'ah, the theory of legal certainty and the presumption of innocence. The findings of this study are the evidence in the case of a crime (jarimah) of decency at the Syar'iyah Court in Aceh is a modification of the murafa'at fiqh that exists in the Islamic treasury, which is adapted to the context of national criminal procedural law and the socio-political and cultural situation of Indonesia. Aspects of confession and oath are highly emphasized in proving moral offenses, more so than witness statements, expert statements, instructions, and letters recognized in the Criminal Procedure Code. Therefore, it can be concluded that the procedural law of jinayat in the Syar'iyah Court is sufficient to guarantee justice and legal certainty. Still, it needs to be developed and harmonized with the development of science and technology and the national criminal procedure law. Keywords: proof; decency; shariah court; Aceh; Jinayat

Abstract

The role of educational financing institutions is crucial in supporting inclusive and sustainable education in Indonesia, which is in line with the mandate of the 1945 Constitution that guarantees every citizen's right to education. This study employs qualitative methods through policy analysis and case studies to evaluate the effectiveness of various financing programs, such as the Indonesia Smart Card Program, in enhancing educational access for underprivileged communities. The findings indicate that government and private educational financing institutions have significantly reduced dropout rates and increased educational participation. However, challenges remain regarding equitable quality and sustainable educational financing. Furthermore, collaboration between the public and private sectors is emphasized to create a more inclusive financing system. This research underscores that educational financing institutions play a vital role in realizing a better national education vision and must continuously adapt to existing challenges to achieve these goals.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze strategies for improving literacy and numeracy in response to the Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK) at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Pembangunan Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta. National assessment results show that students’ literacy and numeracy skills still require improvement to meet established standards. The research investigates strategies employed by madrasahs through intracurricular and extracurricular activities, along with the use of technological infrastructure to enhance students’ literacy and numeracy outcomes. A descriptive approach with qualitative data analysis was used, involving observation, interviews, and documentation. Findings reveal strategies such as integrating literacy into learning, applying problem-based learning, and utilizing technology in assessments. Extracurricular activities like school literacy movements and technology-based numeracy training also contribute to better performance in the Computer-Based National Assessment. The study concludes that strengthening literacy and numeracy-focused learning strategies can boost students’ competencies in understanding and applying academic concepts. Effective collaboration among teachers, students, and policymakers is crucial for optimizing literacy and numeracy improvement strategies, creating a Smart Madrasah with Smart Learning & Assessment and a Digital Ecosystem that fosters innovative, inclusive educational environments.
