Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan brand awareness Wirausaha Baru (WUB) di bawah naungan Koperasi Bunda Sejahtera Depok melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan social media marketing. Latar belakang program ini adalah rendahnya pemanfaatan media sosial secara optimal oleh UMKM/WUB dalam membangun citra merek, meskipun media sosial memiliki potensi besar memperluas pasar. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup edukasi konsep brand awareness dan strategi social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business), praktik pembuatan konten kreatif, interaksi dengan audiens, dan optimalisasi fitur platform. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan seluruh indikator valid dan konsisten. Uji validitas menggunakan Pearson Correlation menunjukkan bahwa seluruh indikator memiliki nilai korelasi di atas r tabel (0,444) dan signifikan pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (p < 0,05), sehingga semua indikator dinyatakan valid. Cronbach’s Alpha brand awareness =0,763, berada pada kategori cukup (acceptable); social media marketing =0,827, berada pada kategori tinggi (good). Analisis hasil menunjukkan pemahaman peserta terhadap brand awareness dengan nilai rata-rata 84%, kategori Paham dimana kekuatan pada top of mind dan unaided recall.  Pemahaman keterampilan social media marketing nilai rata-rata 82%, kategori Paham, dimana keunggulan pada customization dan interaction. Program ini berdampak pada peningkatan kapasitas usaha, kualitas produk, dan jangkauan pemasaran, serta selaras dengan SDGs pada tujuan ke-8, ke-9, ke-17, dan Indikator Kinerja Utama perguruan tinggi yaitu IKU 2, 3, 5. Rekomendasi yang dapat disampaikan mencakup penguatan strategi branding visual, pemanfaatan tren digital, dan peningkatan electronic word of mouth untuk memperluas pasar secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are the backbone of the national economy. They are capable of driving the community economic growth and absorbing a large workforce. Despite the quality of products produced by SMEs being on par with those from manufacturers, the simple packaging often makes these products less attractive, limiting market reach and competitiveness. This issue is compounded by the lack of understanding and skills among SMEs regarding the importance of packaging design and how to redesign currect packaging to make the products itself more attractive. This community service innitiative aimed to address these issues through socialization efforts that emphasized the significance of packaging design and the need for attractive product packaging redesign. Pre-test and post-test results conducted before and after the socialization indicated an increased understanding among participants about the importance of packaging design and redesigning, which can enhance consumer interest and boost sales

Abstract

The banking industry certainly has a role to play in the success of this initiative through a sustainable finance program. Sustainable finance is a global trend that represents a new paradigm in the world of banking and other financial institutions that help implement sustainable development. Sustainable development is a development effort based on three directions: benefits, society, and protection of natural resources and the environment. In this study, the authors use traditional methods and the Makassid Shariah Index (MSI) to assess the impact of corporate governance, intellectual capital, and financial performance on sustainable financial practices in the Indonesian Islamic financial services industry. 2017-2021 (5 years). The sample of this research is processed from the annual report data of Islamic banks in Indonesia by using the panel data regression analysis method. Based on this research, the influence of corporate governance, intellectual capital, and financial performance using traditional methods and the Makassid Shariah Index (MSI) is shown in the practice of sustainable finance. The independent variable, GCG, is determined by the composite self-assessment score of each Islamic bank, value added intellectual capital (VAIC), financial performance and return on investment (ROA), net funding (NPF), and the Makassid Shariah Index (MSI) and the dependent variable, sustainable financing, is approximated by the Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR). A study of Islamic banks in Indonesia also shows that the GCG, VAIC, ROA, NPF, and MSI variables all have a positive effect on the FSR variable, with an R-squared model value of 0.9959. variables in this study.

Abstract

Increasingly tight business competition encourages entrepreneurs to always give the best to consumers such as maintaining product quality. Quality is a factor that can improve the competitiveness of a product. With the improvement of quality, the cost of production will be more minor to reduce waste. Product failure occurs due to several factors: raw materials, machinery, equipment, people and the environment. To maintain the quality of the products produced and by the market's needs, it is necessary to conduct quality control (Quality Control) on the process activities carried out.
