Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much the influence of Intrinsic Motivation, Financial Compensation and Organizational Climate on OCB and its impact on employee performance at PT. Central Mega Kencana. This study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees at PT. Central Mega Kencana as the respondent. Quantitative research methods with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)analysis techniques with the application of AMOS version 22. The samples in this study were 145 respondents. The results showed that Intrinsic Motivation, Financial Compensation and Organizational Climate directly had a positive effect on employee performance. and OCB has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Central Mega Kencana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi, Pelatihan dan Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Dampaknya terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Yayasan Mantab Al Hamid. Model dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan software statistik AMOS 22, SPSS dan EXCEL 2016. Pengambilan data yang dilakukan pada Yayasan Al Hamid yaitu menggunakan Kuesioner, data yang diperoleh sebanyak 120 responden. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penilitian ini bahwa Iklim Organisasi, Pelatihan dan Kompensasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kepuasan dan juga Kinerja Pegawai Yayasan Al Hamid dan bahwa Iklim Organisasi, Pelatihan dan Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Yayasan Al Hamid melalui Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain the relationship between leadership style, work discipline, competence, and employee performance at the Directorate General of Human Rights. This study employs a quantitative technique combined with a descriptive analysis. Primary and secondary data are offered in this study. The primary data sources are the responses to questionnaires distributed to correspondents. The preliminary data in this study comes from the correspondent's response to the questionnaire, while the secondary data comes from the Directorate General of Human Rights' profile and financial situation. The sample size for this study was reduced to a maximum of 150 persons. Validity, Reliability, Data Normality, and Hypothesis Testing are all terms that are used to describe how study data is analyzed. The research and discussion findings indicate that the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Directorate General of Human Rights, work discipline has a positive but not statistically significant effect on employee performance at the Directorate General of Human Rights, and the competence has a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance at the Directorate General of Human Rights.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the principal's leadership style, work environment, job training, job satisfaction on teacher performance. This research uses quantitative research. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation and interview techniques. The population used by the researchers in this study were all public junior high school teachers in East Manggarai Regency who were collected using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis methods in this study are validity testing, reliability testing, hypothesis testing, and Sobel test. Based on the results of the study, the conclusions of this study are as follows: 1) The variables of Leadership Style, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on work motivation; 2) Job Training variable does not have a positive effect on work motivation; 3) The variables of leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on performance; 4) Job Training has no positive effect on performance; 5) The variable of work motivation has a significant and significant effect on performance; 6) Variables of Leadership Style, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction have a significant and significant effect on performance; and 7) Job Training has no positive effect on performance.

Abstract

The performance of the company is strongly influenced by the performance of the company's employees. This performance can come from within the employee or outside the employee, such as competence, compensation, and leadership style. However, from several previous studies, there are differences in research results. The purpose of this research is to be able to analyze competence, compensation, and leadership style and their effect on performance through job satisfaction. The population used is all employees in the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Agriculture. The analytical method used is quantitative using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of the study show that job satisfaction can mediate the effect of competence, compensation, and leadership style on employee performance. Then job satisfaction can have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi,komitmen organisasi, kompensasi, dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai KementerianKetenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai BiroOrganisasi dan Kepegawaian Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia yang terdiridari 162 pegawai. Dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiridari 115 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, kompensasi, danetos kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai BiroOrganisasi dan Kepegawaian Kementerian Ketenagakaerjaan Republik Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh organizational citizenshipbehaviour, keterlibatan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerjakaryawan Sinokor Merchant Marine Co., Ltd. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yangdiperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 88 responden dari populasi sebanyak 700karyawan Sinokor Merchant Marine Co., Ltd. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi inovasi manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Inovasi dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia mencakup berbagai aspek seperti rekrutmen dan seleksi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, manajemen kinerja, dan sistem penghargaan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan perusahaan teknologi terkemuka di Indonesia untuk mengidentifikasi beberapa praktik inovatif yang berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja bisnis. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan manajer sumber daya manusia dan karyawan, serta analisis dokumen internal. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi digital dalam rekrutmen dan seleksi, program pengembangan berbasis e-learning, sistem manajemen kinerja adaptif, dan kompensasi berbasis kinerja efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan produktivitas karyawan. Ringkasnya, strategi inovasi dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan elemen kunci yang dapat mendukung organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya di dunia yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of the Work Environment, Competence and Communication on Work Motivation and its impact on Employee Performance in 2021 at Kantor Pusat Produksi, Inspeksi dan Sertifikasi Hasil Perikanan Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Hypothesis testing in this study used a statistical analysis tool Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the Work Environment and Communication had a positive and significant effect on Employee Motivation, Competence had a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Motivation. Work Environment has a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Performance, Competence has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance, Communication has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Performance through Employee Motivation, Competence has no significant effect on Employee Performance through Employee Motivation, Communication has a significant effect on Employee Performance through Employee Motivation. Employee Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The business world is now required to create high employee performance for company development. Companies must be able to build and improve performance in their environment. The success of the company is influenced by several factors, one of the important factors is human resources, because human resources are actors from all levels of planning to evaluation who are able to utilize other resources owned by the organization or company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge of compensation, motivation and work environment on employee performance and job satisfaction at the Muara Tawar PLTGU Project. This study uses quantitative analysis methods. Data were collected as many as 174 respondents using probability sampling method and processed with IBM AMOS v24 and SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the effect of compensation, motivation and work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance
