<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The development of Syariah Banking system in Indonesia in several years is fast enough, based on the data in the beginning of years 2015, which is profitably in 198,25 (Billion) IDR was increased to 258,10 Billion) IDR for September 2016, it is assumed to increased in 30,19 %. The profit was taken from three Syariah Banking system (202,76 (Billion) IDR with 78,56 % market share), while the comparative of Syariah banking system toward conventional banking system is 29,518 (Billion) IDR that has just reached 0,87 %. The market share is increased 0.07 % compared with September 2015 that is 0,80 %. There is anfluctuative increasing until 2016. This research aims at finding out : (1) the share holding is positively and significantly influencing toward the Mudarabah deposit, (2) the level of money interest is negatively and significantly toward the Mudarabah deposit. Data of this research is taken from the monthly report of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia and Indonesian Bank (BI). The data analyzed by using multiple regression method. This research is a case study at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. The study population is the Financial statement and balance sheet of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia and data that is taken from Indonesian Bank (BI) about Mudarabah deposit, the level of share holding and the level of money interest during 2016-2018. Variables which are explored in this research includes the share holding, the level of money interest and Mudarabah deposit. Data was collected by using documentation. The result of this research has shown us that there is a positive and significant influence from the level of share holding and the level of money interest of Mudarabah deposit. The level of money interest has a negative and significant influence toward the Mudarabah deposit.]]>

<![CDATA[Latar belakang: Nyeri dalam persalinan adalah suatu hal yang fisiologis akibat kontraksi otot rahim. Akupresur merupakan salah satu tehnik untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri dalam persalinan.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas terapi akupresur terhadap intensitas nyeri persalinan kala I fase aktif pada primipara di Puskesmas II Sumpiuh Kabupaten Banyumas tahun 2013.Metode: Jenis penelitian ini Pre Experimental dengan rancangan one group pretest - posttes design. Populasi da- lam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu primipara kala I fase aktif yang berjumlah 30 orang. Sampel yang digunakan merupakan total sampling.Hasil penelitian: sebelum dilakukan terapi akupresur responden lebih banyak dalam kategori nyeri berat, sesudah diberikan terapi sebagian besar dalam kategori nyeri sedang. Ada pengaruh terapi akupresur terhadap intensitas nyeri persalinan kala I fase aktif pada primipara di Puskesmas II Sumpiuh Kabupaten Banyumas tahun 2013 de- ngan nilai p value 0,0001.Saran: ibu bersalin agar mau menerima pemberian terapi akupresur saat proses persalinan. Bagi bidan sebaiknya mengikuti pelatihan akupresur supaya kompeten dan mengaplikasikan terapi akupresur kepada ibu bersalin. De- ngan penerapan terapi akupresur saat pertolongan persalinan diharapkan dapat mengurangi nyeri selama persalin-an dan memberikan pengalaman yang menyenangkan pada ibu bersalin.ABSTRACTBackground: Pain in labor is a physiological thing as a result of the contraction of the uterine muscle. Acupressure is one of the techniques to reduce pain in labour.Objective: This research was to know the effectiveness of accupressure therapy toward pain intensity first stage of labor in primipara active phase I at Public Health Care Sumpiuh II, Banyumas District in 2013.Method: Type of the research was Pre experimental with one group pretest-postest design. The population was 30 maternals primipara active phase of the first stage. The sample used was total sampling.Result: before getting accupressure therapy, the majority of respondents were in severe pain category, after getting therapy, mostly in moderate pain category. There was the effect of acupressure therapy on pain intensity of active phase of the first stage of labor in primipara at Public Health Care II Sumpiuh Banyumas in 2013 with p value of 0.0001.Suggestion: Mom will be expected to receive maternity acupressure therapy in labor proccess. Suggesting for midwives to follow accupressure training and applicate that therapy to maternity. By applying that therapy in labor proccess is expected to reduce pain during labor in accordance to give new and excite experience for maternity.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of a system of self-assessment and tax amnesty to the compliance against the requirements of the taxpayer in the Tax Inspectorate Tebet Jakarta. Multiple regression analysis was used in this study. All taxpayers who are registered in the Tax Administration of Tibet included in this study. The formula of this research is to use a measurement scale on the Likert scale.. And the total number of people in this sample is 100 (one hundred). The results of this study show that the system self-assessment and tax amnesty influence taxpayer compliance against the Requirements of the Tax Inspectorate Tebet Jakarta. This is indicated by the results of Fcount in 93.986 and Ftable 3.090, which shows that the Fcount is greater than Ftable, and that its own assessment on the quality of the systemic and the variables of the Tax Amnesty has a significant impact on compliance with the requirements of the taxpayer in the Tax Inspectorate Tebet Jakarta.]]>

<![CDATA[Strategy of ARIAS setting cooperative learning model of NHT type a strategy and learning model has five phases; assurance, relevance, interest, assessment, and stimulation. That’s strategy implemented by setting cooperative learning model NHT. The study aimed at examining (1) learning motivation of Biology of students taught by using ARIAS learning strategies setting cooperative learning model NHT types, (2) learning motivation of Biology of students taught by using ARIAS learning strategies setting direct learning model, (3) students’ learning outcomes of Biology taught by using ARIAS learning strategy of cooperative learning model of NHT type, (4) students’ learning outcomes of Biology taught by using ARIAS learning strategy of direct learning model, (5) the influence of the implementation of ARIAS learning strategies of cooperative learning model of NHT type on students’ learning motivation and students’ learning outcomes of Biology. This study was a quasi-experiment. The population was all of grade IPA students at SMA. Samples were selected by employing purposive sampling technique. The results of study revealed that(1) students’ learning motivation of Biology in the control class improved with the average score by 12,49; (2) students’ learning motivation of Biology in the experiment class improved with the average score by by24,93; (3) students’ learning outcomes of Biology in the control class improved with the average score by 22,44; (4) students’ learning outcomes of Biology in the experimental class improved with the average score by 35,44; (5) the implementation of ARIAS strategy of cooperative learning model of NHT type gave significant influence toward students' learning motivation and the biology learning outcomes of Biology.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the role of the majelis ta ‟lim in developing human qualities in society. Taklim Assembly is regulated in Article 26 paragraph 4 of RI Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. This study uses a qualitative approach with triangulation analysis. The results of this study found that the existence of the Ta'lim Assembly in the era of globalization is very important and one of the most important strongholds in counteracting the negative effects of globalization itself. besides that it also functions as a fostering and developing Islamic religion, a park of spiritual recreation, an arena of silaturrahmi, a means of continuous dialogue between ulama, umaroh and the people and as a medium to convey the idea of modernization that is beneficial for the development of the people.]]>

<![CDATA[Tiktok application user are increasing every year, as are the features in it. The application is popular with various groups, especially teenagers. This study is intended to descraibe the self-concept of adolescent user of the Tiktok application in the city of Lamongan. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive from, then uses a purpose sampling data collection technique with a total of four active teenage participans using the Tiktok. Application in the city of Lamongan. The theory used in this study is the Hurlock’s self-concept theory, using several indicators of factors that influence the growth of self-concept in adolescents. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observations, and documentation, while the results of the findings in the field were then processed using data processing methods from Lexy J Moleng. The results of this study indicate that adolescent users of the Tiktok application in lamongan city have a positive self-concept. Keywords : Self-concept, Teenagers, Tiktok application.]]>

<![CDATA[Perception is the experience of an object, phenomenon, or connection obtained by inferring information and interpreting a message. The perceptions of individuals can be very different even if the objects we observe are the same. This research is about the perception of the traditional fishing community of Tarek Pukat which aims to find out the efforts made by the traditional fishing community of Tarek Pukat to preserve the local wisdom of marine coastal conservation in Gampong Jawa. In this study, a sample was selected by 12 traditional fishermen of Tarek Pukat while the instrument consisted of questionnaires and interview guidelines. The results of the data collection found that the perception of traditional fishing communities of Tarek Pukat towards local wisdom efforts for marine coastal conservation, generally fishermen showed positive perceptions. It can be seen from the answer to questionnaires and interviews that fishermen have understood the meaning of local wisdom and how local wisdom includes in daily habits by doing an activity such as clean of the coastal areas through social works, prohibited to throw trash on the sea related to the marine life preservation. Fishermen also understand the forbidden day of Tarek Pukat, which is on Friday and the day of religion commemorates and the Independence Day celebration. The other understanding that fishermen reflect about local wisdom is not to cut the trees of Aron which planting along the coast. It caused fish on the sea difficult to breed. Apart from that, the system of Tarek Pukat that fishermen do by local wisdom, still observes the coastal mouth areas in order to obtain the quality of the fish that they catch. <![CDATA[The concept of human capital and strategic human resource management are critical to ensure success. Human capital is crucial to increase assets and give long-term advantages to both an enterprise and a country. However, the COVID-19 pandemic which began in early 2020 and still continues today is the reason behind the issues of health deterioration and low life expectancy rates. Similarly, the quality of learning suffered severe disturbance during the pandemic. As a result, this situation is critical for the overall development of human capital in Indonesia. The government's challenging task in the future is to develop a plan to ameliorate the situation in different affected areas such as health, education, and employment. This article examines various literature and supporting data that are relevant to the role of human capital in development in a country, current conditions, obstacles, achievements, and strategies that must be implemented in the framework of recovery from disruptions caused by the global economic crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic, both of which disrupted the overall economic order. This report also illustrates how Indonesia's situation improves human capital while also highlighting its successes.
