Abstract

PT. Bina San Prima Sukabumi was the site of the research since the business is still relying on locals' connections for recruiting staff and its usage of the e-recruitment system is not yet fully effective. The same is true for employee placement; a rolling method is used instead of a single category to determine where an employee should be located. This study aims to ascertain the effects of e-recruitment and job placement on employee performance at PT. Bina San Prima's Field Sales Division. In this study, a quantitative associative descriptive methodology was used. 80 employees of PT. Bina San Prima were given the sample using the saturated sampling approach, and multiple linear regression was used for analysis. According to the study's findings, PT Bina San Prima Sukabumi has been able to increase staff performance through optimizing e-recruitment. Employee performance in the field sales sector of PT Bina San Prima Sukabumi is positively impacted by placement. So it makes sense that the field sales division of PT Bina San Prima Sukabumi has a successful implementation of the optimization of e-recruitment and staff placement on work performance.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations it was found that employee morale has decreased as seen from employee absentee level data, the average employee absentee level in 2022 is 0.57% or less than 1%. This study aims to calculate and describe the effect of the variable remuneration system and extrinsic motivation on the morale of the employees of PT Sinar Sosro Sukabumi Sales Office. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique or saturated samples. The samples taken in this study were 53 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test and partial hypothesis testing (t test) and simultaneously using the F test. The results of the research based on the results of the t test of 3,007 indicate that the remuneration system variable has a significant positive effect on employee morale, while the extrinsic motivation variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance variables with a result of 3,970. Based on the results of the F test of 12,430, it shows that the variable remuneration system and extrinsic motivation simultaneously have a significant influence on employee morale. Abstract

In this study, the aim was to find out whether the implementation of company strategy and performance had an influence on competitive advantage for company provider operators. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sample size of 31 respondents who are Managers, Supervisors and Admins at the Sukabumi Provider Operator Company, using a saturated sampling technique. In obtaining data generated by distributing research questionnaires to all samples with a total of 30 servers regarding strategic planning variables, company performance and competitive advantage, the measurement technique used is the Likert scale. Furthermore, testing of the data that has been obtained with various tests in order to answer the hypothesis in this study. The results in this study indicate that planning has a positive and significant influence between strategy on competitive advantage, and there is a positive and significant influence between company performance on competitive advantage and simultaneously with the implementation of strategic planning and company performance can increase the position of competitive advantage in Provider Company Operators. Sukabumi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of market orientation and social media on competitive advantage. The method used in this research is descriptive, associative method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study was Non Probability Sampling (purposive sampling) and saturated sampling (Census). The samples taken in this study were 36 MSME Food and Beverage companies in Sukabumi City. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple correlation coefficient, determination coefficient test, simultaneous test (f test), multiple linear regression, and partial test (t test) to determine the extent of the influence of the two independent variables under study on the variable. dependent. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the market orientation variable on competitive advantage of 0.907, and there was a positive and significant influence of the social media variable on the competitive advantage variable of 0.944. As well as the positive and significant influence of market orientation and social media in increasing competitive advantage by 0.930 or 90.3%, while the remaining 0.970 or 9.7% is influenced by various factors outside of this study. From these results it can be seen that market orientation variables and social media have a positive and significant effect in increasing competitive advantage, although the most dominant influence on competitive advantage is market orientation. Abstract

This study aims to find out and explain the innovation strategies taken by LKP aha smart Mathematics. This research method is qualitative, namely, the research procedure produces descriptive data, both in the form of speech, behavior, and phenomena found when jumping directly into the field to observe the Objects and Subjects to be studied. The data collection technique is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by selecting answers obtained from informants and then collected for analysis and conclusions. The data analysis used is data triangulation. The results of the research were obtained, competitive strategy innovations taken by aha smart mathematics course and training institutions using Michael E Porter's generic strategy, namely low-cost strategies: the fees set by the smart mathematics course and training institutions are Rp 250,000 / month for regular, and Rp 300,000 / month for intensive, differentiation strategies: aha smart mathematics course and training institutions create a unique method that is a differentiator from other LKPs that Similar, and strategy focus: AHA Smart Mathematics course and training institutions focus on market segmentation, focus on optimal products and services, and focus on organizational structuring.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain marketing strategies for increasing the sales volume of housing products of PT Pilar Ksatria Tidar Nusantara Kota Sukabumi related to strategy planning, strategy implementation, and inhibiting factors in implementing marketing strategies. The phenomenon that occurs is a decrease in sales volume caused by the lack of appropriate marketing strategies applied. The data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, and FGD. The research location is focused on PT Pilar Ksatria Tidar Nusantara Kota Sukabumi. The informants in this study were the President Director, Marketing Director, Managing Director, Finance Director, Logistics Manager, Managing Manager, and supervisory manager of PT Pilar Ksatria Tidar Nusantara Kota Sukabumi as many as 7 people. Data analysis is carried out by selecting answers obtained from informants and then collecting them for analysis and conclusions. The data analysis used is data triangulation. The results showed, that: (1) in making marketing strategy planning has involved expert consultants, but not done with a SWOT analysis approach; (2) in the implementation of marketing strategies have used the 4P approach (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion). By utilizing the advantages of products and prices that are relatively more affordable for the lower middle class. In promotional activities, there are still obstacles in facing competitors who are bolder in promotions and giving discounts. The sales volume in 2021 was 79 housing units, while in 2022 house sales were only 12 housing units or 17.5% of 2021. The contribution of this research is to expand the literature related to marketing management, especially marketing strategies to increase sales.

Abstract

MSME performance is the level of success achieved by MSME stakeholders in running their businesses based on set goals.  To support the success of MSME performance, MSME owners must have basic knowledge such as market orientation and financial literacy because these two things can be a benchmark for the success of MSMEs. This study aims to analyze the influence of market orientation and financial literacy on the performance of food industry MSMEs in Sukabumi. The number of samples in this study was 110 respondents. This study used descriptive research methods and associative research methods with a quantitative approach. The results showed that market orientation and financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. The contribution made between market orientation and financial literacy to the performance of MSMEs with interpretation is very strong. Keywords: Market Orientation, Financial Literacy, MSME Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the picture of work discipline, direct supervision, and work effectiveness, to find out how much influence work discipline has on work effectiveness at PT. Bank Sinarmas Syariah Kcs. Sukabumi, and to find out how much influence direct supervision has on work effectiveness at PT. Bank Sinarmas Syariah Kcs. Sukabumi. The research method that researchers use is descriptive and associative research methods with a quantitative approach. The result of this study is the Implementation of Work Discipline in employees of PT. Bank Sinarmas Syariah Kcs. Sukabumi is already in the very high category. Direct supervision of PT. Bank Sinarmas Syariah Kcs. Sukabumi is in the very high category. Work effectiveness in employees of PT. Bank Sinarmas Syariah Kcs. Sukabumi is in the very good category. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, work discipline does not have a significant effect on the effectiveness of PT. Bank Sinarmas Syariah Kcs. Sukabumi. This is evidenced by t-count < t-table (0.295 < 2.04523). While direct supervision has a significant effect on the effectiveness of PT. Bank Sinarmas Syariah Kcs. Sukabumi. This is evidenced by t-calculate > t-table (4.606 > 2.04523).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan return saham dan volume perdagangan saham sebelum dan sesudah merger yang dilakukan oleh PT. Indosat, Tbk dan PT. Hutchison 3 Indonesia yang saat ini berganti nama menjadi PT. Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Tbk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif dan komparatif. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah return saham (X1), Volume Perdagangan Saham (X2) dan Merger (Y). Sampel yang digunakan adalah t-30 hari dan t+30 hari dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data dimulai dari uji normalitas, terdapat dua cara untuk menguji hipotesis yaitu paired sample t-test dan uji Wilxocon Signed Ranks Test. Pada penelitian ini uji hipotesis dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilxocon Signed Ranks Test karena hasil uji normalitas data return saham dan volume perdagangan saham berdistribusi tidak normal dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada return saham sebelum dan sesudah merger dilakukan, sedangkan untuk volume perdagangan saham terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah merger dilakukan selama periode pengamatan.

Abstract

Effevtiveness within the scope of the organization or company is generally associated with the implantation of activities aimed at promoting and developing the organization or campany. This study aims to determine the effect of digital innovation implementation and the work environment having an influence that can increase the work effectiveness of employee at PT. TIKI JNE. The research method used is quantitative research method and the sample technique used is saturated sample technique. Data were obtained through questionnaires which were distributed to 58 respondents who were employees of PT. TIKI JNE with Likert scale measurements. The results of the hypothesis test stated that the influence of digital innovation implementation had a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness. The results of hypothesis testing stated that work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness. Implementation of the application used is also very helpful for employees in managing work, especially regarding personnel administraton and the work environment that exist around employees greatly influence the work carried out on the effectiveness of employee work.
