Kata kunci :  Operasi Forklift, Operasi Bongkar Muat Barang, Kinerja Pergudangan dan SOP ABSTRACT            This research aims to find out how companies can maintain their market position in industrial competition and how management of the company's supply chain system is needed. The main problem in company internal management is warehouse management. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the performance of the PT warehouse. Wira Mitra Prima and find out what factors most influence the performance of the company's warehouse, as well as knowing whether the warehouse is profitable or detrimental to the company. This research used a sample of 133 respondents, who were employees, forklift operators and partners from PT. WMP. The data collection technique uses simple random sampling by distributing Google Form questionnaires via social media and Whatsapp Group. The data processing method in this research uses Smart PLS3 software which is used to test hypotheses. The method for determining the number of eligible respondents uses the Hair Method which states that respondents may have 5 to 10 times the number of research variable indicators. The results of this research show that forklift operations have a significant effect on warehouse performance, loading and unloading operations have a significant effect on warehousing performance and SOPs have a significant effect on warehousing performance. Furthermore, SOPs are able to strengthen the influence of forklift operations on warehouse performance, as well as SOPs are able to strengthen the influence of loading and unloading operations on warehouse performance. Keywords: Forklift Operations, Loading and Unloading Operations, Warehouse Performance and SOP

Abstract

This study, titled "The Influence of Facilities and Rental Price of Rukita Boarding Houses on User Satisfaction with Brand Awareness as a Moderating Variable," was conducted in response to the growing competition within the property industry, particularly in the modern boarding house segment. It examines four variables: user satisfaction as the dependent variable, facilities and rental price as independent variables, and brand awareness as a moderating variable. The study aims to determine whether facilities and rental prices significantly affect user satisfaction and whether brand awareness strengthens these relationships. Using a causal research design and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS, the findings reveal that both facilities and rental price significantly influence user satisfaction. Moreover, brand awareness has a direct positive effect on satisfaction and moderates the relationship between facilities and satisfaction, though it does not moderate the relationship between price and satisfaction. These results suggest that brand awareness enhances perceptions of facility quality but does not reduce user sensitivity to price. The study offers valuable insights for Rukita and similar businesses to improve facility quality and consistently build brand awareness, while maintaining rational pricing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction in a competitive market.

Abstract

This study investigates how Product Quality and Price affect Consumer Satisfaction at Kopi Jago Keliling Danau Sunter, while also examining the moderating role of Customer Retention. Using a sample of 150 respondents and analyzed through SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) with a causal research design, the study tested both direct and moderating effects. The findings reveal several key points. First, Product Quality significantly influences Consumer Satisfaction, confirming that aspects such as product appearance, taste, texture, and uniqueness enhance customer experiences. Second, Price also has a significant effect, showing that affordability, competitiveness, and perceived value contribute to satisfaction. Third, Customer Retention strongly impacts Consumer Satisfaction, as indicators like revisiting interest, repeat purchases, recommendations, and loyalty reinforce positive consumer experiences. Fourth, Customer Retention moderates the relationship between Product Quality and Consumer Satisfaction positively, strengthening the effect. However, fifth, Customer Retention does not moderate the relationship between Price and Consumer Satisfaction, meaning price remains a direct driver rather than a moderated one. Overall, the study highlights that improving product quality, setting appropriate pricing, and fostering customer retention are crucial strategies for enhancing satisfaction and sustaining long-term customer relationships.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of promotion and location on customer loyalty at FamilyMart Danau Agung Dua, with social media serving as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative approach, the research involved 140 respondents and applied structural equation modelling with SmartPLS to analyze both direct and moderating effects among variables. The findings reveal that promotion, location, and social media each have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Furthermore, social media moderation strengthens the relationship between promotion and customer loyalty, as well as between location and customer loyalty, leading to the acceptance of all hypotheses. These results provide a deeper understanding of the factors influencing customer loyalty and offer practical implications for academics, researchers, and business practitioners. For academics, the study serves as a useful reference in exploring consumer behavior within the retail sector. For researchers, expanding the sample size is recommended to ensure more accurate and sustainable findings. For businesses such as FamilyMart, it is essential to pay attention to customer needs, design customer-friendly strategies, and leverage social media effectively to attract, retain, and strengthen customer loyalty.
