Abstract

Pengembangan sistem otomasi pengenalan ucapan (Automatic Speech Recognition/ASR) di dalam membaca Al-Qur'an dibutuhkan korpus data audio bacaan Al-Qur'an dan beranotasi dengan transkripsi tekstual agar dapat diproses oleh algoritma machine learning. Pemrosesan Korpus dataset ini dibangun mengingat belum adanya dataset beserta pemrosesanya menggunakan metode tertentu untuk keperluan riset di dalam pengembangan ASR. Paper ini menyajikan kumpulan corpus dataset dan pengolahannya menggunakan metode Wav2Vec 2.0 dengan total 24 ribuan dataset hasil dari rekaman dari 170 santri dengan jenjang umur 4 sampai dengan 16 tahun. Pemrosesan korpus dataset dibuat mengikuti standar metode Wav2Vec 2.0 agar dapat digunakan sebagai data latih pada pemrosesan machine learning. Wav2Vec merupakan model yang dapat mempelajari representasi vektor dari masukan sinyal suara dengan proses pembelajaran self-supervised learning. Wav2Vec juga mampu menangani perbedaan aksen dan karakteristik pembaca Al-Qur'an yang bervariasi dan lebih akurat karena menggunakan deep learning. Dari hasil pengujian menggunakan parameter Precision didapatkan hasil accuracy sebesar 65.52%, precision dengan nilai 0.83 Recall dengan nilai 0.66 dan F1-Score dengan nilai 0.73 serta Word Error Rate (WER) dengan nilai 0.5. Diharapkan dengan adanya pemrosesan korpus dataset ini dapat membantu pengembangan dan riset terkait automasi sistem bacaan Al-Qur'an dengan teknik deep learning dan meningkatkan minat generasi milenial untuk belajar Al-Qur'an dengan memanfaatkan teknologi terkini.

Abstract

The digitalization of survey processes is crucial in today's era, and this research aims to design the software requirements specification for the E-Survey Information System for the Research and Training Agency of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The methodology employed follows the ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148:2018 standard in developing the System Requirements Specification (SRS) document. This comprehensive SRS outlines the purpose, scope, product overview, user characteristics, limitations, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, database design, interface, and use case diagrams. The functional requirements encompass survey management, survey question management, user management, role management, and accessing surveys. Non-functional requirements address performance and user-friendliness aspects. The result is a detailed SRS document that serves as a guideline for the development team in building an integrated and modern E-Survey application. This application will streamline and digitize the survey activities conducted by the Research and Training Agency, enabling efficient data collection, processing, and analysis. By following industry standards, the developed system aims to enhance productivity, centralize survey operations, and support informed decision-making processes related to strengthening religious moderation and harmony among religious communities in Indonesia

Abstract

In the era of technological development, travel service companies like Intan Travel in Tabalong Regency, South Kalimantan, face challenges in improving service quality and operational efficiency. Intan Travel currently relies on WhatsApp for ticket booking and cash payments after the trip, which reveals weaknesses in business process effectiveness and efficiency. This study applies Business Process Reengineering (BPR) which involves a thorough analysis of existing business processes, identification of unnecessary activities, and redesigning the workflow to optimize efficiency and reduce errors. This study uses the mapping standards of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) to measure efficiency and throughput speed. The technical processes carried out include data collection, process mapping, performance measurement, identification of bottlenecks, and the application of information technology for system automation and integration. The results of this study show that after the implementation of BPR, the efficiency of the room rental process increased from 47.36% to 92.28%. The implementation of BPR in Intan Travel's booking system opens up opportunities for comprehensive and optimal business process revolution, enabling more competitive market performance.

Abstract

Defects in the requirements specification can have severe consequences throughout the software development life cycle. Some of these can result in poor product quality due to incorrect or missing quality characteristics, such as the design of the user interface. The goal of this study is to detecting defect requirements in animation-based reading learning using perspective-based reading. But often the design is not in line with the specifications of the requirements of users and developers when developing this application. Therefore we use a user persona approach to find out what needs are needed in animation learning and Perspective Based Reading (PBR) for verification or validation effective from the development of this learning application user interface, from the results of this study a total of 1 defect was obtained for the UI development of animation-based reading learning, and from the user's perspective there were no defects, and it is hoped that from this research to improve develop learning applications that are more interactive and in accordance with the requirements of stakeholders.

Abstract

Indonesia has great deep-seated coal potential , such as Lakat coal and Muaraenim coal, which can be utilized as a medium for Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS). These coals vary in characteristic which affects their ability to adsorb or store carbon dioxide gas (CO2). The moisture content of the Lakat coal is less than that of the Muaraenim coal, while the ash content of Lakat coal is 4-5 times higher than the Muaraenim coal. Lakat coal contains more vitrinite content than Muaraenim coal, while Muaraenim coal contains more inertinite content than Lakat coal. The CO2 gas adsorption capacity of Muaraenim coal is 37.62 cc/g which higher than Lakat coal (31.56 cc/g) on dry ash-free basis. The adsorbed CO2 is negatively correlated with vitrinite reflectance, ash content, and moisture content in both coals. The correlation between maceral composition (vitrinite and inertinite content) and adsorbed CO2 content differs between these coals. These analyses will support the CCS/CCUS study in deep seated coal seams by providing the information of CO2 maximum holding capacity in coal and their relationship to its chemical and organic composition.

Abstract

CV. Pustaka Grafika is a book printing company that serves both individual and educational institution orders. The company's supervision and production processes are currently conducted manually. This often results in unavoidable waiting times for each team. This research aims to enhance operational efficiency at CV. Pustaka Grafika by applying the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) methodology. The pre-existing business processes were analyzed for their efficiency through a throughput efficiency test. A recommended business process was then developed based on the previous process and subjected to a throughput efficiency test. This BPR research resulted in a throughput efficiency of 93.9%, compared to the previous 49.46%. The recommended business process demonstrated a 44.44% improvement over the initial process. By leveraging advancements in technology and information, a website can be utilized to support the digitalization and automation of the recommended business processes at CV. Pustaka Grafika. This study is limited to UI/UX design recommendations using Figma and a limited evaluation of the design's performance, excluding technical implementation or extensive user testing.

Abstract

The development of information technology is in line with the development of internet use in Indonesia, so that organizations that are unable to adapt to information technology and the internet will find it difficult to develop in the face of today's global competition. Computerized data processing contributes greatly when compared to manual data processing. SMA Muhammadiyah 2 has a library which is still relatively new and not many books. This is very inefficient, because in addition to wasting paper, data is inaccurate, filing becomes unorganized and messy. One way to increase effectiveness and efficiency is to use Business Process Reengineering (BPR) methods to improve old business processes. These stages consist of data collection, business process analysis, business process throughput efficiency test, process redesign refinement, process redesign recommendation, throughput efficiency test business process recommendation, comparison of throughput efficiency test results, solutions. The results obtained from this study are 2 the main processes studied are the process of borrowing books and the process of returning books, which are old processes that have efficiency values of 46% and 35%. However, after re-engineering the business processes of the two processes it was able to reach 100%, which found 5 processes that were eliminated and 5 processes that were automated online.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah banyak mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan. Sistem Informasi Manajemen PMM adalah sebuah platform yang digunakan dalam manajemen kegiatan PMM. Kualitas pengalaman pengguna adalah faktor keberhasilan dari perancangan sistem ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang user interface dan user experience yang lebih baik dengan menggunakan metode Human Centered Design dan System Usability Scale sebagai alat evaluasi. Metode Human Centered Design digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, merancang prototipe. Hasil dari metode Human Centered Design memberikan pandangan yang lebih dalam tentang kebutuhan pengguna dan System Usability Scale digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna dan kemudahan penggunaan sistem. Hasil yang didapatkan pada perancangan user interface terdapat fitur pengumuman, pendaftaran, aktivitas, laporan, dan notifikasi serta pada pengujian dengan System Usability Scale mendapatkan nilai skor rata-rat 86 atau Excellent. Dengan demikian, pendekatan dengan kombinasi metode Human Centered Design dan System Usability Scale dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas dari UI/UX Sistem Informasi Manajemen PMM.

Abstract

Bank Sampah telah menjadi elemen kunci dalam upaya pengelolaan sampah yang berkelanjutan di berbagai kota, termasuk Kota Malang. Namun, seringkali tantangan terkait efisiensi operasional menghambat pencapaian tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan Business Process Reengineering (BPR) sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional Bank Sampah di Malang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus, dengan fokus pada Bank Sampah di daerah Sukun, Kota Malang. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan pengelola Bank Sampah, dan analisis dokumen terkait proses bisnis yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan BPR pada Bank Sampah dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional melalui penyederhanaan proses, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang tepat, dan peningkatan koordinasi antar unit kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) telah berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional Bank Sampah Kota Malang hingga 90%. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa dengan menerapkan BPR, Bank Sampah di Kota Malang dapat mencapai peningkatan efisiensi yang signifikan, yang pada akhirnya mendukung tujuan lingkungan dan sosial yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada PT. Sakari Sumber Abadi, perusahaan pengolahan kayu di Surabaya, yang sedang menerapkan Business Process Reengineering (BPR). Perusahaan ini menghadapi sejumlah tantangan operasional seperti kurangnya integrasi teknologi, keterbatasan tenaga kerja berpengalaman, dan proses manufaktur yang lambat, yang secara signifikan dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas dan efisiensi mereka. Melalui observasi dan wawancara, ditemukan bahwa PT. Sakari belum memiliki sistem pemesanan online, yang mengharuskan pelanggan untuk melakukan pemesanan secara langsung di kantor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode BPR untuk menganalisis dan merancang ulang proses bisnis mereka dengan tujuan meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi. Awalnya, proses pemesanan menunjukkan efisiensi throughput sebesar 61%, dengan waktu total 257 menit. Namun, setelah implementasi BPR, termasuk penyederhanaan, penghilangan, pengurangan, standarisasi, dan otomatisasi proses, efisiensi throughput meningkat menjadi 92% dengan waktu total hanya 138 menit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi dan otomatisasi proses pemesanan melalui rekayasa ulang proses bisnis dapat meningkatkan efisiensi throughput sebesar 31%. Hasil temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan berharga bagi PT. Sakari Sumber Abadi dalam upaya mereka untuk meningkatkan proses bisnis dan mengatasi tantangan operasional yang mereka hadapi.
