Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work culture and transformational leadership style on intrinsic motivation and their impact on employee performance at PT. Indonesian Strategic Center (SSI) South Jakarta. This study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. The Indonesian Strategic Center (SSI) South Jakarta as the respondent. The results showed that compensation and transformative leadership style directly had a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation directly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation and work culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work culture has a direct positive and insignificant effect on intrinsic motivation. Transformational leadership style has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Compensation, work culture and transformational leadership style indirectly through intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Indonesian Strategic Center (SSI) South Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove the effect of extrinsic motivation, work discipline, work environment, job satisfaction on employee performance, and the effect of extrinsic motivation, work discipline, work environment on job satisfaction, as well as the indirect effect of extrinsic motivation, work discipline, environment. Job satisfaction on employee performance is mediated by job satisfaction. In this study, it is proven that extrinsic motivation, work discipline, work environment, job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while extrinsic motivation, work discipline, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. For extrinsic motivation, and work discipline indirectly have a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. While the indirect effect of the work environment on employee performance is mediated by job satisfaction, the results are not significant. The highest job satisfaction mediates work discipline on employee performance, which means that if job satisfaction is increased, work discipline will increase and have an impact on increasing employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, competence, career development, on employee performance through job satisfaction in the PKB faction of the DPR RI. The type of research used is quantitative research. The research sample of 110 employees was selected by the Simple Random method. Data collection using questionnaires and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used as an analysis technique. The results of the study prove that the variables of transformational leadership style, competence, career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. The results of the study have implications for transformational leadership style, competence, career development which have a positive influence on performance so that it can be concluded that transformational leadership, competence, career development need to be improved in order to improve employee performance..

Abstract

Community-based tourism (CBT) is advancing through community strengthening in arranging and administration. This investigation points to applying the CBT demonstration to the Setu Babakan range and realizing maintainable tourism improvement. Openness and offices not legitimately overseen by the neighborhood community and the need for back from the nearby government make the Setu Babakan area's social legacy not broadly known to visitors. In any case, the number of traveler visits started to increase. This investigation makes the Setu Babakan zone one of the tourism options for visitors going by DKI Jakarta. The inquiry about the approach is subjective and clear through the investigation of qualities, shortcomings, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT), which can outline the qualities, shortcomings, openings, and deterrents within the Setu Babakan region. Investigating information is essential information sourced from interviews, surveys, and perceptions. It appears that the individuals of the Setu Babakan region concur with the usage of CBT. The improvement of Smaller, small, and Medium enterprises is still not ideally carried out, so the part of government is required to bolster and encourage (MSMEs). The Setu Babakan traveler zone is an extraordinary financial zone (SEZ) that can emphatically affect the community's welfare.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja karyawannya, oleh sebab itu setiap perusahaan pasti akan berusaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan agar dapat mencapai tujuan perusahaan secara maksimal. Semua organisasi dituntut untuk dapat bersaing memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal, tidak terkecuali organisasi pemerintah. Kualitas pelayanan publik merupakan kondisi dimana pelayanan memenuhi atau bahkan melebihi dari apa yang menjadi harapan masyarakat dengan sistem kinerja aktual dari penyedia pelayanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat hubungan antara variabel Komitmen Kerja, Kompetensi, dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening di Direktorat Jenderal Hortikultura. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 126 sampel dengan kuesioner, analisis data menggunakan SEM-pls. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu dari 10 hipotesis yang diajukan, terdapat 1 hipotesis yang ditolak. Dari sudut pandang manajerial, hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi yang substansial. Menumbuhkan dan memelihara komitmen kerja yang tinggi di antara anggota tim dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja keseluruhan organisasi.

Abstract

The Influence of Competence, Altruistic Motivation and Digital Literacy on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in the Marine and Fisheries Training Center Environment. The method used is quantitative descriptive, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) statistical tools. The results of this research conclude that Competence, Altruistic Motivation, Digital Literacy hAVE a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Competence, Altruistic Motivation, Digital Literacy hAVE a positive and significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, Job Satisfaction is not able to mediate Competence, Altruistic Motivation, Digital Literacy on Employee Performance which has an insignificant positive effect.

Abstract

Riset ini mengkaji pengaruh Employee Engagement, Budaya Organisasi dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Pada Satuan Kerja Sekretariat Utama Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) RI. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif alat bantu statistik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil riset menyimpulkan Employee Engagement, Budaya Organisasi, dan Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai. Employee Engagement, Budaya Organisasi, dan Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai mampu memediasi pengaruh Employee Engagement, Budaya Organisasi, dan Pengembangan Karir secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kompleksitas hubungan antara budaya organisasi, pengembangan karir, dan work-life balance terhadap employee engagement dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan generasi milenial di PT. Nindya Karya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, dengan budaya yang positif meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan generasi milenial. Sementara itu, pengembangan karir dan work-life balance tidak menunjukkan pengaruh langsung terhadap employee engagement dalam konteks penelitian ini. Pengembangan karir dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, yang pada gilirannya mempengaruhi employee engagement. Work-life balance tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi, sehingga tidak memediasi hubungan antara work-life balance dan employee engagement. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa komitmen organisasi memainkan peran penting dalam memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap employee engagement, sementara kebijakan work-life balance perlu dievaluasi lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan efektivitasnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Self Efficacy, Kompetensi, dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun melalui Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Self Efficacy (X1), Kompetensi (X2), dan Pengembangan Karir (X3) secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Selain itu, variabel-variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja (Z). Motivasi Kerja, pada gilirannya, juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Self Efficacy, Kompetensi, dan Pengembangan Karir melalui Motivasi Kerja secara tidak langsung meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan Self Efficacy, Kompetensi, dan Pengembangan Karir karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun melalui Motivasi Kerja, mampu meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Currently, the business sector has entered a digital transformation stage involving Big Data (BD) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). At this stage the institution must change the way it operates its business, even to a philosophical point. This paper attempts to predict the direction of these changes through literature studies. The purpose of this paper is to provide a broad view regarding the application of BD and AI in Talent Management (MT) practice. From this study it was found that the use of AI and BD in the MT process (recruiting, developing, retaining and deploying talent) has obstacles inculde: 1) availability of expert human resources, 2) data security and 3) psychological barriers of top management and employees. Some of the strategic recommendations found include: 1) Building HR expertise and adaptation, 2) Legal readiness, 3) Managerial strategy and 4) Reducing AI bias to increase the fairness of AI decisions.
