Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factor that influences of the demand for working capital loans at commercial banks in Yogyakarta. The variable used in this study is the dependent variable, namely the amount of demand for working capital credit. In contrast, the independent variable is the interest rate for working capital credit, economic growth, per capita income, and savings. This study uses data analysis methods: multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The data in this study uses secondary data from Bank Indonesia (www.bi.go.id), the Financial Services Authority (www.ojk.go.id), the Central Bureau of Statistics (www.bps.go.id), and BAPPEDA. The results of the analysis in this study simultaneously variable working capital credit interest rates, economic growth, income per capita, and Dpk affect the amount of working capital credit. The interest rate variable for working capital credit is not significant to the amounts of working capital credit. The economic growth variable is insignificant to the working capital credit amount. The income per capita variable is not significant to the amount of working capital credit. The Third Party Funds (TPF) variable is significant to the total demand for working capital loans

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the highest and best use of assets that have not been optimized belonging to the Sleman Regency Government, which is located on Jalan Prambanan-Piyungan, Jobohan, Bokoharjo, Prambanan, Sleman, Yogyakarta Special Region. This analysis requires 4 (four) analyzes, namely physical feasibility analysis, permitted by law and/or regulation, financial feasibility and producing maximum productivity. The population of this study/study comes from the Regional Finance and Assets Agency (BKAD) of Sleman Regency as a result of Land Consolidation or others. The determination of the sample is based on problems that occur on land that have not been optimized and recommendations for the BKAD asset sector in Sleman Regency. The data needed is obtained from field observations and agencies related to research concepts such as the Spatial and Regional Plan (RTRW) of Sleman Regency, Spatial Pattern Plan / Spatial Detail Plan (RDTR) of Prambanan District and others. Data analysis uses Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) calculations such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period and with development preparation using new construction costs based on MAPPI's Technical Building Costs (BTB). The test results in the cost of a new construction of IDR 1,411,940,630, NPV > 0, IRR> Discount Rate, Payback Period 8.7 with information NPV > 0 and IRR > Discount Rate the project is feasible to run and the investment payback period is 8 years 7 month.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara terbesar di Asia Tenggara yang memiliki sumber daya alam yang sangat potensial, yang kaya akan alam hayati dan non hayati hingga sumber daya manusia yang melimpah, namun masih tersendat dalam pertumbuhan dan pembangunan ekonomi sehingga Indonesia masih menjadi negara berkembang. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah Indonesia berusaha untuk mendorong perekonomian Indonesia guna mengurangi kesenjangan sosial yang terjadi di berbagai daerah. Dalam rangka memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia agar meningkat, pemerintah Indonesia berusaha menarik investasi asing dengan menawarkan berbagai potensi sumber daya yang ada di Indonesia. Karena investasi sangat bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia, maka penting bagi kita untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi investasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penanaman modal asing langsung di Indonesia. Variabel yang digunakan adalah suku bunga, nilai tukar, ekspor dan pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan analisis regresi berganda tahun 1987-2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang mempengaruhi Penanaman Modal Asing (FDI) hanya variabel nilai tukar dan ekspor. Variabel nilai tukar memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar -10341,81. Artinya pada saat kurs naik sebesar 1 IDR/USD maka Penanaman Modal Asing (FDI) akan turun sebesar 10341.81 USD. Variabel ekspor memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar 17095,20

Abstract

Indonesia is known as an agricultural country. This nickname is no doubt because the abundance of natural resources such as agriculture, plantations, and so on is an opportunity for export trade. In addition to oil and gas, Indonesia also exports non-oil and gas, one of which is areca nut. There are betel nut plantations covering an area of ​​152 thousand hectares, with this in 2017 Indonesia's areca nut is in the 29th position from all over the world. Of the total land, 22 thousand hectares of which are in Jambi Province. Jambi Province has exported areca nut to several areas in East and South Asia to the Pacific Islands, which are used as chemical raw materials such as the pharmaceutical industry, cosmetic ingredients, preservatives to fabric dyes. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the export value of areca nut in Jambi Province. This type of quantitative research uses secondary data based on the time series time horizon for the period 2014 to 2022 (quarterly data) originating from the BPS official website, BI Report, and the Jambi Province Ministry of Agriculture. Processed using multiple linear regression model. Based on the results, it is concluded that the exchange rate of the US dollar against the rupiah has a positive and significant impact, the central bank interest rate has a negative and significant impact on the value of Jambi Province betel nut exports. While the consumer price index and economic growth in Jambi Province did not significantly affect the export value of betel nut in Jambi Province.

Abstract

The fisheries sector is one of the economic activities that has a big role for people's lives. About 2/3 of Indonesia's territory is the ocean. Therefore, the potential of fish in Indonesia is very abundant, fisheries are also included in one of the renewable natural resource sectors. With the fisheries sector, the potential for biodiversity has great opportunities to be developed, such as food sources, sources of industrial raw materials and cosmetics, and support for industrial development and tourism. This study aims to find out how influential the fisheries sector is on those represented by GDP. The data used is secondary data derived from the official website of the World Bank, the Central Statistics Agency, the Ministry of Fisheries and Fisheries of Indonesia, and Bank Indonesia using the regression model assumption test. Based on the results and language in the study, the variable number of Fishery Production has a positive and significant effect on GDP, Inflation has a negative and significant effect on GDP, and the Dollar Exchange Rate has a positive and significant effect on GDP. Meanwhile, the Labor variable has an insignificant effect on GDP.

Abstract

Socio-economic is a condition that can affect a person in running his life, causing social interaction. Socioeconomic can have good and bad impacts. Good effect if the welfare is high but will have a bad impact if the welfare is low and results in social inequality, one of which is a socioeconomic vulnerable woman who has low welfare, the Socioeconomic Prone Woman (hereinafter referred to as WRSE) is a problem that needs attention, because one of the factors contributing to poverty is a socioeconomic-prone woman whose income is below average. So that low income results in social inequality. Semin Sub-district is a district which has cases of PMKS especially at the highest WRSE in Gunungkidul Regency. This study aims to analyze the independent variables include, marital status, age, and length of informal education whether it has a significant effect on women who are socio-economic vulnerable. The form of data used is cross section. Hypothesis testing is carried out logistic regression with logit analysis which is processed using the SPSS application. Determination of the number of samples in this study was determined randomly, then the number of samples was calculated using the Slovin formula of 93 respondents. The results showed that of the three independent variables, only one variable did not affect WRSE, namely age, while marital status and length of informal education significantly affected socioeconomic vulnerable women in Semin Sub-district, Gunungkidul.Keywords: WRSE, Marital Status, Age, Length of Informal Education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kemiskinan di Provinsi Jawa Barat khususnya Kabupaten/Kota dari tahun 2013-2018. Dalam penelitian ini variabel yang digunakan yaitu Tingkat kemiskinan sebagai variabel dependen, variabel independen adalah Indeks Pembngunan Manusia (IPM), Pengangguran, Upah Minimum kabupaten, dan Jumlah penduduk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode data panel, yaitu gabungan dari time series, berupa runtutan waktu dari tahun 2013-2018 dan data cross section yaitu berupa urutan lintang 27 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat, dengan jumlah total observasi sebanyak 162 observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) berpengaruh signifikan dan variabel pengangguran, upa minimum, serta jumlah penduduk tidak berpengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

This research aims to identify factors influencing the economic growth of Bali Province. The dependent variable used is economic growth, while the independent variables include the Human Development Index, Provincial Minimum Wage, Labor Force Participation Rate, and Open Unemployment Rate. The research employs a quantitative method, utilizing panel data regression with the Random Effect Model (REM). The findings reveal that the Open Unemployment Rate and Provincial Minimum Wage variables significantly and negatively impact economic growth. Conversely, the Labor Force Participation Rate  variable significantly and positively influences economic growth. However, the Human Development Index variable does not demonstrate a significant impact and holds a positive value on economic growth.

Abstract

Pariwisata di Gunungkidul berkembang pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, sebagai akibat dari upaya promosi dan pengembangan destinasi wisata yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah dan pengelola wisata setempat. Peningkatan aksesibilitas juga menjadi faktor yang penting dalam perkembangan pariwisata di Gunungkidul. Metode Kegiatan pengabdaian di lakukan melalui rangkain kegiatan yang pangkalnya berorientasi pada penguatan kapasitas masyarakat. Namun pelaksanaanya dilakukan melalui rangkaian, yaitu:  Survey dengan maksud memperoleh informasi tentang kegiatan pokdarwis, untuk disesuaikan dengan pendekatan yang bisa dilakukan dan workshop dan FGD, yang dilakukan bersama pokdarwis. Pembuatan paket wisata memiliki peran penting dalam kemajuan obyek wisata dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hasil yang dilakukan kepada mitra, pada saat sebelum kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini belum dilakukan, mitra pengabdian yaitu Pokdarwis Tirta Kencana belum ada rencana terkait dengan pengembangan obyek wisata yang dikelola. Berikut adalah beberapa hal yang menjelaskan mengapa pembuatan paket wisata memiliki peran penting tersebut. Dalam kesimpulannya, pengelolaan wisata yang baik dan terencana memerlukan peran serta masyarakat setempat. Dengan menerapkan saran-saran yang telah disebutkan di atas, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan keberlanjutan wisata serta memberikan.

Abstract

Foreign exchange reserves represent a nation's holdings of foreign currencies or currency equivalents, managed by its central monetary authority, and utilized in global transactions and engagements. This research aims to analyze the influence of inflation, Foreign direct investment, Exchange rate, economic growth and exports to the level of foreign exchange reserves in ASEAN-5 countries 2000-2022. This study relies on secondary data sourced from the World Bank's official website. The analytical methodology involves employing a panel data regression technique known as the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) alongside the analysis tools provided by StataMP17. The results of data processing show that partially each independent variable is inflation, Foreign direct investment, Exchange rate, Economic growth demonstrates a notable negative impact on Foreign Exchange Reserves within ASEAN-5 nations, with statistical significance. Conversely, the independent variable Exports exhibits a positive and significant correlation with Foreign Exchange Reserves across ASEAN-5 countries
