Abstract

ABSTRACTSThis research was conducted in the Mi Fans community in Malang City. This type of research is an explanatory research (quantitative research) through a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, word of mouth, and brand community on customer loyalty. The independent variables used are brand image, word of mouth, and brand community, while the dependent variable is customer loyalty. The sample used in this study was 80 respondents who are members of the Malang City Mi Fans community. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical methods used are instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using the help of SPSS computer data processing software. The results of this study indicate that brand image has a positive effect on customer loyalty, word of mouth has a positive effect on customer loyalty, brand community has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: Brand Image, Word Of Mouth, Brand Community, Customer LoyaltyABSTRACTSThis research was conducted in the Mi Fans community in Malang City. Abstract

Abstract Companies need to have more effective and efficient strategies so as not to lose consumers to sell their products. CV. Maju Djaya Beton said the company was experiencing several problems related to the marketing of its products. Therefore, several new strategies are needed to further increase the advantages and minimize the disadvantages that have a negative impact on the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy of CV. Maju Djaya Beton using SWOT analysis. This study uses data collection methods directly in the field by means of interviews and observations. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that CV. Maju Djaya Beton is in quadrant I position which is a favorable condition for the company. Opportunities can be obtained by maximizing existing strengths. So it can be concluded that the best strategy that must be applied is to use the Growth Oriented Strategy. Keywords: Marketing Strategy, SWOT Analysis, Sale.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to: a) know the partial influence Motivation (X1) and Quality (X2) on Performance (Y). B) to know and analyze simultaneously Motivation and Quality to the Performance of teachers in SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari Malang. This research is a descriptive research with quantitative approach.Sources of data of this research is the distribution of questionnaires (questionnaires and questionnaires) to teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari Malang. The data used is primary data. This analysis was performed using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of motivation and quality partially influence on the performance, while for the motivation variable has no partial influence on performance and for simultaneous test shows that the quality effect simultaneously on the performance.Keywords: Motivation, Quality and Performance

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the effect of reward and punishment on work motivation by taking a case study on Gojek Driver Partners in Malang City. The sample collection method in this study was using the Slovin formula and found a sample of 92 respondents. By using multiple linear regression analysis, and the results of the study show that the effect of reward and punishment has a significant effect on work motivation. The method used in data processing uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis tools through the SPSS 25 application program. Keywords: Reward, Punishment, and Work Motivation

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of viral marketing, online marketing, and lifestyle on buying decisions. The independent variables in this study are viral marketing, online marketing, and lifestyle. While the dependent variable is the buying decision. This type of research is quantitative research, because the primary data with data collection methods is in the form of a questionnaire via google form. The population in this study were customers from FEB UNISMA students batch 2017 who had bought Converse shoes. The data collection technique was carried out using Lemeshow's theoretical technique. Based on this method the number of samples used is 96 respondents. The hypothesis was tested using descriptive statistical analysis, instrument testing, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that viral marketing variables affect buying decisions, online marketing variables affect buying decisions, and lifestyle influences buying decisions. Keywords: Viral Marketing, Online Marketing, Lifestyle, Buying Decision

Abstract

ABSTRACTTaxpayer compliance is an act of obeying the law. There are issues with taxpayer compliance, such as tax evasion, which will lead to declining tax revenues. Behind all that there are factors that cause decreased taxpayer compliance, which is, taxpayer dissatisfaction with public services and administrative systems used too convoluted and consuming a lot of taxpayer time, Therefore, it needs to be done repair in terms of the server and administration system with the support of tax audit on taxpayers. In this research aims to determine the influence of the quality of tax service, the implementation of tax audit and the modernization of the tax administration system to the taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama South Malang. The research is a quantitative study using primary data. Collection of data on this research using instrument questionnaire. The questionnaire distributed as much as 100 to the taxpayer as the respondent. The technique used is random sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression using SPSS Analysis program version 25 tool. Based on the results of the analysis in this study stated that simultaneously the quality of tax services, the implementation of tax checks, and the modernization of taxation administration system significantly affect the personal mandatory compliance. As for a partial good quality of tax service, implementation of tax checks, and modernization of the taxation administration system has a positive and significant influence on the compliance of personal taxpayers. Keywords: Tax Service quality, implementation of tax audit, modernization of taxation administration system, taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Service Quality, and customer trust on customer loyalty Ijo ireng coffee 99 Malang, the sample of this study is consumers of Ijo ireng coffee 99 Malang. For data collection using a questionnaire to consumers in Ijo ireng coffee Malang, to analyze data using validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear analyze test F and statistical tests t, coefficient determination test in IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 16.0 version..From the results of calculations with SPSS that are quality product, quality service and trust customers variables simultaneously and significantly affect customer loyalty. While partially the product quality variable has no effect on customer loyalty. Whereas the variable service quality and customer trust partially have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: product quality, service quality, customer trust and customer loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPerformance in the organization is the answer to the success or failure ofcorporate goals. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of theinfluence of organizational commitment, satisfaction and appreciation ofemployee performance in Rural Bank Rakyat Ringgit Dinoyo, Malang. Thepurpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of OrganizationalCommitment, Satisfaction and Appreciation on Employee Performance at PT.BPR Gunung Ringgit Malang.The result of research shows that the three variables of OrganizationalCommitment, Satisfaction and Reward have significant influence to dependentvariable that is Rredit Bank Rakyat Ringgit Dinoyo, Malang. The biggestsignificant impact on Employee Performance at PT. BPR Gunung Ringgit Malangis on Organizational Commitment variable with Regression coefficient of 0,469then followed by variable of appreciation with regression coefficient equal to0,380 next variable Satisfaction with regression coefficient equal to 0,097. Fromthe results of the analysis can be taken a conclusion that OrganizationalCommitment is the dominant factor that has the greatest influence on the level ofPerformance of Rural Bank employees Ringgit Dinoyo, Malang.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Satisfaction, Employee Awards andPerformance.

Abstract

ABSTRACKT This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of direct marketing, sales promotion, and price perception both simultaneously and partially on consumer buying interest in the Indosat Ooredoo internet data package. The method used in sampling is non-probability sampling, which is a purposive sampling technique in which the sample determination technique takes into consideration certain criteria. The analytical technique used is quantitative descriptive using a Likert scale, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and also through f test and t test using the SPSS program.Based on the results of data analysis simultaneously shows that direct marketing, sales promotion and price perception have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in the Indosat Ooredoo internet data package. While partially it shows that direct marketing and sales promotion have a significant influence on buying interest. While the perception of price has no significant effect on consumer buying interest in the Indosat Ooredoo internet data package Keywords: Direct marketing, sales promotion, price perception and buying interest.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study to determine the influence of Leadership, Compensation, Motivation and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance. Data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.Based on the results of this study that positive and significant Leadership on Employee Performance this is evidenced from the value of variable coefficient of 1.987 and a significant value of 0.050. Compensation has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, this is evidenced from the value of variable coefficient of 2.594 and significant value of 0.011. Motivation has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, this is evidenced from the value of the variable coefficient of 4.422 and a significant value of 0.000. Organizational Commitment positive and insignificant to Employee Performance, this is evidenced from the value of variable coefficient of 0.256 and significant value of 0.799. As well as the significant value of Fuji 0,000 <0.05, where H04 is accepted, which means there are some free variables that have the ability to explain the dependent variable (Employee Performance).Keywords: Leadership, Compensation, Motivation and Organizational Commitment Employee Performance
