Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tata letak Ground Support Equipment (GSE) non-motorized pada Area Equipment Storage di Bandar Udara Internasional Minangkabau Padang. Permasalahan utama yang ditemukan adalah penempatan GSE yang kurang terorganisir akibat ketiadaan marka atau petunjuk penempatan yang jelas, serta kebiasaan penataan berdasarkan pengalaman individu tanpa panduan tertulis. Kondisi ini mengakibatkan penggunaan ruang yang tidak efisien serta berpotensi menurunkan tingkat keselamatan operasional di apron. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan observasi lapangan, wawancara semi-terstruktur kepada petugas apron dan operator GSE, serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketidakteraturan penataan GSE dapat diminimalisir melalui penerapan marka yang sesuai standar serta penyusunan SOP penempatan GSE. Rekomendasi yang diusulkan meliputi desain ulang layout area storage dengan pertimbangan kapasitas apron dan kebutuhan operasional, serta peningkatan pemahaman petugas terhadap pentingnya keteraturan penempatan GSE demi kelancaran dan keselamatan operasional bandara.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum sesuainya lantai garasi PKP-PK dengan standar Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Udara Nomor : PR 30 Tahun 2022 Pada BAB V tepatnya pada butir 5.3.4 huruf j dan k disebutkan bahwa fasilitas ruang penyimpanan kendaraan PKP-PK (vechile housing) harus dilengkapi dengan perangkat untuk pengisian baterai dan peralatan lainnya. yang berpotensi mengganggu keselamatan dan kinerja personel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian kondisi lantai garasi unit PKP-PK di Bandara Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang dengan regulasi Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Udara Nomor : PR 30 Tahun 2022 Pada BAB V tepatnya pada butir 5.3.4 huruf j dan k disebutkan bahwa fasilitas ruang penyimpanan kendaraan PKP-PK (vechile housing) harus dilengkapi dengan perangkat untuk pengisian baterai dan peralatan lainnya, serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap kinerja personel. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode gap analysis dengan membandingkan kondisi aktual dengan standar teknis yang ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lantai garasi masih berupa plester atau semen polos, tidak rata, dan tidak dilapisi bahan anti-slip sehingga menimbulkan risiko tergelincir, genangan air, dan pertumbuhan lumut. Hal ini berdampak langsung terhadap keselamatan personel dan kecepatan response time dalam situasi darurat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat kesenjangan nyata antara kondisi lapangan dengan regulasi yang berlaku, sehingga diperlukan perbaikan fisik berupa pelapisan lantai dengan epoxy, perataan permukaan, dan sistem drainase yang optimal guna mendukung keselamatan kerja personel

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas penggunaan simulasi virtual berbasis animasi terhadap peningkatan kesiapan personel Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) dalam pelaksanaan Table Top Exercise (TTX) di Bandara Ahmad Yani Semarang. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi-experimental design dengan pendekatan pre-test dan post-test terhadap 43 responden ARFF. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner tertutup berbasis skala Likert 4 poin yang mengukur tiga dimensi kesiapan: pengetahuan prosedural, keterampilan teknis, dan kematangan kerja. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test melalui SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga dimensi kesiapan mengalami peningkatan signifikan secara statistik (p < 0.05), dengan peningkatan tertinggi pada aspek kematangan pengambilan keputusan. Simulasi animasi terbukti mampu meningkatkan pemahaman prosedural, respons teknis, serta ketepatan pengambilan keputusan. Temuan ini didukung oleh teori manajemen krisis dan dual coding theory yang menekankan pentingnya media visual interaktif dalam pelatihan berbasis situasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi simulasi animasi ke dalam modul resmi pelatihan ARFF sebagai metode yang efektif, efisien, dan aman.

Abstract

Aviation safety serves as the fundamental pillar of the global aviation industry, with Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) personnel playing a critical role in managing emergency situations. Although the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) has established global training standards, their implementation in Indonesia continues to face various challenges related to advancing aircraft technologies and increasing operational complexity. This study aims to formulate a holistic conceptual model to enhance the effectiveness of ARFF training programs in Indonesia by integrating international best practices and contextualizing them within national realities. Through a systematic literature review of scholarly publications, regulatory frameworks, and technical reports from 2015–2025, four key components of training effectiveness were identified: (1) Training Input, encompassing competency standards, psychologically based participant selection, and the availability of modern facilities; (2) Training Process, emphasizing the application of Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA), simulation technology, and cross-functional exercises; (3) Training Output, assessing improvements in technical competence, stress management, and team coordination; and (4) Long-Term Outcomes, oriented toward enhanced emergency preparedness and reduced incident response time. The proposed model is expected to strengthen ARFF human resource capacity while reinforcing the national aviation safety ecosystem in a sustainable manner

Abstract

In an era characterized by rapid technological advancement, this study delves into the transformative impact of technology on millennial learning in Indonesia. Through a mixed-methods approach encompassing surveys, assessments, interviews, and content analysis, the research examines the prevalence of technology usage among millennial students, its influence on learning outcomes, and its challenges. Key findings indicate that technology is an integral part of the educational journey for millennial learners in Indonesia, with widespread usage of smartphones, laptops, and tablets. Positive perceptions of technology's impact on learning outcomes and collaboration are evident. However, concerns about information quality and social media distractions reveal a nuanced relationship. The study's contribution lies in its in-depth exploration of this relationship, and its practical implications emphasize the need for responsible technology integration and digital literacy in education. As Indonesia's diverse educational landscape embraces the digital age, this research provides valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and researchers working to optimize millennial learning experiences.

Abstract

The implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesian higher education has largely emphasized environmental and social dimensions, while ethical and spiritual aspects remain relatively overlooked. This study positions Islamic Education (PAI) as a vital instrument to address this moral gap through a transformative education approach. This article aims to formulate a conceptual framework for integrating Islamic values rooted in ecotheology and social justice into the PAI curriculum to strengthen the achievement of the SDGs agenda, particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), SDG 13 (Climate Action), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions). The study employs a systematic literature review combined with a critical analysis of 45 reputable academic publications from 2020–2025. The findings highlight three key pillars: Tauhid as the basis of an ecological paradigm, Khilafah as an ethical mandate of stewardship, and Maqasid al-Shari’ah as a socio-ecological justice framework. Theoretically, this study offers a new pedagogical model that shifts PAI from mere normative knowledge transfer to action-based education aligned with global sustainability concerns

Abstract

This study analyses how the hidden curriculum at Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug (PPI Curug) shapes cadet subject formation and reframes the practical meaning of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) beyond formal classroom instruction. Using a qualitative case-study design based on critical document analysis, the study examines ten official institutional texts issued or published between 2019 and 2025, including regulations, cadet-care guidelines, strategic documents, academic calendars, dormitory-entry announcements, public-information reports, and official institutional webpages. The data were analyzed through data reduction, thematic coding, data display, and critical interpretation using hidden curriculum theory, Foucault’s concept of discipline and subjectivation, Bourdieu’s habitus and symbolic power, critical pedagogy, and Islamic educational concepts such as adab, amanah, responsibility, and ethical self-formation. The findings show that the hidden curriculum operates through four interrelated mechanisms: the regulation of time, the regulation of space and body, administrative moralization, and humanistic formation. These mechanisms construct the ideal cadet as punctual, orderly, visible, self-monitoring, professionally reliable, and morally legible. The article concludes that IRE in disciplinary vocational institutions is mediated by institutional conditions that translate piety, discipline, responsibility, and professionalism into governable forms of conduct.
