Abstract

            The driving school program is one of the ways the government has tried to implement a new curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic. This program emphasizes the output of students with the character through the profile of Pancasila students. One of the critical points in this curriculum is an operational curriculum option, where educational institutions can develop their curriculum to be implemented. This study aims to explain the implementation of the curriculum structure in the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Corner for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The research was conducted at madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pojok Walikukun Widodaren Ngawi East Java. This research is qualitative research with a field approach (field research). Primary data sources are obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation—data analysis using triangulation to collect data; data reduction process; presentation; and drawing conclusions. The results showed that in the 2022/2023 school year, madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pojok Walikukun implemented a curriculum structure in line with PP No. 57 of 2021 concerning the National Education System, and the Ministry of Education and Culture, No. 371/ M/ 2021 concerning School Programs. The RPP applied by itself is directed at project-based learning, with the output of strengthening the profile of Pancasila students.   Abstrak Program sekolah penggerak merupakan salah satu cara pemerintah dalam uji coba menerapkan kurikulum baru di masa pandemi Covid-19. Program ini menekankan pada luaran peserta didik yang berkarakter melalui profil pelajar pancasila. Salah satu poin penting dalam kurikulum ini adalah adanya opsi kurikulum operasional, dimana lembaga pendidikan dapat mengembangkan sendiri kurikulum yang akan diberlakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan implementasi struktur kurikulum dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pojok Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian dilakukan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pojok Walikukun Widodaren Ngawi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan lapangan (field research). Sumber data primer diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan menggunakan triangulasi untuk mengumpulkan data; proses reduksi data; penyajian; serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023 ini Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Pojok Walikukun menerapkan struktur kurikulum yang selaras dengan PP No 57 Tahun 2021 Tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, dan Kemendikbudristek No 371/M/2021 Tentang Program Sekolah Penggerak. RPP yang diterapkan sendiri diarahkan pada pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dengan output penguatan profil pelajar pancasila.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity was designed to improve teachers’ scientific writing ability as their compulsory professional skills which has been stated in the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Act number 16 of 2009 concerning Teacher Function and Credit Scores. Publishing scientific article becomes one of the required elements and sub-elements of teacher activities to be assessed as credit scores. Hence, the teachers needed the training to write scientific papers as a requirement for their promotion. The training applied a Participatory Learning approach that engaged lecture, practice, and Evaluation. The participants of the training were 30 teachers of MAN 3 Kulonprogo. They were given a lesson to collect articles as references using the bibliometric application Publish or Perish (POP). The evaluation of this Community Service Activity showed that the knowledge value after the training was 2.221 points higher than before training. The paired T-Test sample test worth 0.048 implied that this PKM activity has influenced MAN 3 Kulonprogo Yogyakarta teachers’ skills, especially in improving the teachers’ ability in finding recommended articles.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relevance of Podcasts in the Hidayatullah TV Youtube Chanel as a source of teaching, learning resources and as a preparation for converts to converts. The research used is qualitative with primary sources in the form of 3 (three) Video Podcasts on Chanel Hidayatullah TV, namely (1) Video with the title "The Blind Genius Child of a Hindu Figure Finally Converts to Islam, (2) Video with the Title Lamongan! Her husband is a fanatical Christian, prays because his wife is not tired of praying, and (3) a pastor in Ponorogo, his family converted to Islam”. Secondary sources are in the form of scientific journals, books, Youtube videos, articles, and online news. From the results of the study, it was found that the Hidayatullah Tv Youtube Podcast could be a teaching resource, a learning resource and as a preparation for converts to converts before appearing in the podcast.

Abstract

The spread of covid-19 in Indonesia requires all Cadets on campus under the Ministry of Transportation in Indonesia to be conducted online. Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug is one of the schools under the Ministry of Transportation that applies in the Covid-19 epidemic to online learning through the Zoom application. Zoom.us provides a version of Zoom Education as a form of CSR provided to schools affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic. Online learning's effectiveness is very important, so cadets understand the lessons during the Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM). This study aims to understand how effective online learning is conducted at Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug using the Zoom application. This research uses a qualitative research method and data collection techniques by conducting interview techniques. This research resulted in online learning conducted with a zoom application at Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug. Online learning got an excellent response from cadets because it offered greater flexibility in their studies. Online learning makes cadets more independent but also encourages cadets more active when learning. In addition, acceptance and the understanding delivered by lecturers can be felt by the Cadets at Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug. But this online learning system also has weaknesses: limited cadets quota, which causes not all cadets to go online by activating the video so that lecturers cannot see all activities carried out by cadets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh setiap manusia memiliki beragam kebutuhan yang harus dipenuhi demi keberlangsungan hidup. Kebutuhan tersebut yaitu mulai dari kebutuhan primer, sekunder, hingga tersier dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut, tidak jarang seseorang akan berutang terhadap saudara, kerabat, ataupun pihak ketiga lainnya. Berutang bisa juga memicu konflik atau keretakan dalam hubungan sosial seperti pertemanan atau persaudaraan jika tidak diatur dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan kajian Pustaka dari beberapa sumber baik media elektronik maupun cetak, serta jurnal dan buku elektronik. Hasil kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dalam perspektif Islam, berutang dan membayar utang adalah suatu tindakan yang diperbolehkan, bahkan dianggap sebagai suatu kewajiban yang harus dipenuhi dengan baik dan benar. Namun, terdapat beberapa syarat dan ketentuan yang harus dipenuhi dalam mengambil dan membayar utang. Dalam mengambil utang, seorang muslim harus memperhatikan tujuan penggunaan uang tersebut, untuk memastikan bahwa penggunaannya sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam dan tidak bertentangan dengan hukum syariah. Selain itu, jumlah utang yang diambil juga harus sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kemampuan untuk membayar kembali. Dalam membayar utang, seorang muslim harus selalu berusaha untuk melunasi hutangnya dengan tepat waktu dan tanpa ada penundaan. Jika terjadi keterlambatan dalam pembayaran, maka ia harus mencari solusi terbaik untuk menyelesaikan hutang tersebut dengan cara yang baik dan tidak menyulitkan pemberi hutang.

Based on observations, teachers at MAN 3 Kulonprogo still need training on how to publish scientific papers. The publication of scientific work can be recognized as a requirement if the publication is recorded on a scientific work database such as the Google Schoolar and Science and Technology Index (SINTA). For this reason, teachers need to receive training to increase their knowledge of the benefits of indexing scientific journals. The strategy applied in this community service activity is the use of online lectures, practice questions, and questions and answers which are carried out through the Zoom Meeting program. After receiving the training, the knowledge value of the teachers participating in the training increased by 2.221 compared to before they were given material on Google Schoolar and the SINTA Index. In addition, the results of the Paired Sample T-Test showed a sig value of 0.048 and less than 0.05 (alpha 5%) indicating that this PKM activity had an impact on the teachers of MAN 3 Kulonprogo Yogyakarta, especially in terms of increasing their capacity to operate the Google Schoolar application and Science and Technology Index (SINTA) as a scientific publication indexation database.

Abstract

Masyarakat di Kecamatan Beji, Kota Depok, Jawa Barat yang berlokasi kurang lebih 12 kilometer dari Bandar Udara Pondok Cabe belum pernah mendapatkan pelatihan Human Factor dan Keselamatan Penerbangan. Dampaknya, secara umum masyakarat masih belum mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab terganggunya keselamatan dan keamanan penerbangan, serta hak dan kewajiban mereka sebagai pengguna jasa penerbangan. Tujuan dari pelatihan human factor dan keselamatan penerbangan dirasa perlu untuk meningkatkan kepedulian dan kesadaran masyarakat disekitar bandar udara untuk terjaminnya keselamatan dan keamanan penerbangan serta pelayanan prima, termasuk hak dan kewajiban mereka selaku pengguna jasa penerbangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pembelajaran secara secara offline (tatap muka) dengan menyampaikan 4 (empat) materi, yaitu tentang KKOP, pelayanan angkutan udara, human factor dan tanggung jawab pengangkut. Untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pembelajaran disampaikan pre-test sebelum penyampaian materi dan post-test setelah selesainya penyampaian materi. Dari analisis hasil pretest dan posttest ditemukan bahwa, rata-rata pengetahuan responden sebelum menjalani pelatihan adalah 15,09 dengan standar deviasi sebesar 2,21, sementara setelah pelatihan Human Factor dan Keselamatan Penerbangan, rata-rata pengetahuan responden menjadi 20,04 dengan standar deviasi sebesar 0,87. Hasil analisis bivariat menggunakan uji paired simple t-test menunjukkan perbedaan rata-rata sebesar -4,957 dengan nilai P-Value sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Dari hasil ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho (hipotesis nol) ditolak, yang berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengetahuan responden sebelum dan setelah pelatihan Human Factor dan Keselamatan Penerbangan.

Abstract

In an era characterized by rapid technological advancement, this study delves into the transformative impact of technology on millennial learning in Indonesia. Through a mixed-methods approach encompassing surveys, assessments, interviews, and content analysis, the research examines the prevalence of technology usage among millennial students, its influence on learning outcomes, and its challenges. Key findings indicate that technology is an integral part of the educational journey for millennial learners in Indonesia, with widespread usage of smartphones, laptops, and tablets. Positive perceptions of technology's impact on learning outcomes and collaboration are evident. However, concerns about information quality and social media distractions reveal a nuanced relationship. The study's contribution lies in its in-depth exploration of this relationship, and its practical implications emphasize the need for responsible technology integration and digital literacy in education. As Indonesia's diverse educational landscape embraces the digital age, this research provides valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and researchers working to optimize millennial learning experiences.
