Abstract

The competence of lecturers determines the quality of the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Lecturers. One of the elements of lecturer competence, namely pedagogic competence, lecturers plays a role in building student learning abilities by generating learning motivation that determines business improvement and learning success. Lecturers as an element with a very strategic position in the learning process, lecturer's pedagogic competence is an essential aspect of learning development. Therefore, how is the role and contribution of a lecturer's pedagogic competence to learning development? This study uses a qualitative approach using secondary data and primary data, with secondary data collection techniques obtained from references and data that have been previously processed. In contrast, preliminary data is obtained based on data from observations, interviews, and centralized discussions. The results of the research on the pedagogic competence of lecturers provide a massive role in the development of learning covering several aspects, namely: Acquainting oneself with the characteristics of pupils, with learning theories and educational concepts, Curriculum development, educational activities, and student potential growth Student communication, assessment, and evaluation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir, keterikatan karyawan, komunikasi interpersonal, dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Indo Dharma Transport. Dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 144 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir, keterikatan karyawan, komunikasi interpersonal, dan keterlibatan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Indo Dharma Transport.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of Employee Placement, Knowledge Management, Organizational Culture on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable at the Jabodetabek Transportation Management Agency of the Ministry of Transportation. This research uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Jabodetabek Transportation Management Agency of the Ministry of Transportation as respondents. Quantitative research method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique with AMOS version 24 application. The sample in this research were 150 respondents. The results of the research indicate that Employee Placement, Knowledge Management, Organizational Culture and Motivation have a direct positive and significant impact on employee performance at the BPTJ (Jakarta Transportation Management Body) of the Ministry of Transportation. Abstract

With rising globalization and labor market saturation, the present downturn in many international economies has emphasized the importance of human capital. Both developed and developing countries place a premium on human resource development in order to boost economic growth through increased time and effort. Human resource development is a critical component in entering the international arena. To do this, businesses must invest the required resources in developing human capital that has a stronger influence on performance. From a variety of critical viewpoints, the influence of this paper evaluation on human capital has a direct effect on company performance. The success of the business is measured in both financial and non-financial parameters. Finally, this article develops an early model of the connection between human capital and business performance.

Abstract

The Coronavirus pandemic is a severe problem throughout 2020 for the whole world, including Indonesia. The Coronavirus pandemic question is not only about the virus, which makes the health of an individual decrease, but in several countries, including Indonesia, the existence of the coronavirus pandemic has put the health ministry's performance in the spotlight because the coronavirus pandemic is related to health. Many have speculated that the increasing coronavirus pandemic in Indonesia is due to the Ministry of Health's slow performance in preventing the Coronavirus pandemic. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive analysis approach. The questionnaire uses a closed questionnaire presented in a question or statement equipped with alternative responses/answers. This research's analysis method is the quantitative analysis method using Structural Equation Model (SEM). This study shows that training is proven to have a positive and real effect on the Ministry of Health's organizational culture, meaning that the Ministry of Health's increasing practice will improve the Ministry of Health employees' corporate culture. This influence is determined by the training held by BBPK Jakarta for employees of the Ministry of Health to form employees with an excellent organizational culture.

Abstract

Knowledge, skills and talents that may be utilized to provide professional services are human capital. The firm has a collective ability for the creation of ideas, innovations and appropriate solutions to help the company accomplish its business goals. The ability of human capital is for individuals to win the world's competition to offer employees with more financial value. Thus, this study is intended to establish the function of human capital in creating trustworthy human resources within the education sector. A qualitative technique is used in this study by gathering literature-based research data sources. The results demonstrate that the function of human capital is crucial in the education sector, since human capital provides a strong basis for the advancement of the educational world and for the creation of a new order that is essential in today's progressive world.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role and influence of the variables of intellectual capital, intrinsic motivation and Competence on the services of private university lecturers in Jakarta. This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The population in this study were lecturers of the Faculty of Economics and the College of Economics at Kopertis Region III DKI Jakarta. The criteria for selecting the sample are: Lecturer of the Faculty of Economics and the College of Economics at Kopertis Region III DKI Jakarta, and the status of permanent lecturers of foundations and Seconded Lecturers (DPK) at Kopertis area III DKI Jakarta and at least have the academic position of Lector. The sample selection in this study used purposive sampling. The data collection method used in this research is structured interviews using a Personal Questionnaire. Primary and secondary data were analyzed in this study. The Validity Test, the Reliability Test, the Multiple Linear Regression Test, and Hypothesis Testing are used to analyze the data in this study (F Test and Partial Hypothesis Testing). The findings and analyses suggest that there is a positive and significant relationship between Intellectual Capital, Intrinsic Motivation, and Competence and the service performance of private university lecturers in Jakarta.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are important as one of the economic drivers of Gresik Regency because they help absorb labor and work towards poverty alleviation. On the other hand, UKM milkfish brain in Gresik has many obstacles including marketing, product production does not last long and the production process is still manual. The purpose of this community service is to identify the characteristics of UKM milkfish brain in Gresik district, to understand the real situation faced by UKM entrepreneurs. After obtaining an overview or actual situation, the internal and external environmental conditions of milkfish brain UKM were analyzed, and several alternative development strategies were selected as internal factors for the development of UKM milkfish brain, the Regent. Marketing of UMKM milkfish brain Gresik is growing and stable and requires a marketing strategy that needs to be strengthened internally with a competitive advantage for business development. Another priority strategy is to maintain product prices and improve quality to gain consumer loyalty. This requires segmentation and market segmentation as well as more publicity through online media

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of layoffs, workload and financial compensation on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance. The independent variables used are layoff (X1), workload (X2), financial compensation (X3), the dependent variable is employee performance (Y) with the intervening variable is job satisfaction (Z). The research approach used is quantitative research by means of observation, interviews, and surveys. The analysis model uses SEM software AMOS version 23. Survey-based data collected from 130 respondents. The study found that layoff has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, workload has a negative and significant effect on satisfaction, financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, layoff has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, layoff has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to analyze how much the influence of Intrinsic Motivation, Financial Compensation and Organizational Climate on OCB and its impact on employee performance at PT. Central Mega Kencana. This study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees at PT. Central Mega Kencana as the respondent. Quantitative research methods with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)analysis techniques with the application of AMOS version 22. The samples in this study were 145 respondents. The results showed that Intrinsic Motivation, Financial Compensation and Organizational Climate directly had a positive effect on employee performance. and OCB has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Central Mega Kencana.
