Abstract

A bank's profitability is an important indicator of its financial health and future aspirations. Increasing profitability requires effective, efficient management and building public trust. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Loans, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Net Interest Margin on Returns on Assets for the period 2019 to 2022. The population in this research is financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The objects of this research are Capital Adequacy Ratio (X1), Non Performing Loans (X2), Loan to Deposit Ratio (X3), Net Interest Margin (X4) and Return On Assets (Y). The research method used is descriptive and associative with a quantitative approach. The data analysis techniques used in this research are statistical and descriptive. Which uses a number of tests such as the classic assumption test which consists of normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, hypothesis test (t test) and (f) test using the SPSS application. The research results show that from the t test (partial) the Capital Adequacy Ratio partially shows a result of 0.019 where tcount is 0.019<ttable 2.021 with a significance value of 0.019, next for Non Performing Loans shows Tcount<Ttable (0.145<2.021) with a significance value of 0.145, then for Loan to Deposit Ratio shows a Tcount of 0.035<Ttable 2.021 with a significance value of 0.035 and Net Interest Margin shows a Tcount of 0.001<Ttable 2.021 with a significance value of 0.001. The conclusion is that CAR, NPL, LDR partially have no influence on Return On Assets, while NIM partially has an influence on profitability.

Abstract

In Indonesia’s economic growth, the telecommunications industry has become a growing company along with the rapid development of technology, information and communication. With this growth, it is necessary to compare various financial statements, especially the balance sheet and income statement to determine the profitability of the company’s. The result of this study indicate that Return On Asset in telecommunications subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period has decreased drastically. The research method used is descriptive and assiciative with quantitative approach. The population used in the study is the financial statements of the telecommunications subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2020-2022. The research object are Current Ratio (X1), Debt to Equity Ratio (X2), Total Asset Turnover (X3) and Profitability (Y). The data analysis techniques used intihs study are descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The result showed that partially (t test) Current Ratio has no significant effect on profitability, Debt to Equity Ratio has no significant effect on profitability, and Total Asset Turnover has a negative and significant effect on profitability. However, simultaneously (f test) Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover have a significant influence on the profitability of the telecommunications subsector listed on Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2022.

Abstract

The growth of Coffee shops in Sukabumi City can be said to be high for a small city, there are already 54 Coffee shops which previously only had 37 Coffee shops. This indicates the high growth of Coffee shops in Sukabumi City. However, it also indicates the tight competition of Coffee shops in Sukabumi City. This researcher aims to determine how much influence product innovation, market orientation and competitive strategy have in improving business performance in coffee shops. This researcher uses descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was coffee shops in Sukabumi City as many as 54 coffee shops. The data analysis techniques used in this study are the classical assumption test, multiple correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, multiple linear regression, and simultaneous hypothesis testing (F Test) and partially (T Test). The results of this study indicate that product innovation, market orientation and competitive strategy have a significant effect on business performance, this is evidenced by the calculated F 80.307> F table 2.790 which means the calculated F value is greater than the F table. Partially, product innovation has a significant effect on business performance, this is evidenced by the T count of 8.485> T table 1.674, which means that T count is greater than T table. Market orientation has a significant effect on business performance, this is evidenced by the T count of 2.604> T table 1.674, which means that T count is greater than T table. Then the competitive strategy does not have a significant effect, this is evidenced by the T count of 0.220> T table 1.674, which means that T count is smaller than T table with an error level of 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, absorptive capacity, and innovation strategy on competitive advantage using quantitative methods through descriptive and associative approaches. The sample used in this study was 46 apparel SMIs business actors in Sukabumi City using non probability sampling saturated sample method. This study used multiple lienar regression as a data analysis technique. The results in this study indicate that entrepreneurial orientation, absorptive capacity and innovation strategy simultaneously affecr competitive advantage. While in the results of hypothesis testing entrepreneurial orientation has no partial effect on competitive advantage, however, absorptive capacity and innovation strategy have a partially significant effect on competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the influence of the Entrepreneurial Orientation variable and the Competitive Excellence variable on Marketing Performance on Chicken Porridge UMKM actors in Sukabumi City. The research method used in this study is a descriptive, associative research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is 146 members registered with the Sukabumi City Discoperindag. And for the sample is all members of the population using the slovin formula. Using IBM SPSS software version 29, as a data analysis technique tool. The results of this study showed that one hypothesis was accepted and one was rejected. And it can be interpreted that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance, but competitive advantage as a mediator does not succeed in mediating entrepreneurial orientation variables to competitive advantage variables.

Abstract

                Good Corporate Governance (GCG) plays a very important role in creating a transparent, accountable and integrity corporate environment. One of the main objectives of implementing GCG is to prevent corrupt practices and abuse of authority that can harm the company and society. This article discusses how GCG principles, such as transparency, accountability, clear division of authority, and anti-corruption policies, can reduce the risk of unethical actions in organizations. In addition, the role of effective internal and external controls is also key in detecting and preventing abuse of authority. By consistently implementing GCG, companies can enhance their reputation, strengthen stakeholder trust, and maintain corporate sustainability. Through leadership with integrity and a corporate culture that prioritizes ethics, GCG is expected to create a business environment that is clean and free from corruption. This study aims to describe the role of GCG in preventing corruption and abuse of power and provide recommendations to strengthen GCG implementation in Indonesian companies.

Abstract

Organizational change is a complex challenge and requires a useful approach to carry it out successfully, especially in the context of diverse generations of workers. This research shows that change management implementations can be used in organizations, with the specific aim of improving and supporting Generation Z employees' well-being at work. This article also identifies important factors that affect the well-being of Generation Z employees, as well as how these implementations can be used to address these issues. In addition to helping manage resistance to change, these implementations help create an inclusive and supportive work environment. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Service Quality on IndiHome Internet Service Subscription Decisions with Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable. The existence of customer complaints indicates that the rate of subscription decisions is very low. The research method used was a survey with a questionnaire distributed to 135 users of IndiHome internet service in Sukabumi City. The data obtained was analyzed using path analysis to test between the variables studied. The results of this study show that Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on subscription decisions, In addition, Customer Satisfaction is proven to play a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between Service Quality and Subscription Decisions. These findings indicate that the better the quality of service provided, the more likely customers are to feel satisfied, and that satisfaction ultimately strengthens the Subscription Decision. This research provides insights for companies to continuously improve the quality of services provided through customer satisfaction to maintain subscription decisions.
