Abstract

Selama ini pembelajaran membaca  al-Qur’an di TPQ Nurul Huda sudah berjalan baik sesuai dengan petunjuk dan panduan yang terdapat di dalam buku metode qiroati itu sendiri. Namun pendidikan nilai agama dan moral yang semestinya bisa dilakukan (disisipkan dan diintegrasikan) melalui pembelajaran al-Qur’an ternyata belum terlaksana secara intens sehingga nilai agama dan moral pada sebagain kecil santri masih perlu perhatian dan pembinaan. Oleh karena itu, penulis tertarik untuk melaksanakan  kegiatan pengabdian kepada masayarakat di TPQ Nurul Huda Dusun Sumber Tumpuk Desa Gunung Gangsir Kecamatan Beji Kabupaten Pasuruan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang penguatan pendidian nilai agama dan moral dalam pembelajaran al-Qur’an. Metode yang digunakan adalah mengumpulkan para guru TPQ Nurul Huda, kemudian diberikan penyuluhan tentang penguatan pendidikan nilai agama dan moral dalam pembelajaran al-Qur’an. Penyuluhan menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan evaluasi. Tingkat pengetahuan responden dapat diketahui dengan dilakukan pre test sebelum kegiatan dan post tes sesudah kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang penguatan pendidikan nilai agama dan moral dalam pembelajaran al-Qur’an. Hasil luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah laporan yang akan dipublikasikan di  jurnal nasional atau prosiding nasional, hak kekayaan intelektual, video kegiatan (youtube), dan  media massa online atau offline, dan peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman responden serta perubahan perilaku.

Abstract

Intoleransi merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi di Indonesia, terutama di Kabupaten Gresik. Lembaga pendidikan bisa menjadi solusi efektif untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi yang dapat mengurangi sikap intoleransi, terutama jika dimulai sejak pendidikan anak usia dini. Taman Asuh Anak Muslim (TAAM) Adinda, yang berlokasi di Desa Kepatihan, Kecamatan Menganti, Gresik, adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini yang mencakup KB, RA, TPA, dan TPQ. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi oleh TAAM Adinda adalah kurangnya pemahaman di kalangan pendidik dan orang tua mengenai implementasi nilai moderasi beragama pada anak usia dini melalui Pendidikan agama islam. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai implementasi nilai moderasi beragama di kalangan anak usia dini di TAAM Adinda melalui Pendidikan agama islam. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berlangsung selama empat bulan. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan pengumpulan pendidik dan orang tua untuk diberikan penyuluhan tentang implementasi nilai moderasi beragama pada anak usia dini melalui Pendidikan agama islam. Penyuluhan dilakukan melalui ceramah dan sesi tanya jawab. Untuk mengukur tingkat pengetahuan responden, dilakukan pre-test berupa kuisioner sebelum penyuluhan, dan post-test setelahnya untuk membandingkan peningkatan pengetahuan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini akan berupa jurnal nasional/prosiding nasional dan laporan mengenai peningkatan pengetahuan, pemahaman, serta kesadaran responden. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pendidik dan orang tua di TAAM Adinda memiliki pengetahuan yang rendah sebelum penyuluhan, namun hampir semua peserta menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan setelahnya.

Abstract

Pendidikan multikultural di Indonesia, yang berakar pada Pancasila dan Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, adalah keharusan konstitusional untuk menjaga solidaritas di tengah keragaman 1.300+ suku. Dalam periode 2020–2025, yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya intoleransi digital, implementasinya melalui Kurikulum Merdeka (P5) dan kerangka Banks sangat penting. Tantangan utama, seperti kompetensi guru dan dampak digital, harus diatasi dengan pelatihan berkelanjutan dan revisi kebijakan. Tujuannya adalah memposisikan pendidikan multikultural sebagai upaya pengajaran sekaligus politik untuk mencapai keadilan sosial dan membangun masa depan bangsa yang harmonis dan inklusif.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of religious moderation in international Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia using the national framework of religious moderation, which comprises moderation of thought, movement, and action. Employing a qualitative multiple-case study design, the research examines two institutions in Malang International Islamic Boarding School (IIBS) Al Izzah and IIBS Thursina through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation analysis. Data were analyzed thematically using a framework-based approach guided by the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The findings reveal that religious moderation is implemented in an integrated and contextual manner. Moderation of thought is reflected in the alignment of Islamic teachings with national ideology and civic values. Moderation of movement is manifested through daily social practices that promote tolerance and dialogue. Moderation of action is evident in the rejection of violence and the selective accommodation of local culture in accordance with Islamic principles. Overall, the study challenges perceptions of international pesantren as exclusive institutions and highlights their role in fostering inclusive and peaceful religious life in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tuberculosis remains a major public health issue in Indonesia, particularly in densely populated environments such as Islamic boarding schools. This community engagement program aimed to improve awareness, early detection, and prevention of tuberculosis through the “Healthy Adolescents Without TB” campaign at Hidayatulloh Al-Muhajirin Islamic Boarding School, Bangkalan. A total of 150 students participated in the activities, which implemented a participatory, faith-based health education model combining contextual learning, tuberculosis screening, and healthy behavior promotion. Interactive education sessions, audiovisual media, and testimonials from TB survivors significantly increased students’ understanding of disease prevention. Screening identified 13 students (8.6%) with chronic cough, 9 (6.0%) with weight loss, and 5 (3.3%) with night sweats, all referred for further evaluation at local health facilities. The integration of Islamic values into health messages enhanced cultural acceptance and motivated sustainable behavioral change. Overall, the program effectively strengthened adolescent health literacy and fostered active community participation, demonstrating that contextual, participatory, and faith-based education can serve as a replicable model to support Indonesia’s tuberculosis elimination strategy.

Abstract

One of the major social issues currently faced in Indonesia, particularly in Pasuruan Regency, is intolerance. Educational institutions play a strategic role in instilling values of tolerance to reduce intolerant attitudes, especially from early childhood education. However, early childhood education institutions in Pasuruan Regency face challenges related to educators’ limited understanding of how to foster tolerant attitudes among young children. This community service activity aimed to enhance the knowledge and understanding of early childhood educators regarding the formation of tolerant attitudes in early childhood learners. The program was conducted over four months and involved early childhood educators in Pasuruan Regency, totalling 50 participants. The method employed was educational counseling delivered through lectures and question-and-answer sessions. Participants’ knowledge levels were measured using a pre-test questionnaire prior to the counseling session and a post-test afterward to assess knowledge improvement. The results indicated that only 10 participants (20%) demonstrated adequate knowledge in the pre-test, while post-test results showed a significant increase, with 40 participants (80%) demonstrating improved understanding. In conclusion, educational counseling activities for early childhood educators in Pasuruan Regency effectively increased their knowledge in fostering tolerant attitudes among early childhood learners.

Abstract

Abstract: As a multicultural nation, Indonesia faces persistent challenges in fostering inclusive and tolerant attitudes among young learners. Elementary education represents a critical stage for shaping children’s social values and attitudes toward diversity. This study examines the effectiveness of a jigsaw-based collaborative game model in enhancing students’ appreciation of diversity in early elementary classrooms. A quantitative approach was employed using a quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group pretest–posttest design. Two intact classes participated, consisting of an experimental group implementing the jigsaw game model and a control group receiving conventional instruction. Data were collected using a validated Likert-scale instrument and analyzed through independent sample t-tests on normalized N-Gain scores. The results indicate that students in the experimental group achieved a significantly higher mean N-Gain score (0.75, high category) compared to the control group (0.33, moderate category) (p < 0.05). These findings provide empirical evidence that collaborative jigsaw games are effective in strengthening students’ attitudes of respect for diversity and can serve as an inclusive instructional strategy in multicultural elementary school contexts.Keywords: diversity; elementary education; jigsaw; collaborative learning; respect; toleranceAbstrak: Indonesia sebagai negara multikultural menghadapi tantangan dalam menumbuhkan sikap inklusif dan toleran pada peserta didik sejak pendidikan dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas model permainan kolaboratif berbasis jigsaw dalam meningkatkan sikap penghargaan terhadap keragaman pada peserta didik kelas awal Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu non-equivalent control group pretest–posttest. Sampel terdiri atas dua kelas, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang menerapkan permainan jigsaw dan kelompok kontrol dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen skala Likert yang telah memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji-t terhadap skor N-Gain ternormalisasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen memperoleh rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,75 (kategori tinggi), secara signifikan lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol dengan N-Gain sebesar 0,33 (kategori sedang) (p < 0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model permainan kolaboratif berbasis jigsaw efektif dalam meningkatkan sikap penghargaan terhadap keragaman, sehingga berpotensi menjadi strategi pembelajaran inklusif yang relevan untuk pendidikan dasar di lingkungan multikultural.Kata kunci: jigsaw; keragaman; pembelajaran kolaboratif; penghargaan; sekolah dasar; toleransi

Abstract

ABSTRAK : Gawai merupakan media komunikasi yang tidak hanya menimbulkan dampak positif, melainkan juga negatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku kecanduan gawai terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini di Kecamatan Sedati Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan didukung metode korelasional dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data berupa kuesioner/angket yang disusun menjadi butir-butir pertanyaan dengan menggunakan skala likert. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan telah melewati uji validitas dan reliabilitas pada TK Dharma Wanita dan dinyatakan valid dengan nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari 0.3 berada pada rentang 0.5 - 0.7 pada setiap butir pertanyaan. Selanjutnya uji reliabilitas yang diperoleh pada variabel perilaku kecanduan gawai dan perkembangan bahasa sebesar 0.776 dan 0.771 dengan kategori tinggi, sehingga butir pertanyaan pada instrumen penelitian dinyatakan valid dan reabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linear sederhana, hasil yang diperoleh yakni perilaku kecanduan gawai berpengaruh negatif terhadap perkembangan bahasa pada anak usia dini dengan total pengaruh 20.7% di Kecamatan Sedati Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber informasi guru dan orangtua dalam mendidik anak usia dini di era digital.ABSTRACT : Gadgets are communication media that not only have positive but also negative impacts. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of device addiction behavior on early childhood language development in Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research is a quantitative research supported by a correlational method using random sampling techniques. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire / questionnaire which is arranged into item questions using a Likert scale. The research instrument used had passed the validity and reliability test at TK Dharma Wanita and was declared valid with a significance value greater than 0.3 in the range 0.5 - 0.7 on each question item. Furthermore, the reliability test obtained on the variable of device addiction behavior and language development was 0.776 and 0.771 with the high category, so that the questions on the research instrument were declared valid and reliable. This study uses simple linear regression data analysis techniques, the results obtained are that device addiction has a negative effect on language development in early childhood with a total effect of 20.7% in Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research is expected to be used as a source of information for teachers and parents in educating early childhood in the digital era.

Abstract

So far, the implementation of religious character education through the instillation of religious and moral values in the Anggrek Randupitu Gempol Pasuruan Playgroup (KB) has been carried out quite well. The character education methods used include role modelling, habituation and singing. However, among the indicators of religious and moral values that have been prioritized by KB Anggrek for students, namely saying and responding to greetings, sharing and thanking each other, it turns out that they are still at the underdeveloped stage (BB). Therefore, the author is interested in carrying out community service activities at KB Anggrek Randupitu Gempol Pasuruan. This activity aims to increase knowledge and understanding about strengthening religious character education through instilling religious and moral values in forming morals. The method used was to gather the teachers of KB Anggrek, then provide counseling on strengthening religious character education through instilling religious and moral values in forming morals.  Extension using lecture, question and answer and evaluation methods. The level of knowledge of respondents can be determined by conducting a pre-test before the activity and a post-test after the activity.
