Abstract

Aggressive as physical or verbal behavior intended to cause harm. Meanwhile, aggressive behavior is a serious problem that has a negative impact on adolescent mental health and achievement in school. The purpose of this study was to describe aggressive behavior in adolescents in high school environments in urban and rural areas of Jember Regency. The design of this research is a quantitative descriptive research. This research was conducted in senior high schools in rural and urban areas in Jember Regency with a total sample of 250 respondents who were selected using a purposive sampling method. This study used univariate analysis, wherein the results of this study will display demographic data and a description of aggressive behavior in adolescents. The results of the emotion study showed that 46.4% of respondents had verbally aggressive behavior, 29.6% of respondents had physically aggressive behavior, 12.8% of respondents had angry aggressive behavior and 11.2% of respondents had hostile aggressive behavior. Based on the results of this study that the aggressive behavior of adolescents tends to be high, so to overcome aggressive behavior in adolescents it is necessary to make various efforts by paying attention to the dimensions of development in adolescence so that the efforts developed are able to overcome various causes of mental health problems faced by adolescents and adolescents have resilience..

Abstract

Hypertension or commonly called the silent killer is a disease that has unclear signs and symptoms with blood pressure conditions that exceed normal limits and can pose a risk to the heart, kidneys and brain. Hypertension that does not get good treatment causes complications such as stroke, coronary heart disease, diabetes, kidney failure and blindness. The purpose of this study was to gain an in-depth understanding of the needs of hypertensive patients. This study uses a descriptive phenomenological design. Data collection was done by in-depth interviews. Participants in this study were hypertensive patients. The data collected is recorded conversations made verbatim transcripts and analyzed using the Open Code 4.0 application. The results of this study identified 3 research themes related to the needs of hypertensive patients, namely the need for emotional support. The existence of direct expressions regarding the expected needs of hypertensive patients is one form of support so that the management of hypertension care can run well. The management of hypertension that is carried out properly is expected that hypertensive patients can maintain the stability of hypertension pressure.

Abstract

One of the health problems faced by women is breast cancer, breast cancer is the most common cancer worldwide and the second cancer that causes death. Breast cancer is the most common in women, namely 42.1 per 100,000 population. Breast cancer can be detected early by breast self-examination or BSE, but many women forget the method and order of practice. Using posters can provide reminders and ways for women to continue doing BSE. This type of research is a quasi-experimental quantitative research. The research design used was a pretest-posttest control group design. The results show differences in knowledge, attitudes and practices each and between groups. Knowledge attitudes and practices have improved overall since the intervention. At the end of the measurement, all groups had good BSE knowledge and attitudes. Behavior with good category before treatment 18% to 39%. In conclusion there are differences in knowledge, attitudes and practices respectively and between groups. Poster media is an effective medium for increasing knowledge and practice. Posted poster media is effective in increasing BSE attitude.
