Abstract

ASI eksklusif adalah pemberian ASI saja pada bayi 0-6 bulan tanpa pemberian tambahan cairan lain. Dampak bayi yang tidak diberikan ASI ekslusif secara penuh sampai pada usia 6 bulan pertama kehidupan memilki resiko diare akut. Upaya untuk memperlancar ASI agar produksi asi pada ibu menyusui terdapat banyak cara yaitu salah satunya pijat oksitosin dan breast care. Untuk mengetahui efektivitas pijat oksitosin dan breast care pada ibu post partum di PMB Bidan Depi Alqorni tahun 2024 . Metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen yang dilakukan secara langsung. Study Case Literatur Review ini dilakukan secara langsung kepada 2 Ibu Post partum. Ibu Post Partum tersebut dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu: Ibu Post Partum A diberikan Pijat Oksitosin dilakukan 2 kali/hari dengan durasi ±15 menit selama 7 hari disarankan sebelum menyusi atau memerah ASI dan Ibu Post Partum B diberikan Breashcare dilakukan 2kali/hari dengan durasi ± 15 menit selama 7 hari. Kedua ibu post partum tersebut akan diberikan intervensi dan dilakukan evaluasi produksi asi pada hari ke 3 dan ke 7 menggunakan lembar observasi. Penelitian ini membuktikan adanya perbedaan antara Pijat Oksitosin dan Breast Care, Ibu yang diberikan intervensi pijat oksitosin pada kunjungan pertama nifas hari ke 2 produksi ASI dilihat dari volume hasil pumping sebanyak 20ml, pada kunjungan ke 2 nifas hari ke 5 sebnyak 65ml, pada kunjungan ke 3 nifas hari ke 8 sebanyak 130ml. Sedangkan pada ibu yang diberikan intervensi Breast Care pada kunjungan 1 nifas hari ke 2 produksi ASI yang di ukur dari volume ASI hasil dari pumping sebanyak 15ml, pada kunjungan ke 2 nifas hari ke 5 sebanyak 50ml, pada kunjungan ke 3 nifas hai ke 8 100ml. Selisih kenaikan volume ASI antara Pijat Oksitosin dan Breast Care jika total yaitu 30ml. Pijat oksitosin lebih efektif terhadap produksi ASI dibandingkan dengan Breast Care

Abstract

Teman Bus Trans Mamminasata merupakan perwujudan Pemerintah Sulawesi Selatan untuk kebijakan publik, khususnya di bidang transportasi darat dengan berbasis transportasi massal Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), dengan orientasi transportasi yang ekonomis, mudah, aman dan nyaman. Pelaksanaan Teman Bus Trans Mamminasata akan menentukan hasil dari upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk bantuan ini. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan apa yang dapat diambil pemerintah Kota Makassar dalam memperbaiki program Teman Bus Trans Mamminasata dan bagaimana implementasi kebijakan Tema Bus Trans Mamminasata di Kota Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan strategi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang terkait dengan implementasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program Teman Bus Trans Mamminasata belum sepenuhnya berjalan seperti yang diharapkan dengan alasan karena keadaan lingkungan dan kemudahan dalam mengakses masih perlu perhatian khusus.  Kebijakan Teman Bus Trans Mamminasata banyak diminati oleh masyarakat hanya saja masih perlu perhatian khusus dari segi kemudahan masayarakt untuk mengakses layanan transportasi umum ini. Karena sejauh manapun masyarakat menyukai layanan Teman Bus Trans Mamminasata akan tetap kembali ke kendaraan pribadi masing-masing apabila masih ada keterbatasan untuk mengakses.. Trans Mamminasata Bus Friends is the embodiment of the South Sulawesi Government's public policy, especially in the field of land transportation based on Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) mass transportation, with a transportation orientation that is economical, easy, safe and comfortable. The implementation of Trans Mamminasata Bus Friends will determine the results of the efforts made by the government for this assistance. The research aims to find out what policies the Makassar City government can take to improve the Trans Mamminasata Bus Friends program and how to implement the Trans Mamminasata Bus Theme policy in Makassar City. The research method used by the author in this research is qualitative with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques use interview, observation and documentation strategies related to implementation. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the Trans Mamminasata Bus Friends program has not fully progressed as expected because environmental conditions and ease of access still require special attention. The Trans Mamminasata Bus Friends policy is much sought after by the public, however it still needs special attention in terms of the ease with which the public can access this public transportation service. Because no matter how much people like the Trans Mamminasata Bus Friends service, they will still return to their private vehicles if there are still limitations to access.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of Islamic da'wah-based television in strengthening the faith of Muslims. The type of method used in this study is a qualitative method using secondary data. The results showed that in implementing the Islamic da'wah program through television media, there were several da'wah methods used, namely: the Talking Method, the insert method, and the Infiltration Method. In learning, television provides three important roles, namely the role in providing cognitive, affective and psychomotor benefits. Da'wah through television must contain a lot of information and ways of delivering it so that da'wah delivered through television can be received and interested by many people, namely by involving four main things, namely, renewal of the concept of da'wah, expansion and strengthening of networks or collaboration with institutions engaged in da'wah, strengthening primary and secondary funds to fund da'wah programs, and increasing the quality and quantity of da'i and da'iah, especially those that are already popular in television media.

Abstract

The advancement of educational technology has opened new opportunities to strengthen the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL). Three training sessions were conducted as part of the mentoring program. The first training aimed to equip PKBM teachers with proficiency in SketchUp. The second training focused on developing teachers' skills in utilizing Evobook. The third training was designed to equip teachers with the ability to create miniature models of Huma Betang. Based on participants' post-training questionnaires, the average improvement in understanding of SketchUp and Evobook was 4.56. The highest score in this aspect was achieved by PKBM Homy School (4.80), while the lowest was Candra Kirana (4.44). The ease of use of both media was rated at 4.13, with Homy School (4.30) receiving the highest score and Bangkirai (4.00) the lowest. In terms of usefulness for learning, the average rating was 4.56, with Homy School (4.90) scoring the highest and Candra Kirana (4.13) the lowest. The relevance of SketchUp and Evobook to participants' needs received an average score of 4.36, with Homy School (4.70) at the highest and Candra Kirana (4.06) at the lowest. Meanwhile, participants' interest in applying these tools in their classrooms averaged 4.49, with Homy School (4.70) the highest and Candra Kirana (4.31) the lowest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan administrasi serta implementasi asas pelayanan publik di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus TPI Makassar, khususnya pada proses penerbitan paspor dan pengelolaan izin tinggal bagi warga negara asing sebagai bagian dari fungsi pelayanan keimigrasian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, serta analisis dokumentasi resmi. Informan dalam penelitian ini dipilih secara purposive yang terdiri atas pejabat struktural, pegawai pelaksana, dan masyarakat pengguna layanan, baik WNI maupun WNA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kualitas pelayanan administrasi di kantor tersebut telah berjalan cukup baik dan telah memenuhi sebagian besar indikator pelayanan publik yang ditetapkan dalam regulasi. Berdasarkan analisis dimensi kualitas pelayanan, diketahui bahwa aspek bukti fisik, kepastian layanan, dan empati pegawai telah terlaksana dengan cukup baik. Namun demikian, aspek daya tanggap dan kecepatan pelayanan masih perlu ditingkatkan, terutama dalam menghadapi lonjakan permohonan layanan serta penanganan keluhan masyarakat. Dari sisi implementasi asas pelayanan publik, aspek akuntabilitas, keadilan, dan partisipatif telah diterapkan dengan baik, tetapi aspek transparansi dan efektivitas pelayanan masih mengalami kendala akibat keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, sistem antrean digital yang belum optimal, serta rendahnya literasi digital masyarakat pengguna layanan. Dengan demikian, meskipun Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus TPI Makassar telah menunjukkan perkembangan positif dalam meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi, tetap diperlukan peningkatan sosialisasi prosedur layanan, pelatihan pegawai, dan pengembangan inovasi berbasis teknologi agar pelayanan publik semakin responsif, transparan, efektif, serta berorientasi pada kepuasan masyarakat. This study aims to analyze the quality of administrative services and the implementation of public service principles at the Class I Special Immigration Office TPI Makassar, with a specific focus on passport issuance and residence permit processing for foreign nationals as core immigration service functions. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection comprising direct observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Informants were selected purposively and included structural officials, service officers, and service users, both Indonesian citizens and foreign nationals. The findings indicate that the overall quality of administrative services has been carried out fairly well and has met several public service standards mandated by relevant regulations. Analysis of the service quality dimensions revealed that physical evidence, service assurance, and employee empathy have been adequately implemented. However, responsiveness and service speed still require improvement, particularly in handling service peaks and responding to user complaints efficiently. Regarding the implementation of public service principles, accountability, fairness, and participatory involvement have been properly enforced, while transparency and service effectiveness remain constrained by limited technological infrastructure, suboptimal digital queue systems, and low digital literacy among service users. Therefore, although the Class I Special Immigration Office TPI Makassar has made progress in strengthening administrative services, further efforts are needed to expand public communication, improve staff capacity, and develop technology-driven service innovations to ensure that public service delivery is more transparent, effective, responsive, and user-centered.
