Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis pre-exsperimental desing yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Pengaruh Pembelajaran Online Berbantuan Google Classroom Terhadap Hasil Belajar peserta didik pada Materi Sistem Peredaraan Darah pada Manusia Kelas XI SMA Buq’atun Mubarakah Makassar “One- Group pretest posttestdesing”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XI SMA Buq’atun Mubarakah Makassar yang terdiri dari dua kelas. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu kelas XI MIA 2 yang dipilih secara purposive sampling . Variabel penelitian terdiri dari variabel bebas yaitu pembelajaran Online sedangkan variabel terikat yaitu hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pemberian pretest dan posttest. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial dengan bantuan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata pretest siswa 50.40 dengan standar deviasi 12.180 dan nilai rata-rata posttest adalah 86.85 dengan standar deviasi 8.190. Hasil uji Independent t-test, diperoleh nilai signifikansi p = 0,000 < α = 0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa Ho ditolak dan HIditerima, dengan demikian model Pembelajaran Online berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik Kelas XI SMA Buq’atun Mubarakah Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Quasi Eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Problem Based Learning (PBL) yang dilakukan secara online melalui hasil belajar peserta didik. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 72 peserta didik, 36 yangpeserta didik sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 36 peserta didik sebagai kelas kontrol Penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu perancangan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan tes hasil belajar (evaluasi). Kelas eksperimen merupakan kelompok yang diajar dengan menggunakan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) secara dan Kelas kontrol diajar dengan menggunakan menggunakan metode konvensional. Beradasrkan hasil analisis data, mengungkapkan adanya peningkaan hasil belajar peserta didik yang lebih besar bagi kelompok yang diajar denganmodel pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Skor rata-rata yaitu 80,6% dengan satandar deviasi yaitu 80 atau sekitar 40% peserta didik telah memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal 75%. Model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa dapat juga diketahui dari selisih nilai rata-rata melalui Uji T kelas eksperimen yaitu 0,71 dan kelas kontrol yaitu sebesar 0,42. Dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa penguasaan peserta didik pada materi virus meningkat dari kategori rendah menjadi tinggi disamping itu peserta didik juga lebih disiplin aktif dan bertanggung jawab dalam mengikuti kegiaan pembelajaran.

Abstract

The development of technology in Indonesia in the field of education is no stranger to a teacher. For this reason, a teacher is required to master technology. One of the most widely used educational technologies today is online-based learning media. Through this research, it is able to increase the teacher's insight in sorting out the suiTable learning media for use in the learning process. This type of research is classroom action research. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in motivation and learning outcomes of students using Edmodo learning media assisted by meeting room media on the circulation system material. Classroom Action Research in its implementation uses a cycle pattern, where each cycle requires three meetings and the level of research completion depends on the extent to which the level of achievement of learning success is adjusted to the assessment standards. Each cycle in this research consists of the stages of Planning, Action, Observation / Evaluation, and Reflection activities. The results showed that the use of Edmodo learning media assisted by meeting room media can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of students in the circulation system material.

Abstract

This research is a correlational study which aims to determine the relationship between character and resilience; character and critical thinking; resilience and critical thinking; and the character, resilience, and critical thinking of undergraduate biology students after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research population is all undergraduate students majoring in Biology and Science Education at Makassar State University, Makassar Muhammadiyah University and Bosowa University who are enrolled in the 2nd semester of the 2021-2022 academic year. The research sample consisted of 3 classes with a total of 120 students who were selected through cluster random sampling technique. The data of students’ character and resilience were obtained using questionnaire techniques, while data on students’ critical thinking skills were obtained by using an essay test on General Biology subject. The results of data analysis showed a correlation between character and resilience (p=0.000); character and critical thinking (p=0.000); character and critical thinking (p=0.000); student character, resilience and critical thinking (p=0.000). The finding of this study suggest that the correlation appears due to the potential of character and resilience to influence, empower, and enhance students’ critical thinking skills

Abstract

This research is quasi-experiment research which aims to: 1) Knowing the effect of implementing Project Based Learning toward students' cognitive learning outcomes on the human excretory system material for class XI MIA at SMA Negeri 2 Pangkep. 2) Knowing the effect of implementing Project Based Learning on students' collaborative skills on the human excretory system material for class XI MIA at SMA Negeri 2 Pangkep. This research uses a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Samples in this study were class XI MIA Plato and XI MIA Alexander Graham Bell. Data collection techniques were used in the form of learning outcomes tests and collaborative skills questionnaires by conducting observations and documentation. The data were collected by giving a pretest and posttest, which were then analyzed through descriptive and inferential analysis. The hypothesis test using the N-Gain Independent Sample t-Test. The results of this study indicate that: 1) students' cognitive learning outcomes in the experiment class have an average score of 85.17, while the control class is 73.03. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, a significant value was obtained, namely 0.000 < = 0.05. 2) students' collaborative skills in the control class have an average score of 76.66%, while the control class is 59.33. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, a significant value was obtained, namely 0.000 < = 0.05. By looking at the results of hypothesis testing, Project Based Learning affects students' cognitive learning outcomes and collaborative skills of class XI at SMA Negeri 2 Pangkep

Abstract

Balawista memiliki tugas sebagai pengawas para wisatawan yang melakukan kegiatan wisata bahari. Keberadaan Balawista sangat penting untuk memberikan pertolongan pada wisatawan yang mengalami kecelakaan ketika berkegiatan di pantai. Kompetensi penyelamatan yang dirasakan mumpuni membuat petugas Balawista berasumsi bahwa tidak perlu menggunakan perlengkapan keselamatan kerja, namun penggunaan perlengkapan merupakan upaya perlindungan diri penyelamatan untuk mencegah kecelakaan pada Balawista. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran persepsi penggunaan perlengkapan keselamatan kerja pada petugas Balawista. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Pengumpulan data secara daring menggunakan kuesioner persepsi penggunaan keselamatan kerja dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya menggunakan uji terpakai pada responden yang sama dengan responden penelitian. Sebanyak 122 petugas Balawista dilibatkan pada penelitian ini yang dipilih dengan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai persepsi penggunaan perlengkapan keselamatan pada petugas Balawista adalah 50,89. Berdasarkan pengkategorian, mayoritas petugas Balawista memiliki persepsi penggunaan keselamatan pada kategori baik (69,7%) dan sebagian kecil berada pada kategori cukup (30,3%). Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar petugas Balawista memiliki persepsi yang baik tentang penggunaan perlengkapan keselamatan kerja.

Abstract

 The development of science and technology that affects society has placed scientific literacy as an important concern by governments in various countries in the world, including Indonesia. The Indonesian government also seeks to encourage the improvement of scientific literacy skills in Indonesia. One of them is through the implementation of a curriculum that emphasizes the mastery of science process skills which is one of the elements of scientific literacy. In addition, learning in the 21st century, educators should integrate the use of technology in learning. The use of digital modules with socio scientific issue content is one way to answer these challenges. The purpose of this research is to develop a digital module using content related to scientific social issues that is valid and practical. This type of research is research and development (RD). With this module, it is expected to support the science literation skills of students as prospective biology teachers. The procedure of development module refers to the Alessi Trolip model which consists of three main stages, namely 1) plan, 2) design and 3) development. The validity of the module is assessed by media experts, material experts, and practitioners (lecturers on cell biology courses). Data processing used descriptive data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis of data, the validity of the module from media experts is about 4.75 (valid), material experts amounted to 4.5 (very valid) and the validity value of practitioners amounted to 4.52 (very valid).

Abstract

 The development of technology and information in the 21st century supports the implementation of online learning during the pandemic. The learning process that uses the right approach and learning model will be more effective when combined with the use of technology. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of STEM-PBL integration through online learning on the critical thinking skills of biology education students. The research was conducted on students of the Biology Education Program in Unismuh Makassar with Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. The researchdata were collected using a test of critical thinking skills in ten valid essay questions.Hypothesis testing using independent sample t-test. The results showed that there was significant result of STEM-PBL integration on students' critical thinking skills. The improvement of critical thinking skills can be seen from the N-gain value of two classes, where the experimental class got N-gain value of 0.65 and the control class was 0.39. The average N-gain value for both classes was in the medium category. Furthermore, hypothesis testing using the average value of N-gain and obtained a significant value 0.05. Based on the results, it can be concluded that learning process that integrates STEM-PBL has a positive influence on students' critical thinking skills

Abstract

Tanaman kemiri memiliki potensi untuk mengembangkan dalam kegiatan hutan rakyat karena dapat menghasilkan buah dan kayu dengan nilai ekonomis yang tinggi. Buah kemiri ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan bumbu masakan yang memberikan rasa istimewah, serta memiliki manfaat sebagai obat tradisional untuk penyakit kulit, merangsang pertumbuhan rambut, serta mengobati linu pada pinggang. Dengan berbagai manfaat dan penggunaan yang luas, tanaman kemiri menjadi pilihan yang menarik untuk dikembangkan dalam kegiatan hutan rakyat, karena dapat memberikan keuntungan ekonomi yang dignifikan serta mendukung berbagai industri lokal. Dalam kegiatan penngabdian ini, metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi dan praktek langsung dalam pembuatan kemasan bumbu dapur dalam olahan buah kemiri. Peserta menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dalam mengikuti prosses pembuatan kemasan bumbu dapur dalam olahan buah kemiri ini terlihat dari jumlah warga yang hadir dalam kegiatan ini sekitar 100 orang. Diversification Of Kemiri (Aleurites moliccanus) In Order To Increase Farmers' Income In Bone District Candlenut plants have the potential to develop in community forest activities because they can produce fruit and wood with high economic value. The hazelnut fruit can be used as a cooking spice ingredient which gives it a special taste, and has benefits as a traditional medicine for skin diseases, stimulates hair growth, and treats sciatica in the waist. With various benefits and broad uses, candlenut plants are an attractive choice to be developed in community forest activities, because they can provide significant economic benefits and support various local industries. In this service activity, the method used includes socialization and direct practice in making packaging for spices in processed candlenut fruit. Participants showed high enthusiasm in participating in the process of making packaging for kitchen spices in processed candlenuts, as seen from the number of residents who attended this activity, around 100 people.

Abstract

Desa pacceke adalah salah satu desa di kecamatan soppeng riaja kabupaten barru, Sulawesi selatan. Sebagain besar masyarakat desa pacceke berprofesi sebagai petani, namun masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengenal dan memanfaatkan tanaman sebagai apotek hidup. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah mengedukasi masyarakat tentang manfaat tanaman sebagai apotek hidup untuk mewujudkan masyarakat sehat dan produktif yang dimulai dari diri sendri dan keluarga. Kegiatan PkM dilaksanakan pada hari senin, tanggal 5 maret 2018 di Gedung pertemuan desa pacceke. Kegiatan ini dirangkaikan dengan kegiatan pandawa yang dilaksanakan oleh himabio Pendidikan biologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Penyampaian materi dilakukan dalam bentuk penyampaian langsung dan pembagian brosur kepada masyarakat. Tahap kegiatan terdiri dari 3 tahap yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi.
