Abstract

Kebutuhan pangan yang semakin meningkat membuat sektor peternakan, khususnya unggas, menjadi penting bagi pemenuhan protein hewani. Namun, proses pemeliharaan ayam broiler sering kali terkendala oleh suhu dan kelembapan kandang yang tidak stabil, yang dapat memengaruhi produktivitas dan kesehatan ayam. Dalam rangka mengatasi permasalahan ini, pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan mengimplementasikan sistem kandang ayam cerdas berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) di Lindung Farm, Pesawaran, Lampung. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memonitor dan mengontrol suhu serta kelembapan kandang secara otomatis melalui aplikasi berbasis web, sehingga memudahkan pemantauan dan pengendalian dari jarak jauh. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap awal pengumpulan data dan perancangan sistem, instalasi dan pelatihan penggunaan sistem, serta evaluasi. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan mitra dalam menggunakan teknologi IoT. Penerapan sistem ini berhasil menstabilkan suhu dan kelembapan kandang serta memudahkan proses monitoring. Dengan demikian, teknologi IoT memberikan solusi yang efisien dan efektif untuk meningkatkan produktivitas peternakan ayam di Lindung Farm. Program ini juga memiliki potensi keberlanjutan melalui pelatihan tambahan dan pengembangan aplikasi monitoring populasi serta manajemen inventori pakan

Abstract

This research aims to address efficiency issues in household water management through the implementation of the Internet of Things (IoT) on an automated water reservoir system. The problem identified is the lack of efficient control and monitoring of water replenishment and usage, which often leads to wastage and mismatch with homeowners' needs. This research design adopts an IoT-based approach that enables real-time monitoring and remote control via a web application. The system is also equipped with sensors to detect pipe leaks and monitor water pressure. Analysis of the developed system shows that the device is able to provide accurate and responsive data regarding the condition of the water reservoir, and allows users to control water replenishment as needed. This finding shows a significant improvement in water usage efficiency, as well as reducing potential waste due to leaks and inaccuracies in filling the reservoir. The conclusion of this research is that the designed IoT system can be an effective solution for household water management, providing convenience and better control for users, and has the potential to be widely applied in water management at the home scale.

Abstract

This research discusses the design and implementation of a web-based cattle feed monitoring and management system at PT XYZ Lampung Tengah. The main problem faced is the manual recording in cattle feed management, which causes inaccuracies in feed consumption data, incorrect cost calculations, and the risk of inventory shortages or excesses. The research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in system development, which consists of four phases: Requirements Planning, RAD Design Workshop, Implementation, and Maintenance and Evaluation. The developed system has features for managing user data, feed type data, feed weight recaps, as well as generating recap and stock reports. The implementation results show that the system successfully automated the feed inventory recording process with access rights distribution between admin and user, data visualization through stock and feed expenditure graphs, and the ability to generate organized reports. In making the final report on animal feed, the admin takes up to 7 days because it adjusts warehouse data with feed expenditure records. But with this Web-based monitoring and animal feed system, the admin can present the final report on the use of feed in real-time. This system helps improve operational efficiency and the accuracy of feed usage recording at PT XYZ Lampung Tengah.

Abstract

The Spread of hoax news in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era has occurred in the world’s society, including Indonesia. Therefore, an effective method is needed to detect it. The purpose of this research is to apply deep learning with the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm in detecting text-based hoax news in Indonesian. The dataset is taken from Kaggle, which has been scraped from CNN Indonesia, Tempo, and Turnbackhoax, which will be labeled as valid and hoax. The implementation of the dataset goes through several processes that include input dataset, data pre-processing using pre-trained embedding GloVe, data processing, model evaluation, also model deployment into the simple web. Data is divided into 80% training data and 20% test data for CNN model development. The results show that the CNN model can achieve high accuracy in detecting hoaxes with training accuracy values reaching 99.65% and validation accuracy reaching 99.88% with a loss of 0.0477 and 0.0435, which means that the model is effective in classifying text-based hoax news to the maximum. The model is evaluated using a confusion matrix, precision, recall, and heatmap as a visualization of results. For further research, it is recommended to increase additional variations for training data so the model can understand patterns well.

Abstract

Customer segmentation is one of the important approaches in the banking industry to improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies and risk management. This study aims to compare the performance of two commonly used clustering algorithms, namely K-Means and DBSCAN, in segmenting customers based on bank marketing data. The data used comes from the bank marketing dataset available on Kaggle, including attributes such as age, type of employment, marital status, education level, savings balance, and previous campaign history. The analysis process includes data pre-processing, feature extraction, data standardization, and implementation of the clustering algorithm. Evaluation of the results using the Silhouette Score metric shows that the K-Means algorithm produces a higher Silhouette Score value and a lower Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI) than DBSCAN indicating that K-Means is able to produce more solid (compact) clusters and has clearer boundaries between data groups. However, DBSCAN shows advantages in the ability to detect noise and group data with irregular shapes. Thus, the selection of the best algorithm is highly dependent on the characteristics of the data and the purpose of the segmentation. For bank marketing data with a relatively uniform distribution, K-Means is a more optimal choice.

Abstract

Kota Bandar Lampung merupakan sebuah kota yang terletak di Provinsi Lampung, Lampung merupakan Provinsi yang terletak di ujung selatan Pulau Sumatera sekaligus menjadi pintu gerbang antar Pulau Jawad an Pulau Sumatera dan dijuluki sebagai kota “Tapis Berseri” menggambarkan kota yang aman, patuh, sejahtera, bersih, sehat dan indah. Pada tahun 2023 jumlah wisatawan mencapai 13,7 juta jiwa meningkat 25% dibandingkan tahun 2022. Berdasarkan dari data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) kunjungan wisatawan tahun 2024 tercatat sejumlah 17,8 juta jiwa dengan peningkatan 25% dari target yang di tetapkan oleh pemerintah Provinsi Lampung. Dengan ini menunjukan bahwa perkembangan sektor pariwisata di Lampung terus menunjukan tren positif dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, dengan ini hotel-hotel berbintang dan penginapan terus bertambah sering kali membuat wisatawan sulit dalam menentukan pilihan hotel. Dengan adanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah wisatawan dalam memilih hotel dengan menerapkan metode Analythic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Elimination and Choice Expressing Reality (ELECTRE) dalam proses pemilihan hotel yang relavan di Bandar Lampung. Pemilihan hotel yang tepat membutuhkan pertimbangan berbagai kriteria seperti harga, fasilitas, lokasi, dan pelayanan. Dengan menggunakan metode AHP dan ELECTRE hasil yang diperoleh nanti yaitu memberikan rekomendasi hotel yang optimal berdasarkan perbandingan alternatif yang ada. Penelitian ini diharapakan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan (SPK) yang lebih efisien dan objektif dalam pemilihan hotel di Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Selecting the best employees is an important process in a company to recognize and reward the outstanding contributions of its employees. The main purpose of this selection is to motivate other employees to continue to improve the quality of their work, as well as create a competitive and productive work culture. The problem that arises is the potential for jealousy and unfair competition among employees in the selection process is considered not transparent or unfair, this can cause a sense of dissatisfaction and demotivation in employees who feel that their contributions are ignored. The combination of entropy and MAUT weighting methods has been an interesting approach in the context of determining the best employees. This combination provides a comprehensive and objective framework for making better decisions in selecting employees who best suit the company's needs. The ranking results provide an overview of the results of selecting the best employees using a combination of entropy and MAUT methods. Employees on behalf of Titin Yuliana were ranked 1st best employees with a final score of 0.4801, employees on behalf of Jepri were ranked 2nd best employees with a final score of 0.376, and employees on behalf of Andi were ranked 3rd best employees with a final score of 0.2929. The ranking results of the combination of entropy and MAUT methods can provide a more holistic picture of the employees who best suit the company's needs. By combining objective information about employee performance (using MAUT) with an objective evaluation of the weight of criteria (using Entropy), the end result can become more accurate and trustworthy.

Abstract

Pada era digital saat ini, wisatawan menghadapi tantangan dalam memilih hotel yang tepat di Kota Bandar Lampung karena banyaknya pilihan dan berbagai kriteria yang harus dipertimbangkan, seperti fasilitas hotel, fasilitas kamar, harga, rating, kebersihan, pelayanan dan jarak dari bandara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk pemilihan hotel menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode AHP dipilih karena memiliki kemampuan dalam menguraikan masalah kompleks menjadi struktur hierarki dan juga mengevaluasi berbagai alternatif berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan. Sistem ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi hotel yang paling sesuai dengan preferensi pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari berbagai sumber dan menguji efektivitas sistem dengan studi kasus di Kota Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian alternatif pemilihan hotel terbaik di bandar lampung menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) menunjukkan bahwa Grand Mercure Lampung (A4) memperoleh nilai prioritas tertinggi dengan nilai sebesar 0.206 atau 20.60%. Sistem ini dapat membantu wisatawan dalam mengambil keputusan yang lebih baik dan tentunya meningkatkan pengalaman mereka selama menginap di hotel Kota Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Negara Indonesia memiliki kepulauan yang sangat luas dari daratan sampai pegunungan. Wilayah dalam kepulauan Indonesia terdapat flora dan fauna serta mikroba yang bermacam-macam. Habitat hewan di Indonesia mulai mengalami kepunahan, ini terjadi karena rusaknya habitat tempat tinggal hewan tersebut. Seiring dengan kepunahan hewan langka di Indonesia dan minimnya pengetahuan anak akan hewan-hewan langka khas daerah Indonesia serta kurangnya media pengenalan hewan langka. Maka penting dibuat game edukasi pengenalan hewan langka berbasis Android agar pengetahuan anak-anak dan masyarakat tentang hewan langka semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem agile dan model UML (Unified Modelling Language). Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu membangun sebuah game edukasi pengenalan hewan langka berbasis android yang memberikan edukasi sambil bermain dan dapat diakses melalui smartphone. Pembuatan game edukasi menggunakan construct2 menjadi lebih mudah karena memiliki tools yang khusus dirancang untuk pembuatan game. Berdasarkan pengujian aplikasi game edukasi pengenalan hewan langka ini dapat membantu memperkenalkan hewan langka kepada masyarakat khususnya pada anak-anak, dengan perolehan presentasi penilaian pengujian sebesar 93,21%. AbstractThe country of Indonesia has very wide islands from land to mountains. Areas in the Indonesian archipelago have diverse flora and fauna and microbes. Animal habitats in Indonesia are beginning to become extinct, this occurs because of the destruction of the habitat where the animals live. Along with the extinction of rare animals in Indonesia and the lack of knowledge of children about rare animals typical of the Indonesian region and the lack of media for the introduction of rare animals. So it is important to make an Android-based rare animal recognition education game so that children's knowledge and society about endangered animals increases. This study uses the agile system development method and the UML (Unified Modeling Language) model. The purpose of this study is to build an educational game for the introduction of rare animals based on android that provides education while playing and can be accessed via a smartphone. Making educational games using construct2 is easier because it has tools specifically designed for game creation. Based on the testing of this rare animal recognition educational game application, it can help introduce rare animals to the public, especially to children, with the acquisition of test rating presentations at 93.21%.

Abstract

The existence of realtime, fast and accurate information is very important for human survival. Website-based information systems provide accessibility for consumers to access information without time limitations and interactivity provided by producers to consumers by offering various interactive features as a form of online consultation. The purpose of this research is to implement a website for sales and repairs using the Laravel Framework at Vespa Clinic Kotabumi (Vecko) and to facilitate management and bookkeeping that is fully recorded on the Web. The method used is Waterfall development with the application of blackbox testing methods and Mean Opinion Score. Researchers made the Vespa Clinic Kotabumi Workshop as the object of research. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews and observations. In this case, the creation of information systems is expected to increase income with faster and more efficient business processes and expand the reach of information. The results of the research are a form of implementation of the Laravel Framework in the sales and repair system at the Kotabumi vespa workshop equipped with attractive features for admin and customers consisting of reservation, product page, and confirmation. In this research, the Laravel Framework has succeeded in maximizing the development of the sales website. The sales system becomes more efficient and greatly helps transactions between sellers and buyers. The use of Laravel framework on this system has helped and facilitated the development of the system in this study
