Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi tantangan dan peluang integrasi pendidikan jasmani dalam kurikulum pendidikan dasar. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi hambatan serta manfaat integrasi pendidikan jasmani dalam konteks kurikulum sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan analisis literatur yang cermat pada sumber-sumber yang relevan dengan topik integrasi pendidikan jasmani dalam kurikulum pendidikan dasar. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi pola, tren, dan temuan utama terkait tantangan dan peluang integrasi ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi pendidikan jasmani dalam kurikulum pendidikan dasar menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran, prioritas terhadap mata pelajaran akademik, serta kualifikasi guru yang mungkin tidak memadai. Namun, terdapat peluang besar seperti meningkatkan kesehatan siswa, pengembangan keterampilan sosial, dan peningkatan kinerja akademik melalui integrasi yang tepat. Diperlukan strategi yang terencana dengan baik dan komitmen yang kuat dari semua pihak terkait untuk mengatasi tantangan dan memanfaatkan potensi integrasi pendidikan jasmani secara optimal dalam konteks pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring dan kendala yang muncul dalam pelaksanaan di SD Kota Batu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi yang dikembangkan berdasarkan indikaor kebutuhan diantaranya perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi terkait proses pembelajaran daring. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis data model Miles dan Huberman. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi untuk pelaksanaan validitas data atau keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran daring menggunakan berbagai platform, antara lain: whatsapp, youtube dan google form. Implementasi proses pembelajaran daring di kelas V SDN Beji 01 Kota Batu dan SDN Pendem 01 Kota Batu dimana hasilnya guru mengalami kesulitan dalam menerapkan pembelajaran yang komunikatif dengan siswa. Namun, guru mampu mengendalikan proses pembelajaran daring berlangsung dengan menjaga dan melakukan komunikasi intens kepada orang tua/wali murid. Proses pembelajaran daring yang sudah dilakukan terlihat adanya berbagai faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat selama pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan oleh guru kelas VKendala yang dihadapi antara lain kurangnya alat komunikasi untuk berjalannya proses pembelajaran daring. Kurangnya prasarana yang memadai memberi dampak kepada siswa terhadap komunikasi dengan guru.

Abstract

The development of IT-based Pop-Up Book learning media is expected to help students to improve their understanding of knowledge and improve the learning process of students. The purpose of this study is to produce a product, namely IT-based Pop-Up Book learning media in Indonesian language learning for grade II of elementary school. This research method uses the Research and Development (RnD) type of research and uses the ADDIE development model. The results of this study are to determine the validity of the learning media that was validated by experts. The validation of material experts showed a percentage of 80% and the validation of media experts obtained a percentage of 85%. While the results of the student response questionnaire obtained a percentage of 94% and the teacher's response obtained a percentage of 93%. From the results of these percentages, it shows that the IT-based Pop-Up Book learning media is able to attract the attention and interest of students to make it easier for students to understand the material that has been delivered.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low participation of Special Needs Elementary School (SDLB) students in physical education activities, which hinders the optimal development of their gross motor skills. One contributing factor is the use of monotonous teaching methods that are less adaptive to the needs of students with special needs. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of a modified traditional jump rope game in improving the motor activity of SDLB students. The study employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, conducted in two cycles. The subjects were 20 students with various disabilities, including mild intellectual disabilities, autism, and learning difficulties. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through observation sheets measuring balance, movement coordination, leg strength, active participation, and movement independence. The results revealed significant improvements across all indicators from Cycle I to Cycle II. The percentage of students in the well-developed – very well-developed category increased from 65% to 90% for balance, from 70% to 85% for movement coordination, from 70% to 90% for leg strength, from 70% to 90% for active participation, and from 65% to 88% for movement independence. These findings demonstrate that the modified jump rope game effectively enhances gross motor skills, self-confidence, and student engagement. It is recommended that this strategy be implemented sustainably with adequate facilities and teacher training to design adaptive and enjoyable learning activities for students with special needs.

Abstract

SD Negeri 2 Asrikaton  Sebagai bangsa yang besar, kita harus mampu mengembangkan budaya literasi sebagai prasyarat kecakapan hidup abad ke-21 melalui pendidikan yang terintegrasi, mulai dari keluarga, sekolah, sampai dengan masyarakat. Pintu masuk untuk mengembangkan budaya literasi bangsa adalah melalui penyediaan bahan bacaan dan peningkatan minat baca anak. Sebagai bagian penting dari penumbuhan budi pekerti, minat baca anak perlu dipupuk sejak usia dini mulai dari lingkungan keluarga. Minat baca yang tinggi, didukung dengan ketersediaan bahan bacaan yang bermutu dan terjangkau, akan mendorong pembiasaan membaca dan menulis, baik di sekolah maupun di masyarakat. Pada SD Negeri 2 Asrikaton, Kabupaten Malang ingin mendukung kegiatan   literasi di sekolah, oleh karenanya baik bahan ajar, media, dan kegiatan-kegiatan lainnya perlu diadakan di sekolah. Salah satu perangkat bahan ajar yang sesuai kebutuhan di sekolah adalah media pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu alat penyampai pesan kepada siswa. Dengan adanya medianya dapat membantu Gerakan literasi di sekolah. Salah satu media literasi yang dapat digunakan adalah media big book yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, akan tetapi media big book yang digunakan pada umumnya masih berbasis teks masih belum mencerminkan media oleh karenanya pelu dilakukan kegiatan pendampingan di sekolah.

Abstract

The Role of Sports, Peer Support, and Teacher Involvement in Bullying: A Quantitative Study from the Teachers’ Perspective. Objectives: The research aims to analyze teachers' perceptions of the direct effects of sports activities, colleagues' support, and their role in bullying behavior; to explore the mediating role of mental health; and to examine the moderating effect of self-regulation from the teachers' perspective. Methods: A quantitative method involving Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was employed. The sample consisted of 250 sixth-grade elementary school teachers in the Rampah District. The data were collected using a 5-point Likert scale structured questionnaire that assessed teachers' perceptions of student bullying behavior, mental health, peer support, and self-regulation. The data were then processed to evaluate the measurement model and the structural model. Findings: This study revealed that teachers regarded sports activities and their role as the primary direct factors influencing the reduction of bullying. The study results indicated that the proposed direct influence of peer support on bullying (H2) was not confirmed (β = -0,021, p = 0,312). Rather, the teachers viewed peer support as a significant indirect influence, leading to a notable improvement in students' mental health (β = 0.494, p < 0.001), which in turn contributed to a decrease in bullying behavior. The teachers' perceptions suggested that mental health was a significant mediator in the relationship between the protective school factors and bullying behavior. Moreover, according to teachers' assessments, self-regulation had a moderating effect and was instrumental in elevating the impact of mental health on bullying abatement. The model accounts for 37.7% of the variance in teachers' perceptions of mental health and 50.8% of the variance in bullying behavior, with a predictive relevance (Q²) of 0.694, indicating strong explanatory power. Conclusion: The findings confirm that preventing bullying in schools requires a comprehensive strategy that incorporates physical activities, peer relationships, teacher participation, and mental health promotion, facilitated by self-regulation training. This research contributes to the current conceptual models of bullying prevention from the perspective of teachers, providing practical advice for creating a safer and more supportive educational setting grounded in educators' viewpoints. Keywords: bullying, sports activities, peer support, teacher’s role, mental health, self-regulation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the traditional game Gobak Sodor as a medium for developing gross motor skills in elementary school students physical education. The research employed a true experimental pretest–posttest control group design involving 40 children aged 7–9 years from SD Nusantara Jakarta Timur. Participants were randomly assigned to an experimental group, which participated in structured Gobak Sodor sessions twice a week for four weeks, and a control group, which performed conventional physical education activities. The gross motor observation sheet served as the instrument to assess strength, agility, balance, and coordination. Data from pretests and posttests were analyzed using paired sample t-tests and independent sample t-tests via SPSS version 25, with a significance level of 0.05. The results indicated a significant improvement in the experimental group (mean score increased from 15.22 to 76.11) compared with the control group (12.17 to 62.67), with p = 0.003. These findings confirm that Gobak Sodor positively influences gross motor skill enhancement in elementary school students, while also promoting social interaction and cultural appreciation through play-based learning. The study’s limitations include a short intervention period and a relatively small sample size. Future research should involve larger samples and explore other traditional games to enhance generalizability and deepen understanding of culturally grounded physical education strategies.

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the needs analysis carried out by the researchers at SDN Gadingkulon II, researchers obtained information that students had difficulty understanding material during the pandemic, students were also less enthusiastic about carrying out online learning, students were late in collecting and doing assignments. This is because the material provided is in the form of documents in the form of pdf, doc and Power Point. Questions given through the googleform platform. With these problems, learning activities during the pandemic cannot run well. Therefore, the problems that exist in the field must be addressed immediately. From the problems above, it can be overcome by developing LPDD based on digital picture stories. The purpose of this research is to develop LKPD teaching materials based on picture stories that can be used as an alternative to teaching materials used during the COVID-19 pandemic that are feasible, practical and effective and in accordance with the characteristics of students. This study uses the ADDIE development model which consists of five steps: Analyze (analyze), Design (design), Develop (development), Implementation (implementation), and Evaluation (evaluation). The subjects of this study were 4th grade students. The data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The final result of the research shows that the validation results can be said to be feasible where the validation results from material experts get a validity level of 85.5% of these results have entered the valid or feasible type. which of these results can also be said to be valid or feasible to be tested. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve students' mood state and motivation to learn through blended learning versus full online. This research is quantitative with the use of experimental methods. Participants in this study were students from University of Muhammadiyah Malang (n=42) who take physical education courses. The forty-two participants were allocated to the blended learning group (n=21) and full online group (n=21). The instruments in this study used the mood states and motivation questionnaire. The intervention program was carried out for four weeks with three weekly meetings. The raw data in this study will be analyzed using the SPSS application to find the mean and standard deviation, normality test, and homogeneity test. Independent sample t-test was used to test the difference in pre-test and post-test mood state scores and student motivation. The level of significance used in this study is 0.05. The study results found that there was a significant difference in effect between blended learning and full online and the data proved that blended learning had a better effect than full online. This research contributes to developing a learning system that can be used in the new normal era so that lecturers can create optimal lectures.
