Didalam persaingan bisnis perusahaan tentunya ingin memiliki orang-orang berbakat untuk mengembangkan perusahaannya. Persaingan antar perusahaan menjadi semakin ketat sehingga menimbilkan beberapa perusahaan mengalami penurunan diakibatkan adanya ketidakpuasan kerja disebabkan karena banyak karyawan tidak memiliki keterampilan yang sesuai dengan pekerjaan mereka, sehingga memberikan kontribusi yang buruk bagi perusahaan. Dengan begitu hasil kerjanyapun tidak sesuai dengan tujuan yang diinginkan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai kesesuaian pekerjaan individu dan efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Karyawan Manajemen Billing PT.Haleyora Power Area Layanan Sukabumi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh, sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 orang karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kesesuaian pekerjaan individu dan efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja.

This study aims to analyze the effect of value received on interest in sustainable use through customer satisfaction of mobile payment users (ovo) on students of Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi. The study used primary data collected by distributing questionnaires via google-form to students of Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi who used the ovo payment application as many as 358 samples determined by the cluster sampling method. The analysis technique used is path analysis with Spss 22 software with a significance level of 5%. The results obtained are the value received has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, the value received has no direct effect on sustainable use, customer satisfaction has a direct effect on sustainable use, and the value received indirectly affects sustainable use through customer satisfaction. The expected implication of this research is to improve the quality of value provided to customers in order to increase customer satisfaction which will encourage interest in sustainable use of ovo payment products/services. Every company always wants its employees to have a good discipline attitude, with disciplined activities within a company can run smoothly, directed. And can more easily complete the work. Discipline reflects that the employee has good performance. Because good employee performance can be assessed if the employee meets or obeys the rules that are enforced by the company. Research or research conducted at PT. Nine Jaya Farm Sukabumi. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the influence of discipline on employee performance at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm Sukabumi with a population of employees at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm with 80 respondents using probability sampling and saturated sample techniques. In this study using validity and reliability testing. Data collection techniques used in primary data are questionnaires and interviews along with secondary data is a literature study. And the data analysis technique used is the normality test, the correlation coefficient test, the coefficient of determination test, a simple linear regression test and a hypothesis test that is the t test. The results of this study show that there is an influence of discipline in obeying the regulations on employee performance at PT. Nine Jaya Farm by proving the results of testing the hypothesis or t test showed more t counts than the table that is as much as 5031> 1.6646

This study aims to understand and examine entrepreneurial interests in terms of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship motivation by measuring the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Job Statisfaction at PT. Minu Garment Sukses, and to see how much influence the quality of organizational culture on job satisfaction on employees so that results can be seen from the interests of entrepreneurship in terms of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial motivation both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis. Taking the population in this study are all employees at PT. Minu Garment Success. The sample in this study amounted to 100 employees through a questionnaire which became an instrument for data integration. The results of the study prove that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Minu Garment Success with a significant level of 43.5% and the remaining 56.5% is determined by other factors.

Employee job satisfaction at work will have a high sense of enthusiasm and work participation so that it will continue to improve their performance, so as to create work morale, dedication, love, and employee discipline to the company. One of the factors that influence job satisfaction is the work environment, a conducive and comfortable atmosphere in an organization such as the positive attitude of employees which is reflected in good relationships among colleagues will certainly help improve performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate on employee job satisfaction of PT. Tiki jalur Nugraha Ekakulir Branch Sukabumi and the object of research are employees of PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakulir Branch Sukabumi. This research aimed to find out the association of education and training to ward employee performance. In this case, the associative method is used by researchers to find out and test whether there is an influence or not between educational variables and career development on employee performance. The population in the study of PT Indomarco Sukabumi, amounting to 80 people. For sampling using saturated sample research that is taken as a whole in the sample size of this study is 80 respondents. For data collection using research through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, doing documentation for data analysis techniques using this research is multiple linear regression. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression which is the result of research showing this educational variableand training on employee performance is positive and significant effect. Career development variable, employee career performance showed that the positive influence and significantly of employee performance.

This research aims to find out how much influence the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Information Systems and Verbal Communication has on Adaptive Performance at PT. Pratama Abadi Industri Sukabumi. The respondents in this study were 36 employees. This research method uses a quantitative method with an associative descriptive approach. This research carried out multiple correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test and hypothesis testing partially (T test) and simultaneously using (F test). The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence between the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Information Systems on Adaptive Performance. by producing Tcount greater than Ttable, namely (2.069>2.034) with a significance of 0.046>0.05. Verbal communication has a positive and significant effect on adaptive performance, this is proven by the results of Tcount being greater than Ttable, namely (2.063 > 2.034) with a significance of 0.047 > 0.05. The contribution in measuring the influence of the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) information systems and verbal communication on adaptive performance is 81.9%, while the remaining 18.1% is the influence of other factors outside this research. The problem phenomenon addressed in this study is the low level of consumer trust in MS Glow skincare products compared to its competitors. This research aims to examine the influence of business ethics and viral marketing on consumer trust with brand image as a mediating variable. The research method used is quantitative with a causal descriptive approach. The population of the study consists of female students in Sukabumi who are MS Glow users, with a sampling technique of probability sampling using proportionate stratified random sampling and a sample size of 391 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study indicate that business ethics does not have a significant direct effect on consumer trust but has a significant positive effect on brand image. Additionally, brand image has a significant effect on consumer trust. Viral marketing also has a significant impact on both brand image and consumer trust. Mediation results show that brand image fully mediates the relationship between business ethics and consumer trust, as well as between viral marketing and consumer trust. Therefore, brand image plays a crucial role in enhancing consumer trust in MS Glow products.

This paper discusses business policy innovation as a strategy to enhance customer loyalty, focusing on a case study of the MS Glow brand. The research aims to analyze the role of business policy innovation in strengthening customer attachment to the brand. The results indicate that business policy innovation can be a key factor in reinforcing customer bonds, especially in beauty industries like MS Glow. Factors such as product quality improvement, responsive customer service, and adaptation to evolving market trends prove to be crucial elements in increasing customer loyalty. This paper contributes to the understanding of the significance of business policy innovation as a strategy to solidify customer loyalty in the context of the beauty industry.

ABSTRACT. The research was aimed at determining how much influence the Cash Conversion Cycle, Capital Expenditure and Investment Opportunity Set have in optimizing Cash Holding in food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. The objects in this study are Cash Conversion Cycle (X1), Capital Expenditure (X2) Investment Opportunity Set (X3) and Cash Holding (Y). This research uses descriptive methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study used a non-probability sampling approach with purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a variable relationship between Cash Conversion Cycle, Capital Expenditure and Investment Opportunity Set in optimizing Cash Holding of 0.749 which means that the level of relationship between Cash Conversion Cycle, Capital Expenditure and Investment Opportunity Set in optimizing Cash Holding is included in the strong relationship criteria. Then the partial test results show that the Cash Conversion Cycle has a positive and significant effect in optimizing Cash Holding, Capital Expenditure has no effect in optimizing Cash Holding, and Investment Opportunity Set has a positive and significant effect in optimizing Cash Holding
