Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of production planning and product quality on operational performance moderated by standard operating procedures (SOP). The types of data used in this study are primary data originating from employees of PT. Tritunggal Sinarjaya with a total of 145 respondents. Sampling of this research sampling technique is Random Sampling. This study analyzes the relationship between the effect of production planning and product quality on operational performance moderated by standard operating procedures (SOP). This study uses data analysis method Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that production planning had a significant effect on operational performance. Product quality has no significant effect on operational performance. Standard operating procedures (SOP) have a significant effect on operational performance. Production planning has no significant effect on operational performance which is moderated by standard operating procedures (SOP). And product quality has no significant effect on operational performance which is moderated by standard operating procedures (SOP). Keywords: Production Planning, Product Quality,Operational Performance, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of discounts and sales promotion on repurchase intention with customer satisfaction as a moderating variable. The population in this study used a sample of 344 respondents who were users of the Shopee application aged 18-28 years. The data collection technique uses simple random sampling by spreading research questionnaires in the form of google forms through social media. The data processing method in this study is to use smartPLS with the aim of testing hypotheses. The results of this study show that customer trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, product diversity has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, customer satisfaction is significant and can moderate the effect of customer trust on repurchase intention, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase intention and can moderate the effect of product diversity on repurchase intention. This research recommends to shopee if you want to increase consumer repurchase interest, then it is possible to be able to further increase the sense of customer trust, because some respondents to this study stated that shopee has not fully provided quality products so that the products purchased are not in accordance with expectations, but this can be minimized by checking and ensuring that each product is worthy of being traded. Shopee is also expected to maintain the level of product availability, so that consumers can feel satisfied and return to shopping.Customer Trust, Product Diversity, Repurchase Intention, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the application of service quality and management of shopping reports to UMKM beautiful embroidery convection collections. This study uses data collection through observation, namely data collection trying to observe the social situation in the field. The results of this study indicate that through observation, namely data collection trying to observe the social situation in the field, the quality of service is able to satisfy the wants and needs of the community, the management of expenditure reports can be managed or recorded properly and correctly will provide business benefits and can provide development in its business. The results of this study recommend that if you want to create good MSME implementation, the priority strategy applied is to have quality service in order to create sustainable customers.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to determine the Empowerment of the East Bekasi community through Cultivating MSME in the Catfish Business Bekasi so that it is right on target. Catfish is a favorite food in Indonesia and is a factor that needs to be considered in view of the large number of people who consume catfish, the amount in the market, the proximity to raw materials, the availability of facilities and transportation costs and the availability of places to expand their business. While its special use for the people of East Bekasi is to increase the nutrition of the surrounding community so they don't experience malnutrition and so on. Frequent consumption of fish can improve thinking for the better, especially for children who are in their infancy. Clean catfish farm locations increase sales profits and attract more buyers to shop for catfish. While the benefits for partners are getting a work partner, in addition to this what the lecturer gets adds new insights that will be used in further learning about entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Program pengabdian Kepada Masyrakat ini bertujuan untuk pelatihan Supply Chain Management di Era Industri 4.0 dan Era Pandemi Covid 19 bagi siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 11 Harapan Mulya Jakarta Pusat dalam menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan bagi siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 11 tersebut. Kegiatan ini bisa berjalan dengan baik. Seluruh peserta dari abdimas ini cukup antusias dalam menyambut kami sebagai pemateri.            Keberhasilan dalam mengelola usaha sangat ditentukan dari keahlian pelaku usaha untuk membuka wawasan tentang E-Supply Chain Management itu sendiri. Supply Chain adalah sebuah jaringan pasok yang meliputi pemasok bahan, pabrik, peralatan, penyaluran, hingga fasilitas logistik. Pada setiap mata rantai inilah efisiensi itu dilakukan.            Keterbatasan pengetahuan menjadi salah satu tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh pelaku bisnis dalam mengelola usahanya, agar bisnisnya dapat berjalan maka perlu adanya sosialisasi Supply Chain Management di Era Industri 4.0 dan Era Pandemi bagi siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 11, sehingga siswa kita lebih siap untuk terjun ke dunia bisnis.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bisa berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Seluruh peserta dari abdimas ini cukup antusias dalam menyambut kami sebagai pemateri. SMAN 25 yang kami pilih abdimas ini karena lokasinya yang tidak jauh dan perlu bimbingan agar dapat membuka paradigma siswa SMAN 25 akan pentingnya digital ekonomy didunia bisnis saat ini. Keberhasilan dalam mengelola usaha sangat ditentukan dari keahlian pelaku usaha untuk membuka wawasan tentang Bisnis Logistik itu sendiri. Bisnis Logistik proses yang secara strategis mengatur pengadaan bahan baik pembelian, perpindahan dan penyimpanan bahan dan informasi terkait melalui organisasi dan jaringan pemasaran dengan cara tertentu sehingga keutungan dapat dimaksimalkan baik untuk jangka waktu sekarang maupun yang akan mendatang melalui pemenuhan pesanan dengan biaya yang efektif. Keterbatasan pengetahuan menjadi salah satu tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh pelaku bisnis dalam mengelola usahanya, agar bisnisnya dapat  berjalan maka perlu adanya sosialisasi Pengenalan Bisnis Logistik di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 bagi siswa SMAN 25 Jakarta, sehingga siswa kita lebih siap untuk terjun ke dunia bisnis.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya Sosialisasi Digital Marketing Untuk Meningkatkan Penjualan Santan Kelapa Di Serdang Kemayoran agar tepat sasaran. Santan  Kelapa yang sehat menjadi santan  kelapa favorit di Indonesia dan menjadi faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan dilihat dari banyaknya masyarakat yang mengkonsumsi santan kelapa untuk mencampur dalam membuat berbagai masakan dengan menggunakan santan kelapa murni, kedekatan dengan bahan mentah, tersedianya fasilitas dan biaya transportasi serta tersedianya tempat untuk perluasan usahanya. Sedangkan kegunaan khususnya bagi masyarakat Serdang- Kemayoran meningkatkan gizi masyarakat sekitar agar tidak mengalami gizi buruk dan meningkatkan daya fikir masyarakat. Sering mengkonsumsi santan kelapa dapat meningkatkan daya piker menjadi lebih baik lagi khususnya bagi anak – anak yang sedang masuk masa pertumbuhan. Lokasi uasaha santan kelapa yang sangat terjaga kesersihannya membuat keuntungan penjualan meningkat serta menarik minat pembeli lebih banyak untuk berbelanja santan kelapa murni. Sedangkan manfaat untuk mitra yaitu mendapatkan patner kerja, selain hal tersebut yang didapatkan oleh dosen menambahkan wawasan baru yang akan digunakan dalam pembelajaran selanjutnya mengenai kewirausahaan.serta memasarkan produk tersebut secara digital yaitu pembeli tinggal pesan langsung diantar.

Abstract

This aims of this research was to assess the impact of service quality, customer trust and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT Sinarmas Sentra Cipta. Quantitative data collection techniques are conducted through online survey offerings. In this study, 100 samples were collected using a targeted sampling strategy. The results of this study show a quality of service T-Statics score of 2.021 > T-Table score of 1.96, and a P-value of 0.043 > 0.05, which is positive and significant. The t statistic for customer retention rate is 3.282 > t table value is 1.96 and the p-value is 0.001 > 0.05, indicating positive and significant. T-statistic 11.802 > T-table value 1.96, P-value 0.000 > 0.05. As a result, customer satisfaction reduces customer confidence in customer loyalty, which benefits PT Sinarmas Sentra Cipta.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk dan brand awareness pada penjualan yang dimoderasi oleh digital marketing yang diharapkan dapat membantu memberikan solusi pada UKM atau Usaha Dagang terutama pada Usaha Dagang Santan Kelapa Pak Tri yang menjadi objek penelitian dan para pembeli atau pelanggannya adalah populasi dengan purposive sampling sebagai teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sebanyak 225 orang pembeli atau pelanggan UD Santan Kelapa Pak Tri sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan metode survey kuesioner online. Analisis inner model dan outer model pada Program SmartPLS 3 digunakan sebagai metode analisa penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: kualitas produk signifikan terhadap penjualan, brand awareness signifikan terhadap penjualan, digital marketing signifikan terhadap penjualan, digital marketing tidak mampu memoderasi atas kualitas produk terhadap penjualan dan digital marketing tidak mampu memoderasi atas brand awareness terhadap penjualan.Kata Kunci: kualitas produk, brand awareness,penjualan, digital marketing
