Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di desa dampingan untuk meningkatkan kinerja usaha. Kegiatan didasarkan pada teori organisasi modern dengan konseling sistematis, mentoring dan monev pada sistem manajemen dan orientasi pasar. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 30 pengrajin selama satu bulan dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan dan kemampuan pengrajin dapat meningkat dengan sharing session, dan mereka mampu bersama-sama memutuskan sistem manajemen yang efektif dan efisien, serta mampu melakukan manajemen pemasaran secara berkelanjutan. Hasil tersebut dapat dijadikan acuan nantinya dalam program FEB UPR di desa-desa dampingan untuk meningkatkan kinerja usaha sebagai kegiatan PKM.

Abstract

The importance of Entrepreneurship Assistance activities in Small and Medium Industries (IKM) and Batik Centers in National Community Service Activities (PKM) in Giriloyo Batik Village, Yogyakarta Special Region, Indonesia. The Batik industry in Indonesia has a rich history and an important role in the country's culture and economy. Entrepreneurship mentoring is a concept that offers guidance, training and support to entrepreneurs to develop their business. This report details mentoring methods, the positive impacts that have been seen, and the resulting benefits, including increased product quality, income, job creation, and development of local cultural identity. References from the literature help provide a solid foundation in understanding the concepts underlying these activities and their impact on local communities and creative industries. In conclusion, entrepreneurial assistance activities in Giriloyo Batik Village are an important step in supporting the growth of the batik industry and the welfare of the local community, and can be an inspiration for similar communities throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di desa dampingan untuk meningkatkan kinerja usaha. Kegiatan didasarkan pada teori organisasi modern dengan konseling sistematis, mentoring dan monev pada sistem manajemen dan orientasi pasar. Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of influencer visual content on repurchase intention mediated by purchase decisions. A quantitative method was used, with data collected through online questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0. The results indicate that influencer visual content has a significant effect on repurchase intention through purchase decisions. This conclusion highlights the importance of visual content in influencing purchase decisions and increasing followers’ repurchase intention.

Abstract

DANA is one of the most popular e-wallet in Indonesia, with over 190 million users. This study aims to examine the influence of trust and perceived ease of use on user loyalty, with customer satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. The research employed a quantitative survey design with a total of 100 respondents, and data were analyzed using PLS-SEM through SmartPLS 4.0. The findings reveal that trust has a positive and significant effect on user loyalty toward the DANA application, whereas perceived ease of use shows a positive but insignificant effect on user loyalty. Nonetheless, both trust and perceived ease of use exert a positive influence on customer satisfaction, which in turn mediates and strengthens their relationship with user loyalty. These results highlight that trust and customer satisfaction are essential determinants in fostering long-term loyalty among DANA application users.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to optimize the ability of culinary business actors in the Braga area, Bandung City, in utilizing digital marketing as a strategy to increase business competitiveness. The main problems faced by partners include low digital literacy, limited strategic use of social media, and not optimal use of marketplaces and digital promotional content. The implementation method uses a participatory approach through training, mentoring, direct practice, as well as monitoring and evaluation. Activity partners are micro and small-scale culinary business actors in the Braga area. The results of the activity show that there is an increase in business actors' understanding of the concept of digital marketing, an improvement in the quality of promotional content, the use of social media in a more structured manner, and an increase in the reach of online marketing. This activity proves that targeted and applicable digital marketing training is able to increase the marketing capacity of culinary businesses and support business sustainability in the digital economy era.

Abstract

Objective – The number of banks in Indonesia has increased competition in the banking sector. Customer loyalty is a sign that a bank has won the competition. Customer loyalty is influenced by service quality, customer trust and satisfaction. The problem of leakage and sales of customer data is a phenomenon of this research, besides that there is still a gap in the results of previous research on the variables used in this study, making researchers interested in conducting research again using these variables.Design/Methodology/Approach – The method used in this study is a quantitative method with primary data. The data collection technique in this study involves distributing questionnaires to PT Bank Kalteng customers through Google Forms. The data analysis tool used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS version 4.1.0.Findings – The results of this study show that service quality and trust have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Service quality, trust, and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Service quality and trust indirectly affect customer loyalty positively through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable.Implications – This study exhibit that customer satisfaction has a greater impact than trust and service quality. Therefore, it is important for PT Bank Kalteng to maintain or improve customer satisfaction by continuing to maintain good service quality and maintaining customer trust.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis community service activity aimed to strengthen human resource capacity through Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and green innovation in the prospective Kampung Nelayan Merah Putih located in Tanjung Putri and Sei Ijum Raya Villages, Central Kalimantan. The activity adopted a participatory action research approach involving local communities in every stage, from identification to training evaluation. The program was designed through three integrated components: socialization on green innovation, training on GHRM, and green marketing practice. The training increased participants’ understanding of sustainable human resource management and environmental awareness. The pre-test and post-test results indicated an average knowledge improvement of more than 40 percent, showing a significant shift in participants’ behavior toward environmentally responsible practices. The integration of GHRM and green innovation proved effective in empowering coastal communities, strengthening village institutions, and encouraging the emergence of sustainable economic initiatives. This model demonstrates that environmentally-based capacity building can be replicated in other coastal villages to promote inclusive green and blue economy development.Keywords: Green Human Resource Management, green innovation, green marketing, coastal community, sustainable developmentABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas sumber daya manusia melalui penerapan Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) dan inovasi hijau di Calon Kampung Nelayan Merah Putih yang berlokasi di Desa Tanjung Putri dan Desa Sei Ijum Raya, Kalimantan Tengah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan participatory action research yang melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif dalam setiap tahap, mulai dari identifikasi masalah hingga evaluasi pelatihan. Program ini dirancang melalui tiga komponen utama, yaitu sosialisasi tentang inovasi hijau, pelatihan GHRM, dan penerapan green marketing. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta lebih dari 40 persen dan perubahan perilaku menuju praktik ramah lingkungan. Integrasi antara GHRM dan inovasi hijau terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat pesisir, memperkuat kelembagaan desa, serta mendorong munculnya inisiatif ekonomi berkelanjutan. Abstract

The low awareness of regional taxpayers is a crucial challenge for the optimization of Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in Central Kalimantan Province. The Independent Learning Independent Campus Program (MBKM) offers strategic solutions through the involvement of students in the creation of digital educational content at the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda). This service activity aims to increase public tax literacy through the production of educational short videos based on the CapCut application. The implementation method uses a service learning approach with three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the activity showed that MBKM students succeeded in producing 24 regional tax education video content which were distributed through Bapenda's social media platform. The content produced obtained a significant level of engagement with dynamic visual characteristics, concise narratives, and problem-solution structures that are relevant to millennial and Gen Z audiences. This program proves that the integration of MBKM with local government agencies is effective as a digital-based public communication strategy to increase taxpayer awareness while developing students' professional competencies.

Abstract

The Bola Gembira activity by LPP TVRI Central Kalimantan is a community service program that aims to increase public participation in accessing the FIFA World Cup broadcast for free, fair, and inclusive. This activity is carried out through educational-participatory methods, namely, mentoring, socialization, and empowerment for MSMEs, which includes the distribution of brochures, education on how to access TVRI broadcasts, registration information for the FIFA World Cup watching program, and direct interaction with the community. In addition, activities are packaged in the form of entertainment and social interaction such as gymnastics, fun walks, and exciting activities to increase community involvement. The results of the activities showed that there was an increase in public understanding of public access to public broadcasts and wider participation in the activities held. This program also has an economic impact on MSMEs, where business actors can participate in watching activities together, namely providing their business location as a venue for holding events, so that it has the potential to increase sales and expand their business market. Thus, this program not only increases access to information and entertainment, but also strengthens TVRI's role in supporting local economic empowerment.
