Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social support and employee skills on employee performance caused by the lack of support and missed communication between employees at PT. BRIS POEY TRANS. Based on the results of the study, the relationship between social support and employee performance was 4.209 and a significant value of 0.000 showed that there was a positive and significant effect, in addition to the Employee Ability of 3.953 and a significant value of 0.000, there was a positive and significant effect because t > 0. Contribution in measuring the effect of social support and the ability of employees to employee performance of 0.551 or 55.1%. So it can be seen that the influence of social support and employee ability has a strong influence and the biggest influence on employee performance is the social support variable. Based on the results of the study showed a positive and significant influence between social support and employee performance and showed a positive and significant influence between employee abilities on employee performance. The influence is marked by the high ability possessed by employees such as the magnitude of the sense of responsibility and loyalty of the employees of PT. Bris Poey Trans. Abstract

This study aims to explore the strategic concept carried out by Biznet based on the concept of value innovation in the systematic steps of Blue Ocean Shift in an effort to create value differentiation. The informants in this research are Biznet Managers as decision makers in the strategy and Biznet Customers as the object of determining the success of the strategy . This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data reduction procedures, data presentation, and drawing or verifying conclusions. The data validity technique in this study uses source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation methods. The results show that Biznet has done the right thing in increasing its potential as an opportunity to develop its products into value innovations, namely the "The New Biznet Fiber Network" network. " which provides more quality / value to the customer. This can be seen from the process of each systematic step that has been carried out in this research. Thus, this research is expected to provide complete and comprehensive insight regarding the implementation of the Blue Ocean Strategy in the Internet Provider Industry for Biznet's management in determining the strategic direction in the future. Abstract

The increasing number of Coffee Shops in Sukabumi City significantly continues to grow, making Barn Coffee required to survive and compete by determining the right strategy. Barn Coffee has implemented various strategies. In the last 3 years Barn Coffee has experienced a significant decline in profit. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with participants being consumers who visit Barn Coffee and Nama Coffee as competitors of Barn Coffee. In the formulation of the initial strategy canvas using a scorecard approach that describes the position of Barn Coffee against its competitors. The results showed that in several factors Barn Coffee was superior to its competitors, such as taste and service. Meanwhile, on other factors such as price, sales promotion, interior and supporting facilities, Barn Coffee is still far behind compared to its competitors. there are several things Barn Coffee must do to get out of the red ocean trap and switch to the blue ocean using a blue ocean strategy. Among them are, increasing sales promotions, interior and supporting facilities as well as creating new product variants such as iced coffee strawberry, affogato with cheese, and iced coffee palm sugar. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of Return on Assets, Net Profit Margin, Earning Per-Share, Total Assets Turnover, measure the effect of Return on Assets, Net Profit Margin, Earning Per-Share, and Total Assets Turnover on Stock Return. Researchers used a quantitative approach with descriptive and associative methods. The sample companies in this study amounted to 8 companies. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive and inferential analysis statistical analysis through linear regression analysis for hypothesis testing. Based on research results obtained, the ROA value of manufacturing companies generally tends to be above the industry standard average, the NPM value of manufacturing companies generally tends to be below the industry standard average, the EPS value of all companies has a positive value. Thus, manufacturing companies during the 2016-2020 period have the advantage of each share, the TATO value of manufacturing companies generally tends to be below the industry standard average, Something positive and insignificant Asset Return effect (ROA), negative and insignificant effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Stock Return, There is a positive and significant effect of Earning Per-Share (EPS) on Stock Return, and there is a negative and insignificant effect of Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Stock Return . Abstract

Tujuan berdasarkan penelitian ini merupakan untuk menganalisis dan menghitung pengaruh variabel marketability dan inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Peneliti memakai pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan memakai metode naratif  & asosiatif sample yang digunakan sebagai populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM keripik/lantak pisang kota Sukabumi, sampel keseluruhan 31 UKM keripik pisang/lantak kota Sukabumi dengan kriteria yang ditentukan, non-probabilistik atau menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi berganda, analisis regresi berganda, uji kepastian, dan uji hipotesis parsial (uji-t) yang dikombinasikan dengan uji-F. Hasil berdasarkan hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa variabel 'marketability' berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel 'competitive advantage' dan variabel 'product innovation' berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel 'competitive advantage'. menunjukkan. ". Berdasarkan hasil Uji-F, kemampuan memasarkan dan mentransformasikan produk secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keunggulan bersaing. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kecerdasan emoional dan kecerdasan intelektual terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Anala Cakra Energi, perusahaan ini didirikan pada tahun 2018 sebagai salah satu perusahaan swasta di Sukabumi, peruahaan ini bergerak di bidang manufaktur yang mengolah serbuk kayu keras menjadi pelet kayu. Penelitian ini didasari dengan dengan adanya suatu permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu pada kinerja karyawan. Tujuan dalam permasalahan ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan intelektual terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan asosiatif. Adapun sampel ada pada perusahaan ini berjumlah 33 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala semantik diferensial dengan teknik analisis penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan realibitas, regresi linear berganda, uji normalitas, uji gabungan (uji-t) dan uji parsial (uji-f) pada kedua variabel bebas yang diteliti menentukan seberapa besar pengaruh variabel. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Intelektual, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This research was meant to analysed Human Capital in Bolu Amor Bakery and Cafe Sukabumi addition andimprove the companies with the management of Human Capital in the improvement of companies. Thisresearch using the research methodology of descriptive-qualitative research to describe the human capitalcondition. For data collecting used observation instrument, interview, and documentation study methods.The results showed that the company gives a Human Capital Management with an integrated and continousmethods to achieve a long-term world Class Company vision. There are HCR, OCR, and employee productivity.This company has implemented 5 Human Capital components. There are individual capability, individualmotivation, the organizational climate, workgroup effectiveness and leadership. But, that haven’t maximalyet due to company leadership indicator still get some problems in process. Based on the results, we got theconclusion that Bolu Amor Bakery & Cafe Sukabumi has realized how important Human Resources in everyactivity. Company should manage the human resources well because the key of company success is in humanfactor. Not only in technology superiority and fund available. So, we need a capable person that can operatethe company as a survivor. Preparing the human capital is a must for improvement of companies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Metode deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuatitatif. Penentuan sempel menggunakan teknik sempel jenuh. Populasi sampel 32 Pemilik UMKM Kue Kering di Kecamatan Cisaat. Pengukuran menggunakan skala semantic differensial dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasi dari peneltian ini menunjukkan orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing. Selanjutnya inovasi produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing. Kontribusi yang diberikan antara orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing dengan interpretasi sangat kuat.

Abstract

This research at PT. Martina Berto Tbk. a company listed in the cosmetics and household subsector of Indonesia Stock Exchange. The object of this research is the financial statement PT. Martina Berto Tbk. which is decreasing in sales every year. This research has a purpose to know the analysis of activity ratio to measure the effectiveness of the company PT. Martina Berto Tbk. observerd of seven aspects, its receivable turnover, days of receivable, inventory turnover, days of inventory, working capital turnover, fixed assets turnover and total assets turnover the period of 2012-2016. . The data of this research obtained from secondary data such as literature and company documentation. The analysis method applied in the research was descriptive. Based on the result of the research, it is found that the calculated result of activity of the company consist in effectiveness of company PT. Martina Berto Tbk. in terms of receivable turnovers from 2012-2016 are amounted to 2.4 times, 2.3 times, 2.2 times, 2,1 times, and 1.9 times. The days of receivable in 2012-2016 are amounted to 152 days, 158 days, 165 days, 173 days, and 192 days. The inventory turnovers in 2012-2016 are amounted to 13.5 times, 12,0 times, 8,9 times, 9,0 times, and 7,2 times. The days of inventory in 2012-2016 are amounted to 27 days, 30 days, 41 days, 40 days, and 50 days. The working capital turnovers in 2012-2016 are amounted to 1.9 times, 1.8 times, 2,0 times, 2,1 times, and 2,1 times. The fixed assets turnovers in 2012-2016 are amounted to 8,8 times, 4,7 times, 4.5 times, 4,7 times, and 4,6 times. The total assets turnovers in 2012-2016 are amounted to 1,1 times, 1,0 times, 1,0 times, 1,0 times, and 0.9 times. This fluctuation resulted in poor management of the assets and the ability to decrease sales.[Bold] Keywords: Effectiveness Company, Activity Ratio.

Abstract

The problem found at Mahir Residence Sukabumi is the emergence of consumer dissatisfaction with the products produced by the company. The problem is thought to have occurred due to poor product quality and less than optimal after-sales service. This study aimed to determine the magnitude of the effect of product quality and after-sales service on consumer satisfaction. The research method used is a descriptive and associative method with the research design is a causality and verification type of investigation. The data analysis technique uses multiple correlation coefficients, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with the F test. The most dominant variable affecting consumer satisfaction in this study is product quality. Based on the results of the study, the correlation between product quality and after-sales service was 0.437, the magnitude of the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction was 31.9%, the magnitude of the effect of after-sales service on consumer satisfaction was 22.3%, and the magnitude of the influence of product quality and after-sales service selling to consumer satisfaction together by 43.7% while the remaining 56.3% is influenced by other factors that are not included in this study. From the results of this study, it can be seen that product quality and after-sales service can affect consumer satisfaction.
