Abstract

Proses perencanaan dan penjadwalan dalam sebuah proyek merupakan hal yang sangat penting guna terlaksananya proyek tersebut dengan baik. Maka dari itu untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kerja dibutuhkan sebuah manajemen proyek yang baik. Untuk menentukan optimalisasi manajemen waktu dan biaya terhadap pembangunan suatu gedung dilakukan sebuah penelitian menetapkan metode Project Evaluation And Review Technique (PERT) dan Critical Path Method (CPM). Penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai hasil studi empiris khususnya jurnal ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan penerapan metode PERT-CPM terhadap pembangunan gedung. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi kepustakaan/studi literatur dengan melibatkan sebanyak 11 jurnal dari penelitian terdahulu. Berdasarkan hasil studi literatur yang dilakukan, didapat bahwa tingkat keberhasilan yang diperoleh untuk menyelesaikan proyek pembangunan gedung memiliki rata-rata probabilitas diatas 90%, hal termasuk masuk dalam kategori yang sangat tinggi. Sedangkan dari segi biaya yang dikeluarkan dari setiap pembangunan, menunjukkan efisiensi biaya yang optimal.

Abstract

XYZ adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam memproduksi spare part motor. Pada PT. XYZ terdapat departement warehouse yang merupakan tempat penyimpanan dan pengelolaan bahan baku yang dibutuhkan untuk proses produksi. Departement werehouse sub raw material ini menerapan budaya kerja 5S+Safety namun di PT. XYZ budaya ini masih dirasa belum optimal. Hal ini disebabkan karena budaya kerja 6S yang diterapkan hanya 1S yang dilakukan dengan maksimal dan 5S belum secara maksimal pada kondisi gudang. Maka, pada penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui evaluasi penerapan 6S atau 6K yang dilakukan pada departement werehouse PT. XYZ serta untuk mengetahui proses penataan bahan baku spare part motor yang beraneka ragam. Maka perlu dilakukan pengelolaan fungsi penyimpanan bahan baku yang sesuai dan evaluasi penerapan budaya kerja yang tepat. Oleh karena itu budaya 5S+Safety perlu lebih dilatih dan menekan penerapan budaya kerja ini supaya pengelolaan kondisi gudang lebih rapoh dan terorganisir, sehingga meminimalisir terjadinya hal yang tidak diinginkan seperti kerusakan material, kurangnya tempat penyimpanan dan kecelakaan kerja.

Abstract

UMKM XYZ is a business that is engaged in snacks. This business is very famous, not only among young people, even parents and children also like this snack. The high demand creates new problems for these small businesses. Employees who are in charge of sending ready-to-process raw materials have different delivery times using the same facility. This causes a lack of time efficiency in the delivery of ready-to-process raw materials to outlets, not keeping pace with the growing demand. The purpose of this research is to find out the optimal time to distribute products to the destination and provide solutions using the Hungarian method and POM-QM software for Windows. Based on research that has been done on employee assignment analysis using the Hungarian method manually and POM QM software, the total delivery time of ready-to-process raw materials to each outlet before using the Hungarian method is 84 minutes or 1 hour 24 minutes. While the total delivery time of ready-to-process raw materials to each outlet after using the Hungarian method is 80 minutes or 1 hour 20 minutes. Thus, the allocation of employee assignments using the Hungarian method is more optimal with a time efficiency of 4 minutes.UMKM XYZ merupakan usaha yang bergerak dibidang makanan ringan. Usaha ini sangat terkenal, tidak hanya dikalangan anak muda saja bahkan orang tua dan anak-anak juga suka dengan makanan ringan ini. Tingginya demand membuat permasalahan baru bagi usaha kecil ini. Karyawan yang bertugas mengirimkan bahan baku siap olah ini memiliki waktu pengiriman yang berbeda-beda dengan menggunakan fasilitas yang sama. Hal ini menyebabkan kurangnya efisiensi waktu dalam pengantaran bahan baku siap olah ke gerai, tidak selaras dengan demand yang kian bertambah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu dapat mengetahui waktu optimal dalam mendistribusikan produk ke tujuan dan memberikan solusi dengan menggunakan Metode Hungarian dan software POM-QM for Windows. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan terhadap analisa penugasan karyawan dengan menggunakan metode Hungarian secara manual dan software POM QM, maka diperoleh hasil total waktu pengiriman bahan baku siap olah ke tiap gerai sebelum menggunakan metode Hungarian yaitu 84 menit atau 1 jam 24 menit. Sedangkan total waktu pengiriman bahan baku siap olah ke tiap gerai setelah menggunakan metode Hungarian yaitu 80 menit atau 1 jam 20 menit. Dengan demikian, alokasi penugasan karyawan dengan menggunakan metode Hungarian lebih optimal dengan efisiensi waktu sebesar 4 menit.

Abstract

PkM Tanjung Bungin Village, Karawang Regency is inhabited by 891 families or around 2,612 residents. Crowded places such as entertainment venues, sales of fishermen's catches and traditional markets are always busy with people from villages, sub-districts and even Bekasi Regency. Frequent interactions between the people of Tanjung Bungin Village and people outside the village area because of the necessities of life that need to be met have resulted in a large potential for the spread of Covid-19. There needs to be a program that can provide the right solution to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Application of Nanofluid Droplet Technology in Disinfectant Sprayers in Efforts to Prevent the Spread of Covid-19 in Public Facilities in Kec. Pakisjaya District. Karawang independently among the community is one of the appropriate and effective solutions. The disinfectant sprayer made is based on the theory underlying research proposed on microsprayer technology on disinfectant sprayers made and used in PkM efforts to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in public facilities in Pakisjaya District, Kab. Karawang. The method that had been used was by mentoring, training, making and implementing Disinfectant Spray Equipment. The output of this community service activity was the creation and implementation of a nanofluid droplet technology disinfectant sprayer at public facilities in Tanjungbungin Village, Pakisjaya District, Karawang Regency.

Abstract

PT. ACP produces a flexible packaging that can be used in everyday life. PT. ACP is a pharmaceutical packaging manufacturer in Indonesia, in addition to being a pharmaceutical packaging manufacturer PT. ACP is also a manufacturer for packaging in various other segments, such as food, comestics, agrochemicals, etc. Research was conducted to identify print defects that occur in the process of making flexible packaging. The analysis in this study uses descriptive quantitative methods and Six Sigma DMAIC. This research uses a number of data from field observations and interviews with company employees, as well as data documentation owned by the company for the past year in 2022. The results of this study, namely after calculating six sigma, the results obtained are that PT. Avesta Continental Pack has a level of 5 sigma or the equivalent of the USA industry, then there are 3 types of defects that often occur, namely dry color, misregister, and color does not meet standards. Abstract

In the industrial era 4.0, most of the production processes use automatic machines. However, not a few companies still carry out their production processes manually, for this reason it is necessary to carry out an analysis of the value of effectiveness and efficiency between the workforce and also the machines so that production runs well 0020GHIn writing this data and information obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. This research uses descriptive method using a quantitative approach. Effective capacity of labor 1515.2. Whereas the effective capacity of the extruder machine is 378.8, the labor factor has not yet shown the maximum figure because it has not reached 100%. This can be seen from the average efficiency which only reaches 25%, while the efficiency of using extruder machines is maximized with the results of calculating an average efficiency of 100% per month, suggestions that explain the efficiency of the use of labor and machines. The results of the author's research at PT. QRS revealed that the condition of the low level of efficiency in the labor factor needs to be reviewed regarding the operation of the extruder machine which is still manual for the input of production raw materials. The efficiency of using the extruder machine at PT.QRS is already very good, it's just a matter of maintaining it. Keywords: Effectiveness and efficiency, production factors, Polyester fiber.

Abstract

Raw material inventory planning is a crucial aspect in the manufacturing industry to ensure smooth production and cost efficiency. However, PT XYZ has not implemented a forecasting method in its raw material planning system, so that procurement decisions are still reactive to actual demand. This study aims to analyze and compare forecasting methods using Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) and Moving Average (MA) to determine the most accurate method in projecting raw material needs for Non-API spec pipe products, type ASTM A252 GR 2 at KT 24 PT XYZ. The data used is historical demand data, which is then analyzed using POM-QM for Windows software. The results of the analysis show that the Moving Average method with a two-month period (MA-2) has the smallest Mean Squared Error (MSE), which is 182067, and a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value of 1.24%, which indicates a higher level of accuracy than other methods. Thus, the MA-2 method is recommended to be implemented in PT XYZ's raw material planning system to improve production efficiency and reduce the risk of excess or shortage of stock. For further research, it is recommended to develop a forecasting model by considering external factors such as market trends and seasonality, and integrating machine learning or hybrid forecasting methods to improve prediction accuracy. In addition, the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)-based system with a forecasting module can also be a solution for long-term planning efficiency.

Abstract

Antrian adalah keadaan di mana sekumpulan orang yang membutuhkan pelayanan harus menunggu dalam suatu urutan baris tertentu sebelum memperoleh pelayanan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kemampuan memberikan pelayanan lebih kecil bila dibandingkan dengan kebutuhan akan suatu pelayanan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Puskesmas Bojong Rawalumbu adalah adanya antrian yang panjang pada loket pengambilan obat khususnya pada jam 08:00-09:00 WIB. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperbaiki kinerja sistem antrian dan menentukan jumlah petugas loket pengambilan obat yang terbaik. Metode penyelesaian yang digunakan adalah metode simulasi sistem dan analisis workload indicator staffing needs. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa kinerja awal sistem antrian pada Puskesmas Bojong Rawalumbu dengan jumlah petugas loket pengambilan obat sebanyak satu orang dengan waktu tunggu antrian selama 2,70 menit. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan usulan perbaikan kinerja sistem antrian, jumlah petugas loket sebanyak dua orang dan rata-rata waktu menunggu dalam antriannya turun menjadi 0,16 menit. Hal ini didukung dengan hasil analisis metode Workload Indicators Staffing Needs yang menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk loket pengambilan obat sebanyak dua sampai tiga orang. Abstract

Pengendalian kualitas merupakan faktor kunci dalam industri manufaktur guna meminimalkan tingkat cacat produk. PT. XYZ menghadapi permasalahan kecacatan creasing pada produk carton box flute CB yang dapat berdampak pada efisiensi produksi dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor penyebab kecacatan creasing serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan Root Cause Analysis (RCA). FMEA digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memprioritaskan potensi kegagalan berdasarkan tingkat keparahan, kejadian, dan deteksi, sementara RCA membantu menemukan akar penyebab utama masalah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama penyebab kecacatan berasal dari variabel material, pengaturan mesin, dan keterampilan operator. Dengan menerapkan tindakan korektif yang sesuai, seperti penyesuaian parameter produksi, pelatihan operator, dan peningkatan kontrol kualitas bahan baku, diharapkan tingkat kecacatan creasing dapat diminimalkan secara signifikan.
