Abstract

internet of Things (IoT) telah menjadi teknologi yang sangat relevan dalam mengoptimalkan bisnis di berbagai sektor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana IoT dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi biaya, serta memberikan wawasan lebih dalam untuk pengambilan keputusan berbasis data dalam bisnis. Melalui survei dan wawancara dengan para profesional di industri yang telah mengadopsi IoT, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penggunaan IoT di berbagai bidang seperti manufaktur, logistik, dan ritel memberikan manfaat yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas, pengelolaan sumber daya, dan pengalaman pelanggan. Namun, tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah masalah keamanan data dan integrasi dengan sistem yang ada. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun tantangan tersebut ada, potensi besar IoT dalam mengoptimalkan bisnis memberikan keunggulan kompetitif yang signifikan bagi perusahaan yang dapat mengelolanya dengan baik.

Abstract

Information technology (IT) infrastructure security is one of the top priorities for organizations in the digital age. The rapid adoption of technologies such as cloud computing, the Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence has presented great opportunities for innovation, but also increased the risk of cyberattacks, data theft, and system vulnerabilities. This research aims to identify and develop IT infrastructure security optimization strategies that can enhance the protection of an organization's digital assets. The approach used includes risk analysis, implementation of a comprehensive security framework, and adoption of advanced defense technologies such as encryption, next-generation firewalls, and artificial intelligence-based threat detection systems. The results show that an integrated, adaptive strategy supported by solid policies can improve system resilience while supporting operational flexibility. Thus, this research provides practical recommendations for organizations to build an IT infrastructure that is secure, resilient, and ready to face future challenges.

Abstract

The Palapa Library utilizes its website as the primary platform for providing information and services to users. However, the presence of vulnerabilities in the website poses significant threats to data and system security. This study aims to identify and analyze vulnerabilities on the Palapa Library website using the Penetration Testing method based on the NIST SP 800-115 standard. This method involves four stages: planning, discovery, attack, and reporting. The testing results identified two major vulnerabilities: sensitive information disclosure and SQL Injection. Once the vulnerabilities were identified, their severity levels were assessed using the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) version 3.1. CVSS provides scores for the vulnerabilities, helping prioritize remediation efforts from the highest to the lowest risk. Based on the assessment results, appropriate remediation measures were developed to enhance the security of the Palapa Library website. This study is expected to serve as a reference for preventing similar security threats in the future and assisting other institutions facing similar challenges in improving the security of their information systems.

Abstract

The advancement of Science and Technology, particularly in Information Technology such as the internet, has significantly facilitated individuals in achieving their life goals quickly, either through legal or illegal means. One prominent threat is phishing, which employs social engineering techniques to deceive users by impersonating authoritative entities. Phishing targets various industries, with the fintech platform sector being one of the primary targets. The main factors contributing to phishing in fintech platform services include users' lack of knowledge, psychological factors, and insufficient privacy protection on social networks. Therefore, computer network security is a critical measure to prevent phishing attacks on fintech platform services. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach.

Abstract

Determining the best mechanics in the industry has an important role to ensure the quality and reliability of the products and services offered. Competent and experienced mechanics are able to diagnose and repair accurately and efficiently, thereby minimizing operational downtime and increasing productivity. Without a structured system, mechanical performance appraisals tend to be subjective and inconsistent, which can lead to dissatisfaction among employees and customers. Mechanics may not get clear and constructive feedback on their performance, thus hindering skill development and professionalism. The purpose of the research of the modified Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) using standard deviation is to improve the accuracy and reliability of the decision-making process in situations where the data has a high degree of variability or significant uncertainty. By integrating standard deviations into the GRA, the study aims to account for variations and fluctuations in the data, which allows for more accurate and representative assessment of the criteria. This modification is expected to overcome the weaknesses of traditional GRAs that may not adequately consider data uncertainty, as well as produce more robust and realistic alternative rankings. The results of the best ranking of mechanics, Mechanic FR ranks first with a value of 0.11, followed by Mechanic HS with a value of 0.104. The third place was occupied by Mechanic AY with a score of 0.099.

Abstract

Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is a method in DSS that is used to solve multi-criteria problems by adding up the value weights of each alternative. The weakness of SAW is its sensitivity to weight determination and value which can significantly affect the final result. If the weight or value of the criteria is not determined correctly or does not reflect reality well, the results of the decision can be less accurate. The purpose of this study is to modify the SAW method with the name SAW-C to be more effective in providing the best restaurant recommendations based on visitor reviews. SAW modification using a change driven approach not only improves accuracy in decision-making, but also improves adaptability and responsiveness to dynamic and complex environments. The SAW-C method not only improves decision-making accuracy, but also improves adaptability and responsiveness to dynamic and complex environments. SAW-C integrates flexibility and adaptability in managing changes in visitor preferences or the weighting of relevant criteria, which often change over time. With this approach, the recommendation system can dynamically update restaurant ratings based on recent reviews and changing visitor preferences, providing more personalized and relevant recommendations. The results of the ranking of the best restaurants using the SAW-C method show that the results of rank 1 with a final score of 0.92135 are obtained by Flamboyant Restaurant, rank 2 with a final score of 0.70548 obtained by Zozo Garden, and rank 3 with a final score of 0.70312 obtained by Square Restaurant.

Abstract

Over the last decade, research on artificial intelligence (AI) in the medical field has increased. However, unlike other disciplines, AI in personality disorders is still in the minority. For this reason, we conduct a map research using bibliometric and build a visualization map using VOSviewer in AI to predict personality disorders. We conducted a literature review using the systematic literature review (SLR) method, consisting of three stages: planning, implementation, and reporting. The evaluation involved 22 scientific articles on AI in predicting personality disorders indexed by Scopus Quartile Q1–Q4 from the Google Scholar database during the last five years, from 2018–2023. In the meantime, the results of bibliometric analysis have led to the discovery of information about the most productive publishers, the evolution of scientific articles, and the quantity of citations. In addition, VOSviewer’s visualization of the most frequently occurring terms in abstracts and titles has made it easier for researchers to find novel and infrequently studied subjects in AI on personality disorders.

Abstract

Teachers play a crucial role in shaping the future of the younger generation. They not only impart knowledge and skills, but also guide, inspire, and support students in the learning process and personal development. Selecting the best teachers involves a thorough assessment of the prospective teachers' academic qualifications, teaching experience, and communication skills. The main problem in selecting the best teachers often involves several significant challenges, namely the evaluation of teachers' skills and performance is often influenced by subjective assessments, which can result in uncertainty and bias in the selection process. The combination of the CRITIC and COPRAS weighting methods offers a robust and comprehensive approach to multi-criteria decision-making. This combination overall improves the reliability of decisions by providing a structured and comprehensive method, thus aiding in making more informative and rational choices. The results of the ranking of the best teacher, Dra. Sudarningsih received the highest score of 100, making him the best teacher in this ranking. In second place, Sri Astuti, S.Pd scored 96.64, followed by Drs. M. Jusriadi with a score of 95.54 in third place. Rita Ratna Sari, SP ranked fourth with a score of 95.45, while Misriyati, S.Pd was in fifth place with a score of 94.74. This ranking reflects an objective assessment based on the criteria that have been set, where Dr. Sudarningsih shows the best performance among the teachers evaluated.

Abstract

Convenience store suppliers are important partners in the retail supply chain, responsible for providing a wide range of daily necessities, from groceries to household items, directly to retailers or convenience store owners. The problem in the research on selecting the best convenience store supplier lies in the complexity of evaluating and balancing various criteria that affect supplier performance. Each supplier has different advantages and disadvantages in terms of product quality, price, delivery time, product availability, flexibility in ordering, and payment terms. The main challenge in this study is to determine the right weight for each criterion so that the selection decision can reflect the strategic needs of the convenience store objectively and accurately. The Objective Weighting-TOPSIS (OWH-TOPSIS) method is a modification of the TOPSIS method that combines an objective weighting approach to objectively determine the weight of the criteria. OWH-TOPSIS is an approach in a decision support system that combines objective weighting with the TOPSIS method to effectively assess and prioritize alternatives. The results of the supplier assessment ranking show that Supplier 3 and Supplier 7 are in the top position with very close preference scores, namely 0.9462 and 0.946 respectively, indicating that they are both the best choices based on the set criteria. Followed by Supplier 5 and Supplier 13 with identical scores of 0.9253, showing excellent performance but slightly below the top two suppliers. Supplier 1 is in fifth position with a score of 0.913, still in the very good category but slightly behind compared to the top four suppliers. This ranking provides a clear picture of each supplier's relative ranking in terms of meeting the evaluation criteria.
