Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between internal communication and learning motivation of students at SMPN 3 Padalarang. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The research sample consisted of 52 students from class VIII. Data collection tools in this study used an internal communication scale (38 items; α = 0.863) and a learning motivation scale (29 items; α = 0.763). Based on the data analysis, the results of the research on the relationship between learning motivation and internal communication obtained the sig value. (2-tailed) Pearson correlation of 0.808, which means that there is a very strong positive relationship, which means that internal communication in the study group can be used as a predictor of student learning motivation in the classroom. Students with high internal communication in study groups can be predicted to have high learning motivation as well, on the other hand, internal communication in low student study groups can be predicted that these students have low learning motivation. Abstract

Sistem pendidikan inklusif merupakan layanan pendidikan bagi anak disabilitas yang ditempatkan pada sekolah reguler bersama anak reguler lainnya. Secara filosofis, sebagian besar pendidik menganut konsep inklusi, namun secara pragmatis masih banyak yang menentang praktik yang sebenarnya. Kegiatan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi pada guru SD mengenai keterampilan dalam berkolaborasi untuk keberhasilan pendidikan inklusif. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan melalui kegiatan webinar dengan media zoom meeting. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mendapatkan apresiasi positif dari guru-guru SD terkait dengan pemahaman mengenai keterampilan yang diperlukan dalam melakukan kolaborasi untuk mensukseskan terlaksananya pendidikan inklusif di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Online group guidance services are a process of assistance carried out by BK teachers or counselors to students or counselees using online media. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation, student and teacher responses, the difficulties encountered and the obstacles that occurred in the implementation of group guidance services conducted online. The research method used in this study is to use a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study consisted of a primary subject, namely one BK teacher and 4 students, and a secondary subject consisting of the principal and one homeroom teacher. The results of the study indicate that online group guidance services using discussion techniques can help students improve their self-control and students can be wiser in language on social media and can better manage the time when to do assignments and when is the right time to play social media.Keywords: Self-Control of Social Media Users, Group Guidance, Discussion Techniques

Abstract

The background of this research is to find out the description of the adjustment of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Soreang. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection techniques that I used in this research were interviews and documentation. The primary subjects in this study were BK teachers and class VIII students at SMP Negeri Soreang, while the secondary subjects were homeroom teachers for class VIII A. The results of the research conducted on the four students at SMP Negeri 2 Soreang showed that the four students had low self-adjustment. The factors and causes of the four students' low self-adjustment are different, but the classroom environment is the main point in the four students' self-adjustment.

Abstract

Conformity is conformity to attitudes and behavior with the values of the rules that apply in the Conformity is conformity to attitudes and behavior with the values of the rules that apply in the individual's social environment. Conformity in adolescent peers seeks and obtains information about the group with the aim that the individual can behave in accordance with the norms that apply in the group. Conformity in the peer environment has two characteristics, namely positive conformity and negative conformity. The purpose of the study was to find out how the implementation of group guidance services was carried out, to find out how students responded during the implementation of group guidance and to know the results of the implementation of group guidance services. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used in this research are interview, observation and documentation techniques. The subjects in this study were one teacher of guidance and counseling and five students of class XII MIPA 1. Based on the results obtained by researchers, it can be concluded that students have performed conformity behavior, both in a positive direction and in a negative direction. The provision of self-management technique group guidance services is useful for students in adding insight and information about conformity behavior, increasing students' awareness of which conformity behavior is good to do and good to leave. Keywords: : Peer conformity, group guidance, self management techniques

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of group guidance services with discussion techniques to increase career maturity using google meet media, to find out the responses of teachers and class XII students to group guidance services, discussion techniques using google meet media, to find out the obstacles faced by teachers and students when implementing services. group guidance with discussion techniques using google meet media. The research method used is qualitative method. The sample in this study was 4 students from class XII at SMAN 6 Garut. The data of this study were obtained from the results of observations, documentation, and interviews with BK teachers and students on group guidance services with discussion techniques using google meet media. The results showed that the implementation of group guidance services with discussion techniques using google meet media was carried out well. The responses of teachers and students to group guidance services with discussion techniques using google meet media got good results. Obstacles faced by teachers and students in group guidance services with discussion techniques are the absence of quota subsidies from schools and students are sometimes constrained by an inadequate network, BK teachers are also still adjusting to learning using media. So that the delivery of the material that is conveyed is not optimal and students do not understand what the teacher is saying.Keywords: Career Maturity, Group Guidance Services, Discussion Techniques.

Abstract

The development of podcasts on the self-confidence of SMP Mutiara 4 Bandung students is a new innovation in guidance and counseling service activities using media that keep up with the times. The indicator of self-confidence according to the theorist, namely Lauster, becomes an urgency for students in the future. This study uses research and development methods by Borg and Gall which aims to produce products that have been tested by several validators, namely material experts, media experts, and practitioners. The research subjects consisted of 10 students for the limited trial, and 20 students for the wide trial, all of them were students of SMP Mutiara 4 Bandung who had problems in self-confidence. Based on the results of product testing by several validators, this podcast has an average percentage of 93.19% which according to predetermined criteria that the product is very suitable for use without revision. The results of observations and interviews with teachers and students showed high enthusiasm for the development of this podcast and the students had the ability to increase their understanding of self-confidence after conducting guidance and counseling activities using this podcasts. Keywords: Media, Podcast, Self Confidence.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills, is an important asset that students must have as a provision for dealing with technological developments and the effects of globalization in the era of disruption towards the era of society 5.0. One effort to develop students' critical thinking skills is through the socratic dialogue method. In general, this study aims to find out how the effectiveness of the socratic dialogue method can develop the critical thinking skills of students in class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Batujajar in 2022-2023. The research approach uses a quantitative approach with experimental methods, non-equivalent control-group design. Sampling technique using non-probability homogenous sampling technique on 162 students of class XI IPS SMAN 1 Batujajar. Data collection uses a measuring tool in the form of a critical thinking skills test instrument. The results of the study show: (1) the profile of students' critical thinking skills is generally in the medium category; (2) the socratic dialogue method is effective for developing critical thinking skills; (3) all aspects of critical thinking skills experience a significant increase in value with the treatment of the socratic dialogue method.

Abstract

This article contains a study of spiritual guidance to develop compassion in Broken Home students. Having an incomplete family makes some children become victims so they have bad experiences and cause problems both physically and psychologically, such as blaming themselves, trauma, blaming their parents, etc. The highest cognitive experience that has a major impact on individual psychology is meaning. Through meaning (spirituality), individuals find and believe in their life purpose, which has an impact on the way they live their lives, including the way they solve problems. Spiritual experiences can help individuals understand problems and make the best decisions to solve them, related to transcendent experiences and related to awareness of sacred and eternal things, thereby increasing feelings of compassion, love and affection towards oneself and others. The methodological procedure used is understanding literature from various sources. It is hoped that the results of this paper will contribute to research and development of spiritual guidance models to develop students' compassion.

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai pengaruh emotional coaching kepada guru untuk meningkatkan kemandirian emosi siswa tunalaras di SLB sekota Cimahi yang bertargetkan TKT tingkat dasar kedua yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh webinar emotional coaching kepada guru terhadap kemandirian emosi siswa tuna laras di SLB sekota Cimahi. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa desain one group pre and posttest design yang menggunakan satu kelompok subjek (kasus tunggal) serta melakukan pengukuran sebelum dan sesudah pemberian perlakukan perlakuan berupa emotional coaching. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 orang siswa tunalaras. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan teknik Mann Whitney U Test, diperoleh nilai Asymp Sig sebesar 0.159 yang berarti lebih besar dari nilai signifikansi α 0.05. Hal ini berarti Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima, yaitu tidak terdapat perbedaan kemandirian emosi peserta didik tunalaras sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan emotional choaching.Â
