Abstract

Chicken meat agroindustry is one of the industries that produce unmeasured and unmonitored environmental impacts. These problems are a challenge for the industry to analyze how to measure and monitor environmental impacts. So, it is necessary to create a system that can measure and monitor environmental impacts through the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method. The development of system design based on the Digital Business Ecosystem (DBE) can facilitate interaction between the stakeholders involved. This study aimed to analyse system components, system modeling, and develop an LCA system design of chicken meat. The system design model wasbuilt by UML (Unified Modeling Language). The system design was developed using an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method to predict the impact of greenhouse gas emissions and the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method to determine the most significant contributor. The study's results showed that this system produceed a model that can predict the impact of greenhouse gas emissions by 96.22 % of the actual value, and feed was the most significant contributor. Recommendations for reducing greenhouse gas emissions were increasing feed efficiency, installing an inverter on an ammonia compressor, using environmentally friendly fuels, and utilizing litter and manure as organic fertilizer accompanied by better manure storage management.Keywords: artificial neural network, chicken meat, ordinary least square, life cycle assessment system

Abstract

ABSTRACT Keeping customer satisfaction are important thing to maintain customer loyalty by implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM). CRM is the main objective to improve customer retention through improved customer satisfaction. Provide appropriate services to gain customer satisfaction. Given appropriate services based on customer ratings of the importance of the level of service variables. In addition, service evaluation is done by applying  the  method  of  survival  analysis,  information  on  the  decline  gets  customer satisfaction based on customer retention. The purpose of this study was to assess the variables that are important to customer service. Then, the implementation needed to build a recovery service is based on the 4P's of marketing aspects of the company. Research at the National Quality Partners, Ltd. Jakarta, show resulting in customers assess the reliability and security attributes of the service is very important variable. Decline in retention rates and survival rates as well as the slope indicates the level of danger that companies need to do a recovery service. recovery services performed by approaching the 4P's of marketing with services variables that are considered important. then be sorted by priority service which should be rectified by the company using the Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP). Abstract

Palm oil becomes Indonesia's leading agricultural commodity which is inseparable from competition with CPO producers from other countries. PT Perkebunan Nusantara V (PTPN-V) is a state-owned company engaged in palm oil plantation and processing palm oil fresh fruit into crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel (palm kernel). One of the 12 palm oil processing units of PTPN-V is the Sei Galuh Palm Oil Mill (PKS SGH), in the past 5 years the plant has the lowest performance compared to 12 other factories. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the supply chain of PKS SGH and performance improvement strategy of supply chain management at the PKS SGH through SCOR-AHP approach. The result shows that supply chain strategy in this research is to run lean supply chain strategy because the output is a functional product. So the strategy applied was should low cost strategy (efficient). The result of performance measurements obtained matrix order fulfillment, quality conformity, processing cycle time, and employee costs is “good”. Then, matrix order fulfillment time, flexibility of capacity increase and cash to cash cycle is “average”; while matrix supply flexibility and cost of processing were obtained “poor” results.Keywords: supply chain, SCOR, AHP, crude palm oil (CPO), PTPN-V

Abstract

In product development, it is very important for manufacturers to find out what the customer wants from the product. On the other hand, manufacturers do not know clearly about what the customer wants from the product. This study proposes an evaluation method of product design using Kansei engineering methods and association rules approach. Using rattan dining chair as the object, the chair design divided into five elements, which are backrest, seat, armrest, base and woven. In this study, Kansei words from customers such as beautiful, unique, innovative, comfortable, natural, modern, sturdy and simple can be translated in to element design.   Using the support and confidence values, if-then rules can be used as the basis for the assessment of rattan dining chairs

Abstract

One of problem faced in supply chain management is path searching. The best path depend not only on distance, but also other variables, such as: the quality of involved companies, quality of delivered product, and other value resulted by quality measurement. Commonly, the ant colony optimization could search the best path that has only one objective path. But it would be difficult to be adopted, because in the real case, the supply path has multi path and objectives (especially in palm oil based bioenergy supply). The objective of this paper is to improve the ant colony optimization for solving multi objectives based supply path problem by using fuzzy ant colony optimization. The developed multi objectives fuzzy ant colony optimization design was explained here, that it was used to search the best supply path. Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi dalam Supply Chain Management adalah pencarian jalur. Jalur terbaik tidak hanya tergantung pada jarak, tetapi juga variabel lain, seperti: kualitas perusahaan yang terlibat, kualitas produk yang dikirimkan, dan nilai lain yang dipengaruhi oleh pengukuran kualitas. Umumnya, Ant Colony Optimization bisa mencari jalur terbaik yang hanya memiliki satu jalur objektif. Tapi akan sulit untuk diadopsi, karena dalam kasus nyata, jalur supply memiliki banyak jalur dan tujuan (khususnya pasokan minyak kelapa sawit berbasis bioenergi). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan Ant Colony Optimization dalam menyelesaikan masalah jalur supply dengan menggunakan Fuzzy Ant Colony Optimization. Tujuan pengembangan Fuzzy Ant Colony Optimization dijelaskan disini, yaitu digunakan untuk mencari jalur supply terbaik.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction survey is a standard method used by service providers in order to obtain feedback from the customer as well as close the gap between customer expectation and perception of service quality. Feedback from customers can make them possible to define the level of quality of service by themselves. If a service provider can satisfy its customers, it means that it will retain its customers. LPPOM MUI, as an authorized halal certifying body in Indonesia, has conducted a customer satisfaction survey three times from 2015 up to 2017. After conducting the survey, LPPOM also performed a follow-up based on the result of the survey. The purposes of this research are (1) to get to know about the follow-up of customer satisfaction evaluation of LPPOM MUI, (2) to analyze the impact of the follow-up implementation progress versus re-evaluation by LPPOM MUI’s customer group on the follow-up, (3) to provide recommendation(s) if the customers perceive the follow-up implementation still does not fulfill their service quality expectation. The methods used were a qualitative analysis based on the follow-up of LPPOM MUI’s customer satisfaction survey versus re-evaluation on LPPOM MUI’s seven customer groups on the follow-up. The result shows that all quality service attributes need improvement to meet customer expectations. They are namely 1) the ease of contacting the Call Center 14056 or LPPOM MUI, 2a) The availability of notification if any change or dysfunction of CEROL SS-23000 and 2b) replying time to customer email (3a) Dealing time to halal certification process (3b) dealing time to post-audit stage (3c) Dealing time to LPPOM MUI approval of new material of the company. Abstract

Abstract. This article aims to develop a model of human resources (HR) performance measurement for the nutmeg oil (Myristica fragrans) agro-industry in Aceh based on the Human Resource Scorecard (HRSC) method. The study uses the Relief method of system formulation to assess the effect of key performance attributes and to determine the association rules to facilitate the performance measurement system by taking into account the relationships between the attributes based on the support value and confidence value using Association Rules Mining (ARM). The analysis and design of the system are conducted using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method that includes the analysis of system requirements, and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) using Sybase-Power Designer version 16.5. The results showed that the analysis system is successfully developed through describing in detail the process flow of the entire circuit system in the study. The Relief method for system design was capable of producing a rank system of key attributes in HR performance measurement, namely high-performance work system (HPWS) and human resource system alignment (HRSA). The advanced data handling process with ARM generated association rules with the three highest rankings of the overall HR performance measurement system.Keywords. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model sistem pengukuran kinerja sumber daya manusia (SDM) agroindustri minyak pala (Myristica fragrans) Aceh berdasarkan metode Human Resource Scorecard (HRSC). Formulasi sistem menggunakan metode Relief untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja utama dari suatu atribut yang dinilai dan menentukan aturan asosiasi untuk memudahkan pengukuran kinerja dengan memperhatikan hubungan antar atribut berdasarkan nilai penunjang dan nilai kepastian menggunakan metode Association Rules Mining (ARM). Analisis dan desain sistem dilakukan mengikuti metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) meliputi analisa kebutuhan sistem, use case diagram, dan Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) dengan menggunakan software Sybase-PowerDesigner version 16.5. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis sistem berhasil dikembangkan dengan menggambarkan aliran proses secara detail dari seluruh rangkaian sistem yang dikaji. Desain sistem melalui metode Relief mampu menghasilkan perangkingan atribut utama dalam pengukuran kinerja SDM, yaitu sistem kerja performansi tinggi (high performance work system/HPWS) dan keselarasan sistem SDM (human resource system alignment/HRSA). Proses penanganan data lanjutan dengan ARM diperoleh aturan asosiasi dengan tiga peringkat tertinggi yang dapat mewakili keseluruhan sistem pengukuran kinerja SDM. Abstract

Risk management plays a critical role in improving the efficiency of supply chain of raw materials to support industrial production processes. It is critical in the sense that it can be employed to identify any potential risks before they be used to reduce the potential shortage of dried seaweed supply needed by PT XYZ using pemasok selection. This supply chain model. The best selected suppliers were determined through assessing different assigned weights to the criteria and sub-criteria constructed in a Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) tree. PT XYZ is an alkali treated cottoni (ATC) chips and SRC powder supplier network with low risk supply chain partnership. ABSTRAKStrategi penanganan risiko kekurangan pasokan merupakan upaya untuk mengurangi terjadinya risiko kekurangan bahan baku rumput laut kering untuk kebutuhan industri rumput laut di PT XYZ dengan melakukan pemilih pemasok. Manajemen risiko rantai pasokan memainkan peran yang lebih penting daripada sebelumnya. Perusahaan harus fokus itu, naskah ini mengusulkan metode  risiko dari perspektif tiap risiko rantai pasokan dan memilih pemasok dengan menerapkan metode (AHP) untuk menentukan bobot masing-masing kriteria dan sub-kriteria untuk pemilihan pemasok PT XYZ adalah industri pengolahan rumput laut dalam bentuk alkali treated cottonii (ATC)-Chips dan SRC . Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memdapatkan pemasok yang lebih efektif dan pada saat yang sama mendapatkan mitra rantai pasokan yang berisiko rendah.

Abstract

The critical point of performance and risk supply chain in a dairy product agro-industries was found in the product’s perishable characteristics. Bacterial and antibiotic contaminations have been identified as the major risks. This risks arise from a series of activities strarting from farms, cooperatives and Milk Processing Industry that will affect the entire supply chain performance. This paper aimed to design performance and risk supply chain model for agroindustrial dairy product supply chain risks by using Fuzzy Associative Memories (FAMS) approach. The approach is used to translate a quantity that is expressed using the language (linguistic). The fuzzy logic system provides four basic elements, namely : (i) rule base; (ii) inference engine; (iii) fuzzification; (iv) defuzzification. There are three proposed components in the model, namely : (i) performance profile; (ii) risk profile and (iii) risk exposure, which were expressed in time, cost and quality. The initial stage began with the analysis of invetible exposure risk exposure, including analysis of environmental and configuration characteristics, as well as dairy agro-industries supply chain. The second stage was analysis of evitable exposure risk, while the third stage was to change, risk exposure into time, cost and quality performance units. The second stage generateds risk magnitude of risk as a function of probability and severity, the two value that were measured with Fuzzy Associative Memories (FAMS). The Model, therefore  showed the  impact of emerging risks damage to the agro-industry supply chain, which could be measured and be minimized in order to improve the robustnesss of the supply chain.ABSTRAKTitik kritis dari performansi dan risiko rantai pasok agroindustri susu terletak pada karakteristik produknya yang mudah rusak. Risiko tertinggi yang teridentifikasi pada rantai ini adalah risiko susu terkontaminasi bakteri dan antibiotik. Risiko ini muncul dari rangkaian aktivitas yang terjadi mulai dari peternakan, koperasi dan Industri Pengolahan Susu (IPS) yang akan mempengaruhi performasi rantai pasok keseluruhan. Paper ini bertujuan untuk merancang model performansi dan risiko rantai pasok agroindustri susu dengan menggunakan pendekatan Fuzzy Assosiated Memories (FAMs). Logika fuzzy digunakan untuk menerjemahkan suatu besaran yang diekspresikan menggunakan bahasa (linguistic). Secara umum dalam sistem logika fuzzy terdapat empat buah elemen dasar, yaitu: basis kaidah (rule base), mekanisme pengambilan keputusan (inference engine), proses fuzzifikasi (fuzzification) dan proses defuzzifikasi (defuzzification). Ada tiga komponen yang dipertimbangkan dalam rancangan model yaitu profil performansi, profil risiko dan eksposur risiko dalam ukuran waktu, biaya dan kualitas. Tahap pertama dimulai dengan menganalisis eksposur risiko yang tidak terhindarkan yang meliputi analisis karakteristik lingkungan dan konfigurasi serta karakteristik rantai pasok agroindustri susu. Tahap kedua adalah menganalisis eksposure risiko yang dapat dihindari. Tahap ketiga adalah mengubah eksposur risiko ke dalam ukuran performansi waktu, biaya dan kualitas. Pada tahap kedua dihasilkan magnitude risiko, yang merupakan fungsi dari nilai probabilitas dan severity yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Fuzzy Assosiated Memories (FAMs).Dengan model ini diharapkan dampak kerusakan dari risiko yang muncul pada rantai pasok agroindustri susu dapat terukur dan dapat diminimasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan ketangguhan (robustnes) dari rantai pasok.

Abstract

Wafer is type of biscuit frequently found on expired condition in market, therefore prediction method should be implemented to avoid this condition. apart from the prediction of shelf-life of wafer done by laboratory test, which were time-consuming, expensive, required trained panelists, complex equipment and suitable ambience, artificial neural network (ANN) based dielectric parameters was proposed in nthis study. The aim of study was to develop model to predict shelf-life employing aNN based capacitance parameter. Back propagation algorithm with trial and error was applied in variations of nodes per hidden layer, number of hidden layers, activation functions, the function of learnings and epochs. The result of study was the model was able to predict wafer shelf-life. The accuracy level was shown by low MSE value (0.01) and high coefficient correlation value (89.25%).ABSTRAKWafer adalah jenis makanan kering yang sering ditemukan kedaluwarsa. Penentuan masa kedaluwarsa dengan observasi laboratorium memiliki beberapa kelemahan, diantaranya memakan waktu, panelis terlatih, suasana yang tepat, biaya dan alat uji yang kompleks. alternatif solusinya adalah penggunaan artificial Neural Network (ANN) berbasiskan parameter kapasitansi. Tujuan kerja ilmiah ini adalah untuk memprediksi masa kedaluwarsa wafer menggunakan aNN berbasiskan parameter kapasitansi. algoritma pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah Backpropagation dengan trial and error variasi jumlah node per hidden layer, jumlah hidden layer, fungsi aktivasi, fungsi pembelajaran dan epoch. Hasil prediksi menunjukkan bahwa aNN hasil pelatihan yang dikombinasikan dengan parameter kapasitansi mampu memprediksi masa kedaluwarsa wafer dengan MSE terendah 0,01 dan R tertinggi 89,25%.
