Abstract

A technopreneur's social network is a key factor in the early stages of the entrepreneurial process which includes the stages of searching for ideas, acquiring resources, and gaining legitimacy for the development of his business. It is hoped that a technopreneur's ability to create, manage and maintain social networks can improve the performance of the business he starts. This research aimed to map the social network of technopreneurs in the early stages of their entrepreneurial process and analyze their evolution in the three initial stages. The technopreneur social networks studied were betweenness, centrality, density and diversity. Networks are built using an ego network approach. The egos used were eight new businesses that are members of a business incubator with the criteria of food and non-food agro-industry, business unit age 2 – 5 years, in wall which means having an office in the incubator and out wall which means having an office outside the incubator. The network was analyzed using software. The results of the analysis show that technopreneurs who are on the in wall have a denser network than those on the out wall due to the large number of actors who come from the incubator network. The parameter values of betweenness, centrality, diversity and density change at each stage of the entrepreneurial process. Technopreneurs need diversity and betweenness in the idea search phase to increase the flow of information and ideas. Technopreneurs need centrality and density in the resource acquisition phase to increase resource access. Centrality and density are needed in the legitimacy phase to increase a technopreneur's reputation. Keywords: agroindustry, entrepreneurial stages, social networking, technopreneur

A systematic literature review was conducted using the PRISMA model and 53 papers were selected after had been screened. The results showed that: 1) research’s objects encompass various types of manufacturing industries, such as pulp & paper, chemical, mining, automotive, SMEs, and diverse organizations which came from 22 countries, whereas China, European countries, and African countries are likely paid intensive intension regarding the three dimensions of research’s objects. The methods used in existing studies mostly focused on factor analysis, qualitative/descriptive, and system dynamic. However, soft system was the least commonly utilized in buyer-supplier relationship in context of industries’ competitiveness, 2) Service quality positively affects customers’ satisfaction, trust, customer and brand loyalty, and it is also a strong mediator to green logistics performance. Customers’ perceptions on service quality and brand can take precedence over traditional competitive advantages due to increased level of competition and customers’ changing expectations. Adopting ethics as a policy could be an advantage for business to stay competitive. Furthermore, relational governance requires trust and information sharing so that building a trustworthy buyer-supplier relationship is critical for successful supply chain management, 3) Paper industry is still considered a research trend, therefore focusing in integrating both soft and hard systems approach for strategy development is the most appropriate in order to improve its’ competitiveness as the basis for upcoming research. Abstract

Prefab building construction is chosen because the construction process is faster than conventional buildings, especially in emergency situations such as the COVID pandemic. The main problem at PT XYZ in selling prefabs is the price. The price components that affect the high price are COGS prefab, expedition cost, insurance cost and installation cost. This problem needs to be evaluated starting from production costs, supply chain to installation costs in order to provide a price quote that can be below the ceiling price of the buyer or owner, which is what the research attempted to discuss. Referring to these problems, in this research the authors used a descriptive method, a case study approach with data processing and analysis techniques consisting of descriptive analysis of the company and analysis of the company's internal and external environment. The analysis, which is used to formulate strategies and the process of using them, is Value Chain analysis, SAP-LAP Analysis, and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). This analysis is interrelated in determining the weight on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Hierarchy to determine Strategies to improve Competitiveness Based on Value Chain on Prefab Products. The highest weight value is Improving Product Quality with a weight value of 0.433. What is meant by improving product quality is meeting quality standards. This product quality improvement starts from the quality of the vendor's product materials, the production process in the factory, the handling process during the manufacturing process, and the quality of the product.

Abstract

Energy consumption such as oil and gas which still tends to be high makes business opportunities in the energy sector considered to have promising prospects. One of the energy products that are needed by the people of Indonesia is LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas). PT XYZ is a 3 kg subsidized LPG agent company that is classified as a highly regulated industry business, namely all of its business activities are supervised and regulated by the government and related agencies in this case through Pertamina. In industries that are tightly regulated, business competition between actors becomes very tight even though the barrier of entry is also high. To be able to enter this industry, business people must meet several requirements including requirements, capital, including the required LPG base permit. This strategy formulation at PT XYZ needs to be studied as a case of applying strategic management theory to a subsidized LPG distribution company. Data processing and data analysis methods in this study used descriptive analysis and three-stage analysis of strategy formulation. A tool for the three-stage analysis of strategy formulation using an internal factor matrix (IFE), external factor matrix (EFE), IE matrix, SWOT matrix and QSPM. Based on the IE matrix score, the position of cooperative is in first quadrant which means growing and building. The formulation of alternative strategies was based on IE matrix analysis and SWOT analysis to produce alternative development strategies. The strategy with the highest priority is based on the results of the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix, namely market penetration with a Sum Total Attractiveness (STAS) value of 6.084. Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are one of the business actors in Indonesia that have considerable potential in supporting the national economy. Business incubators are one of the parties that can play a role in assisting the growth and development of micro, small and medium enterprises, but in practice business incubators face various limitations related to human resources, capital, facilities, coaching, technology, market potential and regulations. The influence of these limitations has an impact on the performance of mentoring or coaching, so it is necessary for business incubators to develop their mentoring programmes to be able to provide assistance in accordance with the needs needed by the current fostered tenants, so as to improve the business performance. This research aims to formulate an appropriate development strategy for the IPB Business Incubator by analysing the internal and external environment of the incubator. The method in this research uses the analysis of Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), SWOT analysis (Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats), and using Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results showed that three strategies were recommended for the development of IPB's Business Incubator, namely developing an online marketing platform that can help market tenant products online, developing incubation programmes that can improve tenant competitiveness, and building cooperation with many parties both nationally and internationally. Abstract

The competitive landscape necessitates that startups have competitive strategies to attract consumers and retain customers. Startups need to realize sustainable business practices where companies cannot solely focus on profit but also implement sustainable business concepts that consider social and economic dimensions. Various digital platforms can be utilized by companies to publicize their business activities. One such startup that applies this strategy is Cleansheet, a sociopreneurship in the field of cleaning service based on empowerment. The research was conducted in Bogor from January to March 2024 through interviews and the distribution of questionnaires to 285 respondents. The results of the SEM analysis show that Cleansheet's customer acquisition is significantly influenced by digital marketing, customer loyalty, and sustainability perception. Meanwhile, customer loyalty is significantly influenced by customer satisfaction, sustainability perception, digital marketing, and service quality. Regarding the indirect effect, customer satisfaction significantly acts as a mediating variable in the partial influence of digital marketing and service quality on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Based on the results of situational analysis, problematic situations, strategies, and the proposed model as explained above, several conclusions can be drawn. The high number of Muslim people in Indonesia encourages companies to innovate in creating new products that are easier for the public to understand, especially related to Sharia insurance. The existing condition of the insurance industry is driven by the real growth trend of Sharia insurance customers, which can be used as a measure of industry growth. When compared with other countries, there are similarities and differences between Sharia and conventional insurance governance. This can be used as a comparative reference to optimize the management of the Sharia insurance industry. Based on the results of the situation analysis, it is known that the current condition of the Sharia insurance industry is not optimal because there has been no serious effort from the regulator to integrate all potential from upstream to downstream in all elements of the Sharia insurance industry. From the results of the interview analysis, it was revealed that the strategy considered to be the most effective and the main priority in developing the Sharia insurance industry is increasing human resource competency through intensive and continuous training. This aims to overcome the shortage of professional human resources in the fields of insurance and sharia economics while ensuring quality improvement.

Abstract

This study investigates the moderating roles of both managerial and community-based inclusive leadership in how an inclusive knowledge system—covering acquisition, dissemination, and utilisation—influences teacher satisfaction and motivation in inclusive primary schools. Conducted in Bogor City, one of West Java's cities with the highest number of students with special needs, the research was carried out from August 2024 to July 2025. Data were collected through a validated questionnaire from participants selected via purposive sampling, including 100 inclusive educators, 10 inclusive school principals, and an expert from the Education Office of  Bogor City, to develop strategic recommendations. Quantitative data were analysed using SEM-PLS and IPMA (with SmartPLS 4 Software). Findings reveal that Teacher Satisfaction was significantly affected by all knowledge systems and managerial inclusive leadership, while Teaching Motivation was influenced only by Knowledge Acquisition and managerial inclusive leadership (p<0.05). Managerial Inclusive Leadership significantly moderated Knowledge Dissemination but did not moderate Knowledge Acquisition and Utilisation at all. Community Inclusive Leadership significantly moderated the effects of Knowledge Dissemination on Teaching Motivation and of Knowledge Acquisition on Teacher Satisfaction. Another important finding is that Teacher Satisfaction does not have a significant effect on Teaching Motivation (p-value = 0.228 > 0.05). IPMA results emphasise that Knowledge Dissemination, Acquisition, and  Managerial Inclusive Leadership are essential but require support due to their weak performance. The study recommends practical steps for the education office and inclusive schools to implement policies and provide facilities that promote knowledge sharing and improve the competence of inclusive educators.

Abstract

Organic vegetables are one of the choices in ensuring safe and quality food that is beneficial for health. However, efforts to ensure organic vegetables that are free from pesticides or other chemicals must still be made as an effort to improve the quality of life. The purpose of this study was to determine customer perceptions of food traceability information on organic vegetables. The method used by the researcher was a quantitative method with descriptive statistical and perceptual analysis. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The technique used in selecting respondents was convenience sampling. Perceptions of food traceability information were assessed through five variables, namely informativeness, trustworthiness, food safety, reliability, product diagnosticity. Food traceability information on organic vegetables was rated very high on the five attributes of traceability information, namely informativeness, trustworthiness, food safety, reliability and product diagnosticity. The results showed that there was a significant difference between men and women in assessing the five attributes. Female respondents tended to rate the five attributes of traceability information on organic vegetables lower than male respondents. Suggestions for further research are that the objects used can be replaced with other food products or other research areas.
