Abstract

 IbM aims to assist partners in order to have a reliable accounting information systems that can provide vital information accurately and timely. Therefore, owners and interested parties can analyze and make the right decisions. This system is expected to help owners evaluate the performance and business developments. Partner companies (CV Brawijaya Dairy Industry and CV Karya Brawijaya) want to have a good accounting information system. Accounting information produced is very useful in business planning, product marketing development, performance evaluation and expand access to funding. Therefore, they require the role of internal (company) and external (banks and the Tax Office).These expectations can not be realized because of the partner company faced several obstacles. Constraints are the company does not have the human resources that have the educational background of accounting, facilities and infrastructure (hardware and software) was minimal, limited capital so it will merektur specialized employees handle bookkeeping is still difficult financially. Expansion of product marketing needs to be done so that the product more known to the public. The partner company (CV Karya Brawijaya) has difficulty in determining how much tax should be paid. Tax Office (KPP) is always sent warning letters because partners are often late in paying taxes. It’s happen because the company still does not have a simple bookkeeping and financial statements.Team devotion perform some activity. First; sharing with the leadership of the company to analysis the transaction. Second; preparing accounting software in accordance with the information needs of UKM (based SAK ETAP). Third; providing the necessary facilities and infrastructure (notebook). Fourth; preparing UKM accounting handbook. Fifth; conducting inhouse training for employees who handle bookkeeping and accounting. Sixth; implementation of accounting software and mentoring. Seventh; marketing assistance and tax calculation and how to fill out SPT.

Abstract

The development of Café Sawah as Village Tourism in Pujon Kidul is very important because it has an impact on improving the community's economy. So far, various dairy products by MSEs that are fostered by ‘Aisyiyah are sticks and crackers as typical souvenirs from Pujon Kidul Tourism. The souvenirs are still not packaged attractively. Product packaging is an effective marketing strategy in managing the end of production, until it is accepted by the end consumers. As a tourist area that is crowded with visitors, good and effective processing of souvenirs is a solution that can be offered to visitors as souvenirs. The purpose of this community service is to improve good packaging, elegant design, easy to carry and able to maintain the quality of the product during the trip. This community service methods are observation, audience and active participation, in order to increase the value of souvenir products with more attractive packaging, safe and comfortable, with local wisdom. The result of this community service is packaging that has an attractive design, an elegant impression of the product, improving of the product values, and so, it becomes a promotional medium when it is brought to a new place as a souvenir, and then, it will subsequently have impact on increasing the welfare of the surrounding community, especially MSEs fostered by ‘Aisyiyah.

Abstract

Perusahaan mitra (Rumah Yoghurt dan Pure Yoghurt) merupakan perusahaan kecil yang ingin meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produk yoghurt serta memperluas pangsa pasar tidak hanya di kota Batu dan kabupaten Malang saja tetapi dapat lebih luas sampai Malang Raya atau Jawa Timur. Kendala yang dihadapi saat ini adalah proses produksi dilakukan pada ruang yang kurang steril (agak terbuka) dan proses pengemasan produk masih manual sehingga perlu waktu pengemasan yang agak lama. Kedua hal tersebut sangat mempengaruhi terhadap kualitas produk yoghurt. Tingkat kerusakan produk dapat diatasi dengan melakukan proses produksi dengan menggunakan konsep lean production. Di bidang pemasaran, perusahaan masih mengandalkan direct marketing dengan cara bertemu langsung ‘face to face’ dengan pelanggan, dan menyebar brosur. Cara ini akan lebih efektif jika ditambah media promosi secara online atau electronoic teleshopping dengan menggunakan situs web perusahaan atau blog perusahaan sebagai ajang promosi yang murah dengan jangkauan pangsa pasar yang sangat luas. Untuk itu IbM ini bertujuan membantu mitra untuk : (1) menghasilkan produk yoghurt dengan kualitas yang lebih baik dan tingkat produktivitas yang tingg dan (2) membantu dalam pemasaran produk. Hasil yang dicapai dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah: (1) Pemahaman tentang lean production ; (2)  Motivasi bisnis yang meningkat; (3)Pemasangan AC dan Cup Sealer pada mitra; (4) Pembuatan blog  perusahaan; (5)  Penguatan pada bagian pemasaran melalui :  jaringan kerjasama yang lebih luas , perubahan desain logo yang lebih menarik, menambah varian rasa dan adanya diversifikasi produk

Abstract

Penggunaan media sosial di masyarakat semakin berkembang. Media sosial telah digunakan oleh sebagian orang salah sebagai media promosi. SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari merupakan salah satu sekolah kejuruan yang memiliki bidang multimedia berkaitan dengan teknologi. Namun, penggunaan media sosial di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal, utamanya dalam hal strategi branding dan komunikasi pemasaran. Strategi Branding perlu dimiliki oleh personal yang berhubungan secara langsung dalam penerapan komunikasi brand. Pemahaman yang baik tentang branding akan meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam memberikan hasil luaran yang tepat sasaran, komunikatif dan inovatif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan pendampingan bagi mitra yaitu guru SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosasi dan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman pada mitra pentingnya strategi branding dan komunikasi pemasaran sehingga output yang dihasilkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan atau skill mitra dalam penggunaan media sosial dengan memanfaatkan strategi branding dan komunikasi pemasaran. Peningkatan mitra diharapkan semakin meningkatkan kualitas sekolah di bidang professional pada khususnya dan nilai di masyarakat pada umumnya.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of supply chain management (supplier partnership, information sharing, customer relationship) on the operational performance of the furniture industry in Jombang Regency, and to find out the dominant variables that influenced the operational performance. The population and sample in this study were all furniture business owners in Mojowarno Sub-District, Jombang Regency. The total population was 163 and the total sample was 62 respondents. The data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to furniture business owners. In this study, the analytical tools used were scale range, multiple linear regression analysis, and a dominance test that showed that supply chain management with supplier partnership, information sharing, and customer relationship variables significantly influenced the operational performance. The dominant variable influencing operational performance was the customer relationship.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of discipline and motivation on employee performance. This type of research is survey research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees at Perum Perhutani PHW IV Malang, amounting to 33 people. The sample in this study amounted to 33 people selected using total sampling techniques. The data collection technique of this study was using a questionnaire. Technique data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with two predictors, F test, T-test, and coefficient of determination. Based on test and analysis results, this study includes that, discipline has a significant effect on performance, motivation does not significantly influence performance, discipline and motivation have a simultaneous effect on performance, discipline has the more dominant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Changes in the industrial world such as the emergence of the Coronavirus have had a huge impact on companies because consumers are more selective in choosing good quality products for consumption. Quality is a very important factor for the survival of the company. Therefore, this research was conducted to apply quality control methods at the Company of Keripik Tempe Abadi in Malang City to improve the quality of their production. The tools used in this study are Seven tools and the table Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The results of this study indicate that there are product defects that exceed the tolerance limits of the company, namely in the form of deformities, broken products, burnt products, and defects in the packaging. Then based on the analysis with a Fishbone diagram to find out the root cause of product damage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of leadership, employee satisfaction, and turnover intention and analyze the influence of participatory leadership on turnover intention through satisfaction as a mediating variable at coffee shops around Omah Campus. The research method used is quantitative which is collected by questionnaire through a Likert scale with 5 levels. The data that has been collected is then analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS software version 3. The results of the PLS analysis show that the variables of participatory leadership and employee satisfaction are in the high category, while the turnover intention is in the low category. Furthermore, it is known that the employee job satisfaction variable can significantly mediate the influence of the participatory leadership variable on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of organizational climate on intention to stay with employee engagement as an intervening variable in Bea Cukai Office Malang. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 50 employees. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used path analysis with the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program. The results of this study indicate that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on the intention to stay, the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on the intention to stay, the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect of intention to stay with employees. engagement as an intervening variable

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational justice on turnover intention mediated by organizational commitment in PT Kaltim Post Samarinda. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach totaling 54 respondents. The source of data in this study was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires (primary data). The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results show that organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Meanwhile, organizational justice has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on the intention to leave the company and organizational commitment is proven as a variable that mediates the relationship between organizational justice and turnover intention
