Abstract

In Indonesia’s economic growth, the telecommunications industry has become a growing company along with the rapid development of technology, information and communication. With this growth, it is necessary to compare various financial statements, especially the balance sheet and income statement to determine the profitability of the company’s. The result of this study indicate that Return On Asset in telecommunications subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period has decreased drastically. The research method used is descriptive and assiciative with quantitative approach. The population used in the study is the financial statements of the telecommunications subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2020-2022. The research object are Current Ratio (X1), Debt to Equity Ratio (X2), Total Asset Turnover (X3) and Profitability (Y). The data analysis techniques used intihs study are descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The result showed that partially (t test) Current Ratio has no significant effect on profitability, Debt to Equity Ratio has no significant effect on profitability, and Total Asset Turnover has a negative and significant effect on profitability. However, simultaneously (f test) Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover have a significant influence on the profitability of the telecommunications subsector listed on Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2022.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Service Quality on IndiHome Internet Service Subscription Decisions with Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable. The existence of customer complaints indicates that the rate of subscription decisions is very low. The research method used was a survey with a questionnaire distributed to 135 users of IndiHome internet service in Sukabumi City. The data obtained was analyzed using path analysis to test between the variables studied. The results of this study show that Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on subscription decisions, In addition, Customer Satisfaction is proven to play a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between Service Quality and Subscription Decisions. These findings indicate that the better the quality of service provided, the more likely customers are to feel satisfied, and that satisfaction ultimately strengthens the Subscription Decision. This research provides insights for companies to continuously improve the quality of services provided through customer satisfaction to maintain subscription decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. The research was aimed at determining how much influence the Cash Conversion Cycle, Capital Expenditure and Investment Opportunity Set have in optimizing Cash Holding in food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. The objects in this study are Cash Conversion Cycle (X1), Capital Expenditure (X2) Investment Opportunity Set (X3) and Cash Holding (Y). This research uses descriptive methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study used a non-probability sampling approach with purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a variable relationship between Cash Conversion Cycle, Capital Expenditure and Investment Opportunity Set in optimizing Cash Holding of 0.749 which means that the level of relationship between Cash Conversion Cycle, Capital Expenditure and Investment Opportunity Set in optimizing Cash Holding is included in the strong relationship criteria. Then the partial test results show that the Cash Conversion Cycle has a positive and significant effect in optimizing Cash Holding, Capital Expenditure has no effect in optimizing Cash Holding, and Investment Opportunity Set has a positive and significant effect in optimizing Cash Holding

Abstract

                Good Corporate Governance (GCG) plays a very important role in creating a transparent, accountable and integrity corporate environment. One of the main objectives of implementing GCG is to prevent corrupt practices and abuse of authority that can harm the company and society. This article discusses how GCG principles, such as transparency, accountability, clear division of authority, and anti-corruption policies, can reduce the risk of unethical actions in organizations. In addition, the role of effective internal and external controls is also key in detecting and preventing abuse of authority. By consistently implementing GCG, companies can enhance their reputation, strengthen stakeholder trust, and maintain corporate sustainability. Through leadership with integrity and a corporate culture that prioritizes ethics, GCG is expected to create a business environment that is clean and free from corruption. This study aims to describe the role of GCG in preventing corruption and abuse of power and provide recommendations to strengthen GCG implementation in Indonesian companies.

Abstract

Penyusunan segmenting, targeting, positioning yang tepat tentu saja akan memudahkan perusahaan dalam menyusun program kegiatan pemasaran guna meningkatkan volume penjualan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis optimalisasi strategi segmenting, targeting dan positioning dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh atau sering disebut juga sensus, yakni yang akan dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan, yaitu 37 karyawan PT. Jaya Bakti Raharja Cabang Sukabumi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, termasuk uji koefisien determinasi, koefisien kolerasi berganda, uji secara parsial (uji T), dan  uji secara simultan (uji F). Hasil penelitian, menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi dilihat dari nilai (Adjusted R2 ) sebesar 0,575 hal ini diartikan bahwa pengaruh segmenting, targeting, positioning terhadap volume penjualan sebesar 57,5%, sisanya 42,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil uji secara simultan (uji F) menunjukan bahwa segmenting, targeting, positioning berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan.

Abstract

Organizational change is a complex challenge and requires a useful approach to carry it out successfully, especially in the context of diverse generations of workers. This research shows that change management implementations can be used in organizations, with the specific aim of improving and supporting Generation Z employees' well-being at work. This article also identifies important factors that affect the well-being of Generation Z employees, as well as how these implementations can be used to address these issues. In addition to helping manage resistance to change, these implementations help create an inclusive and supportive work environment. As a result, Generation Z's engagement and productivity increased.  In this article, organizational leaders will discover effective ways to create and implement change management implementations by considering the needs and expectations of Generation Z as an important part of the company's successMental Health and Religious Observance in Adolescent Boys.
