Abstract

Abstrak—CV XYZ, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerakdalam industri plastik di Bandung, Jawa Barat, menghadapitantangan dalam meminimalkan total maintenance cost padamesin injection molding yang digunakan untuk memproduksisendok takar obat. Dalam tugas akhir ini, tujuan utamanyaadalah untuk mengusulkan strategi optimal untuk minimisasibiaya maintenance mesin produksi, khususnya pada mesininjection molding, dengan fokus pada pengurangan biaya tanpamengorbankan kualitas dan keandalan operasional.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Repair Policy danpreventive maintenance policy, karena metode ini dapatmembantu dalam meminimalkan biaya pemeliharaan sertamengoptimalkan kinerja mesin produksi. Dengan menganalisisRepair Policy dan preventive maintenance policy, strategipemeliharaan yang efektif dan efisien dapat dikembangkan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategiminimasi biaya pemeliharaan yang berbasis pada analisisRepair Policy dan preventive maintenance policy secarasignifikan berhasil mengurangi total biaya pemeliharaan.Optimasi biaya pemeliharaan tidak hanya menurunkanfrekuensi kegagalan mesin tetapi juga meningkatkan efisiensioperasional secara keseluruhan. Ini berkontribusi padapenurunan biaya operasional dan peningkatan produktivitas.Dengan strategi ini, CV XYZ berhasil meningkatkankeandalan dan efisiensi operasional melalui pengurangandowntime dan biaya produksi. Implementasi kebijakanpemeliharaan yang optimal juga memberikan dampak positifpada kualitas produk, memastikan bahwa CV XYZ dapat terusmemenuhi kepuasan pelanggan dengan produk berkualitastinggi. Penelitian ini menyediakan kerangka kerja yang dapatdiadaptasi oleh perusahaan lain dalam industri serupa untukmengatasi tantangan pemeliharaan mesin produksi. Abstract

Abstrak— PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerakdibidang manufaktur yang berfokus memproduksi danmemperbaiki berbagai macam jenis alat berat hydraulic. Dalamproses produksinya, PT XYZ menerapkan sistem make toorder dan biasanya hanya memproduksi dalam jumlah sedikit.Kendala yang dialami oleh PT XYZ terletak pada prosesproduksi komponen hydraulic. Aliran proses pada komponenhydraulic merupakan general flow shop dengan mesin paralel.Proses produksi hydraulic terdiri dari proses machining, prosesassembling, dan proses finishing berupa proses testing danpainitng. Proses machining memiliki alokasi waktu yang lebihbesar dibandingkan dengan proses lainnya. Metodepenjadwalan aktual yang terdapat pada perusahaan memilikimakespan yang tinggi sehingga berpengaruh terhadap waktupenyelesaian proses selanjutnya. Maka dari itu, perusahaanharus melakukan upaya perbaikan dalam penjadwalan untukdapat mengurangi makespan. Algoritma Campbell DudekSmith merupakan salah satu metode penjadwalan yangmemberikan solusi heuristic dan memiliki tujuan untukmemperoleh nilai makespan terkecil dari urutan pengerjaanjob yang paling baik. Oleh karena itu, pada tugas akhir ini akanmelakukan penjadwalan menggunakan Algoritma CDS untukmengurangi makespan pada produksi komponen hydraulic diPT XYZ. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penjadwalan usulanmenggunakan metode CDS akan dibandingkan denganpenjadwlan aktual. Penjadwalan menggunakan CampbellDudek Smith menghasilkan nilai makespan sebesar 92 jam atau11,5 hari dengan nilai pengurangan sebesar 14% atau 15 jam. Abstract

Abstrak—CV XYZ adalah perusahaan manufaktur yangmemproduksi spare part mesin industri. Dalam prosesproduksinya, pada lini produksi nozle wafer stick menunjukkanadanya ketidaktercapaian target produksi. Salah satu faktorpenyebab permasalahan tersebut adalah adanya kerusakanatau downtime pada mesin turret milling. Downtime yang terjadisebesar 7552 menit. Sebab terjadinya downtime adalah terdapatkomponen mesin yang mengalami kerusakan, dengan frekuensitertinggi pada end milling. Oleh karena itu, dilakukanperhitungan nilai efektivitas penggunaan mesin denganmenggunakan metode OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).Hasil kondisi aktual sebesar 62% dan target standarinternasional sebesar 85%. Hal ini menunjukkan performamesin yang rendah dan butuh dilakukan tindakan maintenance.Ketidaktercapaian nilai OEE tersebut dianalisis denganmenggunakan metode six big losses dan ditemukan kerugianterbesar terdapat pada reduce speed losses sebesar 29%.Dilakukan tindakan dengan penerapan metode TotalProductive Maintenance (TPM) dengan penerapan autonomousmaintenance melalui pemeliharaan kondisi mesin menggunakancheck sheet berstandar Cleaning Lubricating, Inspection, danTightening (CLIT) dan penerapan planned maintenance melaluipembuatan penjadwalan. Dilakukan perhitungan denganmetode age replacement, sehingga diperoleh hasil rancanganpenjadwalan dengan waktu pemeriksaan dan penggantiankomponen mesin setiap 111 jam & 180 jam. Berdasarkan nilaiavailability yang diperoleh dari perhitungan menggunakan agereplacement sebesar 98.78%. Kata kunci— OEE, Six Big Losses, TPM, Age Replacement

Abstract

Abstrak — PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan fashion yangmemproduksi kaos kaki mengalami permasalahan tingginyatingkat defect pada produk kaos kaki jempol selama periodeJuni hingga November 2023. Meskipun permintaan tinggi, rataratadefect rate mencapai 4.04%, melampaui batas toleransiperusahaan sebesar 3%. Dari enam tahap produksi kaos kaki,yaitu rajut, obras, bolak-balik, oven, sortir, dan pengemasan,terdapat beberapa jenis defect, seperti lubang, noda, turun size,belang, dan bahan baku. Analisis Pareto menunjukkan bahwajenis defect yang paling dominan adalah lubang, dengan tingkatdefect sebesar 33% yang berasal dari proses rajut. Berdasarkanmasalah tersebut, dilakukan analisis tahap-tahap pada prosesrajut menggunakan analisis Failure Mode and Effect Analysis(FMEA). Mode kegagalan dengan nilai Risk Priority Number(RPN) tertinggi adalah jarum rusak sebesar 392 dan jarumpatah sebesar 336. Untuk merancang solusi dari permasalahanyang ada, digunakan metode poka yoke yang bertujuanmencegah cacat produk. Usulan perbaikan meliputipenggantian jarum secara serentak sesuai umur pakainya,dibantu oleh alat sensor alarm. Alat ini dirancang untukmengatasi masalah pada penggunaan jarum yang tidak digantisaat umur pakainya telah habis. Alat ini dirancang untukmendeteksi dini dan mencegah kegagalan sehingga kualitasproduk dapat ditingkatkan dan defect yang disebabkan olehjarum pada mesin rajut dapat dikurangi. Abstract

To date, public sector organisation begin to implement the digital workplace as part of their digital government initiative but yet there is proven the success of its implementation and how it impacts the government operation effectiveness. Therefore, based on a Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework, this paper aims to investigate the current landscape, issues and challenges in workplace digitalization in public sector organization. A comparative analysis of the digital workplace approach was performed on nine Malaysian Public Sector organisations of the various business core function. This study found that there are nine factors related to digital workplace implementation. The main finding revealed that most organisation are not fully optimizing the digital workplace functionality and only using it as a digital repository. Based on this finding, significantly it can contribute the development of a new digital workplace framework for public sector organization in ensuring its contribution to operational effectiveness

Abstract

The inventory policy problem is a problem in the inventory system related to how to ensure that eachusage demand can be met at minimal cost. In the healthcare industry, it is imperative that theprocurement and use of stock is not only cost-effective, but also that the required stock is alwaysavailable. Discrepancies between total inventory and usage can lead to damage to BMHP inventoryas the items have expiry dates, as well as excess total inventory costs. The problem of total inventorycosts exceeding the budget occurs because overstock is 83% of the total need, overstock is caused byan excessive number of drug orders purchased. The purpose of this study is to reduce the total cost ofinventory by considering expiry costs, inspection cost, shortage cost, order cost, holding cost usingthe EOQ method. The first stage in this study is to calculate the optimal order quantity value, thenfind the expected number of drug expirations. These results will be used to calculate the total inventorycost of five types of medical materials. for the inspection cost value, if the number of expired medicalmaterials is above 20, the inspection cost value is not equal to zero. The calculation results found thatthe total inventory cost was Rp. 162,904,965, this cost is less than the actual cost of Rp.185,843,346.00 with a difference of 12%.

Abstract

Order picking is the process of retrieving items from storage to meet a specific customer order, whichis known to be the most labor-intensive and costly function among all the warehouse functions. Thisfunction is also important in that it has a critical impact on downstream customer service especiallyin facing the current covid-19 pandemic. This research aims to provide information, description andmore comprehensively identifies the design and control of warehouse order picking by usingempirical literature review. In this research, the stages are Identification of potential study, StudySelection based on criteria, quality assessment, data extraction, and data analysis. Based on theliterature review systematically compiled it is obtained 37 main articles that correspond to the purposeof research. From these 37 articles can be identified further research on design and control ofwarehouse order picking that provides increased transactions in e-commerce.

Abstract

Abstract-This research focus on reducing total tardiness on single-stage identical parallel machine in PT XYZ. The method used are EDD rules where the job is sorted based on earliest due date and job splitting property where the job is split between the machine with maximum tardiness and the machine with minimum tardiness. Abstract

PT Grow Commerce Indonesia is a technologydriven company which focuses on the digital branding ofpartner brands, mostly local brands. They also help in thewarehouse and distribution activities of the partner brand’sproducts. The warehouses that are used by Grow Commerce arethe partner brands. The problem faced by PT. Grow CommerceIndonesia is that each year, their warehouse always hasoverstock left, with increase of quantity each year. The authorintends to analyze the problem and design a solution using theNewsvendor Model. The Newsvendor model helps indetermining the optimum quantity of products that should bemanufactured/ordered to avoid overstocking (supply is morethan demand) and or understocking (demand is more thansupply) which overall avoids the loss of profit. Indonesia as the world's archipelagic country haveIndonesia have almost 3,8 million hectares of coconut plant. Thatlead Indonesia to one of the biggest countries in exporting thecoconut product. One of the products that has been exported isdesiccated coconut. The interest of desiccated coconut isincreasing in several countries. CV Una Surya Putra Mandiri isone of the that producing the desiccated coconut. This companyuse the principle of make to stock because of the raw material thatwas easy to be spoiled. Due to the uncertainty of the demandfluctuations, the company was struggling in producing the rightyamount of product. So, the production of the company mostly getoverproduction that cause the overstock in inventory while theproduction must go on. Based on the problem occur, this researchhas an objective to minimize the overproduction and backorder. Inminimized the production cost, they are needing a productionplanning. In the other word, production planning will bedetermined the forecasting demand, the resource availability, andthe schedule to fulfil the demand.
