Abstract

Sectio Caesarea is an act of opening the abdominal wall and uterine wall to give birth to the fetus. This process causes pain from the surgical incision. Finger grip relaxation therapy is an alternative to reduce post-Sectio Caesarea pain.  The purpose of this literature study is to determine the effectiveness of finger-held relaxation therapy for pain in post-sectio caesarea patients. The literature study method uses a narrative review with a quantitative descriptive approach. Article searches used the Garuda, PubMed and ScienceDirect databases, with inclusion criteria: research published in 2018-2022, using Indonesian and English, original research, and full text available. Screening results based on keywords and inclusion criteria obtained nine articles for further analysis. Of the 9 articles analyzed, all stated that finger grip relaxation can reduce pain intensity in post-cesarean section patients. Fingers grip relaxation is expected to be use as an alternative to reduce pain intensity in post section caesaria patients.

Abstract

One of the problems that often arises in pregnant women is hypertension. Hypertension in pregnancy is caused by changes in the cardiovascular system and blood vessels. Hypertension in pregnancy accounts for 5–15% of pregnancy complications and is one of the three highest causes of maternal mortality and morbidity. The purpose of this study was to determine the various nursing interventions that can be done to reduce high blood pressure in pregnant women. This study uses a literature review system with PRISMA to facilitate the process of finding suitable articles. After searching and analyzing, there were 7 articles that were judged to meet the criteria. Of the 7 articles, 6 different interventions have been shown to reduce blood pressure: yoga therapy, TFA diet therapy, mushroom diet therapy, spiritual therapy, Turkish classical music therapy, folic acid supplement therapy, and murrotal therapy. Of the 7 interventions that have been studied, 6 have been shown to reduce blood pressure in pregnant women.

Abstract

The background of low hand hygiene adherence is a problem where this is important to maintain the quality and safety of patients in hospitals. Individual factors, psychological factors and organizational factors influence adherence with five moments hand hygiene which is still low. The aim of this research was to identify factors related to nurses' adherence in implementing the five moments hand hygiene. The correlational analytical research method with a cross-sectional approach was carried out at RSUD Sumedang at November 2023 with samples of 123 nurses. The questionnaire used was based on Herzbergh's motivation theory and the Manchester Clinical Supervison Scale 26-item (MCSS-26). Univariate analysis with frequency distribution, bivariate test using Chi Square, and multivariate analysis with logistic regression. The results show that there is dominant influencing factors supervision (3.178), attitude (2.921) and knowledge (0.138). The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between individual factors, psychological factors and organizational factors on adherence with five moments hand hygiene . The dominant influencing factors are supervision, attitude and knowledge. Suggestions for increasing knowledge through education and training as well as regular feedback, giving rewards to increase motivation. Increased supervision through strengthening the functions of IPCLN and IPCN.

Abstract

ABSTRACT A pressure ulcer is skin and tissue damage that occurs due to pressure on the surface so that it interferes with the blood supply to the area. Patients can experience pressure ulcers due to hospitalization (hospital-acquired pressure injury) where there is damage to skin integrity during hospitalization, so health workers need to prevent pressure ulcers in patients. to identify interventions to prevent pressure ulcers in immobilized patients. rapid review by searching for articles in three databases; namely CINAHL, PubMed, and Google Scholar. Inclusion criteria in this literature were Adults (18-44 years), published in the last 10 years, English or Indonesian articles, full text, randomized controlled trial, quasi-experimental, cross-sectional, and cohort studies. we found four interventions that could be done to prevent pressure ulcers in immobilized patients; namely protective equipment, massage, topical, and dressings. four interventions have their respective strengths and weaknesses. Researchers recommend a topical olive oil intervention that can be applied in Indonesia with the justification that in addition to preventing the incidence of pressure ulcers, giving olive oil also costs less and is considered affordable.

Analytical correlational research with a cross-sectional approach was conducted at RSUD in November 2023 with a sample of 123 nurses. The questionnaire used was based on Herzbergh's motivation theory and the 26-item Manchester Clinical Supervision Scale (MCSS-26). Bivariate test using Chi Square, and multivariate analysis with logistic regression were performed. The results showed that there is a relationship between knowledge and compliance (p=0.000), there is a relationship between training and compliance (p=0.016). There is a relationship between motivation and compliance (p=0.000), there is a relationship between attitudes and compliance (p=0.000). Complications that can occur include infection, puerperial, bleding, pulmonary embolism, bladder injury and the possibility of spontaneous uterine rupture pregnancies. In treating wounds caused by caesarean section, action and guidance from health workers is needed to speed up the wound healing process including nutritionally balance and adequate fluids by early mobilization, adequate rest, post partum exercises and handling incisions. The aim of this community service is to increase  knowledge and be able to apply fini mobilization to pot partum mothers who undergo caesarean section. The method used in this communityservice is using demonstration, lecture and question and answer methods. As a result of this health education 14 participants experienced increased knowledge and were able to carry out early mobilization for post partum mothers with caesarean section. The conclusion is that there is increased knowledge and can implement early mobilization so that complication can be prevented. Keywords: Caesarean Section, Early Mobilization, Post Partum Mothers.
