Abstract

Publik selalu menuntut kualitas pelayanan publik dari birokrat, meskipun tuntutan ini tidak sesuai dengan harapan karena pelayanan publik secara empiris yang terjadi selama ini masih ditandai dengan hal-hal seperti berbelit-belit, lambat, mahal, ketidakpastian melelahkan, Dalam keadaan seperti itu terjadi karena orang masih diposisikan sebagai pihak yang "melayani" tidak dilayani. Jika dianggap isu-isu pelayanan publik di Indonesia, masalah utama dari pelayanan publik saat ini dikaitkan dengan peningkatan kualitas layanan itu sendiri. Menurut Albrecht dan (Zemke & Schaaf, 1990) kualitas pelayanan publik merupakan hasil interaksi dari berbagai aspek, sistem pelayanan, sumber daya manusia penyedia layanan, strategi, dan pelanggan. Sementara (Elia et al., 2003) menyatakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan tergantung pada aspek- aspek seperti bagaimana pola pelaksanaannya, dukungan sumber daya manusia, dan manajemen kelembagaan. Perspektif Baru untuk Layanan Publik dan Pemerintahan yang Baik dianggap paling tepat untuk kondisi saat ini dalam menangani isu-isu pelayanan publik di Indonesia, dengan menggunakan model seperti piagam warga teladan, model KYC (Know Your Customer), dan m-Government model. Kata Kunci : Masalah, Kualitas, Pelayanan Publik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan besarnya pengaruh: Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, Dan Kemampuan Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Badan Kesatuan Bangsa Dan Politik Kabupaten Kerinci secara Silmultan dan Parsial. Populasi  dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh PNS pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa Dan Politik Kabupaten Kerinci yang berjumlah 30 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reabelitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Badan Kesatuan BangsaDan Politik Kabupaten Kerinci, ini dibuktikan dengan dibuktikan t hitung > t tabel (2,101 > 2,05553). Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Badan Kesatuan BangsaDan Politik Kabupaten Kerinci, ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung > t tabel (2,549 > 2,05553). Kemampuan Kerja Kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Badan Kesatuan BangsaDan Politik Kabupaten Kerinci, ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung < t tabel (- 0,893 < 2,05553). Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kepemimpinan, Lngkungan Kerjai, Dan Kemampuan Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Badan Kesatuan Bangsa Dan Politik Kabupaten Kerinci yaitu dapat dibuktikan dengan F hitung .> F tabel (3,319 > 2,96). Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kemampuan Kerja terhadap prestasi kerja Badan Kesbangpol Kabupaten Kerinci sebesar 27,7% sedangkan sisanya (100% - 27,7%) yaitu 72,3% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

A leader is said to be transformational when he can inspire his subordinates to accept the vision of the organization as his own while trying to improve the values of his organization. In the organization, the role of the leader is very big for the achievement of the goals of the organization. This study aims to analyze the Dimensions of Transformational Leadership in Improving Knowledge Management of Village Official in Sungai Penuh City. This research was conducted in Sungai Penuh City with village officials as research subjects. Details of 69 villages in Sungai Penuh City with case studies located in 3 sub-districts, namely Kumun Debai District, Pondok Tinggi District, and Sungai Bungkal District. So from 3 sub-districts with 21 villages, the number of respondents in this study was 124 village officials. Sources of data were obtained from interviews (interviews) and a list of questions (questionnaires). This research uses Structural Equation Models (SEM) data analysis and uses AMOS as an analytical tool. The results showed that the large influence of the dimensions of Transformational leadership which consisted of four consisting of Idealized influence, Individualized consideration, Inspirational motivation, and Intellectual stimulation had an effect of 44.7% on Transformational leadership in Village Official in Sungai Penuh City. Transformational leadership has an effect of 13.3% on the knowledge management of village officials in Sungai Penuh City.

Abstract

This study is to examine the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Capital on Knowledge Management, and if this relationship exists and to examine whether Knowledge Sharing has a mediating role in this relationship. The importance and expected contribution of this research is to explain the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Capital, and to provide new perspectives to employees at the Kerinci District Secretariat and to contribute to previous scientific studies of these variables in a constructive way. To analyze the data, The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used from the AMOS Version 22 statistical software package in modeling and hypothesis analysis. From this research, it was found that Transformational Leadership directly had a better effect on Knowledge Management, and if Transformational Leadership through Knowledge Sharing would weaken Knowledge Management at the Regional Secretariat of Kerinci Regency. Meanwhile, Organizational Capital indirectly through Knowledge Sharing has a better influence on Knowledge Management, in the sense that Organizational Capital through Transformational Leadership can strengthen Knowledge Management at the Regional Secretariat of Kerinci Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada detail hotel.Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda.Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan Teknik sampel jenuh dengan 15 responden.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (kuesioner).Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Hotel Kerinci, hal ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung < t tabel (0,278 < 2, , 20099) Motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Hotel Kerinci, hal ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung < t tabel (-0,515 < 2,20099) Kepuasan Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Hotel Kerinci, hal ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung < t tabel (-0,347 < 2,20099) Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada Hotel Kerinci, hal ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung > t mampu (4.716 > 2,20099) Motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja di Hotel Kerinci, hal ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung < t tabel (1,928 < 2,44691) Kepuasan Kerja berperan sebagai variabel intervening untuk pengaruh Kompensasi (X1) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) Kepuasan Kerja berperan sebagai variabel intervening untuk pengaruh Motivasi (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y).

Abstract

This research is aimed to find out the influence of career developmentand motivation on the performance of employees taking case study at DinasKoperasi and UMKM Kerinci both partially and simultaneously, and also to findout how much influence partially and simultaneously. Using Likert scaleanalysis tools and multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samplesresearched as many as 41 people which is also the total population of employeesof Dinas Koperasi and UMKM Kabupaten Kerinci. The result of the research iseither partially or simultaneously the variable of career development andmotivation have an effect on significantly to employee performance. Theconclusion obtained through this research is, the need for increased coachingactivities for employees, such as technical guidance, coordination meetings andso on.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 19 Kerinci. This research is categorized as associative causal research of quantitative approach with questionnaire instrument. The population in this study is all teachers of SMP Negeri 19 Kerinci as many as 30 people. Sampling technique by means of saturated sampling technique or census. The sample in this study is by taking the population or as many as 30 samples. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data obtained by relevant agencies and journals to support this research. Instrument validity test using Correclation Bivariate formula, while reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. Measurers proved to be valid and reliable for research instruments. Multiple regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis of this research. The results showed that: Motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 19 Kerinci (β) 0.461. with significance of 0.004. Work discipline (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Teacher of SMP Negeri 19 Kerinci (β) 0,684 with significance equal to 0.000. And based on the test results of the two independent variables tested individually the most dominant in influencing the performance of Teachers SMP Negeri 19 Kerinci is the discipline of work (with coefficient 0.684). Then it can be concluded that in this study work discipline (X2) is a partial factor that significantly affect Performance (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of work discipline, organizational culture and nonphysical working environment against work productivity in food crops, holticulture and plantation department at sungai penuh city partially and simultaneous. Respondents to this study is The Food Crops, Holticulture and Plantation Department at Sungai Penuh City 43 people. Instrument in this study have passed the stage of test validity and reliability, by performing multiple linear regressaion test, statistical test, determination of koefesien F (simultaneous) and the test statistic t (partial). The result of the research there is influence between work discipline towards work productivity as evidenced by t hitung > t tabel (2,173 > 2,022) as well as the significance value = 0,036 < 0,05. There is the influence of organizational culture toward work productivity as evidenced by t hitung > t tabel (2,499 > 2,022) as well as the significance value = 0,017 < 0,05. There is the influence of nonphysical working environment against workproductivity as evidenced by t hitung > t tabel (4,910 > 2,022) as well as the significance value = 0,000 < 0,05. Simultaneously, work discipline, organizational culture and nonphysical working environment towards work productivity as evidenced by F hitung > F tabel (29,827 > 2,85) as well as the significance value = 0,000 < 0,05. Data analysis results showed big influence work discipline towards work productivity in persial of 15,67%, large influence organizational culture towards work productivity in persial amounted to 17,47% and great nonphysical working environment towards work productivity in persial of 36,42%. Data analysis results showed big influence work discipline, organizational culture and nonphysical working environment toward work productivity simultaneously of 69.7%.

Abstract

The study aims to investigate the impact of e-service quality and e-returns service quality on e-customer loyalty in the Hotel in Kerinci and Sungai Penuh. It is a quantitative study. Purposive sampling was used with a questionnaire distributed to 80 hotel employees. Results indicate hhat Green Transformational Leadership and Green Servant Leadership directly influence Green Human Resources Management on Green Creativity. Green Human Resources Management and Green Creativity, strengthening the exchange relationship between employees and the organization by valuing their contributions. When green practices and changes benefit the hotel, employees will work harder and enjoy eco-friendly tasks. Encourage employees` environmental creativity.
