Abstract

Background: Currently TikTok has become the most widely used social media application for online shopping, with beauty products securing the second position as the most frequently purchased category by consumers through social media platforms.Purpose: The aim of this research are to analyze the influence of content marketing, perceived value, and perceived risk on the Theory of Planned Behavior, and the model for forming the intention to purchase skincare products through the TikTok social media platform using the Theory of Planned Behavior.Design/methodology/approach: The data processing techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model(SEM) analysis.Findings/Result: The research results indicate that the highest percentage in the content marketing variable is found in on brand, perceived value in hedonic value, perceived risk in product risk, attitude in safety, subjective norms in content creator/affiliator, and perceived behavioral control in convenience.Conclusion: Attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control have a significant effect on the intention to purchase skincare products throughTikTok. Content marketing, perceived value, and perceived risk significantly affect attitudes. Content marketing significantly influences subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control is only influenced by perceived value.Originality/value (State of the art): In this study, purchase intention is viewed through content marketing (credible, shareable, useful or fun, interesting, relevant, different, and on-brand), perceived value (utilitarian value, hedonic value, and social value), perceived risk (transaction risk, delivery risk, and product risk), and based on the theory of planned behavior (attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control). This combination of theories is tested using SEM PLS to understand how consumers develop the intention to buy skincare products through TikTok Shop. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of job description, job training and work experience on the work productivity of employees of PT XYZ partially or simultaneously. The data collection method used is interview techniques and distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sample in this study was Non Probability Sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS program. Based on the partial test results, job description has a negative and significant effect while job training and work experience have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT XYZ. In simultaneous testing, job description, job training and work experience together have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT XYZ. The coefficient of determination shows that job description, job training and work experience are able to explain the contribution of the influence of job description, job training and work experience on the work productivity of employees of PT XYZ, which is 70.8%, while the remaining 29.2% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This research aims to explore consumers perceptions and preferences in choosing a university as a place to pursue higher education. This research is a qualitative study using interactive analysis primary and secondary data with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews with seven student informants of University of Indonesia Membangun known as INABA University, and analysis of related documents. The results show that there are internal and external factors of perceptions such as university reputation, quality of study programs, location, tuition fees, and flexibilities of the course in the decision to choose a university. And also internal factors such as motivation, interest, or psychological characteristics, from which students eventually choose Inaba as their university preference. This research contributes to an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence consumers decision to choose a university, as well as practical implications for higher education institutions to enhance their appeal. By understanding consumer preferences and perceptions, universities can develop marketing strategies improvements to meet prospective students expectations and build a positive image in the higher education market.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the influence of Leadership, Motivation, and Workload on Employee Performance at Pusdiklat Bahasa Badiklat, Ministry of Defense of The Republic Indonesia. In this study, the sample was employees at Pusdiklat Bahasa Badiklat, Ministry of Defense of The Republic Indonesia with a total sample of 30 people. This study uses quantitative methods with non-probability sampling technique (saturated sample), and data analysis tools using SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on the results of research at Pusdiklat Bahasa Badiklat, Ministry of Defense of The Republic Indonesia, shows that Leadership has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Motivation also has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance and Workload has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, such as Leadership Style, Motivation and Workload Together.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), Profit Growth, Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV) on Stock Prices in East Java Regional Development. Bank Quarterly Period 2013-2022. The research method used uses quantitative research methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The data source in this research is secondary data obtained through quarterly financial reports using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis techniques, verification analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing, both partial and simultaneous testing with data analysis tools using SPSS version 25. The results of this research partially show that Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) and Price to Book Value (PBV) have a significant effect on Stock Prices, while Profit Growth and Price Earning Ratio (PER) do not have a significant effect on Stock Prices. while simultaneously all independent variables have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between Leadership Style, Reward, and Punishment on Employee Performance at Starbucks Coffee Company District 31 Bandung Area. In this study, the sample was employees at Starbucks Coffee Company District 31 Bandung Area with a total sample of 50 people. This study uses quantitative methods with probability sampling technique (saturated sample), and data analysis tools using SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on the results of research at Starbucks Coffee Company District 31 Bandung Area, shows that Leadership Style has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Reward also has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance and Punishment has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, such as Leadership Style, Reward and Punishment Together.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price and location on customer satisfaction. The object of this study is the consumer of PT AHASS SIAP Motor Bandung. This study was conducted on 73 respondents using a quantitative approach. Data analysis used is regression analysis that is processed with the application of SPSS 26. The results of this study showed that the description of service quality variables (X1), price (X2), location (X3) and purchase decision (Y) are very good categories. Then in the T test (partial) there is a significant influence between the quality of Service (X1) to customer satisfaction (Y), price (X2) to customer satisfaction (Y), and location (X3) to customer satisfaction. likewise, the test f (simultaneous) both independent variables, service quality (X1), price (X2) and location simultaneously affect the dependent variable customer satisfaction (Y). then, from the value of the coefficient of determination, shows customer satisfaction (Y) 91.4% influenced by service quality (X1), price (X2) and location (X3). Meanwhile, 8.6% were explained by variables outside the study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the simultaneous or partial variables of leadership style, organizational culture, and work stress on employee work productivity at PT. Kahatex Cimahi. In this study, the sample was employees of PT. Kahatex Cimahi with a total sample of 85 people. This study used quantitative methods with random sampling techniques. The data analysis tool uses the SPSS program version 25.0. Based on the results of research at PT. Kahatex Cimahi shows that leadership style, organizational culture, and work stress partially and simultaneously affect employees' work productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse the relationship less than optimal performance of the employee influence working environmental condition either directly or indirectly that is, have not carried out their service duties optimally. This condition is caused by most employees in the environment of PT.Truest Tech Indonesia on average have a low hybrid working background, and low work-life balance to carry out tasks and responsibilities, so that the process of providing services to customers encounters many obstacles. Aspects of hybrid working, and work-life balance are increasingly important and urgent in improving the quality of employees or employees in order to have the ability to influence the effectiveness of service to customers which is very pervaded by various ignorance, low performance, decreased productivity and quality. The purpose of this study is to describe hybrid working, work-life balance and performance as well as to analyse the influence of hybrid working, and work-life balance on employee performance. The method used is descriptive survey method and explanatory survey. The type of investigation in this study is causality. The unit of analysis of the employees of PT. Truest Tech Indonesia with a population of 100 employees. The time horizon in this study is cross sectional and the analytical methods used are frequency distribution and path analysis.

Abstract

This study assesses the knowledge, perception, and willingness of medical doctors toward telemedicine at three prominent hospitals in Bali: Siloam Hospitals Denpasar, Bali International Medical Centre Kuta, and Bali International Medical Center Nusa Dua. The research involved a cross-sectional quantitative approach using a questionnaire distributed to 40 participating general practitioners and specialists. Key findings revealed that while most doctors are familiar with telemedicine, there remains a variance in their perception and willingness to adopt it, largely influenced by demographic factors such as age, gender, and practice type. Despite the ongoing growth of telemedicine, the study highlights the need for targeted training and awareness programs to ensure its effective integration into healthcare services.
