Abstract

Skill think critically students should high to encourage students because of eliciting an ideas or thought about the problems education world new stuff. Skill and in fact think critically is still low, students this is device used not education can help in improving think critically students ability skill.The research of matter managed a study worksheets students development based i-sets to train students skill think critically high school biology class x-rays on learning.The kind of research used is research and development (R&D) referring to borg and gall .The 7 stages of used is Research and Information collecting, Planning, Develop preliminary form of product, Preliminary field testing , Main product revision , Main field testing , and Operational product revision , the research was done in sman 1 sungkai north class X mia 2. The result of studies do show (1) media experts assessment of 84,37 % with the criteria is very worthy, (2) judgment linguist by 87,49 % with the criteria is very worthy, (3) the assessment of the matter as much as 80,28 % with the criteria is very worthy. (4) response educator biology expressed very worthy of the percentage of 89,90 %.(5) response students class x mia 2 on the criteria is perfectly feasible with the percentage of 92,22 %.So that the teaching material worksheets students based i-sets fit for use as the teaching material in the process of learning biology.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemenarikan dan kelayakan dari modul berbasis keterampilan proses sains pada pembelajaran Biologi dalam materi sistem ekskresi pada manusia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (RD) yang terdiri dari tujuh langkah pengembangan, meliputi 1) potensi dan masalah, 2) pengumpulan data, 3) desain produk, 4) validasi desain, 5) revisi produk, 6) uji coba produk, 7) revisi produk. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan nontes berupa angket, wawancara, observasi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket ahli materi, angket ahli desain media dan angket ahli bahasa dan angket respon siswa. Modul yang sudah dikembangkan divalidasi oleh 2 ahli materi, 2 ahli desain media, dan 2 ahli bahasa untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk. Hasil penilaian kelayakan modul berbasis keterampilan proses sains oleh ahli materi sebesar 92,5% dalam kategori sangat layak, penilaian oleh ahli desain sebesar 78,5% dalam kategori sangat layak, penilaian oleh ahli bahasa sebesar 90,5% dalam kategori sangat layak. Sedangkan hasil penilaian respon peserta didik memperoleh 74% dalam kategori menarik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan modul berbasis keterampilan proses sains pada pembelajaran Biologi layak dan menarik digunakan dalam materi sistem ekskresi pada manusia. Module development based on science process skills as teaching materials in biological learning AbstractThis study aims to determine the attractiveness and feasibility of modules based on science process skills in Biology learning in excretory system material in humans. This research is research and development (R D) which consists of seven steps of development, including 1) potential and problems, 2) data collection, 3) product design, 4) design validation, 5) product revision, 6) trial products, 7) product revisions. The data collection techniques use non-test in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observations. The instruments are questionnaires for material experts, questionnaires for media design experts and questionnaires for linguists and student response questionnaires. The modules that have been developed are validated by 2 material experts, 2 media design experts, and 2 linguists to ascertain the feasibility of the product. The result of the feasibility assessment module based on science process skills by material experts is 92.5% in the very feasible category, the assessment by design experts is 78.5% in the very feasible category, the assessment by linguists is 90.5% in the very feasible category. While the results of the assessment of students’ responses are gained 74% in the interesting category. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the module based on science process skills in Biology learning is feasible and interesting to be used in excretion system material in humans.

Abstract

This study aims to test the feasibility, attractiveness, and effectiveness of learning media in the form of STEM-based digital pocket books assisted by Appypie on students’ creative thinking skills on triangle material. Research and development (R&D) in this study uses the ADDIE model with 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, and tests. Data collection instruments in this study include student needs questionnaires, interview sheets, expert validation questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and tests. The data analysis techniques used are expert validation data analysis, and student response data analysis. Based on the results of the validation test, an average score of 3.63 from material experts and 3.70 from media experts was obtained (feasible to use). The attractiveness response that has been carried out in small and large class tests obtained an average score of 3.57 (very interesting) and 3.80 (very interesting), respectively. The effectiveness test on the use of learning media developed in this study could not be carried out due to the constraints of the Covid-19 pandemic, so this research was limited to the development stage. Abstract

Background: Keterampilan berpikir kritis merupakan salah satu aspek penting bagi peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Hal ini dikarenakan penggunaan keterampilan berpikir kritis yang tepat akan membantu peserta didik dalam meningkatkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran SiMaYang berbantuan concept map terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada materi struktur dan fungsi jaringan. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Adapun data diambil dengan menggunakan teknik tes, yaitu data tentang keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Instrumen tes tersebut berupa soal uraian (essay) yang dikembangkan berdasarkan indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji-t Independent. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa nilai = 5.94 sedangkan = 1.67 sehingga . Kesimpulan: Hal ini menunjukan Ho ditolak, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pengaruh model pembelajaran SiMaYang berbantuan concept map terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada materi struktur dan fungsi jaringan

Abstract

The aims of this study is to determine the analysis of the TPS learning model on the visual representation ability of biology students. This research used a Quasi Experiment method. The experimental class of this research that was given treatment used the TPS learning model and the control class of this research used the Discovery Learning learning model. In this research, the sampling technique was randomized class, the samples were used in class XI IPA 1 and XI IPA 2. The data collection techniques were used tests and observation sheet visual representation ability . The instruments used visual representation ability essay questions. The results in this research can be found in hypothesis testing by using test ANOVA, The results obtained with Facount= 27,046 dan Fatable= 4,001, the result is Facount>Fatable, it can be concluded that there is an influence in analyzing the TPS to visual representation ability. Key words: TPS, Visual Representation Ability, Biology Students   ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis model pembelajaran TPS terhadap kemampuan representasi visual peserta didik biologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Eksperimen. Pada kelas eksperimen di penelitian ini  diberikan perlakuan menggunakan model pembelajaran TPS dan kelas kontrolnya menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning. Pada penelitian ini, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara acak kelas, sampel yang digunakan yaitu kelas XI IPA 1 dan XI IPA 2. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan soal uraian  kemampuan representasi visual, lembar observasi kemampuan representasi visual. Hasil pada penelitian ini diperoleh berdasarkan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji ANOVA, diperoleh Fahitung= 27,046 dan Fatabel 4,001, terlihat bahwa Fa hitung>Fatabel, oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran TPS terhadap kemampuan representasi visual. Kata kunci: TPS, Kemampuan Representasi Visual, Peserta Didik Biologi

Abstract

Awal tahun 2020 ini, kita kagetkan dengan adanya penyebaran Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). Covid-19 dapat menular dari antar manusia, yaitu melalui kontak erat/droplet. Sehingga mengharuskan kita untuk hidup dengan tatanan hidup yang baru dengan kenormalan baru (New Normal). Fenomena ini merupakan hal yang luar biasa yang terjadi pada abad ini. Adanya Covid-19 ini berdampak buruk pada semua lini kehidupan manusia, tidak terkecuali pendidikan. Salah satunya yaitu merumahkan semua siswa. Hal tersebut tentu berdampak pada minimnya sarana pengembangan keterampilan siswa. Keterampilan merupakan salah satu kecakapan yang harus dimiliki siswa dalam melakukan suatu kegiatan tertentu cara terus menerus, karena keterampilan datang tidak dengan sendiri melainkan melalui latihan yang terprogram (kontinu). Sehingga pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan ketrampilan anak anak di desa rejosari melalui kreasi pembuatan kerajinan dari barang bekas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan pemahaman konsep matematis. Data diambil dari 58 responden yang berasal dari siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri di Bandar Lampung. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis), guna melihat hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antara variabel laten serta mengkonfirmasi kembali model yang telah dihipotesiskan dengan berbantuan SPSS dan Lisrel 8.80. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan baik antara peubah laten ke peubah laten lainnya maupun antara peubah indikator ke peubah latennyaa itu sendiri. Terjadi kombinasi linear pada indikator kelima peubah laten pemahaman konsep matematis yaitu mengaitkan berbagai kosep sehingga yang terlihat hubungannya hanya empat indikator lainnya dan terdapat hubungan antara peubah indikator pemahaman konsep dengan peubah laten pemahaman konsep itu sendiri serta yang berpengaruh kuat dalam peubah laten indikator berpikir kreatif terletak pada indikator ketiga dan indikator kedua pada peubah laten kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis dengan nilai masing-masing koefisien λ sebesar 0.96 dan 1.32. This study analyzes the relationship between creative thinking ability and understanding of mathematical concepts. The data were taken from 58 respondents who came from class XI students of SMA Negeri in Bandar Lampung. The data analysis used was path analysis, in order to see direct and indirect relationships between latent variables and to reconfirm the hypothesized model with the help of SPSS and Lisrel 8.80. The results showed that there was a good relationship between latent variables and other latent variables and between indicator variables and the latent variables themselves. There is a linear combination of the five latent variables for understanding mathematical concepts, namely associating various concepts so that only the other four indicators can be seen and there is a relationship between the indicator variables for understanding the concept and the latent variable for understanding the concept itself and the one that has a strong influence on the latent variable for indicators of creative thinking lies in the third indicator and the second indicator on the latent variable ability to understand mathematical concepts with the respective values of the coefficient λ of 0.96 and 1.32.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the feasibility, teacher and student responses, and effectiveness of the STEM-based digital pocketbook on the topic of Systems of Linear Equations in Two Variables (SPLDV). The subjects of this research were junior high school students in Bandar Lampung. Data collection instruments included questionnaires distributed to subject matter experts, media experts, and student respondents. The method in this research uses the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely: Analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The findings indicate that the developed learning media are highly suitable and engaging for mathematics instruction, particularly concerning SPLDV topics. However, due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, the research did not progress to the implementation phase, thereby precluding the effectiveness testing of the STEM-based digital pocketbook

Abstract

Kemampuan representasi matematis siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Way Bungur masih rendah. Aktivitas belajar yang bervariasi antar siswa menimbulkan perbedaan kemampuan pada setiap siswa. Hal ini menyoroti perlunya revitalisasi pendekatan pengajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik, yang mendorong peningkatan aktivitas siswa dan pemahaman materi. Model pembelajaran REMAP-TPS hadir sebagai pendekatan inovatif yang melibatkan siswa secara dominan dalam proses pembelajaran dan membantu eksplorasi materi melalui penggunaan peta konsep. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai keefektifan model pembelajaran REMAP-TPS dalam meningkatkan kemampuan representasi siswa. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan representasi matematis meliputi soal deskriptif terkait geometri sisi data dan angket untuk menilai aktivitas pembelajaran. Tes diberikan kepada siswa setelah proses pembelajaran selesai, dilanjutkan dengan analisis menggunakan ANOVA. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran REMAP-TPS unggul dalam mengembangkan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa. Hal ini terlihat dari rata-rata nilai posttest kelompok eksperimen sebesar 79,56, melampaui rata-rata kelas kontrol sebesar 68,52.
