Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are the backbone of the national economy. They are capable of driving the community economic growth and absorbing a large workforce. Despite the quality of products produced by SMEs being on par with those from manufacturers, the simple packaging often makes these products less attractive, limiting market reach and competitiveness. This issue is compounded by the lack of understanding and skills among SMEs regarding the importance of packaging design and how to redesign currect packaging to make the products itself more attractive. This community service innitiative aimed to address these issues through socialization efforts that emphasized the significance of packaging design and the need for attractive product packaging redesign. Pre-test and post-test results conducted before and after the socialization indicated an increased understanding among participants about the importance of packaging design and redesigning, which can enhance consumer interest and boost sales

Abstract

The banking industry certainly has a role to play in the success of this initiative through a sustainable finance program. Sustainable finance is a global trend that represents a new paradigm in the world of banking and other financial institutions that help implement sustainable development. Sustainable development is a development effort based on three directions: benefits, society, and protection of natural resources and the environment. In this study, the authors use traditional methods and the Makassid Shariah Index (MSI) to assess the impact of corporate governance, intellectual capital, and financial performance on sustainable financial practices in the Indonesian Islamic financial services industry. 2017-2021 (5 years). The sample of this research is processed from the annual report data of Islamic banks in Indonesia by using the panel data regression analysis method. Based on this research, the influence of corporate governance, intellectual capital, and financial performance using traditional methods and the Makassid Shariah Index (MSI) is shown in the practice of sustainable finance. The independent variable, GCG, is determined by the composite self-assessment score of each Islamic bank, value added intellectual capital (VAIC), financial performance and return on investment (ROA), net funding (NPF), and the Makassid Shariah Index (MSI) and the dependent variable, sustainable financing, is approximated by the Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR). A study of Islamic banks in Indonesia also shows that the GCG, VAIC, ROA, NPF, and MSI variables all have a positive effect on the FSR variable, with an R-squared model value of 0.9959. variables in this study.

Abstract

Project control is a structured effort to establish standards in accordance with the plan, design information systems, compare implementation with established standards, analyze potential deviations, and take corrective actions necessary to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources in line with the set targets. Each project has its own specific plan and schedule, determining the start and end time of the project, implementation methods, and resource allocation. Operational challenges often arise in project planning, such as resource shortages, improper allocation, delays, and other issues that may hinder the achievement of project goals as planned. This research utilizes a descriptive quantitative approach, which is a research method that describes the specific conditions of the project through the analysis of available data. This article will discuss the cost variance (CV) and schedule variance (SV) in the development of Griya Jenggala at PT. Sarana Loka Almika, evaluate the cost performance index (CPI) and schedule performance index (SPI) in the development of Griya Jenggala to assess its effectiveness, estimate the cost at completion (EAC) and estimated duration at completion (EAS) required to complete the Griya Jenggala project, as well as provide an estimation of potential profits or losses that may arise in the Griya Jenggala development project.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the marketing mix (7Ps), consisting of product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process, on consumer satisfaction in digital SMEs. A quantitative approach was employed by distributing questionnaires to digital SME consumers, and the data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The findings reveal that three variables, namely product, place, and physical evidence, significantly affect consumer satisfaction. Products are perceived to meet consumer needs with sufficient variety and clear information, place emerges as the most dominant factor by providing easy access to shipping and payment information, ratings, and reviews, while physical evidence supports satisfaction through clear platform design and informative product visuals. In contrast, price, promotion, people, and process do not significantly influence satisfaction. These results indicate that digital SME consumers prioritize information accessibility, visual quality, and platform reliability over low prices or excessive promotion. The study offers practical implications for digital SMEs to strengthen visual presentation and information clarity while suggesting future research to incorporate variables such as digital trust and user experience to achieve more comprehensive findings.
